人棉纱是一种粘胶纤维,其特性很类似于棉花,所以故名人棉,而且在部分性能上,他还高过棉花,所以不仅仅是棉花的替代品;人造棉光泽好,手感较光滑,可染性好,鲜艳度和色牢度高,穿着舒适,耐稀碱,吸湿性与棉接近等优点,受到越来越多消费者的喜爱;人棉纱紫色系列属于敏感色系,染色的质量不容易控制,现有的染色工艺中,对操作工人的技能熟练度有很大的依赖,染色的废品率较高,且染色的固色率较低。

为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,提高了染色的成品率以及染色的固色率。

一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,所述清洁染色工艺依次包括碱洗工序、水洗工序、染色工序、后处理工序,其中,所述碱洗工序包括如下步骤:步骤A:称重:称取一定重量的待染色人棉纱备用;步骤B:碱洗:将待染色人棉纱从盛有氢氧化钠的处理缸液面下经过,对待染色人棉纱进行表面处理;所述水洗工序包括如下步骤:步骤C:水热处理:将步骤B中碱洗后待染色人棉纱放置在盛有常温水的电水浴器中,加热升温,待电水浴器中温度升至90-95℃后,保温0.5-0.7h后取出待染色人棉纱;步骤D:常温水处理:将步骤C中热处理后的待染色人棉纱放入常温水池中溢洗10-20min后取出;所述染色工艺包括如下步骤:步骤E:染料配置:将染料、染料改性剂、软化水混合投入染缸中进行染料改性,制得改性染料溶液;步骤F:人棉纱染色:将步骤D中常温水处理后的待染色人棉纱放入盛有步骤E中改性染料溶液的染缸中进行染色处理;所述后处理工序包括如下步骤:步骤G:温水洗:将步骤F中染色后的人棉纱放入温度为50-60℃的温水箱内进行水洗;步骤H:烘干:将步骤G中温水处理后的染色后的人棉纱经过烘干箱烘干;步骤I:收卷:将步骤G中烘干后的人棉纱收卷。

在促染剂中加入特定比例的复配盐硫酸钠,氯化钠,柠檬酸钠,提高了对人棉纱的染色固色率,进而提高了产品质量;且采用该染色工艺,方便了工人操作,提高了产品成品率。

1.一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,其特征在于:所述清洁染色工艺依次包括碱洗工序、水洗工序、染色工序、后处理工序,其中,所述碱洗工序包括如下步骤:步骤A:称重:称取一定重量的待染色人棉纱备用;步骤B:碱洗:将待染色人棉纱从盛有氢氧化钠的处理缸液面下经过,对待染色人棉纱进行表面处理;所述水洗工序包括如下步骤:步骤C:水热处理:将步骤B中碱洗后待染色人棉纱放置在盛有常温水的电水浴器中,加热升温,待电水浴器中温度升至90-95℃后,保温0.5-0.7h后取出待染色人棉纱;步骤D:常温水处理:将步骤C中热处理后的待染色人棉纱放入常温水池中溢洗10-20min后取出;所述染色工艺包括如下步骤:步骤E:染料配置:将染料、染料改性剂、软化水混合投入染缸中进行染料改性,制得改性染料溶液;步骤F:人棉纱染色:将步骤D中常温水处理后的待染色人棉纱放入盛有步骤E中改性染料溶液的染缸中进行染色处理;所述后处理工序包括如下步骤:步骤G:温水洗:将步骤F中染色后的人棉纱放入温度为50-60℃的温水箱内进行水洗;步骤H:烘干:将步骤G中温水处理后的染色后的人棉纱经过烘干箱烘干;步骤I:收卷:将步骤G中烘干后的人棉纱收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤E中软化水为总硬度为20-25ppmCaCO3的软水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤E中改性染料溶液中各组分按以下体积比进行混合制备而成,其中染料、染料改性剂、软化水的体积比为:50-60:1:30-40。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤E和步骤F中染缸为带有温控功能的染缸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤F中染缸内的温度为50-60℃,染色时间1-1.2h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤G中温水洗时间为0.5-1h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤H中烘干箱温度为100-120℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,其特征在于,所述染料为阳离子染料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,其特征在于,所述染料包括阳离子金黄X-GL、阳离子红X-GRL、阳离子兰X-BL。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种人棉纱的清洁染色工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤E中制得的改性染料溶液中还添加有占改性染料溶液总体积5%的促染剂,所述促染剂包括以下重量份的原料,其中,弱阳离子缩合物10-12,复配盐硫酸钠15-17,氯化钠3-4,柠檬酸钠13-16,聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基苯基醚3-6,烷醇酰胺2-3,助溶剂8-9,乙醇胺亚硫酸脂6-8,十二烷基甜菜碱9-10,磷酸脂5-7,去离子水32-45。
