Description

Preparation for preventing contact transmission of swine fever and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pig breeding, in particular to a preparation for preventing contact transmission of swine fever and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the outburst of the heteromilitary in the large-scale pig raising industry, various animal epidemic diseases seriously threaten the pig raising industry, particularly the swine fever is the most fatal acute virulent infectious disease affecting the pig raising production, the swine fever is an acute, thermal and highly contact infectious disease caused by the swine fever virus and is often the clinical symptom of septicemia, in recent years, the epidemic form of the swine fever is changed from frequent pandemics into multi-region sporadic epidemics, most of the swine fever is expressed as mild swine fever or subclinical infection, breeding disorders frequently occur to sows, long-term virus carrying and virus dispersion become important reasons of poor swine fever prevention immune effect and outbreak due to repeated occurrence, particularly, the outbreak is caused by stress factors such as low temperature and changeable climate, and the like, and the prevention work of the swine fever is brought with new difficulty, at present, most of governments in China carry out forced immunization of the swine fever, and farmers generally accept the concept of 'vaccination of the swine fever vaccine', however, some new problems arise in practical operation, for example, the currently widely used hog cholera lapinized virus vaccine (C strain) is the most recognized and best domestic hog cholera vaccine, and the action of preventing and controlling hog cholera should be confirmed, but after the long-term and repeated inoculation of the hog cholera virus vaccine, pigs are only continuously stimulated by the hog virus, and finally immune paralysis and antibody response are generated, and under the condition of immune paralysis, the hog virus can continuously pass through the body, and repeatedly circulate in a pig farm, even the virus toxicity returns gradually, so that the adverse effect of the outbreak of hog cholera is directly caused.
At present, vaccination is mostly carried out on breeding pigs, and then sterilization and disinfection treatment is carried out on captive areas through sand blasting disinfectant substances, however, the disinfectant substances are easy to volatilize in a short time and have strong pungent smell, so that the disinfectant substances are very inconvenient for breeding personnel to use, the disinfectant substances can not be used for sterilizing and disinfecting piggeries and the surfaces of the pigs by using preparations which have no pungent smell and good sterilization and disinfection effects, the purpose of well avoiding contact infection of swine fever is not achieved, the application of chemical disinfection reagents can not be reduced by using a physical method of photocatalyst sterilization, and the chemical reagents cause secondary pollution to the environment, so that the contact infection of the swine fever is avoided, and the disinfectant substances are very unfavorable.

s3, preparation of a mixed preparation: adding the nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst measured in the step S1 into the traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial preparation prepared in the step S2, adding deionized water in corresponding weight proportion, and stirring for 30-40min at the rotating speed of 600-700r/min and the temperature of 26-32 ℃ to fully mix the photocatalyst, the antibacterial preparation and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation so as to obtain a mixed preparation;
s4, forming of the preparation for preventing contact transmission of swine fever: adding the emulsifier and the surfactant which are measured in the step S1 into the mixed preparation obtained in the step S3 in sequence, and stirring for 1-2 hours at the rotating speed of 800-1000r/min to enable the mixed preparation to be in a thick emulsion state, so as to prepare a preparation for preventing the contact propagation of the swine fever;
s5, post-treatment of the preparation for preventing contact transmission of swine fever: and (5) packaging the preparation for preventing the contact transmission of the hog cholera prepared in the step (S4) by filling equipment, then performing sealing quality inspection, and finally storing in a warehouse after sale.
8. The method for preparing a preparation for preventing contact transmission of swine fever according to any one of claim 7, wherein the preparation comprises: the preparation prepared by the method specifically comprises the following steps in the using process:
t1, cleaning the pigsty wall to be coated, the breeding tools in the pigsty and the surfaces of the pigs and the livestock by using clear water;
t2, pouring the prepared preparation for preventing the contact transmission of the swine fever into a blending container, adding water, adjusting the ratio of the preparation to the water to be 1: 4, and uniformly mixing the preparation in the water;
and T3, respectively spraying the prepared preparation prepared in the step T2 on the pigsty wall, the breeding tool in the pigsty and the body surface of the pig through a spraying tool after the cleaning in the step S1, thereby completing the use of the preparation for preventing the contact transmission of the swine fever.
