The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition which comprises the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of prepared fleece-flower root, 2-10 parts of peach kernel, 2-10 parts of Chinese date, 2-10 parts of bunge cherry seed, 2-10 parts of rhizoma alismatis, 2-10 parts of fructus aurantii and 2-10 parts of cimicifugae foetidae.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 20 parts of prepared fleece-flower root, 10 parts of peach kernel, 10 parts of Chinese date, 10 parts of bunge cherry seed, 10 parts of oriental waterplantain rhizome, 10 parts of bitter orange and 10 parts of cimicifuga foetida.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition is added with conventional auxiliary materials according to a conventional process to prepare a clinically acceptable pharmaceutical preparation.
The invention also provides a medicinal preparation prepared by adding conventional auxiliary materials into any one of the traditional Chinese medicine compositions according to a conventional process.
The medicinal preparation comprises decoction, tablets, granules, capsules, pills and solutions.
The invention also provides a method for preparing any one of the traditional Chinese medicine compositions, which comprises the following steps:
(a) respectively crushing prepared fleece-flower root, peach kernel, Chinese date, bunge cherry seed, rhizoma alismatis, fructus aurantii and rhizoma cimicifugae according to the selected weight parts, and then mixing or mixing and crushing to obtain medicinal powder;
(b) and adding conventional adjuvants into the above medicinal powder, and making into clinically acceptable decoction, tablet, granule, capsule, pill or solution by conventional method.
The invention also provides a method for preparing any one of the traditional Chinese medicine compositions, which comprises the following steps:
(a) respectively crushing prepared fleece-flower root, peach kernel, Chinese date, bunge cherry seed, rhizoma alismatis, fructus aurantii and rhizoma cimicifugae according to the selected weight parts, and then mixing or mixing and crushing to obtain medicinal powder;
(b) soaking the medicinal powder in 50-95 vt% ethanol, and percolating with 50-95 vt% ethanol as solvent to obtain percolate;

(2) weighing radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata and semen Pruni, adding water 8-12 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials, and leaching for 0.5-2 hr to obtain water extractive solution;
(3) mixing the water extractive solutions, precipitating with 50-95 vt% ethanol for 8-10 hr, collecting supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain extract with relative density of 1.20-1.40, and drying to obtain extract powder;
(4) and (2) adding cyclodextrin which is 6 times of the weight of the volatile oil into the volatile oil prepared in the step (1), grinding and clathrating for 20-40min to prepare a clathrate compound, adding the extract powder prepared in the step (3), uniformly mixing to prepare a medicinal active ingredient, adding conventional auxiliary materials, and preparing a clinically acceptable decoction, tablet, granule, capsule, pill or solution according to a conventional process.
The invention also provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a pharmaceutical preparation and an application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the method in preparation of a medicine for treating constipation.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is applied to preparation of a medicine for treating intractable constipation.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention is improved on the basis of the traditional prescription of Jichuan decoction, wherein prepared fleece-flower root in the prescription has the effects of tonifying kidney and liver, moistening intestines and relaxing bowels, peach kernel has the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing meridian obstruction, and breaking blood and removing stasis, and is a monarch drug; the Chinese dates tonify middle-jiao and Qi, nourish blood and tranquilize mind, the bunge cherry seeds have the functions of relaxing bowel, descending qi and promoting diuresis; is used as a ministerial drug; rhizoma alismatis promotes diuresis, excretes dampness, dissolves turbidity and reduces lipid as adjuvant drugs, fructus aurantii regulates qi, relieves epigastric distention, moves stagnancy and relieves distension, rhizoma cimicifugae gives out exterior and promotes eruption, and heat-clearing and detoxifying as messenger drugs; the medicines are combined to play the effects of tonifying the kidney and benefiting the liver, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, regulating qi and promoting diuresis, nourishing blood and moistening intestines, and relaxing bowel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing semen Persicae, fructus Jujubae, Alismatis rhizoma, fructus Aurantii, and cimicifugae rhizoma, adding 10 times of water, leaching for 5 hr, extracting for 15 hr by steam distillation, and collecting volatile oil and water extractive solution;
(2) weighing prepared polygonum multiflorum and bunge cherry seed, adding water with the weight being 8 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials, and leaching for 2 hours to obtain water extract;
(3) mixing the water extractive solutions, precipitating with 50 vt% ethanol for 10 hr, collecting supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain extract with relative density of 1.30(80 deg.C), and drying to obtain extract powder;
(4) and (2) adding cyclodextrin 6 times the weight of the volatile oil into the volatile oil prepared in the step (1), grinding and clathrating for 30min to prepare a clathrate compound, adding the extract powder prepared in the step (3), uniformly mixing to prepare a medicinal active ingredient, adding a proper amount of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and preparing into clinically acceptable granules according to a conventional process.
Example 5
20g of prepared fleece-flower root, 5g of peach kernel, 5g of Chinese date, 2g of bunge cherry seed, 2g of rhizoma alismatis, 2g of fructus aurantii and 10g of rhizoma cimicifugae.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing semen Persicae, fructus Jujubae, Alismatis rhizoma, fructus Aurantii, and cimicifugae rhizoma, adding 8 times of water, leaching for 10 hr, extracting for 5 hr by steam distillation, and collecting volatile oil and water extractive solution;
(2) weighing prepared fleece-flower root and bunge cherry seed, adding water with the weight being 12 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials, and leaching for 0.5h to obtain water extract;
(3) mixing the water extractive solutions, precipitating with 75 vt% ethanol for 9 hr, collecting supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain extract with relative density of 1.20(40 deg.C), and drying to obtain extract powder;
(4) and (2) adding cyclodextrin 6 times the weight of the volatile oil into the volatile oil prepared in the step (1), grinding and clathrating for 40min to prepare a clathrate compound, adding the extract powder prepared in the step (3), uniformly mixing to prepare a medicinal active ingredient, adding conventional auxiliary materials, and preparing a clinically acceptable tablet according to a conventional process.
Example 6
20g of prepared fleece-flower root, 2g of peach kernel, 10g of Chinese date, 2g of bunge cherry seed, 2g of rhizoma alismatis, 2g of fructus aurantii and 10g of rhizoma cimicifugae.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing semen Persicae, fructus Jujubae, Alismatis rhizoma, fructus Aurantii, and cimicifugae rhizoma, adding water 12 times the total weight of the medicinal materials, leaching for 10h, extracting for 5h by steam distillation, and collecting volatile oil and water extractive solution;
(2) weighing prepared polygonum multiflorum and bunge cherry seed, adding water with the weight being 12 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials, and leaching for 2 hours to obtain water extract;
(3) mixing the water extractive solutions, precipitating with 95 vt% ethanol for 8 hr, collecting supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain extract with relative density of 1.40(80 deg.C), and drying to obtain extract powder;
(4) and (2) adding cyclodextrin 6 times the weight of the volatile oil into the volatile oil prepared in the step (1), grinding and clathrating for 20min to prepare a clathrate, adding the extract powder prepared in the step (3), uniformly mixing to prepare a medicinal active ingredient, adding conventional auxiliary materials, and preparing a clinically acceptable capsule according to a conventional process.
Example 7
15g of prepared fleece-flower root, 5g of peach kernel, 2g of Chinese date, 5g of bunge cherry seed, 5g of rhizoma alismatis, 5g of fructus aurantii and 2g of rhizoma cimicifugae.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing semen Persicae, fructus Jujubae, Alismatis rhizoma, fructus Aurantii, and cimicifugae rhizoma, adding 8 times of water, leaching for 5 hr, extracting for 5 hr by steam distillation, and collecting volatile oil and water extractive solution;

(3) mixing the water extractive solutions, precipitating with 50 vt% ethanol for 10 hr, collecting supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain extract with relative density of 1.25(80 deg.C), and drying to obtain extract powder;
(4) and (2) adding cyclodextrin 6 times the weight of the volatile oil into the volatile oil prepared in the step (1), grinding and clathrating for 40min to prepare a clathrate compound, adding the extract powder prepared in the step (3), uniformly mixing to prepare a medicinal active ingredient, adding conventional auxiliary materials, and preparing a clinically acceptable solution according to a conventional process.
Example 8
20g of prepared fleece-flower root, 10g of peach kernel, 10g of Chinese date, 10g of bunge cherry seed, 10g of rhizoma alismatis, 10g of fructus aurantii and 10g of rhizoma cimicifugae.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) taking prepared fleece-flower root, peach kernel, Chinese date, bunge cherry seed, rhizoma alismatis, fructus aurantii and rhizoma cimicifugae according to selected weight parts, adding purified water, decocting for 2 times, each time for 2 hours, combining decoction, filtering by using 200-mesh silk cloth, filtering filtrate by using a ceramic microfiltration membrane, wherein the filtration pressure difference is 0.18MPa, the membrane surface flow rate is 6000L/hour, and taking the filtrate as a micro-filtrate;

Clinical observations
1. Clinical cases
1.1 clinical data: clinical observations were made on 70 patients with obstipation diagnosed in Hospital, which were randomly divided into 2 groups, experiment 1 group and experiment 2 group. 35 cases in experiment 1 group with age between 20 and 65 years, 35 cases in experiment 2 group with age between 20 and 65 years have no significant difference compared with general data of two groups of cases.

(4) and (2) adding cyclodextrin which is 5-6 times of the weight of the volatile oil into the volatile oil prepared in the step (1), grinding and clathrating for 20-40min to prepare an inclusion compound, adding the extract powder prepared in the step (3), uniformly mixing to prepare a medicinal active ingredient, adding conventional auxiliary materials, and preparing a clinically acceptable decoction, tablet, granule, capsule, pill or solution according to a conventional process.
