Experimental example hypoglycemic function test
1. The test population: 100 adult type II diabetics, 18-65 years old, male and female halves, were selected. The inclusion standard of the subject is that the age is 18-65 years, the state of illness is stable after diet control or oral hypoglycemic drug treatment, the variety and the dosage of the drug do not need to be changed, only adult type II diabetics with maintenance dose are taken, and the fasting blood sugar is more than or equal to 7.8mmol/L or the 2h blood sugar is more than or equal to 11.1mmol/L after meal.
2. Experimental design and grouping: the test group and the control group are randomly divided according to the blood sugar level, sex, age, disease course and medicine taking type of the testee, and each group contains 50 people.
3. The test method comprises the following steps: the experimental group took the sample prepared in example 9 of the present invention every day, 2 times a day, 1 bag (20 g/bag) each time, and drunk after being infused with boiling water. 6. Conclusion
The experiment group takes the sample of the invention in the example 9, which has obvious improvement effect on the main clinical symptoms of hyperglycemia; the differences of fasting blood sugar, postprandial blood sugar and urine sugar of the experimental group before and after the test eating and the experimental group and the control group are significant (P is less than 0.05). The test result shows that the product of the invention has the health care function of reducing blood sugar.
In addition, the invention adopts pure natural medicines, does not add any toxic additive and addictive medicine, can not inhibit appetite, can not cause diarrhea, has no toxic or side effect, and is not addicted. 1) preparing materials; weighing the required raw materials according to the proportion;
2) mixing radix Angelicae sinensis, Eucommiae cortex, Ganoderma, cortex et radix Polygalae, chia and herba Moslae, reflux-extracting with 70% ethanol for 2 times, extracting with 8 times of ethanol for 3 hr for 1 time, extracting with 6 times of ethanol for 1 hr for 2 times, filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating the filtrate to fluid extract with relative density of 1.10 at 30 deg.C, adding ethanol to make ethanol content reach 70% to obtain solution I;
3) mixing black tea, honeysuckle, medlar, chrysanthemum and mulberry leaves, adding water, decocting for 2 times, adding 10 times of water by weight for 2 hours for the 1 st time, adding 8 times of ethanol by weight for extracting for 1 hour for the 2 nd time, combining the decoctions, filtering, concentrating the filtrate to clear paste with the relative density of 1.10 at 30 ℃, adding ethanol to ensure that the ethanol content reaches 70 percent, and obtaining a solution II;
4) mixing the solution I and the solution II, stirring, standing, filtering, recovering ethanol from the filtrate, and concentrating to obtain fluid extract with relative density of 1.10 at 30 deg.C; adding isomaltooligosaccharides according to a formula to prepare an active mixture; taking 100 parts of the active mixture, adding 12.5 parts of maltodextrin and 55.5 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, uniformly mixing, adding a proper amount of ethanol solution to prepare a soft material, granulating by using a 16-mesh sieve, drying at 60 ℃, and finishing granules by using a 12-mesh sieve to obtain the granules.

the health food is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-200 parts of dark green tea, 1-10 parts of angelica, 5-50 parts of eucommia bark, 10-200 parts of honeysuckle, 5-50 parts of lucid ganoderma, 10-150 parts of medlar, 5-20 parts of polygala root, 5-100 parts of chia, 5-50 parts of elsholtzia, 10-200 parts of chrysanthemum, 5-100 parts of mulberry leaf and 0.1-1 part of isomaltooligosaccharide;
2) mixing radix Angelicae sinensis, Eucommiae cortex, Ganoderma, cortex et radix Polygalae, chia and herba Moslae, adding 5-10 times of 50-90% ethanol, reflux extracting for 1-3 times (0.5-3.0 hr each time), filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating the filtrate to fluid extract, adding ethanol to make ethanol content reach 70-75%, to obtain solution I;
3) mixing black tea, honeysuckle, medlar, chrysanthemum and mulberry leaves, adding water with the weight of 5-15 times, decocting for 1-3 times, each time for 0.5-2 hours, merging decoction, filtering, concentrating filtrate into clear paste, adding ethanol until the ethanol content reaches 70% -75%, and obtaining solution II;
4) mixing the solution I and the solution II, stirring, standing, filtering, recovering ethanol from the filtrate, and concentrating to obtain fluid extract; adding isomaltooligosaccharide and appropriate amount of adjuvants according to the formulation to make into appropriate dosage form.
5. The method for preparing a health food according to claim 4, wherein the auxiliary materials of step 4) are microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate; the dosage form is granules.

1) preparing materials;
2) mixing radix Angelicae sinensis, Eucommiae cortex, Ganoderma, cortex et radix Polygalae, chia and herba Moslae, reflux-extracting with 70% -75% ethanol for 2 times, extracting with 8 times of ethanol for 3 hr for 1 time, extracting with 6 times of ethanol for 1 hr for 2 times, filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating the filtrate to fluid extract, adding ethanol to make ethanol content reach 70% -75%, to obtain solution I;
3) mixing black tea, honeysuckle, medlar, chrysanthemum and mulberry leaves, adding water, decocting for 2 times, adding 10 times of water by weight for 2 hours for the 1 st time, adding 8 times of ethanol by weight for extracting for 1 hour for the 2 nd time, mixing decoctions, filtering, concentrating the filtrate into clear paste, adding ethanol to enable the ethanol content to reach 70% -75%, and obtaining a solution II;
4) mixing the solution I and the solution II, stirring, standing, filtering, recovering ethanol from the filtrate, and concentrating to obtain fluid extract; adding isomaltooligosaccharide and appropriate amount of adjuvants according to the formulation to make into appropriate dosage form.
