本发明公开了一种半真丝混纺面料的染色工艺,包括以下步骤,首先,钉襻后进98℃练缸脱胶,然后出水直接入染缸,用间接染料加入染缸,浴比为1:5;加入盐、碱,以2℃/min升温至50℃,保温5min,然后再以3℃/min升温到90℃,保温10分钟,再以3℃/min升温到110℃保持15分钟后降温至85℃。该半真丝混纺面料的染色工艺的染色工艺工序简单,缩短染色时间,节约用水。

本发明涉及纺织印染领域,具体讲是一种半真丝混纺面料的染色工艺。
背景技术:
现有技术中按1:1混纺的粘胶纤维纱与真丝混纺的半真丝面料在染色过程中需要两浴法染色,造成染色时间长,成本高。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种工序简单,缩短染色时间和降低染色成本的阳离子粘胶纱的染色工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种半真丝混纺面料的染色工艺,包括以下步骤,首先,钉襻后进98℃练缸脱胶,然后出水直接入染缸,用间接染料加入染缸,浴比为1:5;加入盐、碱,以2℃/min升温至50℃,保温5min,然后再以3℃/min升温到90℃,保温10分钟,再以3℃/min升温到110℃保持15分钟后降温至85℃,加入1.2g/L的还原清洗剂清洗,然后排水出缸,再用80℃的烘干机以机速25码/min的速度进行烘干,烘干后的半真丝混纺面料的含水率为7-9%。
本发明的有益效果是:脱胶后直接进染缸,把真丝、粘胶纱的染色合二为一,节约生产时间,降低了成本,同时节约了用水。

一种半真丝混纺面料的染色工艺,包括以下步骤,首先,钉襻后进98℃练缸脱胶,然后出水直接入染缸,根据染色的颜色要求用间接染料加入染缸,浴比为1:5;加入盐、碱,碱为氢氧化钠,以2℃/min升温至50℃,保温5min,然后再以3℃/min升温到90℃,保温10分钟,再以3℃/min升温到110℃保持15分钟后降温至85℃,加入1.2g/L的还原清洗剂清洗,然后排水出缸,再用80℃的烘干机以机速25码/min的速度进行烘干,烘干后的半真丝混纺面料的含水率为7-9%。
本发明脱胶后直接进染缸,把真丝、粘胶纱的染色合二为一,节约生产时间,降低了成本,同时节约了用水。

1.一种半真丝混纺面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,首先,钉襻后进98℃练缸脱胶,然后出水直接入染缸,用间接染料加入染缸,浴比为1:5;加入盐、碱,以2℃/min升温至50℃,保温5min,然后再以3℃/min升温到90℃,保温10分钟,再以3℃/min升温到110℃保持15分钟后降温至85℃,加入1.2g/L的还原清洗剂清洗,然后排水出缸,再用80℃的烘干机以机速25码/min的速度进行烘干,烘干后的半真丝混纺面料的含水率为7-9%。
