本发明涉及纺织用品技术领域,具体涉及一种防霉耐磨棉纱及其制作方法,所述棉纱由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉纤维30‑40份,竹炭纤维10‑15份,苎麻纤维10‑20份,茶子提取物1‑3份,碳酸氢铵1‑3份,酰氧基键磺酸钠1‑3份,纳米氧化锌10‑15份,二氧化氯1‑2份,n‑二氯乙烯水杨酰胺1‑2份,纳米二氧化钛2‑5份,甘油硬脂酸酯5‑8份。本发明首先对棉纤维、苎麻纤维进行粉碎后的浸渍处理,处理浆料能够提高纤维的抑菌效果,提高强度以及防晒性;然后将两种纤维混合,中和了各种纤维的特点,同时增强了抗菌、强度高,弹性好、耐磨、耐腐蚀、保暖性好,提高了产品质量,节约了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织用品技术领域,特别涉及一种防霉耐磨棉纱及其制作方法。
背景技术
我国是世界上最大的纺织品服装生产和出口国。随着经济水平和人们生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品的要求越来越高,纺织品的原材料之一是棉纱,棉纱织成的面料轻松保暖,柔和贴身、吸湿性、透气性甚佳,它的缺点则是易缩、易皱,外观上美观,在穿著时必须时常熨烫,同时棉纱制品容易发霉,滋生细菌,导致棉纱保存时间不长,棉纱制品不耐磨,导致棉纱使用寿命短,这样不仅使人们浪费更多的金钱去购买新的棉纱制品,同时浪费了大量资源。
现亟需一种不仅能够防霉而且耐磨的棉纱,以使棉纱制品保存时间长、使用时间长,以节约资源。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种防霉耐磨棉纱及其制作方法,其制作简单,方便推广。
一种防霉耐磨棉纱,由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉纤维30-40份,竹炭纤维10-15份,苎麻纤维10-20份,茶子提取物1-3份,碳酸氢铵1-3份,酰氧基键磺酸钠1-3份,纳米氧化锌10-15份,二氧化氯1-2份,n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺1-2份,纳米二氧化钛2-5份,甘油硬脂酸酯5-8份。
作为优选的,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将碳酸氢铵、酰氧基键磺酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、纳米二氧化钛和n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺置于搅拌釜中,加入10-15倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持50℃-53℃的反应温度,再加入茶子提取物、二氧化氯和纳米氧化锌充分搅拌2小时,得混合浆料,备用;
(2)将棉纤维、苎麻纤维进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为4-6毫米的纤维;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的纤维浸入步骤(1)制得的浆料中升温至50℃-60℃并保持3-4小时,然后取出烘干;
(5)将步骤制(4)得的纤维与竹纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明首先对棉纤维、苎麻纤维进行粉碎后的浸渍处理,处理浆料中内含碳酸氢铵、酰氧基键磺酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、纳米二氧化钛和n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺,均匀地分散在棉纤维、苎麻纤维表面以及孔隙中,能够提高纤维的抑菌效果,提高强度以及防晒性;然后将两种纤维混合,中和了各种纤维的特点,同时增强了抗菌、强度高,弹性好、耐磨、耐腐蚀、保暖性好,提高了产品质量,节约了成本。

实施例一:
一种防霉耐磨棉纱,由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉纤维30份,竹炭纤维10份,苎麻纤维10份,茶子提取物1份,碳酸氢铵1份,酰氧基键磺酸钠1份,纳米氧化锌10份,二氧化氯1份,n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺1份,纳米二氧化钛2份,甘油硬脂酸酯5份。
由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将碳酸氢铵、酰氧基键磺酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、纳米二氧化钛和n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺置于搅拌釜中,加入10倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持50℃的反应温度,再加入茶子提取物、二氧化氯和纳米氧化锌充分搅拌2小时,得混合浆料,备用;
(2)将棉纤维、苎麻纤维进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为4毫米的纤维;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的纤维浸入步骤(1)制得的浆料中升温至50℃并保持4小时,然后取出烘干;
(5)将步骤制(4)得的纤维与竹纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。
实施例二:
一种防霉耐磨棉纱,由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉纤维35份,竹炭纤维12份,苎麻纤维15份,茶子提取物2份,碳酸氢铵2份,酰氧基键磺酸钠2份,纳米氧化锌13份,二氧化氯2份,n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺1份,纳米二氧化钛3份,甘油硬脂酸酯8份。
由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将碳酸氢铵、酰氧基键磺酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、纳米二氧化钛和n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺置于搅拌釜中,加入15倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持53℃的反应温度,再加入茶子提取物、二氧化氯和纳米氧化锌充分搅拌2小时,得混合浆料,备用;
(2)将棉纤维、苎麻纤维进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为6毫米的纤维;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的纤维浸入步骤(1)制得的浆料中升温至60℃并保持3小时,然后取出烘干;
(5)将步骤制(4)得的纤维与竹纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。

1.一种防霉耐磨棉纱,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉纤维30-40份,竹炭纤维10-15份,苎麻纤维10-20份,茶子提取物1-3份,碳酸氢铵1-3份,酰氧基键磺酸钠1-3份,纳米氧化锌10-15份,二氧化氯1-2份,n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺1-2份,纳米二氧化钛2-5份,甘油硬脂酸酯5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉耐磨棉纱的制作方法,其特征在于:由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将碳酸氢铵、酰氧基键磺酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、纳米二氧化钛和n-二氯乙烯水杨酰胺置于搅拌釜中,加入10-15倍量的水,边搅拌边加热至完全糊化,然后保持50℃-53℃的反应温度,再加入茶子提取物、二氧化氯和纳米氧化锌充分搅拌2小时,得混合浆料,备用;
(2)将棉纤维、苎麻纤维进行震动筛分后切为长度和宽度均小于15厘米的段料;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的段料进行水洗漂白,晾干;然后放入纤维粉碎机中切至长度为4-6毫米的纤维;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的纤维浸入步骤(1)制得的浆料中升温至50℃-60℃并保持3-4小时,然后取出烘干;
(5)将步骤制(4)得的纤维与竹纤维混合后,经过梳棉、精梳,即得。
