本发明提供一种耐‑65℃丁腈胶膜片,该材料包括有:丁腈胶90‑110份,氧化锌3‑5份,硬脂酸0.5‑1.5份,防老剂4‑6份,快压出炭黑50‑60份,聚醚增塑剂30‑40份,硫磺0.5‑1.5份,促进剂3‑4份。本发明通过优化各原料组分的配比,通过选取丙烯腈含量极低的丁腈橡胶,并且加入耐低温性能优异的聚醚增塑剂,有效的提高橡胶耐低温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶材料领域,尤其涉及一种耐-65℃丁腈胶膜片。
背景技术
丁腈橡胶是一种通用型耐油橡胶,广泛用于石油机械、车辆、工程机械等液压汽动系统。作为密封件制品,其优良的弹性特征适宜应用于各种油压管道,它既具有良好的耐油、耐臭、耐磨和耐化学品腐蚀性,又具有良好的压缩永久变形及耐热性能,但NBR低温耐寒性能较差,其脆性温度仅在-40℃左右。若在-40℃以下地面使用,由于弹性丧失极易导致密封功能失效,直接影响使用,且其安全稳定性能受到较大影响,因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐-65℃丁腈胶膜片,通过通过选取丙烯腈含量极低的丁腈橡胶,并且加入聚醚增塑剂提高橡胶耐低温性能,解决了丁腈胶低温耐寒性能差的问题。
本发明提供一种耐-65℃丁腈胶膜片,该材料包括有:丁腈胶90-110份,氧化锌3-5份,硬脂酸0.5-1.5份,防老剂4-6份,快压出炭黑50-60份,聚醚增塑剂30-40份,硫磺0.5-1.5份,促进剂3-4份。
进一步改进在于:该材料包括有:丁腈胶100份,氧化锌4份,硬脂酸1份,防老剂5份,快压出炭黑55份,聚醚增塑剂35份,硫磺1份,促进剂3.5份。
进一步改进在于:所述聚醚增塑剂为TP-95和TP-90B按照重量比为1:1配比形成。
进一步改进在于:所述丁晴胶中丙烯腈含量为18%-35%。
本发明的有益效果:通过选取丙烯腈含量极低的丁腈橡胶,并且加入耐低温性能优异的聚醚增塑剂,进一步的提高了橡胶的耐寒性能,满足了橡胶产品在-65℃低温环境下的使用要求;加入快压出炭黑作为补强填充剂,可提高橡胶的力学性能;加入硫磺并配合促进剂、氧化锌使用,提高了橡胶的热传导性,有利于橡胶的散热,保证了橡胶的耐寒性。

通过选取丙烯腈含量极低的丁腈橡胶,并且加入耐低温性能优异的聚醚增塑剂,进一步的提高了橡胶的耐寒性能,满足了橡胶产品在-65℃低温环境下的使用要求;加入快压出炭黑作为补强填充剂,可提高橡胶的力学性能;加入硫磺并配合促进剂、氧化锌使用,提高了橡胶的热传导性,有利于橡胶的散热,保证了橡胶的耐寒性。
