本发明公开了一种应用于自动覆膜机的纸张局部覆膜式割膜机构,包括墙板、放膜辊、割膜辊,在所述墙板上、并在割膜辊的侧边处装有刀架组横杆,在所述刀架组横杆上装有若干组刀架组件,该刀架组件的刀片与割膜辊相对接;在所述墙板上、并在放膜辊与刀架组横杆之间处装有通气管,在该通气管上设有与刀架组件位置对应的废膜入口。所述刀架组件包括装在刀架组横杆上的左刀架、右刀架,所述刀片装在该左刀架、右刀架的外端部内侧。本发明由左刀架与右刀架上的刀片对割膜辊上的薄膜进行割膜处理,完成割膜的薄膜可直接进行后续的覆膜处理,从而在同一机台上实现割膜、覆膜处理双功效。其纸张覆膜工作效率高,完全满足用户需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷机械,具体是涉及一种覆膜机用的割膜机构。
背景技术
目前,全自动上光机、覆膜机是用于纸类、板材上光、裱膜的专用印刷设备,分别实现纸张上光、纸塑合一的重要产品,提高纸张的质量和档次。其具有割膜机构,是根据纸张规格尺寸要求进行割膜,但有些纸张要求其某些部位(局部)不需要覆膜,为此需要先割膜、再另外在覆膜机上做覆膜处理。从而影响纸张的覆膜工作效率,也增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足,而提供一种能根据需要在同一机台上对纸张进行覆膜、割膜处理的纸张局部覆膜式割膜机构。
本发明目的通过如下的技术方案来实现:纸张局部覆膜式割膜机构,包括墙板、放膜辊、割膜辊,在所述墙板上、并在割膜辊的侧边处装有刀架组横杆,在所述刀架组横杆上装有若干组刀架组件,该刀架组件的刀片与割膜辊相对接;在所述墙板上、并在放膜辊与刀架组横杆之间处装有通气管,在该通气管上设有与刀架组件位置对应的废膜入口。
在所述通气管上、并在废膜入口的侧边处装有挡风贴片,该挡风贴片的底部插入到通气管的内部。所述刀架组件包括装在刀架组横杆上的左刀架、右刀架,所述刀片装在该左刀架、右刀架的外端部内侧,所述左刀架与右刀架之间通过调节轴及销子相接。所述刀架组横杆的两端通过旋转座装在刀架组固定座上,该旋转座与装在刀架组固定座上的旋转手轮相接。
采用本发明结构后,由左刀架与右刀架上的两片刀片(根据要求可以为多组)对割膜辊上的薄膜进行割膜处理,最初割出的废膜放置到通气管的废膜入口内,对通气管吹风而将割出的废膜持续吹出到通气管的另一端口外。完成割膜的薄膜可直接进行后续的覆膜处理,从而在同一机台上实现割膜、覆膜处理双功效。其纸张覆膜工作效率高,降低了生产成本,完全满足用户需求。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3,本发明应用于自动覆膜机的纸张局部覆膜式割膜机构,包括墙板1、放膜辊3、割膜辊9(及导膜辊8),在所述墙板1上、并在割膜辊9的侧边处装有刀架组横杆15,在所述刀架组横杆15上装有若干组刀架组件11,该刀架组件11的刀片17与割膜辊9(其表面)相对接;在所述墙板1上、并在放膜辊3与刀架组横杆15之间处(更靠近刀架组横杆15)装有通气管5(其通过通气管座4及墙板固定座2装在墙板1上),在该通气管5上设有与刀架组件位置对应的废膜入口23。所述通气管的右端部与风机相连,由风机向此通气管内吹风。在所述通气管5上、并在废膜入口23的侧边处装有挡风贴片6,该挡风贴片的底部插入到通气管的内部(为通气管径宽一半左右,如图3所示,用于阻挡通气管内的上部分气体,以防止风力过太,使废膜21不致于卡贴在废膜入口及通气管的内壁处)。在所述割膜辊9上具有若干条凹槽,有利于刀片的割膜工作。
所述刀架组件11包括装在刀架组横杆15上的左刀架22、右刀架16(两者之间具有一定间距),所述刀片17(通过垫片18)装在该左刀架22、右刀架16的外端部内侧(刀片的刀锋部露出而与割膜辊的表面相对接),所述左刀架22与右刀架16之间通过调节轴20及销子19相接。所述刀架组横杆15的两端通过旋转座14装在刀架组固定座12(其装在墙板1上)上,该旋转座14与装在刀架组固定座12上的旋转手轮13相接。其中,所述左刀架22、右刀架16、垫片18、刀片17、调节轴20及销子19构成刀架组件11(为若干组),与通气管5上的废膜入口位置及个数相对应。通过旋转调节轴来调节左刀架与右刀架之间的距离(即左刀架与右刀架上的两片刀片的间距,也就是割出的废膜宽度),再使用销子定位;通过旋转手轮的旋转调节刀架组件的横向位置,通过旋转座的旋转调节刀架组件的角度位置。刀架组件的个数及其在刀架组横杆15上的位置可根据需要进行调整。
工作时,将薄膜卷筒放置在放膜辊上,将此放卷出的薄膜通过导膜辊(两件或多件)拉到割膜辊上,再将刀架组件的刀片放置在薄膜上。当割膜辊旋转滚动时,左刀架与右刀架上的两片刀片(根据要求可以为多组)对薄膜进行割膜处理,最初割出的废膜21由人工放置到通气管的废膜入口内。风机对通气管吹风而将割出的废膜持续吹出到通气管的另一端口外。完成割膜的薄膜可直接进行后续的覆膜处理,从而在同一机台上实现割膜、覆膜处理双功效。

Claims (4)

1.纸张局部覆膜式割膜机构,包括墙板(1)、放膜辊(3)、割膜辊(9),其特征在于:在所述墙板(1)上、并在割膜辊(9)的侧边处装有刀架组横杆(15),在所述刀架组横杆(15)上装有若干组刀架组件(11),该刀架组件(11)的刀片(17)与割膜辊(9)相对接;在所述墙板(1)上、并在放膜辊(3)与刀架组横杆(15)之间处装有通气管(5),在该通气管(5)上设有与刀架组件位置对应的废膜入口(23)。
2.如权利要求1所述的纸张局部覆膜式割膜机构,其特征在于:在所述通气管(5)上、并在废膜入口(23)的侧边处装有挡风贴片(6),该挡风贴片的底部插入到通气管的内部。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的纸张局部覆膜式割膜机构,其特征在于:所述刀架组件(11)包括装在刀架组横杆(15)上的左刀架(22)、右刀架(16),所述刀片(17)装在该左刀架(22)、右刀架(16)的外端部内侧,所述左刀架(22)与右刀架(16)之间通过调节轴(20)及销子(19)相接。
4.如权利要求3所述的纸张局部覆膜式割膜机构,其特征在于:所述刀架组横杆(15)的两端通过旋转座(14)装在刀架组固定座(12)上,该旋转座(14)与装在刀架组固定座(12)上的旋转手轮(13)相接。
