Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚晶马赛克板及其制备方法,马赛克板的顶端设有若干个聚晶层,聚晶层的四周均设有防滑层,马赛克板的底部设有基层,基层的顶端设有防水层,聚晶层的顶端设有印刷层,印刷层的顶端设有保护层,防滑层的顶端设有防滑钉。该马赛克板,让聚晶微粉与基层烧结在一起,解决市场上采用粘接不牢固易脱落的问题,也提高马赛克板整体稳定性能,而且马赛克采用聚晶微粉高温烧结制成,具有高强的耐磨性,还具有折强度高、吸水率低等优点,外观上产品的立体效果更加的突出,更加的接近于天然的石材,在聚晶微粉层的四周设有的防滑层不仅增加马赛克板的稳定牢固性,而且在使用的使用,不会出现马赛克上玻璃摩擦力小而滑倒的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及马赛克板领域,具体为一种聚晶马赛克板及其制备方法。
背景技术
马赛克是在建筑上用于拼成各种装饰图案用的片状小瓷砖。坯料经半干压成形,窑内焙烧成锦砖。泥料中有时用氧化钙、Fe2O3等作为着色剂。主要用于铺地或内墙装饰,也可用于外墙饰面。马赛克的种类多,应用也十分广泛,尤其涉及到玻璃马赛克,玻璃马赛克主要用于游泳池、科技馆、影剧院、酒吧、俱乐部等公用场合。也常常把小小的马赛克粘接在基层板上,形成马赛克板,马赛克板的应用也十分广泛,很多地面或墙面铺设马赛克,由于体积较小,铺设难度大,效率低,采用马赛克板可以提高效率,节约时间,而且增加马赛克之间连接的美观性。
玻璃马赛克它是一种小规格的彩色饰面玻璃。一般规格为20毫米×20毫米、30毫米×30毫米、40毫米×40毫米。厚度为4-6毫米。属于各种颜色的小块玻璃质镶嵌材料,很多马赛克板是把每块小的玻璃马赛克粘接在基层板上,容易出现脱落的现象,而且大多的玻璃马赛克表面十分光滑,人们在使用的时候容易出现滑倒的现象,防水性能差,耐磨性差,而且采用玻璃马赛克制成的马赛克板容易断裂,会对使用者造成伤害,玻璃马赛克板外观也比较单一,防污性能差,其坚硬度、防水性能、防火性能、防潮性能、耐酸耐碱性能均较差,粘附力也比较弱,釉面容易褪色、变色。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种聚晶马赛克板及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种聚晶马赛克板,包括马赛克板,所述马赛克板的顶端设有若干个聚晶层,所述聚晶层的四周均设有防滑层,所述马赛克板的底部设有基层,所述基层的顶端设有防水层,所述聚晶层的顶端设有印刷层,所述印刷层的顶端设有保护层,所述防滑层的顶端设有防滑钉。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述基层、所述防水层、所述聚晶层、所述印刷层和所述保护层为叠加结构,所述基层、所述防水层和所述防滑层为叠加结构。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述基层包括如下重量份数的组分:硅酸盐40-55份、粘土20-35份、石英15-20份、氟化物5-10份、抗菌剂10-15份、菱镁矿3-5份、滑石1-5份、无水硼砂1-5份、叶蜡石1-5份、锂辉石1-5份和绿柱石1-5份,其中抗菌剂为纳米银抗菌剂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防水层包括如下重量份数的组分:丙烯酸乳胶25-30份、硅酸盐水泥30-35份、氯化钠1-5份、聚氨酯树脂5-10份以及重质碳酸钙5-10份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防滑层包括如下重量份数的组分:硅藻土20-27份、高岭土 15-20份、红泥 12-17份、钛白粉 12-17份、膨胀珍珠岩粉 12-17份、氧化镁 8-11份、氯化镁 8-11份、氧化铝 8-11份、明矾 3-7份、三乙醇胺 2-5份和纳米二氧化硅4-8份以及附着力促进剂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚晶层包括如下重量百分数的组分:氧化硅 56%、氧化铝 24%、氧化钠 4%、氧化钾 6%、氧化钙 5%、氧化镁 4%、氧化铁 0.5%和氧化钛 0.5% 。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述印刷层内设有马赛克印刷粘接剂,所述保护层包括为釉层,所述保护层包括如下重量份数的组分:长石20-25份、石英20-25份、滑石20-25份和高岭土20-25份。
一种聚晶马赛克板的制备方法,具体步骤如下;
步骤一:基层材料的制备,将硅酸盐、粘土、石英、氟化物、抗菌剂、菱镁矿、滑石、无水硼砂、叶蜡石、锂辉石和绿柱石按照比例称取,然后通过混合、粉碎、球磨和干燥得到基层的混合物粉料,然后把混合物粉料放入自动压机进行基层胚模的制作,基层胚模的厚度、长和宽均可以根据需要定制,得到的基层胚模待用;
步骤二:防水层材料的制备,将丙烯酸乳胶、硅酸盐水泥、氯化钠、聚氨酯树脂以及重质碳酸钙混合搅拌浇注在步骤一中的基层胚模顶部上,然后进行烘干;
步骤三:聚晶层材料的制备,将氧化硅 56%、氧化铝 24%、氧化钠 4%、氧化钾6%、氧化钙 5%、氧化镁 4%、氧化铁 0.5%和氧化钛 0.5%按重量百分数分别定量称取后,混合均匀,依据常规的聚晶微粉制备工艺,烧制即可得到聚晶微粉待用;

步骤六:在聚晶微粉层的顶部涂刷马赛克印刷粘接剂,然后利用印刷机进行印刷,然后在印刷层的顶部施釉,再通过烧结、表面抛光得到聚晶马赛克板。
本发明的有益效果是:该马赛克板,让聚晶微粉与基层烧结在一起,解决市场上采用粘接不牢固易脱落的问题,也提高马赛克板整体稳定性能,而且马赛克采用聚晶微粉高温烧结制成,具有高强的耐磨性,还具有折强度高、吸水率低等优点,外观上产品的立体效果更加的突出,更加的接近于天然的石材,聚晶微粉制成的马赛克表面可见的晶体熔块、花纹更加的细腻,其防污性能比普通的马赛克更加的优越;在聚晶微粉层的四周设有的防滑层不仅增加马赛克板的稳定牢固性,而且在使用的使用,不会出现马赛克上玻璃摩擦力小而滑倒的现象,也增加马赛克的整体外观,马赛克板中部的防水层有效的避免水涉入到基层内,从而提高马赛克板的使用寿命,该马赛克板的生产工艺,简单易操作,可以根据需求生产不同大小的马赛克板,该马赛克板坚硬、防水、防火、防潮、耐酸耐碱、釉面永不褪色、变色,粘附力更好。

步骤一:基层材料的制备,将硅酸盐、粘土、石英、氟化物、抗菌剂、菱镁矿、滑石、无水硼砂、叶蜡石、锂辉石和绿柱石按照比例称取,然后通过混合、粉碎、球磨和干燥得到基层的混合物粉料,然后把混合物粉料放入自动压机进行基层胚模的制作,基层胚模的厚度、长和宽均可以根据需要定制,得到的基层胚模待用;
步骤二:防水层材料的制备,将丙烯酸乳胶、硅酸盐水泥、氯化钠、聚氨酯树脂以及重质碳酸钙混合搅拌浇注在步骤一中的基层胚模顶部上,然后进行烘干;
步骤三:聚晶层材料的制备,将氧化硅 56%、氧化铝 24%、氧化钠 4%、氧化钾6%、氧化钙 5%、氧化镁 4%、氧化铁 0.5%和氧化钛 0.5%按重量百分数分别定量称取后,混合均匀,依据常规的聚晶微粉制备工艺,烧制即可得到聚晶微粉待用;

聚晶层:氧化硅 56%、氧化铝 24%、氧化钠 4%、氧化钾 6%、氧化钙 5%、氧化镁 4%、氧化铁 0.5%和氧化钛 0.5% 。

实验:根据国家 GB 7697-1987《玻璃马赛克》标准及相关标准,对本发明的聚晶马赛克板进行产品质量检测,抽样方案按照 GB 7697-1987的规定,在实施例1-3制成的每100块马赛克板中采用随机取抽样的方法进行抽取10块马赛克板,检测结果如下 :

该马赛克板,让聚晶微粉与基层烧结在一起,解决市场上采用粘接不牢固易脱落的问题,也提高马赛克板整体稳定性能,而且马赛克采用聚晶微粉高温烧结制成,具有高强的耐磨性,还具有折强度高、吸水率低等优点,外观上产品的立体效果更加的突出,更加的接近于天然的石材,聚晶微粉制成的马赛克表面可见的晶体熔块、花纹更加的细腻,其防污性能比普通的马赛克更加的优越;在聚晶微粉层的四周设有的防滑层不仅增加马赛克板的稳定牢固性,而且在使用的使用,不会出现马赛克上玻璃摩擦力小而滑倒的现象,也增加马赛克的整体外观,马赛克板中部的防水层有效的避免水涉入到基层内,从而提高马赛克板的使用寿命,该马赛克板的生产工艺,简单易操作,可以根据需求生产不同大小的马赛克板,该马赛克板坚硬、防水、防火、防潮、耐酸耐碱、釉面永不褪色、变色,粘附力更好。

Claims (1)

1.一种聚晶马赛克板,包括马赛克板(1),其特征在于,所述马赛克板(1)的顶端设有若干个聚晶层(6),所述聚晶层(6)的四周均设有防滑层(2),所述马赛克板(1)的底部设有基层(3),所述基层(3)的顶端设有防水层(4),所述聚晶层(6)的顶端设有印刷层(7),所述印刷层(7)的顶端设有保护层(5),所述防滑层(2)的顶端设有防滑钉(8);所述基层(3)、所述防水层(4)、所述聚晶层(6)、所述印刷层(7)和所述保护层(5)为叠加结构,所述基层(3)、所述防水层(4)和所述防滑层(2)为叠加结构;所述基层(3)包括如下重量份数的组分:硅酸盐40-55份、粘土20-35份、石英15-20份、氟化物5-10份、抗菌剂10-15份、菱镁矿3-5份、滑石1-5份、无水硼砂1-5份、叶蜡石1-5份、锂辉石1-5份和绿柱石1-5份,其中抗菌剂为纳米银抗菌剂;所述防水层(4)包括如下重量份数的组分:丙烯酸乳胶25-30份、硅酸盐水泥30-35份、氯化钠1-5份、聚氨酯树脂5-10份以及重质碳酸钙5-10份;所述防滑层(2)包括如下重量份数的组分:硅藻土20-27份、高岭土15-20份、红泥12-17份、钛白粉12-17份、膨胀珍珠岩粉12-17份、氧化镁8-11份、氯化镁8-11份、氧化铝8-11份、明矾3-7份、三乙醇胺2-5份和纳米二氧化硅4-8份以及附着力促进剂;所述聚晶层(6)包括如下重量百分数的组分:氧化硅56%、氧化铝24%、氧化钠4%、氧化钾6%、氧化钙5%、氧化镁4%、氧化铁0.5%和氧化钛0.5%;所述印刷层(7)内设有马赛克印刷粘接剂,所述保护层(5)包括为釉层,所述保护层(5)包括如下重量份数的组分:长石20-25份、石英20-25份、滑石20-25份和高岭土20-25份;
具体步骤如下:
步骤一:基层材料的制备,将硅酸盐、粘土、石英、氟化物、抗菌剂、菱镁矿、滑石、无水硼砂、叶蜡石、锂辉石和绿柱石按照比例称取,然后通过混合、粉碎、球磨和干燥得到基层的混合物粉料,然后把混合物粉料放入自动压机进行基层胚模的制作,基层胚模的厚度、长和宽均可以根据需要定制,得到的基层胚模待用;
步骤二:防水层材料的制备,将丙烯酸乳胶、硅酸盐水泥、氯化钠、聚氨酯树脂以及重质碳酸钙混合搅拌浇注在步骤一中的基层胚模顶部上,然后进行烘干;
步骤三:聚晶层材料的制备,将氧化硅56%、氧化铝24%、氧化钠4%、氧化钾6%、氧化钙5%、氧化镁4%、氧化铁0.5%和氧化钛0.5%按重量百分数分别定量称取后,混合均匀,依据常规的聚晶微粉制备工艺,烧制即可得到聚晶微粉待用;
步骤四:防滑层材料的制备,将硅藻土、高岭土、红泥、钛白粉、膨胀珍珠岩粉、氧化镁、氯化镁、氧化铝、明矾、三乙醇胺和纳米二氧化硅以及附着力促进剂按重量份分别定量称取后,混合均匀,通过混合、粉碎、球磨和干燥得到防滑层的混合物粉料,
步骤五:将步骤三中的聚晶微粉和步骤四中的防滑层混合物粉料均通过模具和粘接剂固定在防水层的顶部上,利用防滑层把聚晶微粉层相互隔开,让聚晶微粉层呈现为格子形状,然后通过压制模具进行压制让防滑层顶部凸出防滑钉;
步骤六:在聚晶微粉层的顶部涂刷马赛克印刷粘接剂,然后利用印刷机进行印刷,然后在印刷层的顶部施釉,再通过烧结、表面抛光得到聚晶马赛克板。
