本发明提供了一种耐高温氟橡胶密封件,其特征在于它是由以下原料按质量份数混炼制成:二元氟橡胶100份,吸酸剂10~30份,补强剂10~30份,硫化剂1~5份,硫化促进剂0.2~2份。

技术领域
本发明涉及氟橡胶密封件,特别涉及一种耐高温氟橡胶密封件。
背景技术
背景技术
密封件的工作环境是一种高温环境。氟橡胶是指主链或侧链的碳原子上含有氟原子的合成高分子弹性体,氟原子的引入,赋予橡胶优异的耐热性、抗氧化性、耐油性、耐腐蚀性和耐大气老化性,因此通常选择氟橡胶制备密封件。目前国内现有的氟橡胶密封件存在恒定压缩永久变形大,密封效果差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种氟橡胶密封件,该氟橡胶密封件机械性能好,耐高温性能好。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种氟橡胶密封件由以下原料按质量份数混炼制成:二元氟橡胶100份,吸酸剂10~30份,补强剂10~30份,硫化剂1~5份,硫化促进剂0.2~2份。
所述二元氟橡胶为偏氟乙烯和六氟丙烯二元共聚物;
所述吸酸剂为氧化钙和氧化镁;
所述补强剂为喷雾炭黑;
所述硫化剂为2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷;
所述硫化促进剂为苄基三苯基氯化磷。
压缩永久变形是密封件重要参数之一。二元氟橡胶是偏氟乙烯和六氟丙烯二元共聚物,其压缩永久变形小,所以本发明选用二元氟橡胶。
氟橡胶常用的吸酸剂主要是金属氧化物及某些盐类,其中氧化镁用于耐热胶料,氧化钙用于低压缩变形胶料。耐热性能及压缩永久变形是密封件的重要性能,所以本发明将氧化钙和氧化镁并用作为吸酸剂。
喷雾炭黑作为补强剂,使氟橡胶密封件具有较好的强伸性能和压缩永久变形性能,提高了密封件的使用寿命。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下突出的优点:
本发明所提供的一种氟橡胶密封件的耐高温性能优于国内现有同类产品,长时间处于高温环境中,强伸性能和压缩永久变形下降较国内现有同类产品小。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述,但发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
二元氟橡胶100份,氧化镁8份,氧化钙5份,喷雾炭黑15份,2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷 2.5份,苄基三苯基氯化磷 0.6份。
实施例2
二元氟橡胶100份,氧化镁10份,氧化钙8份,喷雾炭黑12份,2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷 3份,苄基三苯基氯化磷 0.7份。
实施例3
二元氟橡胶100份,氧化镁6份,氧化钙6份,喷雾炭黑20份,2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷 3份,苄基三苯基氯化磷 0.8份。

1.一种耐高温氟橡胶密封件,其特征在于它是由以下原料按质量份数混炼制成:二元氟橡胶100份,吸酸剂10~30份,补强剂10~30份,硫化剂1~5份,硫化促进剂0.2~2份;
所述二元氟橡胶为偏氟乙烯和六氟丙烯二元共聚物;
所述吸酸剂为氧化钙和氧化镁;
所述补强剂为喷雾炭黑;
所述硫化剂为2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷;
所述硫化促进剂为苄基三苯基氯化磷。
