本发明属于食品领域中饮料的开发及生产加工方向,具体涉及一款含有燕窝、胶原蛋白、低聚半乳糖、石榴提取物、茯苓提取物的饮料的开发和制作方法。
背景技术
目前市场上常见的女性美容产品,多数是胶原蛋白的补充剂,作用效果单一,也有部分产品搭配一种或者几种功效成分,起到协同增效的作用,但多数仅限于胶原蛋白的补充功能,并没有从促进胶原蛋白的合成及抑制胶原蛋白降解的角度设计产品。在女性传统滋补品燕窝市场中,多数是单纯燕窝炖煮,或者冰糖燕窝,也有燕窝添加胶原蛋白等做成饮料,但将燕窝与全方位的美容护肤功效及肠道健康功效结合,从内而外,补充机体胶原蛋白,改善身体内环境的产品没有出现,本发明弥补了目前市场的空白。
已公开的燕窝饮品中,申请号201710355452.5,有添加葛仙米成分,具有调节肠道菌群的保健功效;申请号201610035879.2,公布了一种液化燕窝饮品的制备方法,通过酶解技术,很好保持了燕窝自身的色香味;申请号:200910039818.3是结合芦荟和燕窝两者功效,具有健脾润肺、保护胃粘膜、抗炎杀菌、美容等保健功效,但未对产品功能进行试验论证;申请号201611197087.1提供的玫瑰胶原蛋白饮料,强调通过适当的胶原蛋白肽和重瓣红玫瑰花提取液的配比关系,克服了想通过以饮料形式补充胶原蛋白的不愉快口感的缺陷,并且含有玫瑰胶原蛋白饮料的美容效果优于仅含有胶原蛋白的饮料的美容效果;申请号201110325486.2,在传统燕窝生产的基础上,添加具有保健功能的聚葡萄糖(水溶性膳食纤维),增加燕窝的保健功能。宣称对肥胖便秘、高血脂症、糖尿病和肠道疾病具有防治效果。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明以传统滋补品冰糖燕窝为载体,将传统食品与现代功能性原料完美结合,起到全体提高皮肤健康水平的美容功效。本发明提供一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮及其制备方法,本发明的技术方案是:
一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,包括以下重量百分比的各原料,冰糖2~10%、燕窝0.03~1%、胶原蛋白0.02~0.5%、低聚半乳糖0.05~0.5%、石榴提取物0.01~0.5%、茯苓提取物0.003~0.04%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.01~0.35%,余量的水。
所述的冰糖5.8%、燕窝0.5%、胶原蛋白0.2%、低聚半乳糖0.15%、石榴提取物0.08%、茯苓提取物0.02%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.15%,余量的水。
所述的冰糖6.5%、燕窝0.3%、胶原蛋白0.35%、低聚半乳糖0.2%、石榴提取物0.12%、茯苓提取物0.01%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.1%,余量的水。
所述的冰糖3.5%、燕窝0.6%、胶原蛋白0.15%、低聚半乳糖0.3%、石榴提取物0.2%、茯苓提取物0.03%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.2%、余量的水。
所述的增稠剂或稳定剂为结冷胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、果胶、琼脂、羧甲基纤维素钠、微晶纤维素中的一种或几种按照任意比例混合而成。
一种制备石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备燕窝溶液;
(2)制备胶体糖浆混合溶液,之后将步骤(1)中的燕窝溶液加入步骤(2)制备的胶体糖浆混合液中,搅拌15~30min,得到初级混合液;
(3)制备胶原蛋白溶液,之后将步骤(3)制备的胶原蛋白溶液加入初级混合液中,搅拌均匀,得次级混合液;
(4)制备调配液;
(5)将调配液加热到60~75℃,充分搅匀后灌装,进入灭菌釜,在121℃条件下灭菌15~20min,冷却后得到燕窝饮成品。
所述的步骤(1)具体为将燕窝在50~65℃的温水中泡发30min~150min,然后进行挑拣,挑拣后进行清洗和甩水,然后在90~100℃的热水炖煮30min~60min,炖煮用水量为泡发前燕窝重量的20倍,得燕窝溶液,备用。
所述的步骤(2)具体为:将冰糖和增稠剂或稳定剂充分搅拌混匀,再缓慢均匀的加入到70~80℃热水中,热水用量为冰糖与增稠剂或稳定剂重量之和的3.5倍,边加边搅拌,搅拌30min~60min,过200目筛,得到胶体糖浆混合液。
所述的步骤(3)具体为:将胶原蛋白在40~50℃,10倍的温水溶解和搅拌,然后过200目筛后即得。
所述的步骤(4)具体为:将石榴提取物、低聚半乳糖和茯苓提取物分别用10倍的常温水溶解,再分别加入步骤(3)中的次级混合溶液中,并加余量的水定容,充分搅拌15~30min,得到调配液。
石榴提取物:本发明采用的石榴提取物保留了石榴内全部多酚:安石榴苷、白藜芦醇、花青素、鞣花酸。安石榴甙的作用:抑制脂质的过氧化反应活性,激活抗氧化酶。白藜芦醇的作用:抗炎作用,抑制低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化和脂质过氧化,抑制核甙酸还原酶。花青素的作用:抗氧化机制、降低毛细血管的渗透性和薄弱性。鞣花酸的作用:抗氧化剂、抗炎、抗癌。多酚类物质的稳定性非常低,容易在消毒灭菌过程中被破坏并失去活性。90%的多酚物质不能被小肠吸收,因为它的半衰期短,且不耐受胃酸。本发明采用的石榴提取物采用纳米传导系统,由石榴籽油磷酸脂构成的(10~200nm)微胶囊进行包埋,使石榴提取物能以高稳定性应用于配方中。pH耐受范围:3-9,温度耐受范围:≤200℃,120min,活性有效期:≥24月。石榴提取物吸收性强,生物利用率高,10分钟即可到达血管,渗透聚集在线粒体中,在低剂量下就可取得良好的临床效果。
红外线会损害皮肤和线粒体,大部分红外线射线被线粒体吸收,红外线射线直接作用于线粒体,干扰线粒体电子传递链,导致产生活性氧,激活金属蛋白酶,从而破坏皮肤的胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白,引起真皮层的炎症、光老化和光致癌变。线粒体疾病是由线粒体功能缺失导致的,氧化和自由基是引起线粒体功能缺失的因素之一,因此保护线粒体具有重要意义。本发明石榴提取物能减少细胞线粒体中的氧化程度,有效保护线粒体,降低红外射线对皮肤的危害,并能有效防护紫外线损伤。
胶原蛋白与透明质酸具有提升肌肤水分含量的功能,故市面上许多添加有胶原蛋白或透明质酸的保养品、健康食品。但外源性胶原蛋白或透明质酸,都有吸收率不佳的问题,目前仍积极开发可有效提升内源性胶原蛋白或透明质酸表现量的制剂或方法,希望通过内源性胶原蛋白或透明质酸的提升以达到保养肌肤的功效。
低聚半乳糖是人体肠道中双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳酸杆菌等有益菌极好的营养源和有效的增殖因子,可以改善人体肠道的消化吸收功能。由于低聚半乳糖只被一组特定的结肠细菌水解,所以被归类为益生菌。益生菌是一种典型的不可消化的纤维化合物,通过胃肠道上部未消化的部分,刺激有益菌的生长或活动,使这些有益菌作为底物在大肠中定植。肠道是人体的主要免疫器官,肠道的粘膜免疫系统通过免疫细胞的迁移与皮肤的免疫系统相联系。益生菌还可能影响营养物质的生物利用率,从而影响皮肤状况。皮肤和消化道是人体最大的器官,主要通过从外部世界输送营养物质,为生物体提供有关外部世界的基本信息。消化道在为身体提供营养方面,与皮肤有着相似和平行的作用。营养物质,无论是通过消化道还是皮肤传递,都可以被看作是信息的来源,从而真正地改变了身体。
研究发现,食用含有益生菌的食物可以改善皮肤状况。当我们摄入蛋白质时,肠有毒细菌(大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、粪肠球菌)代谢蛋白质所产生的酚物质(苯酚、对甲酚),肠毒素,被迅速吸收到肠粘膜中,并通过身体循环系统积累在皮肤中,会引起各种皮肤问题,如痤疮、皮肤干燥和由干燥等引起的皱纹等。低聚半乳糖的作用1)改善肠道微生物群,产生抗生物质等(γ-干扰素)。这些微生物的第二代谢产物能加强免疫系统(T细胞,B细胞的增殖);2)改善肠道菌群,降低肠道pH,抑制有毒细菌,并促进矿物质的吸收。
茯苓,性味甘淡,归心、肺、脾、肾经。具利水渗湿、补脾、宁心功能。民间普遍使用于食品中做为养生用途(药食两用),如茯苓糕、茯苓饼、茯苓鸡汤等。茯苓的主要成分中β-茯苓聚糖与纤维素占96%,三萜类占1%,本发明使用的茯苓提取物,主要成分是茯苓三萜。研究发现,茯苓萃取物可有效提升细胞内胶原蛋白、细胞外胶原蛋白及细胞外透明质酸的含量,可应用于保养皮肤,包括滋润肌肤、紧实肌肤、修复肌肤、保湿、淡化皱纹、延缓肌肤老化及预防肌肤老化等。本发明采用的茯苓提取物还具有以下功效:1)可缓解呼吸道过敏;2)降低蛋白分解酶活性,预防肺泡壁损伤(肺纤维化);3)降低粘液蛋白生成,预防粘液过度分泌与咳痰。
本发明有别于市面上常见的护肤美容产品,只单独添加一种具有美容功效的产品,功能效果单一。本发明从抗氧化机制,线粒体保护,改善肠道益生菌,促进肠道健康和皮肤健康的内源性因素达到美容功效。
本发明不仅局限于补充胶原蛋白,还致力于促进胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白和透明质酸的合成,以及抑制胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的流失,从补充、促进合成、抑制流失的角度,采用全方位的措施,真正达到改善皮肤水分,减少、淡化皱纹的显著美容功效。
本发明采用的石榴提取物,在低浓度时即能够抑制胶原蛋白酶活性,防止胶原蛋白的降解,并能抑制弹性蛋白酶,减少弹性蛋白的降解,有效缓解皮肤出现皱纹、松弛等皮肤老化现象,具有保湿、抗皱、消炎、美白、改善血液微循环等美容功效。
本发明选用茯苓提取物,主要成分是茯苓三萜,有别于多数茯苓提取物的功能成分是茯苓多糖。茯苓三萜可有效提升细胞内胶原蛋白、细胞外胶原蛋白及细胞外透明质酸的含量,同时具有抗雾霾,有利于呼吸道健康的功效,是时下消费者需要的产品。
本发明在传统滋补品冰糖燕窝的基础上,增加了具有促进皮肤健康的功能性原料,是传统食品与现代功能原料的完美结合。

实施例1:一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,包括以下重量百分比的各原料冰糖2%、燕窝0.03%、胶原蛋白0.02%、低聚半乳糖0.05%、石榴提取物0.01%、茯苓提取物0.003%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.01%,余量的水,所述的增稠剂或稳定剂为结冷胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、果胶、琼脂、羧甲基纤维素钠、微晶纤维素中的一种;其中,石榴提取物和茯苓提取物均为市售产品,石榴提取物购自北京信达合众国际贸易有限公司,茯苓提取物购自杏辉医药集团。
含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备燕窝溶液;
(2)制备胶体糖浆混合溶液,之后将步骤(1)中的燕窝溶液加入步骤(2)制备的胶体糖浆混合液中,搅拌15min,得到初级混合液;
(3)制备胶原蛋白溶液,之后将步骤(3)制备的胶原蛋白溶液加入初级混合液中,搅拌均匀,得次级混合液;
(4)制备调配液;
(5)将调配液加热到60℃,充分搅匀后灌装,进入灭菌釜,在121℃条件下灭菌15min,冷却后得到燕窝饮成品。
所述的步骤(1)具体为将燕窝在50℃的温水中泡发30min~150min,然后进行挑拣,挑拣后进行清洗和甩水,然后在90~100℃的热水炖煮30min~60min,炖煮用水量为泡发前燕窝重量的20倍,得燕窝溶液,备用。
所述的步骤(2)具体为:将冰糖和增稠剂或稳定剂充分搅拌混匀,再缓慢均匀的加入到70℃热水中,热水用量为冰糖与增稠剂或稳定剂重量之和的3.5倍,边加边搅拌,搅拌30min~60min,过200目筛,得到胶体糖浆混合液。
所述的步骤(3)具体为:用胶原蛋白10倍重量的温水,将胶原蛋白在40℃的温水溶解和搅拌,然后过200目筛后即得。
所述的步骤(4)具体为:将石榴提取物、低聚半乳糖和茯苓提取物分别用10倍重量的常温水溶解,再分别加入步骤(3)中的次级混合溶液中,并加余量的水定容,充分搅拌15~30min,得到调配液。
实施例2:一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的各原料,冰糖10%、燕窝1%、胶原蛋白0.5%、低聚半乳糖0.5%、石榴提取物0.5%、茯苓提取物0.04%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.35%,余量的水。所述的增稠剂或稳定剂为结冷胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、果胶、琼脂、羧甲基纤维素钠、微晶纤维素按照任意比例混合而成。
含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备燕窝溶液;
(2)制备胶体糖浆混合溶液,之后将步骤(1)中的燕窝溶液加入步骤(2)制备的胶体糖浆混合液中,搅拌20min,得到初级混合液;
(3)制备胶原蛋白溶液,之后将步骤(3)制备的胶原蛋白溶液加入初级混合液中,搅拌均匀,得次级混合液;
(4)制备调配液;
(5)将调配液加热到70℃,充分搅匀后灌装,进入灭菌釜,在121℃条件下灭菌20min,冷却后得到燕窝饮成品。
所述的步骤(1)具体为将燕窝在60℃的温水中泡发100min,然后进行挑拣,挑拣后进行清洗和甩水,然后在95℃的热水炖煮50min,得燕窝溶液,备用,炖煮用水量为泡发前燕窝重量的20倍。
所述的步骤(2)具体为:将冰糖和增稠剂或稳定剂充分搅拌混匀,再缓慢均匀的加入到80℃热水中,热水用量为冰糖与增稠剂或稳定剂重量之和的3.5倍,边加边搅拌,搅拌50min,过200目筛,得到胶体糖浆混合液。
所述的步骤(3)具体为:用胶原蛋白10倍重量的温水,将胶原蛋白在50℃的温水溶解和搅拌,然后过200目筛后即得。
所述的步骤(4)具体为:将石榴提取物、低聚半乳糖和茯苓提取物分别用10倍的常温水溶解,再分别加入步骤(3)中的次级混合溶液中,并加余量的水定容,充分搅拌20min,得到调配液。
实施例3:一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,所述的冰糖5.8%、燕窝0.5%、胶原蛋白0.2%、低聚半乳糖0.15%、石榴提取物0.08%、茯苓提取物0.02%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.15%,余量的水。所述的增稠剂或稳定剂为结冷胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、果胶、琼脂、羧甲基纤维素钠、微晶纤维素中的一种。

实施例4:一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,所述的冰糖6.5%、燕窝0.3%、胶原蛋白0.35%、低聚半乳糖0.2%、石榴提取物0.12%、茯苓提取物0.01%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.1%,余量的水。所述的增稠剂或稳定剂为结冷胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、果胶、琼脂、羧甲基纤维素钠、微晶纤维素中的一种或几种按照任意比例混合而成。
含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备燕窝溶液;

所述的步骤(2)具体为:将冰糖和增稠剂或稳定剂充分搅拌混匀,再缓慢均匀的加入到70℃热水中,热水用量为冰糖与增稠剂或稳定剂重量之和的3.5倍,边加边搅拌,搅拌50min,过200目筛,得到胶体糖浆混合液。
所述的步骤(3)具体为:用胶原蛋白10倍重量的温水,将胶原蛋白在40~50℃的温水溶解和搅拌,然后过200目筛后即得。

实施例5:一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,所述的冰糖3.5%、燕窝0.6%、胶原蛋白0.15%、低聚半乳糖0.3%、石榴提取物0.2%、茯苓提取物0.03%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.2%、余量的水。所述的增稠剂或稳定剂为结冷胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、果胶、琼脂、羧甲基纤维素钠、微晶纤维素中的一种或几种按照任意比例混合而成。
制备含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备燕窝溶液;

制备过程如下:

(2)制备胶体糖浆混合溶液,之后将步骤(1)中的燕窝溶液加入步骤(2)制备的胶体糖浆混合液中,搅拌30min,得到初级混合液;

实验例功能试验
实验例1:改善皮肤水分功能试验。
受试对象:自愿受试者,年龄30-50岁,皮肤水分≤12(检验依据为《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》)。
试验方法:采用组间对照和自身对照设计。将符合纳入标准并保证配合试验的女性自愿受试者,按受试者的皮肤水分情况随机分为试食组和对照组。并尽可能考虑影响结果的主要因素如年龄等,进行均衡性检验。试验人群:对照组55例,男/女为26/29;试食组1,55例,男/女为25/30;试食组2,55例,男/女为25/30。对照组年龄:33.85±2.13岁;试食组1年龄:34.26±2.61岁;试食组2年龄:34.53±2.89岁。试食组1服用对比例1样品,每天1瓶(500ml),试食组2服用实施例3样品,每天1瓶(500ml),连续30天。对照组采用空白对照。三组受试者在试验期间停止使用其他口服及外用有关保持皮肤水分的用品。试验期间不改变原来的饮食习惯,正常饮食。
皮肤测试:⑴测试前额眉间皮肤水分。⑵仪器:皮肤水份测试仪CorneometerCM825⑵测定方法及环境:在宽敞、通风良好、温度、湿度等空间环境稳定的检查室进行;在安静状态下用洁净棉球蘸蒸馏水清洁被测部位,擦干后15分钟进行水分测定,试食前后测定工作由同一台仪器、同一人操作。
统计学处理:资料结果用均数±标准差表示,自身配对资料采用配对t检验,试验组和对照组之间在方差齐性的前提下,均数比较采用成组t检验,否则进行变量转化后满足方差齐性后采用t检验,如果方差仍然不齐,采用秩和检验。
功效观察:皮肤检测结果见表1,试食组2的皮肤水分在试食后明显提高,与试食前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),与对照组、与试食组1比较差异也有显著性(P<0.05)。
试食组1的皮肤水分在试食后无明显提高,与试食前比较、与对照组比较均无显著性差异。

结果表明:30天后,试食组1皮肤水份平均值9.32±1.15,上升8.37%;试食组2皮肤水份平均值11.35±1.16,上升31.67%。试食组2皮肤水份提高值显著高于试食组1,说明胶原蛋白与低聚半乳糖、石榴提取物和茯苓提取物的组合产品,比单独使用胶原蛋白,对皮肤水分的提升效果更显著。试食组2自身前后比较、试食组2与试食组1组间比较、试食组2与对照组组间比较,水分变化差异均有统计学意义。根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)改善皮肤水分功能人体试食试验的判定标准,认为:该产品对人体具有改善皮肤水分作用。
实验例2:改善皮肤皱纹试验。
受试对象:选择80名志愿者,年龄30~55岁,在眼睛的外角处具有称为外侧冠状线的细皱纹。
试验方法:按受试者的皮肤水分情况随机分为试食组和对照组。并尽可能考虑影响结果的主要因素如年龄等,进行均衡性检验。试验人群:对照组40例,男/女为18/22;试食组40例,男/女为17/23。对照组年龄:41.26±2.76岁;试食组年龄:41.86±2.32岁。试食组服用实施例5样品,每天1瓶(500ml),连续12周。对照组采用空白对照。两组受试者在试验期间停止使用其他口服及外用有关保持皮肤水分的用品。试验期间不改变原来的饮食习惯,正常饮食。
皮肤测试:⑴测试眼外眦外侧皮肤皱纹。⑵仪器:皮肤水份测试仪CorneometerCM825;皮肤水份流失测试仪TEWAmeter TM 300;皮肤皱纹测试仪Skin-Visiometer SV 600⑵测定方法及环境:测量时探头在同一受测区域重复测量3次,取平均值。测量中保持测试环境相对稳定,室温20℃,相对湿度40%,避免光线、声音干扰的影响,使用探头时用力要均匀,施加的压力应该恒定。
统计学处理:采用(SPSS 19.0)统计软件进行统计分析。两者之间的区别组(对照组vs.试食组)采用t检验进行统计学评价。采用重复测量方差分析,然后进行bonferroni校正的两两比较,以评估各组试验前后的变化差异。所有数据在5%显著性水平下均为双侧性,均以均数±标准误差表示。
功效观察:皮肤检测结果见表2,试食组的眼外眦外侧皮肤的总皱纹面积、皱纹面积百分比、皱纹深度、皱纹数,在试食后均明显降低,与试食食前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异也有显著性(P<0.05)。

结果表明:12周后,试食组眼外眦外侧皮肤的总皱纹面积9.85±1.11(mm2),降低22.81%;皱纹面积百分比36.76±3.98%,减少22.53%;皱纹深度3680.34±410.50(μm),降低26.16%;皱纹数190.10±22.06,减少28.72%。试食组自身前后比较,眼外眦外侧皮肤的总皱纹面积、皱纹面积百分比、皱纹深度、皱纹数的变化差异均有统计学意义。因此,本发明产品具有改善皮肤皱纹的作用。

1.一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的各原料,冰糖2~10%、燕窝0.03~1%、胶原蛋白0.02~0.5%、低聚半乳糖0.05~0.5%、石榴提取物0.01~0.5%、茯苓提取物0.003~0.04%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.01~0.35%,余量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,其特征在于,所述的冰糖5.8%、燕窝0.5%、胶原蛋白0.2%、低聚半乳糖0.15%、石榴提取物0.08%、茯苓提取物0.02%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.15%,余量的水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,其特征在于,所述的冰糖6.5%、燕窝0.3%、胶原蛋白0.35%、低聚半乳糖0.2%、石榴提取物0.12%、茯苓提取物0.01%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.1%,余量的水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,其特征在于,所述的冰糖3.5%、燕窝0.6%、胶原蛋白0.15%、低聚半乳糖0.3%、石榴提取物0.2%、茯苓提取物0.03%、增稠剂或稳定剂0.2%、余量的水。
5.根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的一种含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂或稳定剂为结冷胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、果胶、琼脂、羧甲基纤维素钠、微晶纤维素中的一种或几种按照任意比例混合而成。
6.一种制备权利要求1含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备燕窝溶液;
(2)制备胶体糖浆混合溶液,之后将步骤(1)中的燕窝溶液加入步骤(2)制备的胶体糖浆混合液中,搅拌15~30min,得到初级混合液;
(3)制备胶原蛋白溶液,之后将步骤(3)制备的胶原蛋白溶液加入初级混合液中,搅拌均匀,得次级混合液;
(4)制备调配液;
(5)将调配液加热到60~75℃,充分搅匀后灌装,进入灭菌釜,在121℃条件下灭菌15~20min,冷却后得到燕窝饮成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(1)具体为将燕窝在50~65℃的温水中泡发30min~150min,然后进行挑拣,挑拣后进行清洗和甩水,然后在90~100℃的热水炖煮30min~60min,炖煮用水量为泡发前燕窝重量的20倍,得燕窝溶液,备用。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(2)具体为:将冰糖和增稠剂或稳定剂充分搅拌混匀,再缓慢均匀的加入到70~80℃热水中,热水用量为冰糖与增稠剂或稳定剂重量之和的3.5倍,边加边搅拌,搅拌30min~60min,过200目筛,得到胶体糖浆混合液。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(3)具体为:将胶原蛋白在40~50℃,用胶原蛋白10倍重量的温水溶解和搅拌,然后过200目筛后即得。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制备含有石榴提取物和低聚半乳糖的燕窝饮的方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(4)具体为:将石榴提取物、低聚半乳糖和茯苓提取物分别用10倍的常温水溶解,再分别加入步骤(3)中的次级混合溶液中,并加余量的水定容,充分搅拌15~30min,得到调配液。
