The invention discloses a full-automatic reel loading and unloading device which comprises an operation panel, a workbench and a control cabinet, wherein the workbench is provided with a replacing track, a carrier tape receiving device and a guide post, the replacing track is provided with a guide block, and the guide block can move on the replacing track; the guide block is provided with a sucker loading component, a rotating shaft and a positioning sheet, the sucker loading component is used for taking down or putting up a reel placed through the guide post, and the positioning sheet can be placed on the reel and rotates along with the rotating shaft. The full-automatic reel loading and unloading device is high in reel efficiency and low in error and leakage rate, and the full-automatic reel loading and unloading device is used for coiling the tape, so that full-automatic loading and unloading are realized, and the problems of low efficiency and high error and leakage rate of the existing reel machine are solved.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 4, a carrier tape guide rail 8 for guiding a carrier tape is further disposed on the working table 2, so as to guide the carrier tape to the reel 9 placed on the positioning plate 703. As shown in fig. 3 or fig. 4, a fixed rail 11 is further fixed on the work bench 2, and the shape of the fixed rail matches with the reel 9, so as to prevent the reel 9 placed on the positioning plate 703 from falling off during material rolling.
As shown in fig. 1, the operation panel 1 includes a display screen 101 and an operation button 102, and a warning light 103 is further disposed on the operation panel 1 for warning to remind that the disc is full.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the fully automatic reel loading and unloading device is further provided with a code reader 12 to automatically check the information of the label product and compare the information with the flow card, thereby effectively preventing material error and mixing.

full empty reels are placed in reel areas provided with empty reel guide posts, the empty reels are fixed on positioning pieces 703 by using sucking disc loading components 701 on guide blocks 7 and are transferred to the upper portion of a fixed rail 11, the tape winding work is carried out after a carrier tape is guided into a carrier tape guide track 8, after the tape winding is finished, the guide blocks 7 carry the reels to move to the upper portion of the fixed rail 11 along the direction of a replacement track 4, the reels are transferred to the full reel guide posts by using the sucking disc loading components 701, and the reels penetrate through the full reel guide posts. The guide block 7 returns to the original position to continue to carry out coiling operation on the empty reel, the operation is repeated until the empty reel is completely full, the machine stops working, buzzing and warning are generated to remind, and bulk materials are avoided. In the process, the code reader 12 can automatically check the information of the label product and automatically compare the information with the flow card, so that material mistake and material mixing are prevented.
