Description

Component supply carriage and component mounting device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a component supply carriage and a component mounting apparatus equipped with the same, the component supply carriage comprising: a feeder holding section for holding the tape feeder; and a reel holding portion capable of holding a reel on which the tape of the housing element is wound.
Background
Conventionally, a component mounting apparatus is used to mount an electronic component (hereinafter referred to as a "component") such as a chip component or an IC on a printed circuit board. In the component mounting apparatus, a component supply carriage for supplying components is provided so as to be replaceable. The component supply cart is provided with: a reel holding portion that holds a reel on which a tape of the housing element is wound; and a tape feeder which feeds the tape from the tape reel and supplies the component. As the kinds of components to be fed increase, the total number of reels that should be held by the component feeding carriage also increases accordingly. In addition, when an Automatic Loading Feeder (ALF) having an automatic loading function is used as the tape feeder in order to omit the splicing work, it is necessary to arrange a plurality of reels in the reel holding section with respect to the automatic loading feeder, which is one of the main causes of increasing the total number of reels. Therefore, in the device described in patent document 1, for example, an additional tape reel holding unit is added to the standard tape reel holding unit as a tape reel holding unit, thereby increasing the total number of tape reels that can be held on the component supply carriage.
More specifically, in the device described in patent document 1, two arm extension members are additionally provided on the rear side of the standard reel holding portion. Further, a first bar-shaped mounting seat is connected between the arm extension members, and a second bar-shaped mounting seat is connected between the arm extension members, further separated from the first bar-shaped mounting seat toward the rear side. In this way, the fixing mechanism is formed by the two arm extension members and the two bar-shaped mounting seats. When the total number of reels is increased, an additional reel holding portion is placed on the fixing mechanism.

Problems to be solved by the invention
In the device described in patent document 1, the total number of used reels can be flexibly handled by attaching and detaching the additional reel holding unit. However, the fixing mechanism is connected to the standard reel holding portion, which is a factor of reducing workability. For example, when designing the fixing mechanism, it is necessary to consider the maximum value of the reel held by the additional reel holding portion, and the distance from the standard reel holding portion to the rear end of the fixing mechanism is relatively long. In addition, when the number of reels does not need to be increased, the additional reel holding portion can be removed, but the fixing mechanism remains. Therefore, the operator needs to reach the standard reel holding portion from a rear position beyond the fixing mechanism. In addition, when the component supply carriage is replaced, the component supply carriage needs to be moved so that the fixing mechanism projects rearward from the standard tape reel holding portion. Thus, the conventional component supply cart has room for improvement in workability.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a component supply carriage which flexibly corresponds to the total number and size of reels which can be held and has excellent workability, and a component mounting apparatus including the component supply carriage.
Means for solving the problems
One aspect of the present invention is a component supply carriage including: a feeder holding section for holding a tape feeder for feeding a tape containing components by conveying the tape in a feeding direction; a standard tape reel holding unit capable of holding a first tape reel on which a tape is wound on an upstream side in a feeding direction with respect to a tape feeder; and a pull-out mechanism provided upstream of the standard reel holding portion so as to be able to move in and out in the feeding direction, the pull-out mechanism being capable of holding a second reel different from the first reel by being pulled out from the standard reel holding portion to the upstream side in the feeding direction.
Another aspect of the present invention is directed to a component mounting apparatus including: the component supply carriage; and a head unit for mounting the components supplied by a tape feeder equipped on the component supply trolley on the substrate.
In the invention thus constituted, the second reel can be held by the pull-out mechanism being pulled out from the standard reel holding portion to the upstream side in the feeding-out direction, and the total number, size, and the like of the reels that can be held by the component supply carriage can be appropriately changed. On the other hand, in a state where the pull-out mechanism is not pulled out from the standard reel holding portion, interference with the pull-out mechanism can be eliminated. In addition, even when the pull-out mechanism is pulled out, the amount of the second reel can be suppressed to an amount corresponding to the size of the second reel. As a result, the component supply carriage can be moved.
Here, the drawing mechanism may include: a first moving body which is provided on one side in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the feeding direction so as to be reciprocatable in the feeding direction with respect to the standard tape reel holding portion; a second movable body provided on the other side in the horizontal direction so as to be reciprocatable in the feeding direction with respect to the standard tape reel holding portion; and an additional reel holding portion provided between the first movable body and the second movable body, integrally moving in and out of an upstream side of the standard reel holding portion in accordance with movement of the first movable body and the second movable body in the feeding direction, the additional reel holding portion holding the second reel in a state of being pulled out to the upstream side of the standard reel holding portion in the feeding direction. Thus, an additional reel holding unit is added in addition to the standard reel holding unit, and a second reel can be additionally loaded. That is, the total number of reels that can be held in the component feeding apparatus can be increased. Further, the second reel can be held in accordance with the amount of movement of the first and second movable bodies in the feeding direction, that is, the amount of pull-out by the pull-out mechanism. That is, it is possible to cope with the second reels of various sizes.
The pull-out mechanism includes a spacer provided in the additional reel holding portion pulled out to the upstream side of the standard reel holding portion, and the spacer restricts movement in the horizontal direction of the second reel supported by the additional reel holding portion, thereby preventing the second reel from falling or falling off. In addition, the second reel in the additional reel holding unit can be efficiently sorted.
Further, the pull-out mechanism may include a movement regulating portion provided in association with at least one of the first movable body and the second movable body, and configured to regulate movement of the additional reel holding portion in the feeding direction with respect to the standard reel holding portion in a state where the additional reel holding portion is pulled out by a pull-out amount associated with the second reel. By adding the movement restricting portion and fixing the additional reel holding portion, the second reel can be stably held. In addition, when the component supply carriage is moved, the position and the size of the additional reel holding portion can be reliably prevented from being changed, and the second reel can be stably conveyed.
Further, the drawing mechanism may include: a first moving body which is provided on one side in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the feeding direction so as to be reciprocatable in the feeding direction with respect to the standard tape reel holding portion; a second movable body provided on the other side in the horizontal direction so as to be reciprocatable in the feeding direction with respect to the standard tape reel holding portion; an additional tape reel holding section provided between the first movable body and the second movable body, and integrally moving in and out of an upstream side of the standard tape reel holding section in accordance with movement of the first movable body and the second movable body in a feeding direction; and a second reel holder which houses the second reel in a state of being pulled out to an upstream side of the standard reel holding portion in the feeding direction, and the additional reel holding portion holds the second reel holder. Thus, the additional reel holding unit is added in addition to the standard reel holding unit, and the second reel can be additionally loaded via the second reel holder. That is, the total number of reels that can be held in the component feeding apparatus can be increased. Further, the second reel holder can hold the second movable body and the second movable body with respect to the movement amount in the feeding direction, that is, the pull-out amount of the pull-out mechanism. That is, the second reel holder can cope with various sizes.
Further, the drawing mechanism may include a movement regulating portion provided corresponding to at least one of the first movable body and the second movable body, and configured to regulate a reciprocating movement of the additional reel holding portion in the feeding direction with respect to the standard reel holding portion in a state where the additional reel holding portion is drawn by a drawing amount corresponding to the second reel holder. By adding the movement regulating portion and fixing the additional reel holding portion, the second reel can be stably held via the second reel holder. In addition, when the component supply carriage is moved, the position and dimension of the additional reel holding portion can be reliably prevented from changing, and the second reel can be stably conveyed through the second reel holder.
Further, the standard reel holding unit may hold a first reel holder in which the first reel is accommodated. In this way, even when the first reel is held by the standard reel holding portion via the first reel holder, the total number or size of reels that can be held by the component supply carriage can be changed by the pull-out of the pull-out mechanism.
Further, the pull-out mechanism may be configured to be switchable between a stored state in which the pull-out mechanism is stored at a lower position of the standard reel holding portion and a pulled-out state in which the pull-out mechanism is pulled out to an upstream side in the feeding-out direction, and the pull-out mechanism may include a holder movement restricting portion that engages with the first reel holder in the stored state to restrict movement of the first reel holder in the feeding-out direction. In this case, since the movement of the first reel holder is regulated by the holder movement regulating portion of the pull-out mechanism, the first reel held by the first reel holder can be held more stably. In addition, when the component supply carriage is moved, the position change of the first reel holder can be reliably prevented, and the first reel can be stably conveyed through the first reel holder.
Further, the second reel may be configured to wind the same type of tape as the tape wound around the first reel, and the pull-out mechanism may be configured to hold the second reel in a state where the second reel is pulled out from the standard reel holding portion to the upstream side in the feeding direction, while aligning the second reel with the first reel and the tape feeder in a line in the feeding direction. In this case, the same kind of tape can be continuously fed without twisting with respect to the tape feeder. The automatic loading device is particularly suitable for the situation that the belt type feeder has an automatic loading function.
Further, the drawing mechanism may include an information notifying unit configured to notify information indicating a relationship between a mounting position of the tape feeder in the horizontal direction and holding positions of the first reel and the second reel. In this case, the mounting position of the tape feeder and the holding position (loading position) of the reel can be inquired based on the information notified by the information notifying unit. As a result, erroneous mounting of the reel can be prevented, and workability in tape replacement, replacement adjustment, and the like can be improved.
As such an information notifying unit, for example, a display capable of displaying information in a state of being attached to the additional reel holding unit, a display member having information attached to a member that is detachable from the additional reel holding unit, or the like may be used. In particular, the prevention of erroneous mounting of the reel and the improvement of the work efficiency can be achieved at low cost by using the display member.
The standard reel holding unit may be configured to store the first reel in a first reel holder having the same configuration as the second reel holder, and hold the first reel holder. In this way, the common use of the holders facilitates the management of the holders, and the switching of the reels for each holder is possible, thereby further improving the workability.
Effects of the invention
As described above, since the pull-out mechanism is provided upstream of the standard reel holding unit in the feeding direction so as to be able to move in and out, the number of reels and the size of the reels that can be held by the component feeding device can be flexibly adjusted, and excellent workability can be obtained.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a partial plan view schematically showing a component mounting device equipped with a first embodiment of the component supply carriage of the present invention. In this figure and the following figures, XYZ orthogonal coordinates constituted by a Z direction parallel to the vertical direction, and an X direction and a Y direction parallel to the horizontal direction are appropriately shown. The component mounting apparatus 1 includes a pair of conveyors 12, 12 provided on a base 11. Then, the component mounting apparatus 1 mounts components on the substrate S carried in from the upstream side in the X direction (substrate conveying direction) to the working position (position of the substrate S in fig. 1) by the conveyor 12, and carries out the substrate S on which the components have been mounted from the working position to the downstream side in the X direction by the conveyor 12.
The component mounting apparatus 1 is provided with a pair of Y-axis guide rails 21, 21 extending in the Y direction, a Y-axis ball screw 22 extending in the Y direction, and a Y-axis motor My driving the Y-axis ball screw 22 to rotate, and a head support member 23 is fixed to a nut of the Y-axis ball screw 22 in a state of being supported by the pair of Y-axis guide rails 21, 21 so as to be movable in the Y direction. An X-axis ball screw 24 extending in the X direction and an X-axis motor Mx for driving the X-axis ball screw 24 to rotate are attached to the head support member 23, and the head unit 3 is fixed to a nut of the X-axis ball screw 24 in a state of being supported by the head support member 23 so as to be movable in the X direction. The english female can move the head unit 3 in the Y direction by rotating the Y-axis ball screw 22 by the Y-axis motor My, or move the head unit 3 in the X direction by rotating the X-axis ball screw 24 by the X-axis motor Mx.
Two replacement trucks 6 (hereinafter, simply referred to as "trucks 6") corresponding to the first embodiment of the component supply truck of the present invention are arranged side by side along the X direction on both sides of the pair of conveyors 12, 12 in the Y direction, respectively. A plurality of tape feeders 5 (hereinafter, simply referred to as "feeders 5") aligned in the X direction are detachably attached to each carriage 6. Each feeder 5 intermittently feeds a tape containing small chip-like components (chip electronic components) such as integrated circuits, transistors, and capacitors from a reel held by the carriage 6 at predetermined intervals in the Y direction, and supplies the components in the tape to the component supply position P1. The structure of the carriage 6 will be described in detail later.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the structure of the belt. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the tape feeder disposed on the carriage. As shown in fig. 2, the tape 40 is composed of a carrier tape 42 having a sheet shape long in one direction and a top tape 44 pasted on the carrier tape 42. The carrier tape 42 is provided with hollow component storage sections 42A that open upward at a constant interval along the longitudinal direction of the tape. The element 46 is housed and held in a state where each element housing portion 42A is closed by the top tape 44. Further, engagement holes 42B penetrating vertically are provided at a constant interval along an edge portion of one side of the carrier tape 42.
The feeder 5 is an ALF having an automatic loading function, and is configured as follows. In the description of the structure of feeder 5, for convenience of description, the side on which components 46 are supplied (the side facing conveyor 12, the right side in fig. 3) is referred to as the front side, and the opposite side is referred to as the rear side. In addition, a direction orthogonal to both the front-back direction (Y direction) and the up-down direction (Z direction) of feeder 5 is defined as the width direction (X direction) of feeder 5.
The plurality of feeders 5 can be attached to a feeder holding portion (reference numeral 660 in fig. 4 described later) of the carriage 6 so as to be aligned in a row along the X direction. In order to feed the tape 40 holding the component 46 to the component supply position P1, each feeder 5 is provided with two feeding portions 52, 54 with respect to the main body portion 51 having a shape elongated in the front-rear direction (Y direction), as shown in fig. 3. Although the cover member 511 is attached to the main body 51, fig. 3 shows a configuration in which a part of the cover member 511 is cut away to form two feeding portions 52 and 54.
The feeding unit 52 is a front feeding unit provided on the front side of the main body 51, and includes a front motor 52A, a front gear set 52B including a plurality of gears, a front sprocket 52C and an intermediate sprocket 52D disposed on the upper portion of the front end of the main body 51. The front motor 52A is driven and controlled in accordance with an operation command from a control unit (not shown) of the entire control device. The power of the front motor 52A is transmitted to the front sprocket 52C and the intermediate sprocket 52D via the front gear set 52B, and the front sprocket 52C and the intermediate sprocket 52D are rotated. Teeth 52E that engage with the engagement holes 42B of the belt 40 are formed at equal intervals on the outer periphery of the front sprocket 52C. Further, teeth 52F that engage with the engagement holes 42B of the belt 40 are also formed at equal intervals on the outer periphery of the intermediate sprocket 52D, similarly to the front side sprocket 52C. The front feeding unit 52 rotates the front sprocket 52C and the intermediate sprocket 52D with the teeth 52D of the front sprocket 52C engaged with the engagement holes 42B of the tape 40, and feeds the tape 40 fed from the rear feeding unit 54 side to the component supply position P1 at the front end of the feeder 5. Further, an exposure mechanism, not shown, is provided between the intermediate sprocket 52D and the front side sprocket 52D, and exposes the elements 46 by cutting or peeling the top tape 44 of the belt 40 moving between the intermediate sprocket 52D and the front side sprocket 52D.
The rear feeding unit 54 includes a rear motor 54A, a rear gear group 54B formed of a plurality of gears, and a rear sprocket 54C disposed at an upper portion of the rear end of the main body 51. The rear feeding unit 54 is also basically configured in the same manner as the front feeding unit 52. That is, the rear motor 54A is driven and controlled in accordance with an operation command from the control unit. The power of the rear motor 54A is transmitted to the rear side sprocket 54C via the rear side gear group 54B, and the rear side sprocket 54C rotates in a state where the teeth 54D of the rear side sprocket 54C are engaged with the engagement hole 42B of the belt 40. Thereby, the tape 40 is fed to the front feeding portion 52 through the tape passage 56.
In this way, in the present embodiment, the tape 40 is set in the rear feeding portion 54, the tape 40 is fed to the front feeding portion 52 by the rear feeding portion 54, and the tape 40 is further fed forward by the front feeding portion 52, whereby the component 46 stored in the tape 40 can be conveyed to the component supply position P1. As described above, in the state where the teeth 52D of the front sprocket 52C are engaged with the engagement holes 42B of the belt 40, the component 46 can be conveyed to the component supply position P1 only by the front feeding portion 52 in the free state where the teeth 54D of the rear sprocket 54C are not engaged with the engagement holes 42B of the belt 40. Further, the tape 40 set on the feeder 5, that is, the preceding tape 40 is fed only by the front side feeding unit 52, and the tape 40 set on the feeder 5, that is, the following tape 40 can be fed to the front side feeding unit 52 by the rear side feeding unit 54 in correspondence with the approach of the tip end portion of the preceding tape 40 to the feeder 5. That is, in the present embodiment, the front side feeding unit 52 and the rear side feeding unit 54 are provided, and the belt 40 can be conveyed in three modes as follows:
first tape feeding mode: one tape 40 is fed out to the front feeding unit 52 by the rear feeding unit 54, the tape 40 is fed out to the component feeding position P1 by the front feeding unit 52,
second tape feeding mode: one tape 40 is fed out to the component supply position P1 only by the front side feeding out portion 52,
third tape feeding mode: the subsequent tape 40 is fed to the front feeding portion 52 by the rear feeding portion 54 independently of the feeding of the preceding tape 40 to the component supply position P1 by only the front feeding portion 52.
In order to enable the above-described three feeding modes, as shown in fig. 3, the main body 51 is provided with a belt path 56 extending from the rear feeding portion 54 to the front feeding portion 52, and an introduction area 53 for introducing the belt 40 into the belt path 56. Particularly in the present embodiment, the introduction region 53 flares in the vertical direction Z from a position connected to the band passage 56 toward the rear end of the main body 51.
In the present embodiment, the distal end of the tape set section 55 having the pair of tape support elements 551 and 551 is provided to be removable from the insertion region 53. The tape receiving portion 55 is inserted into the guide area 53, and the tape support members 551 and 551 support the tape 40 from below, thereby enabling the tape to be fed by the rear side feeding portion 54. Further, the tape 40 is moved to the lower side of the introducing region 53 by the withdrawal (detachment) of the tape setting portion 55 from the introducing region 53 and the release of the support by the tape supporting members 551 and 551, and is set in a free state with respect to the rear side feeding portion 54. Reference numeral 57 in the figure shows a set movement mechanism that moves the tape set unit 55 in order to perform an automatic loading function by switching the feeding method. The configuration for realizing the automatic loading function is not limited to this, and other feeders having an automatic loading function may be used.
The component 46 supplied to the component supply position P1 by the feeder 5 configured as described above is mounted on the substrate S by the head unit 3. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the head unit 3 has a plurality of (four) mounting heads 31 arranged along the X direction. Each mounting head 31 has a long shape extending in the Z direction (vertical direction), and can suck and hold a component by a suction nozzle attached to a lower end thereof so as to be capable of engaging and disengaging. That is, mounting head 31 moves above feeder 5, and sucks the component supplied from feeder 5. Next, the mounting head 31 moves above the substrate S at the working position to release the suction of the component, thereby mounting the component on the substrate S.
Next, the structure of the carriage 6 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4A, 4B, 5, and 6. Fig. 4A and 4B are perspective views showing the structure of the carriage mounted to the component mounting device shown in fig. 1, in which fig. 4A shows a housed state in which the pull-out mechanism is housed below the standard reel holding portion, and fig. 4B shows a pulled-out state in which the pull-out mechanism is pulled out. The carriage 6 is characterized in that a pull-out mechanism is added to a common replacement carriage which has been frequently used in conventional component mounting apparatuses. Therefore, the following describes the same configuration group as the conventional pallet changer, and then describes in detail the configuration of the drawing mechanism which is one of the characteristic portions of the present embodiment.
The carriage 6 is configured to be capable of holding a plurality of reels 7 on which the tape 40 holding the components 46 is wound, and a plurality of feeders 5 which feed the tape 40 from the reels 7 in the Y direction and supply the components 46 to the component supply position P1. Since the tape reel 7 and the feeder 5 used for mounting the components 46 by the component mounting device 1 need to be changed depending on the type of the substrate S, the tape reel 7 and the feeder 5 are mounted on the carriage 6 in advance in accordance with the substrate S to be mounted. When the substrate S to be mounted is changed, the carriage 6 on which the tape reel 7 and the feeder 5 corresponding to the substrate S are mounted can be mounted on the component mounting device 1, and preparation for changing the new substrate S can be completed in a short time.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the carriage 6 includes: a base 610 having casters 611 attached to a lower surface thereof; a frame 620 fixed to the base 610; a standard reel holding part 630 attached to the frame 620; an additional reel holding part 650 which is additionally provided by pulling out the pull-out mechanism 640 to the upstream side in the feeding direction Y, that is, to the (+ Y) direction side as described in detail later; and feeder holder 660 attached to frame 620.
The frame 620 has two frame posts 622, 622 and a pair of side plates 623. The pair of side plates 623 are erected vertically upward Z from the base 610. Further, frame columns 622, 622 are erected so as to be sandwiched between the pair of side plates 623, and are fixed to the side plates 623. In addition, in FIG. 4A,
In fig. 4B and the like, only the side plate 623 on the (+ X) direction side is shown and the side plate on the (-X) direction side is omitted for clarity of the internal structure of the carriage 6. The frame columns 622 and 622 are provided so as to be separated from each other in the direction of the rotation axis of the reel 7 held by the standard reel holding portion 630 or the additional reel holding portion 650 (the direction parallel or substantially parallel to the X direction). In the present specification, when the reels 7 held by the standard reel holding unit 630 and the additional reel holding unit 650 are separately described, the reel held by the standard reel holding unit 630 is referred to as a "first reel 7A", and the reel held by the additional reel holding unit 650 is referred to as a "second reel 7B". On the other hand, the tape is simply referred to as "reel 7" without distinguishing between the two.
A standard tape reel holding portion 630 is fixed above the end portion of the side plate 623 on the (+ Y) direction side, and a feeder holding portion 660 is fixed to the upper end portions of the frame columns 622, 622. Further, a waste tape collection box 670 for collecting the tape 40 discarded after the component 46 is supplied to the component mounting device 1 is disposed between the base 610 and the standard reel holding portion 630.
The standard reel holding portion 630 includes: two support rollers 631, 632 supported by the side plate 623; a sheet metal member 633 fixed to the side plate 623; and support rollers 634 and 635 supported by the pair of side plates 623 on the (+ Y) direction side of the frame posts 622 and 622. The two support rollers 631 and 632 are each configured by continuously mounting a plurality of unit rollers having a predetermined width on a roller shaft having substantially the same length as the separation interval of the pair of side plates 623 in the X direction. Of the two support rollers 631 and 632, the unit rollers adjacent to each other are installed at an appropriate interval so as not to nip the tape reel 7. The two support rollers 631 and 632 are disposed at a predetermined interval in the Y direction, and can rotatably hold the reel 7 having a diameter of 15 inches or the reel 7 having a diameter of 13 inches by the two support rollers 631 and 632, as shown in fig. 4A and 4B, for example. Further, the end portion of the sheet metal member 633 on the (+ Y) direction side is bent upward. The curved front end portion is located between the two support rollers 631, 632. A positioning slit is provided at the tip end 633a of the sheet metal member 633, and the tape reel 7 having a diameter of 10 inches or the tape reel 7 having a diameter of 7 inches can be rotatably held by the tip end 633a and the support roller 222 (see fig. 6). The standard reel holding unit 630 can also hold a reel holder (see fig. 8, 10, and 11) that rotatably holds the first reel 7A by the support rollers 631 and 632, the positioning slit, and the like.
In addition, the support rollers 634 are configured by continuously mounting a plurality of unit rollers having a predetermined width to the roller shaft from the side plate 623 on one side to the side plate 623 on the other side. In the support roller 634, unit rollers are attached such that adjacent unit rollers are arranged with a slight interval therebetween. Here, a partition plate (see reference numeral 651 in fig. 8) for partitioning the first reel 7A held by the standard reel holding section 630 can be attached. The support roller 635 is also configured by attaching unit rollers to a roller shaft so that adjacent unit rollers are arranged with a slight gap therebetween, similarly to the support roller 634. The unit rollers of the support roller 635 have a function of guiding the tape 40 fed from the reel 7 held by the standard reel holding unit 630 to the feeder 5.
In the carriage 6 configured as described above, the tape 40 wound around the first reel 7 held by the standard reel holding unit 630 can be stably fed to the feeder 5, and the configuration up to this point is basically the same as that of the conventional carriage. One of the features of the present embodiment is that the additional reel holding portion 650 can be added as needed on the (+ Y) direction side of the standard reel holding portion 630, that is, on the upstream side in the feeding direction Y by further providing the pull-out mechanism 640. The structure and operation of the drawing mechanism 640 will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 3A, 3B, 4, and 5.
Fig. 5 and 6 are side views of the carriage in which the additional reel holding unit is added by pulling out the pull-out mechanism, and fig. 5 shows a state in which the standard reel holding unit 630 and the additional reel holding unit 650 hold 13 inches of the reel 7, and fig. 6 shows a state in which the standard reel holding unit 630 and the additional reel holding unit 650 hold 7 inches of the reel 7. The pull-out mechanism 640 is disposed between the normal tape reel holding portion 630 and the waste tape collection box 670 in the vertical direction Z. The pull-out mechanism 640 includes two rail members 641 and 642 extending in the Y direction.
The rail member 641 is disposed on the side plate 623 on the (+ X) direction side. A slider (not shown) slidably attached to the rail member 641 is fixed to the side end portion on the (+ Y) direction side of the side plate 623 on the (+ X) direction side. Therefore, the guide member 641 is freely reciprocated in the Y direction with respect to the normal reel holding portion 630 fixed to the side plate 623 on the (+ X) direction side.
The rail member 642 is disposed on a side plate on the (-X) direction side, which is not shown, and is configured similarly to the rail member 641. That is, a slider (not shown) slidably attached to the rail member 642 is fixed to the side end portion on the (+ Y) direction side of the side plate on the (-X) direction side. Therefore, the rail member 642 is freely reciprocated in the Y direction with respect to the standard reel holding portion 630.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the pair of guide members 641 and 642 are separated from each other in the X direction by a width substantially equal to the X-direction width of the standard tape reel holding portion 630, but ends on the (+ Y) direction side are connected to each other by the support roller 643. The support rollers 643 are configured by continuously mounting a plurality of unit rollers having a predetermined width on roller shafts (reference numeral 643a in fig. 15) having substantially the same length as the separation interval in the X direction of the pair of side plates 623, similarly to the support rollers 631 and 632 provided in the standard tape reel holding portion 630.
A sheet metal member 644 is attached to the pair of rail members 641 and 642 in addition to the support roller 643. As shown in fig. 4B, 5, and 6, the sheet metal member 644 is provided adjacent to the support roller 643 on the (-Y) direction side, and the end portion on the (-Y) direction side is bent upward. A positioning slit is provided at the curved front end portion, and the second reel 7B can be rotatably held by the positioning slit and the support roller 643. Thus, the support roller 643 and the sheet metal member 644 constitute an additional reel holding portion 650. The additional reel holding unit 650 can also hold a reel holder (see fig. 11 and 14) that rotatably holds the second reel 7B by the support roller 643, the positioning slit, and the like.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the drawer mechanism 640 has the additional reel holding portion 650 including the support roller 643 and the sheet metal member 644, and can be moved in and out in the (+ Y) direction of the standard reel holding portion 630 by receiving a manual operation by a user. That is, as shown in fig. 4A, while the pair of guide members 641 and 642 are located at positions directly below the reel holding unit 630, the pull-out mechanism 640 is housed at a position directly below the reel holding unit 630, and has substantially the same size as the conventional pallet changer. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4B, when the pair of guide members 641 and 642 is pulled out in the (+ Y) direction side of the normal reel holding portion 630 together with the support roller 643 and the sheet metal member 644, the number of total reels that can be held by the carriage 6 can be increased by additionally providing the additional reel holding portion 650 in addition to the normal reel holding portion 630. In this way, the placement location (reel holding unit) of the reel 7 can be increased according to the usage of the carriage 6, and the total number of the reels 7 to be held can be flexibly handled.
In addition, when the second reel 7B is not loaded into the additional reel holding portion 650 for the reason that the second reel 7B is not preset, the pull-out mechanism 640 can be housed in a position directly below the standard reel holding portion 630 as shown in fig. 4A. Even when the second reel 7B is loaded on the additional reel holding portion 650, the pull-out amount of the pull-out mechanism 640 can be suppressed to an amount corresponding to the second reel 7B. Therefore, the workability of the carriage 6 can be significantly improved as compared with the conventional technique in which a relatively large fixing mechanism is always connected to the rear side of the standard reel holding portion (corresponding to the upstream side in the feeding direction Y of the present embodiment).
In the present embodiment, the reel size that can be held by the additional reel holding portion 650 can be switched by adjusting the pull-out amount of the pull-out mechanism 640. For example, when component feeding using a reel 7 having a large diameter size, for example, a 13-inch reel 7 is performed with an automatic loading function, the carriage 6 shown in fig. 5 can be used. That is, the first reel 7A of 13 inches is loaded on the standard reel holding portion 630, the pull-out mechanism 640 is pulled out by the pull-out amount D13 corresponding to the aforementioned 13-inch reel, and the second reel 7B of 13 inches is loaded on the additional reel holding portion 650 which is additionally provided. On the other hand, when component feeding using a reel 7 having a small diameter size, for example, a reel 7 of 7 inches is performed by the automatic loading function, as shown in fig. 6, the pull-out amount is suppressed to a pull-out amount D7 corresponding to the reel 7 of 7 inches, and the first reel 7A and the second reel 7B of 7 inches are loaded on the standard reel holding portion 630 and the additional reel holding portion 650, respectively. In the component supplying process, it is not necessary to match the reel size of the second reel 7B with the reel size of the first reel 7A, and when the second reel 7B having a different size is loaded on the additional reel holding portion 650, the pull-out mechanism 640 may be pulled out by an amount suitable for holding the second reel 7B. Thus, the reel size can be flexibly coped with.
Fig. 7 is a partial perspective view of a second embodiment of the component supply cart of the present invention. In the drawing, the standard reel holding portion is not shown in order to clearly show the characteristic configuration of the second embodiment. The second embodiment is largely different from the first embodiment in that a movement regulating portion 645 is provided for fixing the drawing position of the drawing mechanism 640 and regulating the reciprocating movement of the additional reel holding portion 650 in the feeding direction Y. The movement restricting portions 645 are provided on the (+ X) direction side and the (-X) direction side of the pull-out mechanism 640, but they have the same configuration. Therefore, the structure of the movement restricting portion 645 on the (-X) direction side will be described below with reference to fig. 7, and the same reference numerals are given to the same structure of the movement restricting portion 645 on the (+ X) direction side, and the description thereof will be omitted.
In the second embodiment, in order to fix the pullout mechanism 640 at an appropriate position according to the reel size, a position fixing hole 642a is provided at a position corresponding to an appropriate pullout amount for each reel size in the upper surface of the guide member 642 on the (-X) direction side (see the partially enlarged view of fig. 7). The movement restricting portion 645 fixes the pull-out mechanism 640 through the position fixing holes 642 a. That is, the movement restricting portion 645 includes a fixing member 646 fixed to the side plate 623 and a position fixing pin 647 that positions and fixes the rail member 642 with respect to the fixing member 646.
As shown in the enlarged view of fig. 7, two through holes 646a and 646b for fixing positions are provided in the fixing member 646 so as to be separated from each other in the Y direction. The distal end of the position fixing pin 647 is freely inserted into and removed from the through holes 646a and 646 b. In the present embodiment, when the drawer mechanism 640 is stored at a position directly below the standard tape reel holding portion 630 (hereinafter referred to as "storing time"), positions where the through hole 646a and the position fixing hole 642a are provided are set in advance such that one of the position fixing holes 642a is positioned directly above the through hole 646 a. Therefore, as shown in fig. 7, when the drawer mechanism 640 is stored, the tip end portion of the position fixing pin 647 is inserted into the position fixing hole 642a via the through hole 646a, and is fixed in the stored state.
When the pull-out mechanism 640 is pulled out by a pull-out amount corresponding to the reel size (hereinafter referred to as "pull-out time"), positions where the through holes 646b and the position fixing holes 642a are provided are set in advance such that one of the position fixing holes 642a is positioned directly above one of the through holes 646 b. Therefore, as shown in fig. 8, when the second reel 7B is pulled out, the pull-out mechanism 640, which is pulled out to a position corresponding to the reel size of the second reel 7B by inserting the tip end portion of the position fixing pin 647 into the position fixing hole 642a through the through hole 646B, is fixed in a state where the second reel 7B is held by the additional reel holding portion 650. As a result, the movement of the additional reel holding part 650 in the Y direction is restricted by the movement restricting part 645. Further, reference numeral 648 in fig. 8 denotes a chain for connecting the position fixing pin 647 to the fixing member 646, and the position fixing pin 647 is prevented from being lost by the chain 648.
As described above, in the second embodiment, the movement restricting portions 645 are provided on the (+ X) direction side and the (-X) direction side of the drawer mechanism 640, and therefore, the movement of the drawer mechanism 640 can be reliably prevented at the time of storage. Further, the additional reel holding part 650 can be added at a position suitable for the reel size of the second reel 7B. Further, the reciprocating movement of the additional reel holding part 650 in the Y direction is regulated by the position fixing pins 647. Therefore, the second reel 7B can be held at an appropriate position, and the tape 40 can be stably fed from the second reel 7B.
In the second embodiment, the movement restricting portions 645 are provided on both the (+ X) direction side and the (-X) direction side of the pull-out mechanism 640, but the movement restricting portions 645 may be provided only on one of them. In the second embodiment, the through hole 646a functions as storage, while the through hole 646b functions as pull-out, but such a separation of functions is arbitrary, and for example, the through hole 646a may function not only as storage but also as pull-out with a partial tape reel size. Further, one through hole may be used for storage and for drawing out the tape in a full reel size. The movement restricting unit 645 may be applied to the embodiment described below.
In the first and second embodiments, the first tape reel 7A is directly loaded and held on the standard tape reel holding portion 630, but may be loaded on the standard tape reel holding portion 630 in a state where the first tape reel 7A is held by the reel holder (third embodiment), for example.
Fig. 9 is a side view showing a third embodiment of the component supply cart of the present invention. In the third embodiment, the reel holder 71A that rotatably holds the first reel 7A is held by the standard reel holding unit 630. In the third embodiment, the drawer mechanism 640 is switchable between a storage state in which it is stored at a position below the standard reel holding portion 630 and a drawer state in which it is pulled out to the upstream side in the feeding direction Y, that is, to the (+ Y) direction side. In particular, as shown in fig. 9, the support roller 643 of the drawer mechanism 640 is engaged with the lower end portion of the tape reel holder 71A on the (+ Y) direction side by bringing the drawer mechanism 640 into the storage state. Therefore, the movement of the reel holder 71A in the (+ Y) direction is restricted by the support roller 643, and the reel holder 71A can be stably held by the standard reel holding portion 630. As a result, the tape 40 can be stably fed from the first reel 7A. As described above, in the present embodiment, the support rollers 643 of the drawer mechanism 640 function as an example of the "holder movement restricting unit" of the present invention.
In the third embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the additional reel holding portion 650 for the second reel 7B can be added on the (+ Y) direction side of the reel holder 71A by pulling out the pull-out mechanism 640 by the pull-out amount D7B corresponding to the reel size of the second reel 7B in the (+ Y) direction (fig. 10). Therefore, the second reel 7B can be directly mounted on the additional reel holding part 650, and the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
In fig. 10, the second reel 7B is directly held by the additional reel holding portion 650, but as shown in fig. 11, the additional reel holding portion 650 for the reel holder 71B may be added by pulling out the pull-out mechanism 640 by the pull-out amount D71B corresponding to the reel holder 71B in the (+ Y) direction. In this case, the second reel 7B can be loaded on the additional reel holding part 650 via the reel holder 71B, and the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
In the third embodiment configured as described above, the movement restricting unit 645 may be added as in the second embodiment, and the same operational effects as in the second embodiment can be obtained by this addition.
Fig. 12 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a component reel holder used in a fourth embodiment of the component supply carriage according to the present invention. In the figure, a column (a) shows a perspective view of a state where the reel 7 is held, and a column (b) shows an exploded assembly perspective view of the reel holder. In the fourth embodiment, the reel holder 71A for the first reel 7A (hereinafter referred to as "first reel holder 71A") and the reel holder 71B for the second reel 7B (hereinafter referred to as "second reel holder 71B") arranged along the feeding direction Y have the same configuration. In addition, the tape cartridge is simply referred to as the "tape cartridge holder 71" unless the tape cartridge is distinguished from the tape cartridge.
The reel holder 71 includes a pair of side plates 711 and 712 disposed to face each other in a width direction X orthogonal to a feeding direction Y in which the tape 40 is fed from the reel 7, and three connecting portions 713 to 715 for connecting the pair of side plates 711 and 712 to each other in a state of being separated by an interval Wb larger than a width Wa of the reel 7, and the pair of side plates 711 and 712 are detachably attached to each other by the connecting portions 713 to 715. That is, the detachable pin 713a is provided upright on the (+ Y) direction side toward the side plate 712 in the surface area of the side plate 711 on the (+ Y) direction side toward the surface 711a of the side plate 712. On the other hand, an engaged member 713b configured to be engageable with the detachable pin 713a is provided toward the side plate 711 in a surface area on the (+ Y) direction side of the surface 712a of the side plate 712 facing the side plate 711. When the side plates 711 and 712 are brought close to each other, as shown in the column (a) of fig. 12, the removable pin 713a engages with the engaged member 713b to form the connecting portion 713. The connection portion 713 also functions as a support portion for supporting the reel 7.
Also, the tape reel holder 71 is provided with connecting portions 714 and 715 on the (-Y) direction side, which have the same configuration as the connecting portion 713. That is, detachable pins 714a and 715a are provided upright on the surface area on the (-Y) direction side of the surface 711a of the side plate 711, engaged members 714b and 715b are provided on the surface area on the (-Y) direction side of the surface 712a of the side plate 712, and when the side plates 711 and 712 are brought close to each other, the detachable pins 714a and 715a are engaged with the engaged members 714b and 715b, respectively, to form connecting portions 714 and 715, as shown in the column (a) of fig. 12. By forming the connecting portions 713 to 715, the pair of side plates 711 and 712 approach each other to form a reel holding space having a space width Wb slightly larger than the X-direction width Wa of the reel 7, and are integrated to form the reel holder 71.
As shown in fig. 12, in the vicinity of the connection portions 714 and 715, a surface 711a of the side plate 711 is provided with a protrusion 716a, and a surface 712a of the side plate 712 is provided with a protrusion 716b facing the protrusion 716 a. Therefore, when the tape reel holder 71 is formed as described above, the distal end portions of the projections 716a and 716b approach each other to form the support portion 716 that supports the tape reel 7. That is, the reel holder 71 rotatably holds the tape reel 7 by the connection portion 713 and the support portion 716. Therefore, the width Wb of the reel holder 71 can be adjusted by appropriately changing the lengths of the removable pins 713a to 715a in the X direction by replacing the removable pins 713a to 715a with those corresponding to the width Wa of the reel 7.
A step is formed at the ends 711b and 712b on the (-Y) direction side of the pair of side plates 711 and 712, the ends 711b and 712b are respectively provided close to the side plates 712 and 711, and the X-direction width Wc of the ends 711b and 712b is narrower than the space width Wb of the tape holding space. Therefore, when the reel holders 71A, 71B adjacent to each other are disposed adjacent to each other in the feeding direction Y, as shown in fig. 13, the end portions 711B, 712B of the reel holder 71B enter the reel holding space formed between the end portions 711c, 712c on the (+ Y) direction side of the pair of side plates 711, 712 constituting the reel holder 71A, and the reel holders 71A, 71B can be arranged adjacent to each other in the feeding direction Y. Further, reference numeral 717 in fig. 12 and 13 denotes width fixing bosses provided at the end portions 711B and 712B, and when the reel holders 71A and 71B are adjacent to each other, the width fixing boss 717 of the reel holder 71B presses the side plates 711 and 712 of the reel holder 71A. As a result, as shown in fig. 13, the reel holders 71A, 71B can be linearly arranged along the feeding direction Y, and the first reel 7A, the second reel 7B, and the feeder 5 can be arranged in a row along the feeding direction Y. Further, the adjacent tape holders 71A, 71B can regulate the movement of the tape holder 71A in the (+ Y) direction by the tape holder 71B.
Further, two notches 711d and 711e are provided at the lower end of the side plate 711, and two notches 712d and 712e are provided at the lower end of the side plate 712. The notches 711d and 712d have a hook shape, and can move the tape holder 71A in the Y direction to engage with the support rollers 631 and 643. Therefore, as shown in fig. 11, when the reel holder 71A is set in the standard reel holding portion 630, the support roller 631 engages with the notch portions 711d and 712d to regulate the upward movement of the reel holder 71A. Further, when the tape holder 71B is set in the additional tape holding portion 650 in the same manner as the tape holder 71A, the support roller 643 engages with the hook-shaped notch portions 711d and 712d, and the upward movement of the tape holder 71B can be regulated.
Further, notches 711e and 712e are partially cut out in a chevron shape, and can be engaged with support roller 632 and sheet metal member 644. Therefore, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, when the reel holder 71A is set in the standard reel holding portion 630, the support roller 632 engages with the notch portions 711e and 712e, and can regulate the movement of the reel holder 71A in the Y direction. When the tape reel holder 71B is set in the additional tape holding portion 650, as shown in fig. 11, the movement of the tape reel holder 71B in the Y direction can be regulated by engaging a part of the sheet metal member 644 with the notch portions 711e and 712 e.
As shown in fig. 11, a restricting member 636 is attached to the frame post 622. A slit (not shown) engageable with the upper end portions of the end portions 711b and 712b is provided at the lower end portion of the regulating member 636. Therefore, the upper movement of the reel holder 71A can be regulated by engaging the end portions 711b and 712b with the slits.
As described above, in the fourth embodiment, the movement of the reel holders 71A, 71B is regulated by engaging the reel holders 71A, 71B with each other, a part of the reel holder 71A and the standard reel holding section 630, and a part of the reel holder 71B and the additional reel holding section 650. As a result, the tape reel 7 is prevented from moving, and the tape 40 can be stably fed from the tape reel 7.
As shown in fig. 11, in a state where the first reel holder 71A and the second reel holder 71B are attached to the standard reel holding portion 630 and the additional reel holding portion 650, respectively, it is possible to perform a setup change for the component mounting to be performed next using the first reel holder 71A and the second reel holder 71B. That is, the tape reel holders 71A and 71B can be aligned in width by preparing the first tape reel holder 71A and the second tape reel holder 71B separately and inserting the end portions 711B and 712B of the tape reel holder 71B into the tape reel holding space of the tape reel holder 71A.
Further, after the first reel holder 71A and the second reel holder 71B are respectively mounted on the standard reel holding part 630 and the additional reel holding part 650, there is no engagement or engagement looseness between the reel holders 71A and 71B, the reel holder 71A and the standard reel holding part 630, and the reel holder 71B and the additional reel holding part 650. However, by performing the above engagement by pressing the drawer mechanism 640 in the storage direction, i.e., the (-Y) direction after the loading, the first reel holder 71A and the second reel holder 71B can be more reliably fixed. As a result, the first reel 7A and the second reel 7B can be prevented from being detached from the carriage 6. Conversely, the engagement can be released or released by pulling out the pull-out mechanism 640 in the pull-out direction, i.e., (+ Y) direction. As a result, the first reel holder 71A and the second reel holder 71B can be easily detached from the standard reel holding unit 630 and the additional reel holding unit 650, respectively.
Further, the first reel holder 71A and the second reel holder 71B have the same configuration and are shared, thereby facilitating management of the reel holders. Further, switching of reels can be performed on a per-holder 71 basis, and workability can be further improved.
Fig. 14 is a partial perspective view showing a fifth embodiment of the component supply cart according to the present invention. Fig. 15 is a partially enlarged perspective view of fig. 14. The fifth embodiment is largely different from the first embodiment in that the second reel 7B is held by the additional reel holding portion 650 in a state of being held by the second reel holder 71B, and in that the dial indicator 649, which is an example of an information notifying portion, is attached to the drawing mechanism 640, and other configurations are basically the same as those of the first embodiment. Therefore, hereinafter, description will be given mainly of different points, and the same components will be denoted by the same reference numerals and will not be described.
In the fifth embodiment, the additional reel holding portion 650 is additionally provided by pulling out the pull-out mechanism 640 by an amount corresponding to the second reel holder 71B that rotatably holds the second reel 7B. The second reel holder 71B is mounted on the additional reel holding portion 650. Therefore, the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, the second reel holder 71B is aligned in line with one of the plurality of first reels 7A (reference numeral 7A1 in fig. 14) held by the standard reel holding portion 630 in the feeding direction Y. Then, the component is fed from the second reel 7B held by the first reel 7a1 and the second reel holder 71B to the feeder 5 having the automatic loading function by conveying the tape 40. This makes it possible to switch from continuous supply of components by conventional splicing to continuous supply of components on a reel-by-reel basis. On the other hand, the following problems may occur.
Conventionally, since feeder 5 and reel 7 are always connected by splicing or the like, the type of component 46 that can be supplied by feeder 5 is clear even when feeder 5 is pulled out from carriage 6. However, in the case of using the automatic loading function, when the feeder 5 is pulled out from the carriage 6 in a state of a reel terminal, the relationship between the feeder 5 and the reel 7 is cut. As a result, the type of component 46 attached to feeder 5 may not be clear.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, a dial display 649 is provided on the pull-out mechanism 640. In the present embodiment, the mounting position number of the feeder 5 during production and the loading position number of the reel 7 in the pull-out mechanism 640 can be displayed on the dial indicator 649, and the positions of the reels 7 mounted on the feeder 5 can be clarified by matching these numbers. Thus, even when feeder 5 is cut off from reel 7, the mounting position of feeder 5 can be specified by the history based on serial information and loading information of feeder 5. As a result, the reel 7 can be reliably found for use from the mounting position and the holding position.
In addition, the feeder 5 having the automatic loading function supplies the components 46 in reel units, and thus requires a preset job all the time. Here, in the feeder 5 having no automatic loading function, the reel 7 to be spliced can be found by tracking the tape 40 attached to the feeder 5, but this function cannot be realized in the feeder 5 having the automatic loading function. However, by disposing the dial indicator 649 in the pull-out mechanism 640, the holding position of the reel 7 becomes clear, and the next reel 7 can be set up smoothly. In addition, erroneous mounting of the reel 7 can be prevented.
In the present embodiment, the dial indicator 649 is disposed in the pull-out mechanism 640, but the dial indicator 649 may be provided in the reel holder 71 as shown in fig. 16, for example. In addition, as the information notifying unit, in addition to the dial indicator 649, a display member or the like may be used in which information indicating a relationship between the attachment position of the feeder 5 and the holding position of the reel 7 is displayed on a member (for example, a magnet member) that is detachable from the pull-out mechanism 640, the reel holder 71, or the like. The information is not limited to numerals, and may include characters, figures, and the like. The application range of the information notifying unit is not limited to the carriage 6 on which the feeder 5 having the automatic loading function is mounted, and the information notifying unit can be applied to all component mounting apparatuses that perform component mounting work by associating the feeder 5 with the reel 7.
In the above-described embodiment, the width direction X corresponds to the "horizontal direction orthogonal to the feeding direction" of the present invention. One of the pair of rail members 641 and 642 corresponds to an example of the "first movable body" of the present invention, and the other corresponds to an example of the "second movable body" of the present invention. The ends 711b and 712b on the (-Y) direction side of the pair of side plates 711 and 712 correspond to an example of the "engaging end" of the present invention, and the ends 711c and 712c on the (+ Y) direction side of the pair of side plates 711 and 712 correspond to an example of the "engaged end" of the present invention.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made to the above embodiments without departing from the gist thereof. Therefore, for example, in the first embodiment, only the second reel 7B is mounted on the additional reel holding portion 650, but as shown in fig. 8, for example, the movement of the second reel 7B in the width direction X can be regulated by additionally attaching the spacer 651 to the additional reel holding portion 650 so as to be detachable. As a result, the second reel 7B can be prevented from falling or falling off. In addition, the following operational effects can be obtained. That is, if the second reel 7B is loaded without being held at a desired holding position, for example, with a deviation of one, the second reel 7B may not be aligned with the first reel 7A and the feeder 5 in the feeding direction Y, and the tape 40 may be twisted. However, by attaching the spacer 651 to the additional reel holding portion 650, the second reel 7B is held at an appropriate holding position, and the above-described twisting can be reliably prevented. In addition, the spacer 651 also greatly facilitates the collation of the second reel 7B. The spacer 651 may be provided by a positioning slit of the additional tape reel holder 650, or may be provided by using a magnet. Of course, the spacer 651 may be dedicated to the additional reel holding part 650, but the versatility of the spacer 651 can be improved by sharing it with the standard reel holding part 630.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 4A and 4B, for example, the X-direction dimension of the pull-out mechanism 640 is made substantially equal to the X-direction dimension of the standard reel holding portion 630, but the X-direction dimension of the pull-out mechanism 640 is arbitrary. The drawing mechanism 640 may be divided into a plurality of parts and may be configured to be able to be drawn independently.
In the second embodiment, the movement restricting unit 645 is added to the carriage 6 of the first embodiment, but the present invention can be applied to the third to fifth embodiments, and the same operational effects as those of the second embodiment can be obtained.
In the above embodiment, the pull-out mechanism 640 is added to the carriage 6 on which the feeder 5 having the automatic loading function is mounted, but the present invention can also be applied to a carriage 6 in which only the feeder 5 having no automatic loading function is held by the feeder holding unit 660.
