Abstract
本发明涉及装饰材料技术领域,公开一种夜光柔性片材,由柔性片材本体和其上的夜光层构成。其中,柔性片材本体包括质量百分比的以下组分:丙烯酸乳液7‑30%;无机粉20‑60%;石英砂20‑70%;颜料0‑3%;保水剂0‑2%;水0‑20%。夜光层包括质量百分比的以下组分:夜光粉2‑30%;建筑涂料用乳液10‑70%;水适量。本发明的夜光柔性片材,白天呈现砖、木、石、皮等效果,晚上呈现荧光效果,装饰性更强。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料技术领域,具体地说是一种夜光柔性片材及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,夜光涂料已用于室内外装修,但夜光涂料白天装饰效果单一。因此,有必要开发一种不仅晚上呈现荧光效果,白天更能呈现丰富多样装饰效果的夜光柔性片材。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明公开一种夜光柔性片材及其制造方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采取以下技术方案予以实现:
一种夜光柔性片材,其特征在于,由柔性片材本体和其上的夜光层构成;
所述柔性片材本体包括质量百分比的以下组分:
丙烯酸乳液7-30%;
无机粉20-60%;
石英砂20-70%;
颜料0-3%;
保水剂0-2%;
水0-20%;
所述夜光层包括质量百分比的以下组分:
夜光粉2-30%;
建筑涂料用乳液10-70%;
水适量;
所述建筑涂料用乳液包括丙烯酸类、醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液(醋均乳液白乳胶)、醋酸乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酯共聚物乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物乳液(EVA乳液)、醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯共聚物乳液、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液(醋丙乳液、乙丙乳液)、醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物乳液(氯醋丙乳液)、纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液(纯丙乳液)、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液(苯丙乳液)、硅丙乳液、氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯共聚物乳液(氯偏乳液)、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物乳液(丁苯乳液)。
优选地,所述无机粉为大理石粉、硅灰粉、粉煤灰、高炉矿渣粉中的一种或组合。
本发明的另一目的在于公开上述夜光柔性片材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将夜光层配方中各组分混合均匀,形成夜光浆料;将夜光浆料喷涂在具有装饰纹理的硅胶模具上,喷涂厚度为0.1-0.5mm;
(2)将喷涂夜光浆料的硅胶模具在80-170℃下加热干燥,形成夜光层;
(3)将柔性片材本体配方中各组分混合均匀,形成本体浆料;在干燥后的夜光层上涂覆本体浆料,涂覆厚度为2-8mm;
(4)将涂覆本体浆料的硅胶模具在80-170℃下加热干燥固化,形成柔性片材本体层。
优选地,所述柔性片材本体层的中间或背后放置若干层网格布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的夜光柔性片材,白天呈现砖、木、石、皮等效果,晚上呈现荧光效果,装饰性更强。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,但需要说明的是,实施例并不对本发明要求保护范围的构成限制。
实施例1
一种夜光柔性片材,其特征在于,由柔性片材本体和其上的夜光层构成。
其中,柔性片材本体包括质量百分比的以下组分:丙烯酸乳液7-30%;无机粉20-60%;石英砂20-70%;颜料0-3%;保水剂0-2%;水0-20%。
夜光层包括质量百分比的以下组分:夜光粉2-30%;建筑涂料用乳液10-70%;水适量。
建筑涂料用乳液包括丙烯酸类、醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液(醋均乳液白乳胶)、醋酸乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酯共聚物乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物乳液(EVA乳液)、醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯共聚物乳液、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液(醋丙乳液、乙丙乳液)、醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物乳液(氯醋丙乳液)、纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液(纯丙乳液)、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液(苯丙乳液)、硅丙乳液、氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯共聚物乳液(氯偏乳液)、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物乳液(丁苯乳液)。
无机粉为大理石粉、硅灰粉、粉煤灰、高炉矿渣粉中的一种或组合。
上述夜光柔性片材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将夜光层配方中各组分混合均匀,形成夜光浆料;将夜光浆料喷涂在具有装饰纹理的硅胶模具上,喷涂厚度为0.1-0.5mm;
(2)将喷涂夜光浆料的硅胶模具在80-170℃下加热干燥,形成夜光层;
(3)将柔性片材本体配方中各组分混合均匀,形成本体浆料;在干燥后的夜光层上涂覆本体浆料,涂覆厚度为2-8mm;
(4)将涂覆本体浆料的硅胶模具在80-170℃下加热干燥固化,形成柔性片材本体层。
柔性片材本体层的中间或背后放置若干层网格布。
硅胶模具上的装饰纹理可以是砖、木、石、皮等纹理,从而使制得的片材白天呈现砖、木、石、皮等效果,晚上呈现荧光效果,装饰性更强。

1.一种夜光柔性片材,其特征在于,由柔性片材本体和其上的夜光层构成;
所述柔性片材本体包括质量百分比的以下组分:
丙烯酸乳液7-30%;
无机粉20-60%;
石英砂20-70%;
颜料0-3%;
保水剂0-2%;
水0-20%;
所述夜光层包括质量百分比的以下组分:
夜光粉2-30%;
建筑涂料用乳液10-70%;
水适量;
所述建筑涂料用乳液包括丙烯酸类、醋酸乙烯均聚物乳液、醋酸乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酯共聚物乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物乳液、醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯共聚物乳液、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液、醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物乳液、纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液、硅丙乳液、氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯共聚物乳液、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种夜光柔性片材,其特征在于,所述无机粉为大理石粉、硅灰粉、粉煤灰、高炉矿渣粉中的一种或组合。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种夜光柔性片材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将夜光层配方中各组分混合均匀,形成夜光浆料;将夜光浆料喷涂在具有装饰纹理的硅胶模具上,喷涂厚度为0.1-0.5mm;
(2)将喷涂夜光浆料的硅胶模具在80-170℃下加热干燥,形成夜光层;
(3)将柔性片材本体配方中各组分混合均匀,形成本体浆料;在干燥后的夜光层上涂覆本体浆料,涂覆厚度为2-8mm;
(4)将涂覆本体浆料的硅胶模具在80-170℃下加热干燥固化,形成柔性片材本体层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种夜光柔性片材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述柔性片材本体层的中间或背后放置若干层网格布。
