技术领域
本发明涉及PCM板结构的技术领域,具体为具有拉丝变色效果的透明PCM彩涂板。
背景技术
PCM彩涂板是指彩涂钢板,彩涂钢板是一种带有有机涂层的钢板,目前,PCM板制作中均需要通过面漆来丰富板体的装饰色彩,在实际过程中,为了体现PCM板的材质,可以不需要带有色彩的面漆,然而由于面漆没有色彩,其会导致整个PCM板的美观度下降,为此,急需一种即能体现PCM板材质、又整体美观的板材结构。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了具有拉丝变色效果的透明PCM彩涂板,其体现了基体的材质,且通过拉丝结合变色效果、使得板材整体美观。
具有拉丝变色效果的透明PCM彩涂板,其特征在于:其包括基体,所述基体的外表面预先经过拉丝处理,所述基体内表面设置有第一化学处理层,所述基体的外表面设置有透明的第二化学处理层,所述第二化学处理层的外表涂布有透明底漆层,所述第一化学处理层的外表面涂布有背漆层,所述透明底漆层的外表面涂布有透明面漆层,所述透明面漆层由若干层透明油漆层和二氧化硅颗粒混合形成,所述二氧化硅颗粒为透明材质,每相邻的透明油漆层之间散布有二氧化硅颗粒,所述透明面漆层的最表层为透明油漆层。
其进一步特征在于:所述透明面漆层由N层透明油漆层和M层二氧化硅颗粒叠合形成,其中M、N均为自然数,且N大于M;
优选地,M的数值为(N-1),使得透明面漆层中布置最大层数量的二氧化硅颗粒;
除去最表层的透明油漆层外的其余透明油漆层的厚度为5μm~10μm,最表层的透明油漆层的厚度为20μm~50μm,所述清漆层的整体厚度为70μm~150μm;
所述二氧化硅颗粒的粒径小于0.2μm,相邻的透明油漆层包裹住位于中间的所述二氧化硅颗粒;
所述基体具体为镀锌板,所述镀锌板的内表面通过磷化处理后形成第一化学处理层,所述镀锌板的经过拉丝处理的外表面通过钝化处理后形成透明的第二化学处理层;
所述背漆层具体为环氧树脂漆喷涂形成,所述背漆层的厚度为20μm~50μm;
所述透明底漆层具体为聚酯树脂漆喷涂形成,所述底漆层的厚度为20μm~50μm;
所述透明面漆层具体为聚酯树脂漆喷涂形成。
具有拉丝变色效果的透明PCM彩涂板的制作方法,其特征在于,其具体步骤如下:
S1:预处理,碱洗脱脂,清洗基体的油污以及杂质,保证板面清洁,为涂漆的后期工艺作基础,脱脂之后,使用清水清洗,保证没有残液留存;
S2:拉丝,烘干的基材的外表面经过拉丝工艺处理、形成拉丝外表面;
S3:磷化,在基体的内表面喷涂磷化液,使得基体的内表面形成第一化学处理层;
S4:钝化,在基体的已经经过拉丝处理的外表面喷涂钝化液,使得基体的内表面形成透明的第二化学处理层;
S5:喷涂背漆和底漆,在第一化学处理层的外表面喷涂厚度为20μm~50μm的环氧树脂漆,在第二化学处理层的外表面喷涂厚度为20μm~50μm的透明聚酯树脂漆;
S6:烘干,喷涂背漆和底漆涂完成之后,进入烘干炉完成固化以及烘干工艺,温度控制在160℃~300℃,固化时间为15-30s;
S7:制作透明面漆层,将基体输送至真空环境下,所述真空环境的内腔后设置有喷涂机、二氧化硅颗粒散播装置,所述喷涂机的喷涂机头沿着基体的长度方向直线行进喷涂单层透明油漆层后,二氧化硅颗粒散播装置沿着直线方向在透明油漆层的上表面散布二样化硅颗粒,之后再次驱动喷涂机在二氧化硅颗粒上表面喷涂单层透明油漆层,直至形成设定的N层透明油漆层和M层二氧化硅颗粒层,之后将基体移出真空环境;
S8:烘干,制作透明面漆层之后,进入烘干炉完成固化以及烘干工艺,温度控制在200℃~320℃,固化时间为50-60s;
S9:贴膜,降温之后,在清漆层的上表面进行贴膜,贴一层保护膜;
S10:收卷:保证整体齐边收卷,到达出厂质量要求。
采用本发明后,透明面漆层由若干层透明油漆层和二氧化硅颗粒混合形成,二氧化硅颗粒为透明材质,每相邻的透明油漆层之间散布有二氧化硅颗粒,清漆层的最表层为透明油漆层,若干层透明的二样化硅颗粒会将光纤产生多次折射和反射,经过多次折射和反射后,使用者看到的面漆会结合周围的环境产生多种色彩,从而形成变色效果,且由于基体的外表面拉丝处理,且拉丝面的上部均为透明层,使得能够清楚看到基体的拉丝效果;其体现了基体的材质,且通过拉丝结合变色效果、使得板材整体美观。

具有拉丝变色效果的透明PCM彩涂板,见图1:其包括基体1,基体1的外表面预先经过拉丝处理,基体1内表面设置有第一化学处理层2,基体1的外表面设置有透明的第二化学处理层3,第二化学处理层3的外表涂布有透明底漆层4,第一化学处理层2的外表面涂布有背漆层5,透明底漆层4的外表面涂布有透明面漆层6,透明面漆层6由若干层透明油漆层7和二氧化硅颗粒8混合形成,二氧化硅颗粒8为透明材质,每相邻的透明油漆层7之间散布有二氧化硅颗粒8,透明面漆层6的最表层为透明油漆层7。
透明面漆层6由N层透明油漆层7和M层二氧化硅颗粒8叠合形成,其中M、N均为自然数,且N大于M;
具体地,M的数值为(N-1),使得透明面漆层6中布置最大层数量的二氧化硅颗粒8;

S8:烘干,制作透明面漆层之后,进入烘干炉完成固化以及烘干工艺,温度控制在200℃~320℃,固化时间为50-60s;
S9:贴膜,降温之后,在清漆层的上表面进行贴膜,贴一层保护膜;
S10:收卷:保证整体齐边收卷,到达出厂质量要求。
其中保护膜在PCM彩涂板组装到产品后,进入到使用者待使用环境后揭除。

S1:预处理,碱洗脱脂,清洗基体的油污以及杂质,保证板面清洁,为涂漆的后期工艺作基础,脱脂之后,使用清水清洗,保证没有残液留存;
S2:拉丝,烘干的基材的外表面经过拉丝工艺处理、形成拉丝外表面;
S3:磷化,在基体的内表面喷涂磷化液,使得基体的内表面形成第一化学处理层;
S4:钝化,在基体的已经经过拉丝处理的外表面喷涂钝化液,使得基体的内表面形成透明的第二化学处理层;
S5:喷涂背漆和底漆,在第一化学处理层的外表面喷涂厚度为20μm~50μm的环氧树脂漆,在第二化学处理层的外表面喷涂厚度为20μm~50μm的透明聚酯树脂漆;
S6:烘干,喷涂背漆和底漆涂完成之后,进入烘干炉完成固化以及烘干工艺,温度控制在160℃~300℃,固化时间为15-30s;
S7:制作透明面漆层,将基体输送至真空环境下,所述真空环境的内腔后设置有喷涂机、二氧化硅颗粒散播装置,所述喷涂机的喷涂机头沿着基体的长度方向直线行进喷涂单层透明油漆层后,二氧化硅颗粒散播装置沿着直线方向在透明油漆层的上表面散布二样化硅颗粒,之后再次驱动喷涂机在二氧化硅颗粒上表面喷涂单层透明油漆层,直至形成设定的N层透明油漆层和M层二氧化硅颗粒层,之后将基体移出真空环境;
S8:烘干,制作透明面漆层之后,进入烘干炉完成固化以及烘干工艺,温度控制在200℃~320℃,固化时间为50-60s;
S9:贴膜,降温之后,在清漆层的上表面进行贴膜,贴一层保护膜;
S10:收卷:保证整体齐边收卷,到达出厂质量要求。
