Abstract

本发明涉及利用粘合剂粘合至少包含玻璃的多个部件而成的层叠体,其特征在于,在被粘合的上述玻璃的层叠面的端部具有倒角部,且在上述倒角部附着有上述粘合剂。根据本发明的层叠体,粘合剂不会溢出至附着于玻璃以及部件的侧面,且对各部件的特性、使用用途也不会给予影响。

Description

层叠体及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及利用粘合剂粘合包含玻璃的多个部件而成的层叠体及其制造方法。
背景技术
在专利文献1以及2中公开了利用粘合剂接合包含玻璃的部件彼此而成的层叠体。在专利文献1中,提出了用于显示器等的玻璃层叠体。对于多个带反射膜的玻璃膜,在它们之间夹设粘合剂从而将它们一体化,由此形成玻璃层叠体。在专利文献1中,通过研究粘合剂的粘合方法,实现了防止粘合层中的气泡、以及减少粘合层的壁厚差。在专利文献2中,提出了一种玻璃层叠体,其在红外线吸收功能上优异,该红外线吸收功能通过在玻璃层叠体中使用近红外线吸收玻璃,或者使粘合剂具有红外线吸收功能来实现。

但是,在利用粘合剂粘合包含玻璃的部件的情况下,在进行粘合时,粘合剂有可能从部件的端部溢出(参照图15)。因粘合剂溢出,在使用时,有可能因溢出的粘合剂而使玻璃的特性、物性发生变化,对使用用途造成影响。虽然可能设置除去溢出的粘合剂的工序,但担忧产生对接下来的工序的影响、制造成本的问题等。另外,为了防止溢出,还存在减少粘合剂的量,在从端部离开的位置涂覆粘合剂等方法,但在该情况下,担忧粘合剂未充分遍及至端部,容易从端部产生剥离等粘合力降低的情况。若考虑提高粘合力、难以产生剥离这一点,则优选粘合剂遍及至端部。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供防止如粘合剂附着于玻璃的侧面那样的溢出且对使用用途不造成影响的层叠体及其制造方法。
本发明人进行了深入研究,结果发现,在被层叠的部件中的至少一方是玻璃的层叠体中,若至少玻璃的层叠面是在端部具有倒角部的层叠体,则能够解决上述课题。
本发明的层叠体是利用粘合剂粘合至少包含玻璃的多个部件而成的层叠体,其特征在于,在被粘合的上述玻璃的层叠面的端部具有倒角部,且在上述倒角部附着有上述粘合剂。
本发明的层叠体的特征在于,上述粘合剂是从由UV固化树脂、丙烯酸系粘合剂、硅系粘合剂、氨酯系粘合剂、聚酰胺系粘合剂、乙酸乙烯酯系粘合剂、酯系粘合剂、苯乙烯系粘合剂、氰基丙烯酸酯系粘合剂、PVA系粘合剂、PP系粘合剂、PC系粘合剂、PET系粘合剂、PMMA系粘合剂、PES系粘合剂、PEN系粘合剂、纤维素系粘合剂、硅烷偶联系粘合剂以及环氧系粘合剂构成的组中选择的至少一种。
本发明的层叠体的特征在于,上述层叠面的粘合部的表面粗糙度比上述倒角部的表面粗糙度小。
本发明的层叠体的制造方法是利用粘合剂粘合至少包含玻璃的多个部件而成的层叠体的制造方法,其特征在于,具有:对上述玻璃的层叠面的端部进行倒角加工而形成倒角部的工序;在上述多个部件的至少一方的层叠面的粘合部涂覆上述粘合剂的工序;以及通过上述粘合剂粘合上述多个部件而将上述粘合剂附着于上述倒角部的工序。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够获得粘合剂不会溢出至附着于玻璃以及部件的侧面且对各部件的特性、使用用途也不会给予影响的层叠体。

具体实施方式
本发明的层叠体通过利用粘合剂粘合包含作为必需部件而包含玻璃的多个部件来进行层叠而制成,且至少在玻璃的层叠面的端部具备倒角部。
在本附图中,斜线部表示粘合剂,点部表示倒角部,虚线部表示层叠面的最端部。在本说明书中,层叠面是指玻璃以及部件被粘合的面。另外,“粘合剂溢出”是指粘合剂从层叠面的最端部附着于外侧(比虚线部靠外侧、部件以及玻璃的侧壁面)的情况。
本发明的层叠体由两个以上部件构成,部件的至少一个为玻璃。玻璃组成不特别限定,也可以使用硼硅酸盐玻璃、铝硅酸盐玻璃、无碱玻璃、氟磷酸盐玻璃、磷酸盐玻璃、石英玻璃等。另外,玻璃的厚度、大小、形状也不特别限定。针对玻璃,也可以使用带有功能膜(例如,防反射膜、反射膜、红外线截止/透过膜、紫外线截止/透过膜、防污·防尘膜等)的玻璃、从外表面着色了的玻璃、实施了微加工的玻璃等按照用途实施了适当加工的玻璃。在使用多片玻璃时,可以是全部相同的玻璃,也可以是不同的玻璃。
针对构成本发明的层叠体的部件,除玻璃以外,还可以使用树脂、金属、陶瓷、蓝宝石、膜、纤维材料、水晶等。说到部件的用途,被作为光学设备、棱镜、生物膜、培养基材、隔热材料、电气电路等来使用。
本发明的层叠体通过粘合剂粘合有玻璃和其他部件(也可以是玻璃)。粘合剂只要能够将玻璃和部件以不剥离的方式紧贴地粘合,则不特别限定,能够适当地使用从UV固化树脂、丙烯酸系粘合剂、硅系粘合剂、氨酯系粘合剂、聚酰胺系粘合剂、乙酸乙烯酯系粘合剂、酯系粘合剂、苯乙烯系粘合剂、氰基丙烯酸酯系粘合剂、PVA系粘合剂、PP系粘合剂、PC系粘合剂、PET系粘合剂、PMMA系粘合剂、PES系粘合剂、PEN系粘合剂、纤维素系粘合剂、硅烷偶联系粘合剂以及环氧系粘合剂等中选择的一种或者两种以上。
针对粘合剂的状态,虽然能够适当地选择为液状、凝胶状、固状、带状、片状等,但为了提高部件彼此的紧贴力,优选为液状或凝胶状。
在构成本发明的层叠体的部件中,至少玻璃中的层叠面包含被倒角加工的端部(以下,称为倒角部)和带有粘合剂的部分(以下,称为粘合部)。通过具有倒角部,在利用粘合剂进行粘合时,在倒角部附着有粘合剂,另外,在粘合剂扩展的情况下,能够防止粘合剂溢出至比部件的端部靠外侧。具有倒角部的位置可以是层叠面的端部整周,也可以是一部分,但优选涂覆粘合剂的位置的外侧的端部成为倒角部。
倒角部的形状不特别限定,能够从R倒角、C倒角、倾斜面等中适当地选择。选择时,适宜地选择倒角部对使用用途不造成影响的形状。另外,对于倒角的范围(以下,称为倒角区域)而言,倒角的长度(以下,为倒角长度)在平面方向、厚度方向上均能对应于使用用途、粘合剂的种类等而适当进行调整。在粘合剂的粘度较低(容易流动)的情况下、需要较多地涂覆粘合剂的情况下,增大平面方向以及厚度方向的倒角长度。由此,由于能够增大倒角区域的容积,所以即便粘合剂扩展较多,仍容易抑制其溢出。厚度方向的倒角长度也可以是和厚度相同的长度。在厚度方向的倒角长度和厚度的长度相同的情况下,也可能成为不利状态,如根据倾斜角度、倒角形成位置而粘合部变小、角度变得陡峭等,从而粘合剂容易流下等,因此优选适当地调整倒角的长度、角度。
例如,在玻璃的上下层叠有其他部件,即成为三层以上的构造的情况下,玻璃的上下面成为层叠面,因此在双方的端部形成倒角部。倒角部的形状、形成的位置可以在上下面均相同,也可以不同。优选配合层叠的层数、部件的组合而适当进行调整。
除玻璃以外的部件也可以具有倒角部。倒角形状等和上述玻璃的情况相同,能够从R倒角、C倒角、倾斜面等中适当地选择,倒角区域的容积、倾斜角度等也能对应于使用用途、粘合剂的种类等而适当进行调整。
优选在本发明的层叠体中,玻璃的层叠面的粘合部的表面粗糙度比倒角部的表面粗糙度小,即粘合部处于表面比倒角部光滑的状态(倒角部处于表面比粘合部粗糙的状态)。粘合部通过使其表面平滑,使得部件彼此的紧贴性提高,从而更加难以剥离。另外,倒角部通过使其表面变粗糙,从而能够抑制粘合剂向端部的最外侧方向流动。表面粗糙度的值未被限定,例如优选倒角部的表面粗糙度(Ra)为0.15~0.5μm,优选粘合部的表面粗糙度(Ra)小于0.15μm。表面粗糙度(Ra)是日本工业标准的JISB0601(2013年修正)记载的算术平均粗糙度Ra。
接下来,说明本发明的层叠体的制造方法。本发明的层叠体如上述那样,通过利用粘合剂粘合两个以上部件来进行制造。
对成为层叠面的面的端部进行倒角加工,从而形成倒角部。作为倒角部的形成方法,能够从研磨、蚀刻、激光加工、磨削、切削加工、冲压等方法中适当选择。优选在考虑部件的物性、厚度、所希望的倾斜角度、加工的宽度的基础上进行选择。
在部件的粘合中使用粘合剂。对于粘合剂的种类,能够从上述种类中适当选择。另外,针对涂覆方法,根据粘合剂的状态、涂覆粘合剂的范围,选择适合的方法即可。例如,对糊状、熔块状的粘合剂进行印刷,使用涂覆用的器具、装置来涂覆粘合剂,如果是封条状、片状的粘合剂则进行粘贴等。此外,在本说明书中,印刷糊状、熔块状的粘合剂的方式、粘贴封条状、片状的粘合剂的方式也包含在涂覆粘合剂的方法中。另外,为了提高粘合性,也可以进行施力(例如,载置重物、用器具夹持等)、加热等处理。
针对粘合剂的涂覆范围,优选对层叠面中的除形成有倒角部的位置以外的粘合部进行涂覆。针对涂覆方法的一个例子,在图11~14中示出。可以仅在形成有倒角部的部分的内侧涂覆粘合剂,也可以仅在形成有倒角部的部分的内侧的一部分涂覆粘合剂,还可以在层叠面整体进行涂覆。
以下,示出本发明的实施方式1~10。此外,变更了以下的实施方式的倒角形状、角度以及宽度,或者组合有多个实施方式的方式,在本说明书记载的范围内能够适当调整。
如图1以及2所示,在实施方式1以及2中,在玻璃2的层叠面21的端部具有倒角部22。倒角部21的形状为C倒角。
如图3所示,在实施方式3中,在玻璃2的层叠面21的端部以及部件3的层叠面31的端部双方具有倒角部22、32。倒角部22、32的形状均为C倒角。
如图4以及5所示,在实施方式4以及5中,在玻璃2的层叠面21的端部具有倒角部22。倒角部21的形状为朝向厚度方向整体的倾斜形状。
如图6所示,在实施方式6中,在玻璃2的层叠面21的端部以及部件3的层叠面31的端部双方具有倒角部22、32。倒角部22、32的形状均为朝向厚度方向整体的倾斜形状。
如图7所示,在实施方式7中,玻璃2的层叠面21的端部的倒角部22的形状和部件3的层叠面31的端部的倒角部32的形状不同。在实施方式7的情况下,倒角部22的形状为C倒角,倒角部32的形状为朝向厚度方向整体的倾斜形状。
如图8所示,在实施方式8中,玻璃2的层叠面21的大小小于部件3的层叠面31的大小。在实施方式8的情况下,倒角部仅在玻璃2形成,倒角部22为C倒角。
如图9所示,在实施方式9中,玻璃2的厚度和部件3的厚度不同。除厚度不同以外,与实施方式1相同。
如图10所示,实施方式10是在玻璃2的上下粘合有部件3以及3′的一个例子。在玻璃2的层叠面21以及21′双方具有倒角部22,倒角部22以及22′为C倒角。
另外,虽然参照特定的实施方式详细说明了本发明,但能够不脱离本发明的精神和范围地施加各种变更、修正,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。

工业上的可利用性
本发明的层叠体在固体拍摄元件、光学元件、保持架玻璃、显示器相关部件、电子设备的壳体、太阳能电池、窗用的组合玻璃等用途中极其有用。

1.一种层叠体,该层叠体利用粘合剂粘合至少包含玻璃的多个部件而制成,
所述层叠体的特征在于,
在被粘合的所述玻璃的层叠面的端部具有倒角部,且在所述倒角部附着有所述粘合剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层叠体,其特征在于,
所述粘合剂是从由UV固化树脂、丙烯酸系粘合剂、硅系粘合剂、氨酯系粘合剂、聚酰胺系粘合剂、乙酸乙烯酯系粘合剂、酯系粘合剂、苯乙烯系粘合剂、氰基丙烯酸酯系粘合剂、PVA系粘合剂、PP系粘合剂、PC系粘合剂、PET系粘合剂、PMMA系粘合剂、PES系粘合剂、PEN系粘合剂、纤维素系粘合剂、硅烷偶联系粘合剂以及环氧系粘合剂构成的组中选择的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的层叠体,其特征在于,
所述层叠面的粘合部的表面粗糙度比所述倒角部的表面粗糙度小。
4.一种层叠体的制造方法,该层叠体利用粘合剂粘合至少包含玻璃的多个部件而制成,
所述层叠体的制造方法的特征在于,具备:
对所述玻璃的层叠面的端部进行倒角加工而形成倒角部的工序;
在所述多个部件的至少一方的层叠面的粘合部涂覆所述粘合剂的工序;以及
通过所述粘合剂粘合所述多个部件而将所述粘合剂附着于所述倒角部的工序。
