本发明涉及一种中药饮片的炮制方法,具体是提供了一种白芷饮片的加工方法。
背景技术
白 芷 为 伞 形 科 植 物 白 芷 Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.)Benth. etHook.f. 或 杭 白 芷 Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.)Benth.etHook.f.var. formosana(Boiss.)Shan et Yuan 的干燥根,具有散风除湿,通窍止痛,消肿排脓的功效。现代药理研究表明白芷具有解热镇痛、抗炎、抗光敏、调节心血管、美容美白、镇静催眠等作用。白芷除供药用外,在食品、保健品、香料、护肤美容、日用化工等方面都有广泛的应用。白芷传统饮片炮制多为切片,干燥。为了方便保存,常常熏硫加工,药材 SO2超标,严重影响到白芷饮片的质量和安全性;因此需要改进白芷的炮制方法。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案提供了一种白芷饮片的加工方法,能过微波灭酶,与护色,使得白芷不需要经过熏硫,仍能长期保存不变质,延长了保存期限,同时,提高了白芷的质量安全。
本申请的技术方案如下:
一种白芷饮片的加工方法,其特征在于 :具有如下步骤 :
(1)取白芷鲜品,用高压水枪清洗干净;
(2)切片,送入微波箱内灭酶3-8分钟,注意切片受热匀匀;
(3)护色,将切片放入护色液,护色液各成含量为:1-3%维生素C、0.5-1%氯化钠、余量为水;
(4)、捞出、烘干,将切片平铺于不锈钢筛子上,烘房温度60-85℃,及时翻动,至完全干燥。
所述的白芷饮片的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的微波箱的微波功率为5-10kw。
所述的白芷饮片的加工方法,其特征在于:护色液各成含量为:2-3%维生素C、0.8-1%氯化钠、余量为水;
所述的白芷饮片的加工方法,其特征在于:烘房温度70-80℃。

具体实施方式
一种白芷饮片的加工方法,具有如下步骤 :

(3)护色,将切片放入护色液,护色液各成含量为:2-3%维生素C、0.8-1%氯化钠、余量为水;
(4)、捞出、烘干,将切片平铺于不锈钢筛子上,烘房温度70-80℃,及时翻动,至完全干燥。
(5)、包装入库。

1.一种白芷饮片的加工方法,其特征在于 :具有如下步骤 :
(1)取白芷鲜品,用高压水枪清洗干净;
(2)切片,送入微波箱内灭酶3-8分钟,注意切片受热匀匀;
(3)护色,将切片放入护色液,护色液各成含量为:1-3%维生素C、0.5-1%氯化钠、余量为水;
(4)、捞出、烘干,将切片平铺于不锈钢筛子上,烘房温度60-85℃,及时翻动,至完全干燥。
