技术领域
本发明涉及一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板及其制造工艺。
背景技术
金属板通常作为一种建筑材料,广泛应用于大型公共建筑、公共厂房或集成房屋的屋面和墙面等等,然而将彩涂板应用在化工厂房等墙板或屋顶面板时,彩涂板的使用环境相对较恶劣,如腐蚀性较强或环境潮湿等等,对油渍等难去除污渍不易被清洗尤其是针对酸碱性腐蚀,还不能很好的解决,从而降低其使用寿命;同时,现有的金属板具有耐腐蚀性差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板及其制造工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板,所述高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板包括第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层,所述第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层依次从上到下排列,所述第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层都由面层、功能层、粘结层组成,所述面层、功能层、粘结层依次从上到下排列,所述面层由PVDF、FEP、ETFE、PFA、MFA、ECTFE、PCTFE、THV中至少一种含氟材料组成,按质量百分比,所述功能层由以下组分组成:PVDF 65%-95%、钛白粉5%-35%,按质量百分比,所述粘结层由以下组分组成:PVDF 35%-80%、PMMA 20%-65%,所述第一胶层、第二胶层都由双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂、溶剂组成,所述基板层为金属板。
溶剂为醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯中至少一种。
双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂由含活泼氢组分、含-NCO基团的聚氨酯预聚体组分组成,所述含活泼氢组分、含-NCO基团的聚氨酯预聚体组分、溶剂的质量比为5-30:0.5-2:20-80。
按质量百分比,所述功能层由以下组分组成:PVDF 65%、钛白粉35%,按质量百分比,所述粘结层由以下组分组成:PVDF 35%、PMMA 65%。
按质量百分比,所述功能层由以下组分组成:PVDF 95%、钛白粉5%,按质量百分比,所述粘结层由以下组分组成:PVDF 80%、PMMA 20%。

一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、放卷:将基板层、第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层分别通过放卷装置放出进入产线生产;
步骤(2)、上胶:采用挤压式或喷淋式的涂布方法将双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂、溶剂涂在基板层的上下表面;
步骤(3)、烘干:利用几段不同温度的烘箱将溶剂烘干,形成第一胶层、第二胶层;
步骤(4)、复合:将第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层依次从上到下排列,并且将它们通过橡胶辊与钢棍热压的方式进行贴合,完成第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层之间的贴合,从而得到半成品;
步骤(5)、收卷:将半成品通过收卷装置将半成品收成卷,得到高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板成品。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明的高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板具有耐腐蚀性、耐冲击性、耐热水性、耐盐雾性、耐磨性、耐污性、耐光老化性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐油性、柔韧性好的优点,因此本发明的高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板的使用寿命长,本发明的工艺方法简单,易于大批量生产。

步骤(1)、放卷:将基板层、第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层分别通过放卷装置放出进入产线生产;
步骤(2)、上胶:采用挤压式或喷淋式的涂布方法将双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂、溶剂涂在基板层的上下表面;
步骤(3)、烘干:利用几段不同温度的烘箱将溶剂烘干,形成第一胶层、第二胶层;
步骤(4)、复合:将第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层依次从上到下排列,并且将它们通过橡胶辊与钢棍热压的方式进行贴合,完成第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层之间的贴合从而得到半成品;
步骤(5)、收卷:将半成品通过收卷装置将半成品收成卷,得到高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板成品。
耐冲击性:冲击后第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层无开裂或脱落现象。
PVDF:聚偏氟乙烯,FEP:氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物,ETFE:乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物,PFA:四氟乙烯—全氟烷氧基乙烯基醚共聚物,MFA:聚四氟乙烯-全氟甲基乙烯基醚,ECTFE:乙烯一三氟氯乙烯共聚物,PCTFE:聚三氟氯乙烯、THV:聚四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯-偏二氟乙烯聚合物,PMMA:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
柔韧性好:第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层都无开裂或脱落等破坏性现象。
耐热水性:将高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板放置于热水中,无鼓泡、开胶、剥落、开裂及膜层变色等外观上的异常变化。
耐盐雾性:按GB/T 1771的规定进行盐雾试验,试验后高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板没有开胶现象。
耐磨性:与普通彩涂板相比,其耐磨损性能提高在30%以上。
耐污性:对油渍等难去除污渍易清洗,且不受时间限制,污染长时间后仍然易被清洗,雨水即可冲刷表面附着物。在彩涂板上喷油渍,试验后高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板表面无明显污染及变色痕迹。
耐老化性。
耐酸性、耐碱性、耐油性:将高耐腐蚀氟合金膜覆膜金属板放置于酸性、碱性、油性环境中,长时间后,第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层无变色、凸起、起泡、粉化等异常的外观变化。
耐温差性:温度忽冷忽热,但高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板无鼓泡、开胶、剥落、开裂及膜层变色等外观上的异常变化。
耐湿热老化:在湿热环境下,高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板无起泡、开裂、锈蚀的现象
可加工性:加工后高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板表面没有拉伸纹、折痕、开裂等现象,易于再加工。
耐腐蚀性、耐光老化性:本发明的高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板含有含氟材料,具有极佳的耐腐蚀性和耐光老化性能,在户外建筑被广泛使用,其寿命在16年以上用日光炭素弧光灯式的测试机,经过310小时以上照射下,高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板表面无变化。
本发明的高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板具耐腐蚀性、有耐冲击性、耐热水性、耐盐雾性、耐磨性、耐污性、耐光老化性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐油性、柔韧性好的优点,因此本发明的高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板的使用寿命长,本发明的工艺方法简单,易于大批量生产。
实施例2:
一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板,所述高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板包括第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层,所述第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层依次从上到下排列,所述第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层都由面层、功能层、粘结层组成,所述面层、功能层、粘结层依次从上到下排列,所述面层由PVDF、FEP、ETFE、PFA、MFA、ECTFE、PCTFE、THV中至少一种含氟材料组成,按质量百分比,所述功能层由以下组分组成:PVDF 95%、钛白粉5%,按质量百分比,所述粘结层由以下组分组成:PVDF 80%、PMMA 20%,所述第一胶层、第二胶层都由双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂、溶剂组成,所述基板层为金属板。溶剂为醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯中至少一种。所述双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂由含活泼氢组分、含-NCO基团的聚氨酯预聚体组分组成,所述含活泼氢组分、含-NCO基团的聚氨酯预聚体组分、溶剂的质量比为30:2:80。一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、放卷:将基板层、第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层分别通过放卷装置放出进入产线生产;
步骤(2)、上胶:采用挤压式或喷淋式的涂布方法将双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂、溶剂涂在基板层的上下表面;
步骤(3)、烘干:利用几段不同温度的烘箱将溶剂烘干,形成第一胶层、第二胶层;
步骤(4)、复合:将第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层依次从上到下排列,并且将它们通过橡胶辊与钢棍热压的方式进行贴合,完成第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层之间的贴合从而得到半成品;
步骤(5)、收卷:将半成品通过收卷装置将半成品收成卷,得到高耐腐蚀氟合金膜覆膜金属板成品。
耐冲击性:冲击后第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层无开裂或脱落现象。
柔韧性好:第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层都无开裂或脱落等破坏性现象。
耐热水性:将高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板放置于热水中,无鼓泡、开胶、剥落、开裂及膜层变色等外观上的异常变化。
耐盐雾性:按GB/T 1771的规定进行盐雾试验,试验后高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板没有开胶现象。
耐磨性:与普通彩涂板相比,其耐磨损性能提高在30%以上。
耐污性:对油渍等难去除污渍易清洗,且不受时间限制,污染长时间后仍然易被清洗,雨水即可冲刷表面附着物。在彩钢板上喷油渍,试验后高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板表面无明显污染及变色痕迹。
耐老化性。
耐酸性、耐碱性、耐油性:将高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板放置于酸性、碱性、油性环境中,长时间后,第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层无变色、凸起、起泡、粉化等异常的外观变化。
耐温差性:温度忽冷忽热,但高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板无鼓泡、开胶、剥落、开裂及膜层变色等外观上的异常变化。
耐湿热老化:在湿热环境下,高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板无起泡、开裂、锈蚀的现象
可加工性:加工后高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板表面没有拉伸纹、折痕、开裂等现象,易于再加工。
耐腐蚀性、耐光老化性:本发明的高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板含有含氟材料,具有极佳的耐腐蚀性和耐光老化性能,在户外建筑被广泛使用,其寿命在16年以上用日光炭素弧光灯式的测试机,经过310小时以上照射下,高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板表面无变化。
本发明的高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板具有耐腐蚀性、耐冲击性、耐热水性、耐盐雾性、耐磨性、耐污性、耐光老化性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐油性、柔韧性好的优点,因此本发明的高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板的使用寿命长,本发明的工艺方法简单,易于大批量生产。
实施例3:
一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板,所述高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板包括第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层,所述第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层依次从上到下排列,所述第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层都由面层、功能层、粘结层组成,所述面层、功能层、粘结层依次从上到下排列,所述面层由PVDF、FEP、ETFE、PFA、MFA、ECTFE、PCTFE、THV中至少一种含氟材料组成,按质量百分比,所述功能层由以下组分组成:PVDF 80%、钛白粉20%,按质量百分比,所述粘结层由以下组分组成:PVDF 60%、PMMA 40%,所述第一胶层、第二胶层都由双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂、溶剂组成,所述基板层为金属板。溶剂为醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯中至少一种。所述双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂由含活泼氢组分、含-NCO基团的聚氨酯预聚体组分组成,所述含活泼氢组分、含-NCO基团的聚氨酯预聚体组分、溶剂的质量比为15:1:60。一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、放卷:将基板层、第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层分别通过放卷装置放出进入产线生产;
步骤(2)、上胶:采用挤压式或喷淋式的涂布方法将双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂、溶剂涂在基板层的上下表面;
步骤(3)、烘干:利用几段不同温度的烘箱将溶剂烘干,形成第一胶层、第二胶层;

需要注意的是,以上列举的仅是本发明的一种具体实施例。显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有许多变形,总之,本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板,其特征在于,所述高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板包括第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层,所述第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层依次从上到下排列,所述第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层都由面层、功能层、粘结层组成,所述面层、功能层、粘结层依次从上到下排列,所述面层由PVDF、FEP、ETFE、PFA、MFA、ECTFE、PCTFE、THV中至少一种含氟材料组成,按质量百分比,所述功能层由以下组分组成:PVDF 65%-95%、钛白粉5%-35%,按质量百分比,所述粘结层由以下组分组成:PVDF 35%-80%、PMMA 20%-65%,所述第一胶层、第二胶层都由双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂、溶剂组成,所述基板层为金属板。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板,其特征在于,所述溶剂为醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯中至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板,其特征在于,所述双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂由含活泼氢组分、含-NCO基团的聚氨酯预聚体组分组成,所述含活泼氢组分、含-NCO基团的聚氨酯预聚体组分、溶剂的质量比为5-30:0.5-2:20-80。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板,其特征在于,按质量百分比,所述功能层由以下组分组成:PVDF 65%、钛白粉35%,按质量百分比,所述粘结层由以下组分组成:PVDF 35%、PMMA 65%。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板,其特征在于,按质量百分比,所述功能层由以下组分组成:PVDF 95%、钛白粉5%,按质量百分比,所述粘结层由以下组分组成:PVDF 80%、PMMA 20%。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板,其特征在于,按质量百分比,所述功能层由以下组分组成:PVDF 80%、钛白粉20%,按质量百分比,所述粘结层由以下组分组成:PVDF 60%、PMMA 40%。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种高耐腐蚀的覆膜金属板的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)、放卷:将基板层、第一耐腐蚀膜层、第二耐腐蚀膜层分别通过放卷装置放出进入产线生产;
步骤(2)、上胶:采用挤压式或喷淋式的涂布方法将双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂、溶剂涂在基板层的上下表面;
步骤(3)、烘干:利用几段不同温度的烘箱将溶剂烘干,形成第一胶层、第二胶层;
步骤(4)、复合:将第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层依次从上到下排列,并且将它们通过橡胶辊与钢棍热压的方式进行贴合,完成第一耐腐蚀膜层、第一胶层、基板层、第二胶层、第二耐腐蚀膜层之间的贴合,从而得到半成品;
