Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving Jichuan decoction and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving Jichuan decoction, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Constipation is a common clinical symptom, manifested by dry stools, difficulty in defecation, and reduction in stool weight and frequency. With the aging of society, the change of modern life rhythm and eating habits, the change of disease spectrum and other influences on diseases, constipation becomes one of important factors influencing the life quality of modern people and is closely related to the onset of colorectal cancer. Constipation is caused by various causes such as neurogenic and systemic diseases, and is called secondary constipation. For example, constipation does not have an organic lesion causing constipation, which is called functional constipation, and it has been considered that simple constipation, habitual constipation, idiopathic constipation, and the like. The use of purgative bowel disease and colonic melanosis in constipation sufferers has attracted considerable attention because colonic melanosis is associated with colon cancer and the treatment of functional constipation is therefore becoming more and more important. Constipation includes general constipation and intractable constipation. Among them, intractable constipation is often found in the elderly, which means chronic and chronic functional constipation. However, there are also students who consider that habitual constipation is not limited to functional constipation. It also includes colonic constipation and rectal constipation. Therefore, the elderly suffering from habitual constipation should seek medical advice and find out the cause of the constipation at an early stage. In general, intractable constipation has the following characteristics: intractable constipation is a disease that gradually causes difficulty in defecation at different ages due to anatomical variation of the congenital node and rectum. Intractable constipation can not be treated by non-operative treatment, and also can not be cured by drug treatment. Intractable constipation is not functional but has obvious organic lesion of colon and rectum, and has the problems of great treatment difficulty and easy relapse. Therefore, there is a need for a drug having an effective therapeutic effect on intractable constipation.
Chinese patent document CN105617284A discloses a pharmaceutical composition for treating habitual intractable constipation, wherein the active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine are prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 40 parts of cistanche, 40 parts of rhizoma acori graminei, 40 parts of semen cassiae, 35 parts of dandelion, 35 parts of almond, 35 parts of rhizoma alismatis, 35 parts of mulberry, 30 parts of radix curcumae, 30 parts of trichosanthes kirilowii maxim, 30 parts of immature bitter orange, 28 parts of inula flower root, 28 parts of burdock, 28 parts of cortex phellodendri, 25 parts of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, 25 parts of angelica, 25 parts of pericarpium citri reticulatae, 20 parts of polygala tenuifolia, 20 parts of myrrh, 20 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 20 parts of poria cocos, 15 parts of liquorice, 10 parts of Chinese yam and 10 parts of peach kernel; clinical verification shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be used for treating intractable constipation, but has the defects of slow response, low cure rate, high recurrence rate, large medicine dosage, various medicine varieties, high cost and the like.

Clinical observations
1. Clinical cases
1.1 clinical data: clinical observations were made on 70 patients with obstipation diagnosed in Hospital, which were randomly divided into 2 groups, experiment 1 group and experiment 2 group. 35 cases in experiment 1 group with age between 20 and 65 years, 35 cases in experiment 2 group with age between 20 and 65 years have no significant difference compared with general data of two groups of cases.
1.2 diagnostic criteria: reference to roman standard II execution within the last 12 months, at least 12 weeks (not necessarily continuously) have two or more of the following events occurred: (1) defecation is urgent; (2) dry or hard; (3) the sense of inexhaustible defecation is achieved; (4) the defecation has the anus obstruction or obstruction feeling; (5) when defecation occurs, extra help is needed, such as finger digging and basin massage; (6) defecation <3 times per week, no observation of loose stools, and insufficient diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
1.3 evaluation criteria for clinical therapeutic effect were: the method is implemented according to the standard of constipation curative effect judgment in the guideline of clinical research of new traditional Chinese medicines. Clinical cure: the stool is normal, or the level before the disease is recovered, other symptoms disappear completely, and other symptoms disappear completely. The effect is shown: the constipation is obviously improved, the defecation interval time and the stool quality are close to normal, or the stool is slightly dry and the defecation interval time is less than 72 hours, and other symptoms are completely disappeared. The method has the following advantages: the defecation interval is shortened by 1 day, or the feces quality is dried and improved, and other symptoms are all improved. And (4) invalidation: constipation and other symptoms are not improved, the cure rate is the number of cure cases/total cases, the effective rate is the number of effective cases/total cases, and the total effective rate is the cure rate + the effective rate.
