The soil conditioner can be divided into a soil structure modifier, a soil water-retaining agent, a soil pH value regulator, a saline-alkali soil modifier, a polluted soil remediation agent, a natural modifier, a biological modifier, a synthetic modifier, a polymer, an organic, a mineral and the like according to different standards.
One of the main diseases of tobacco bacterial wilt tobacco is the tobacco bacterial wilt which is a systemic infectious disease caused by the bacteria Buchner's bacillus (Ralstoniaso-lanacearum), once a tobacco plant is infected, the whole plant is dead, the damage of the tobacco plant is usually destructive, and therefore, the tobacco production is usually caused with great economic loss. Pathogenic bacteria of tobacco bacterial wilt can be remained in soil to overwinter mainly along with plant residues and also can overwinter in seeds or other host bodies in the field, the soil with bacteria, the diseased and disabled tissues, the organic fertilizer containing the pathogenic bacteria and the like are main primary infection sources of the disease, and the disease transmission mainly depends on irrigation water, rainwater, the seedlings with the disease, agricultural implements, diseased soil, human and animal activities and the like. At present, the 4 th position of various diseases existing in the house is lost due to bacterial wilt, and the prevention and treatment work of the diseases must be paid attention to.
The main factors of bacterial wilt include: the occurrence of bacterial wilt under the environmental conditions of soil, climate, fertilizer and fertilization measures, water conservancy conditions, drought and waterlogging resisting measures and the like is particularly closely related to the soil structure, so that the improvement of the soil structure and the microecology by providing the soil conditioner is extremely important for preventing and treating the tobacco bacterial wilt.

3) drying the material obtained after fermentation in the step 2) until the water content is lower than 10%, crushing the dried material, sieving the crushed material with a 40-80-mesh sieve, mixing the crushed material with the crushed traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, urea, calcium oxide, potassium nitrate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, zinc sulfate, quicklime, boric acid, the composite microbial agent and zeolite, and uniformly stirring to obtain the soil conditioner.
8. The use of the soil conditioner for controlling tobacco bacterial wilt as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 for improving the soil of saline-alkali land.
