Further, in order to enable the spraying device to uniformly spray the coating on the power transmission line 9, and the center of gravity of the whole high-voltage line spraying equipment can fall on the power transmission line 9, so as to avoid the problem of rollover of the high-voltage line spraying equipment in the traveling process of the power transmission line 9, in the high-voltage line spraying equipment provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the spraying device includes two coating tanks 6, a pump 61, two delivery pipes 62 and a spray pipe 63; the two paint tanks 6 are respectively arranged on the first fixing frame 11 and the second fixing frame 12, the two paint tanks 6 are respectively connected with the pump 61 through the two conveying pipes 62, the pump 61 is connected with the spraying pipe 63, and the spraying pipe 63 is used for spraying paint on the power transmission line 9.
The pump 61 draws the coating from the two coating material tanks 6 and delivers the coating material to the spraying pipe 63, the spraying pipe 63 is arc-shaped, and the spraying pipe 63 is uniformly provided with atomizing nozzles 631, so that the spraying pipe 63 can uniformly spray the coating material to the power transmission line 9.
And the two coating boxes 6 are respectively fixed on the first fixing frame 11 and the second fixing frame 12, so that the overall gravity center of the high-voltage line spraying equipment can fall on the power transmission line 9, the high-voltage line spraying equipment can more stably walk on the power transmission line 9, and the problem that the high-voltage line spraying equipment turns over from the power transmission line 9 is avoided.
Fig. 6 is a top view of a high voltage line spraying apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating an open state of a locking mechanism in the high-voltage line spraying apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a locking state of a locking mechanism in a high-voltage line spraying device according to an embodiment of the invention.
Further, in order to further improve the safety performance of the high-voltage line spraying apparatus, in the high-voltage line spraying apparatus provided in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and fig. 8 to 9, the high-voltage line spraying apparatus further includes a locking mechanism 7; the locking mechanism 7 is arranged on one side of the body 21 close to the frame body, the locking mechanism 7 is connected with the body 21, the controller 31 is in wireless connection with the locking mechanism 7, and the controller 31 is used for controlling the locking mechanism 7 to act so as to lock the high-voltage line spraying equipment and the power transmission line 9.
After the high-voltage line spraying equipment is erected on the power transmission line 9, the locking mechanism 7 locks the high-voltage line spraying equipment and the power transmission line 9, so that the problem that the high-voltage line spraying equipment falls from the power transmission line 9 due to rollover in the process of walking along the length direction of the power transmission line 9 and spraying paint is avoided, and the safety performance of the high-voltage line spraying equipment is further improved.
The locking mechanism 7 is wirelessly connected with the controller 31, so that the operator controls the locking mechanism 7 to be opened or locked through the controller 31.
Further, in order to enable the locking mechanism 7 to lock the high-voltage line spraying equipment with the power transmission line 9 without affecting the traveling of the traveling mechanism on the power transmission line 9, in the high-voltage line spraying equipment provided by the embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and fig. 8 to 9, the locking mechanism 7 includes an outer sleeve 71, an inner sleeve 72, a self-locking motor 73 and a connecting rod 74; the outer sleeve 71 and the self-locking motor 73 are respectively fixedly connected with the machine body 21, the outer sleeve 71 and the inner sleeve 72 are both in arc structures, and the inner side of the outer sleeve 71 is provided with a walking hole along the length direction; an output shaft 731 of the self-locking motor 73 is connected with one end of a connecting rod 74, the other end of the connecting rod 74 is connected with the inner sleeve 72, the connecting rod 74 penetrates through the walking hole, the controller 31 is wirelessly connected with the self-locking motor 73, and the controller 31 is used for controlling the self-locking motor 73 to rotate forwards or backwards so as to drive the connecting rod 74 to rotate around the self-locking motor 73 and drive the inner sleeve 72 to open the outer sleeve 71 or close the outer sleeve 71.
After the high-voltage line spraying equipment is erected on the power transmission line 9, a worker controls the self-locking motor 73 to act through the controller 31, so that the self-locking motor 73 drives the connecting rod 74 to rotate, the inner sleeve 72 moves along the walking hole of the outer sleeve 71, the inner sleeve 72 seals the outer sleeve 71, and the power transmission line 9 is sealed in an annular structure formed by the inner sleeve 72 and the outer sleeve 71.
When the high-voltage line spraying equipment turns over from the power transmission line 9, the power transmission line 9 is sealed in the annular structure formed by the inner sleeve 72 and the outer sleeve 71, so that the high-voltage line spraying equipment cannot be separated from the power transmission line 9, and the problem that the high-voltage line spraying equipment falls from the power transmission line 9 is solved.
After the high-voltage line spraying equipment finishes spraying work on the power transmission line 9, a worker controls the self-locking motor 73 to act through the controller 31, so that the automatic motor drives the connecting rod 74 to rotate, the inner sleeve 72 moves along the walking hole of the outer sleeve 71, the inner sleeve 72 enters the outer sleeve 71, and the high-voltage line spraying equipment can smoothly leave the power transmission line 9 when the controller 31 controls the flight driving device 2 to start.
Further, in order to enable an operator to accurately control the locking mechanism 7 to lock the high-voltage line spraying equipment with the power transmission line 9, or open the locking mechanism 7, so that the high-voltage line spraying equipment can smoothly leave the power transmission line 9, in the high-voltage line spraying equipment provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and fig. 8 to 9, the locking mechanism 7 further includes a first limit switch 75 and a second limit switch 76; the first limit switch 75 is disposed inside the first end of the outer sleeve 71, the second limit switch 76 is disposed inside the second end of the outer sleeve 71, and the first limit switch 75 and the second limit switch 76 are respectively used for limiting the rotation position of the connecting rod 74 to limit the locking mechanism 7 to be in the locking state or the opening state.
By arranging the first limit switch 75 on the inner side of the first end of the outer sleeve 71 and the second limit switch 76 on the inner side of the second end of the outer sleeve 71, after the high-voltage line spraying equipment is erected on the power transmission line 9, the controller 31 controls the self-locking motor 73 to act to drive the connecting rod 74 to rotate, so that the inner sleeve 72 extends out of the outer sleeve 71, and when the connecting rod 74 is in contact with the second limit switch 76, the second limit switch 76 sends a signal to the controller 31, so that the controller 31 controls the self-locking motor 73 to stop, so that the locking mechanism 7 is in a locking state, and the high-voltage line spraying equipment is safer when walking along the length direction of the power transmission line 9; after the high-voltage line spraying equipment finishes the paint spraying work on the power transmission line 9, the controller 31 controls the self-locking motor 73 to act to drive the connecting rod 74 to rotate reversely, so that the inner sleeve 72 enters the outer sleeve 71, when the connecting rod 74 contacts with the first limit switch 75, the first limit switch 75 sends a signal to the controller 31, so that the controller 31 controls the self-locking motor 73 to stop, so that the locking mechanism 7 is in an open state, and the spraying machine body can be driven to smoothly leave the power transmission line 9 after the flight driving device 2 acts.
The frame body is provided with a power supply device 8, the power supply device 8 is respectively connected with the flight driving device 2, the pump 61, the walking motor 41 and the self-locking motor 73, and the power supply device 8 can be a storage battery.

Claims (13)

1. A high voltage line spraying apparatus, comprising: the spraying machine comprises a spraying machine body, wherein a flight driving device is connected to the spraying machine body;
the flight driving device is used for driving the spraying machine body to fly so as to move the spraying machine body to a component to be sprayed or move the spraying machine body away from the component to be sprayed.
2. The high-voltage line spraying apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a controller;
the flight driving device is wirelessly connected with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the flight driving device to take off or land so as to drive the spraying machine body to move to a component to be sprayed or move the spraying machine body away from the component to be sprayed.
3. The high-voltage line spraying equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the flight driving device is a multi-axis aircraft fixedly connected with the sprayer body, and the controller is wirelessly connected with the multi-axis aircraft.
4. The high voltage line spraying apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a positioning detection mechanism;
the positioning detection mechanism is arranged on the flight driving device and is in wireless connection with the controller, and the positioning detection mechanism is used for detecting the flight environment information of the flight driving device and transmitting the flight environment information to the controller.
5. The high-voltage line spraying equipment according to claim 4, wherein the positioning detection mechanism is a camera, and a display screen is arranged on the controller;
the controller is connected with the display screen and used for transmitting the picture information shot by the camera to the display screen.
6. The high-voltage line spraying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the sprayer body comprises a frame, a traveling mechanism, and a spraying device;
the walking mechanism and the frame body are respectively connected with the flight driving device, and the spraying device is arranged on the frame body;
the walking mechanism is wirelessly connected with the controller, the walking mechanism is erected on a power transmission line, and the controller is used for controlling the walking mechanism to act so as to enable the walking mechanism to drive the frame body to walk along the power transmission line;
the spraying device is wirelessly connected with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the spraying device to spray paint to the power transmission line.
7. The high voltage line spraying apparatus of claim 6, wherein the traveling mechanism comprises a traveling motor, a motor base, and traveling wheels;
the travelling wheels are provided with wheel grooves;
the walking motor is connected with the motor base, the motor base is connected with the body of the flight driving device, a driving shaft of the walking motor is connected with the walking wheel, and the wheel groove is used for being in contact with the power transmission line.
8. The high voltage line spraying apparatus of claim 7, wherein the frame comprises a first mount and a second mount;
the upper end of the first fixing frame is connected with the body of the flight driving device, the upper end of the second fixing frame is connected with the body of the flight driving device, the travelling wheel is positioned between the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame, and the first fixing frame, the travelling wheel and the second fixing frame form an inverted V-shaped structure;
the distance between the upper end of the first fixing frame and the upper end of the second fixing frame is smaller than the distance between the lower end of the first fixing frame and the lower end of the second fixing frame.
9. The high-voltage line spraying equipment according to claim 8, wherein a first baffle is arranged on one side of the first fixing frame close to the second fixing frame, and a second baffle is arranged on one side of the second fixing frame close to the first fixing frame;
the travelling wheels are positioned between the first baffle and the second baffle, and the first baffle, the travelling wheels and the second baffle form an inverted V-shaped structure;
the distance between the upper end of the first baffle and the upper end of the second baffle is smaller than the distance between the lower end of the first baffle and the lower end of the second baffle.
10. The high-voltage line spraying apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the spraying device comprises two paint tanks, a pump, two delivery pipes and a spray pipe;
the two coating boxes are respectively arranged on the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame, the two coating boxes are respectively connected with the pump through the two conveying pipes, the pump is connected with the spraying pipe, and the spraying pipe is used for spraying coating on the power transmission line.
11. The high voltage line spraying apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a locking mechanism;
the locking mechanism is arranged on one side, close to the frame body, of the machine body, the locking mechanism is connected with the machine body, the controller is in wireless connection with the locking mechanism, and the controller is used for controlling the locking mechanism to act so as to lock the high-voltage line spraying equipment with the power transmission line.
12. The high-voltage line spraying apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the locking mechanism comprises an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, a self-locking motor, and a connecting rod;
the outer sleeve and the self-locking motor are respectively fixedly connected with the machine body, the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are both arc-shaped structures, and a walking hole is formed in the inner side of the outer sleeve along the length direction;
the output shaft of the self-locking motor is connected with one end of the connecting rod, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the inner sleeve, the connecting rod penetrates through the walking hole, the controller is wirelessly connected with the self-locking motor, and the controller is used for controlling the self-locking motor to rotate forwards or backwards so as to drive the connecting rod to rotate around the self-locking motor and drive the inner sleeve to open the outer sleeve or close the outer sleeve.
13. The high voltage line spraying apparatus of claim 12, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a first limit switch and a second limit switch;
the first limit switch is arranged on the inner side of the first end of the outer sleeve, the second limit switch is arranged on the inner side of the second end of the outer sleeve, and the first limit switch and the second limit switch are respectively used for limiting the rotating position of the connecting rod so as to limit the locking mechanism to be in a locking state or an opening state.
