本发明涉及滑动构件用树脂材料,并且涉及使用该树脂材料的滑动构件。
背景技术
作为用于滑动构件的树脂材料,在本领域中已知的是将石墨添加到粘合剂树脂中以形成树脂材料。专利文献1公开了一种含有大致球形的石墨颗粒的树脂材料。

本发明提供了一种滑动构件用树脂材料,其包含:80体积%以上的聚酰亚胺树脂;总计9.5体积%以上且20体积%以下的石墨和硬质物;相对于聚酰亚胺树脂的0.1重量%以上的硅烷偶联剂;以及不可避免的杂质。
石墨和硬质物的含量总计可以为15体积%以下。
石墨的含量可以为9体积%以上且18体积%以下。
石墨的含量可以为15体积%以下。
硬质物的含量可以为0.5体积%以上且3体积%以下。
聚酰亚胺树脂的含量可以为90体积%以上。
聚酰亚胺树脂可以是高强度聚酰亚胺树脂。
滑动构件用树脂材料可以不包含MoS2
本发明还提供了一种滑动构件,其包括基底材料、形成在基底材料上的烧结金属层以及形成在烧结金属层上的树脂层,树脂层由上述滑动构件用树脂材料形成。

1.配置
图1以截面示出了根据实施方式的滑动构件1的示例性结构。滑动构件1是例如用作燃料喷射泵中的衬套的滑动构件。滑动构件1包括基底材料11、烧结层12和树脂层13。基底材料11是提供滑动构件1的形状和机械强度二者的层。基底材料11由例如钢形成。基底材料11是背衬金属。烧结层12提高树脂层13与基底材料11之间的粘附力,并且是由金属粉末(例如,铜或铜合金的粉末)形成的烧结金属层。
树脂层13由滑动构件用树脂材料形成。树脂材料包含粘合剂树脂131和分散在粘合剂树脂131中的添加剂132。作为粘合剂树脂131,,可以使用例如热固性树脂,更具体地,例如聚酰亚胺(PI)树脂和聚酰胺酰亚胺(PAI)树脂中的至少一种。为了提高耐疲劳性,优选地,使用PI树脂而不是PAI树脂;并且在PI树脂中,使用具有高强度的PI树脂(在此,“高强度”是指抗张强度为150MPa或以上的PI树脂)是优选的。为了提高耐疲劳性,优选地,树脂层13中粘合剂树脂的含量大,例如,80体积%以上,更优选地83体积%以上,进一步优选地,85体积%以上,并且进一步优选地,90体积%以上。
添加剂132是改善树脂层13的特性的物质,并且可以包含例如固体润滑剂1321、硬质物(硬质颗粒)1322和硅烷偶联剂(未示出硅烷偶联剂)。固体润滑剂1321是用于降低树脂层13的摩擦系数的添加剂,并且包括例如石墨和MoS2中的至少一种。优选地,使用石墨而不是MoS2作为固体润滑剂1321。这是因为在一些情况下存在MoS2将在树脂层中聚集的可能性。当使用石墨作为固体润滑剂1321时,为了降低摩擦系数,优选地,石墨化度高,例如95%以上,更优选地99%以上。硬质物1322是用于提高树脂层13的耐咬合性和耐磨性的材料,并且例如包含粘土、莫来石和滑石中的至少一种。硅烷偶联剂是用于增强粘合剂树脂131和固体润滑剂1321之间的结合的物质。
为了提高耐疲劳性,优选地,添加剂的含量少,例如总计为20体积%以下,更优选地17体积%以下,进一步优选地15体积%以下,并且进一步更优选地10体积%以下。为了降低摩擦系数,优选地,固体润滑剂的含量大,例如,9体积%以上。为了减少添加剂的总量,优选地,固体润滑剂的含量少,例如,18体积%以下。为了提高耐咬合性和耐磨性,优选地,硬质物的含量大,例如,0.5体积%以上。为了降低添加剂的总量,优选地,固体润滑剂的含量少,例如,3体积%以下。为了添加固体润滑剂和硬质物二者,优选地,固体润滑剂的含量为9体积%以上且17体积%以下,进一步优选地14体积%以下;并且优选地,硬质物的含量为0.5体积%与3体积%之间。优选地,硅烷偶联剂相对于粘合剂树脂的含量为例如0.1重量%以上,更优选地为0.2重量%以上。为了降低成本,优选地,硅烷偶联剂相对于粘合剂树脂的含量为例如5重量%以下,并且更优选地3重量%以下。
为了降低切割工序之后的表面粗糙度,优选地,用作添加剂132的材料的粒径小;例如,优选地,添加剂132的平均粒径小于用于烧结层12的金属粉末的平均粒径。此外,优选地,固体润滑剂1321和硬质物1322二者具有5μm以下的平均粒径,并且更优选地3μm以下的平均粒径。
由于树脂层13用作滑动构件,因此优选地,耐疲劳强度(即,疲劳表面压力)为55MPa以上。稍后将描述用于测量疲劳表面压力的方法。为了提高树脂层13的耐疲劳性,优选地,用作材料的固体润滑剂1321的平均粒径小;例如,优选地为硬质物1322的平均粒径的两倍以下,并且更优选地小于硬质物1322的平均粒径。
树脂层13的耐疲劳性随着添加剂132的含量增加而降低。在本实施方式中,通过抑制添加剂的含量来提高耐疲劳性。
2.实施方式
本申请的发明人在各种条件下生产了滑动构件的测试样品,并且评估了测试件的耐疲劳性。
2-1.测试样品的制备
作为基底材料,使用厚度为1.5mm的钢板(SPCC)。将平均粒径为100μm的铜合金粉末喷涂在基底材料上达100μm的厚度,然后在不按压的情况下在还原气氛中加热至930℃以烧结该层。制备用于形成表1中的组成的树脂层的前驱体溶液,并且通过使用刮涂法将前驱体溶液涂敷在烧结层上。在涂敷前驱体溶液之后,将所得工件在室温至约200℃范围的温度下干燥约60至90分钟。此后,温度升至约300℃达30至90分钟的时间段,以实施烘烤。
在实验例1至5中,使用平均粒径(体积基准的d50)为1.5μm并且石墨化度为99%的石墨。作为高强度PI树脂,使用抗张强度为195MPa、伸长率为90%、弹性模量为3.8GPa并且玻璃化转变温度Tg为285℃的PI树脂。在实验例6中,使用平均粒径为12.5μm且石墨化度为90%的石墨。所使用的MoS2的平均颗粒尺寸为1.5μm。此外,使用抗张强度为119MPa、伸长率为47%且玻璃化转变温度Tg为360℃的PI树脂,并且使用抗张强度为112MPa、伸长率为17%、弹性模量为2.7GPa且玻璃化转变温度Tg为288℃的PAI树脂。在实验例2至5中,使用化学式为3(H3CO)SiC3H6-NH-C3H6Si(OCH3)3的硅烷偶联剂。在表1中,以相对于高强度PI树脂的重量比示出了硅烷偶联剂的含量。在实验例1至6中,使用具有Al2O3·2SiO2的结构式且平均粒径为3μm的粘土。
在实验例1至5中,仅将石墨用作固态润滑剂,即,MoS2不用作固态润滑剂。各添加剂的平均颗粒尺寸为3μm以下。
2-2.耐疲劳性评估
对实验例1和实验例2的测试样品进行疲劳测试。在以下条件下进行疲劳测试,将树脂层中不发生疲劳的最大表面压力设置为疲劳表面压力。
·测试仪:往复式负载测试仪
·转速:3000rpm
·测试温度(轴承背面温度):100℃
·相对材料:S45C
·润滑油:石蜡油
表1示出了实验例1至6的组成和疲劳测试的结果。

添加剂的总量在实验例6中为30体积%,在实验例5中为20体积%,并且在实验例1至4中为10体积%。与实验例6相比,至少在实验例2至5中示出了改善的耐疲劳性。此外,与实验例5和6相比,至少在实验例2至4中示出了改善的耐疲劳性。
在实验例1中未添加硅烷偶联剂,但在实验例2至4中相对于高强度PI树脂分别添加了0.25重量%、1重量%和3重量%的硅烷偶联剂。与实验例1相比,在实验例2至4中示出了改善的耐疲劳性。
注意,在以上示例中使用的各种材料和组成仅仅是示例,并且本发明不限于此。根据本发明的树脂材料可以含有(残留)不可避免的杂质。滑动构件的具体结构不限于图1所示的示例。例如,可以省略烧结层12,并且可以在基底材料11上直接形成树脂层13。此外,滑动构件1的应用不限于用作燃料喷射泵中的衬套,并且可以应用于各种轴承、压缩机等。

Claims (9)

1.一种滑动构件用树脂材料,该滑动构件用树脂材料包括:
80体积%以上的聚酰亚胺树脂;
总计9.5体积%以上且20体积%以下的石墨和硬质物;
相对于所述聚酰亚胺树脂的0.1重量%以上的硅烷偶联剂;以及
其余不可避免的杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑动构件用树脂材料,其中,
所述石墨和所述硬质物的含量总计为15体积%以下。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的滑动构件用树脂材料,其中,
所述石墨的含量为9体积%以上且18体积%以下。
4.根据权利要求3所述的滑动构件用树脂材料,其中,
所述石墨的含量为15体积%以下。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的滑动构件用树脂材料,其中,
所述硬质物的含量为不小于0.5体积%且不大于3体积%。
6.根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的滑动构件用树脂材料,其中,
所述聚酰亚胺树脂的含量为90体积%以上。
7.根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的滑动构件用树脂材料,其中,
所述聚酰亚胺树脂是高强度聚酰亚胺树脂。
8.根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的滑动构件用树脂材料,其中,
所述树脂材料不包含MoS2
9.一种滑动构件,该滑动构件包括:
基底材料;
烧结金属层,该烧结金属层形成在所述基底材料上,
树脂层,该树脂层形成在所述烧结金属层上并且由权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的滑动构件用树脂材料形成。
