Abstract

本发明公开了一种熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,涉及焊接设备技术领域,具体包括底座、固定壳、支撑管、转向装置、打磨盘、顶板、真空泵、波纹管、集气腔、液压杆、吸附壳、导气管和加热盘,底座顶端的中部安装有固定壳,底座顶部的两侧均安装有支撑管,两个支撑管底部的外侧均套装有转向装置,一个转向装置的一端安装有打磨盘,另一个转向装置的一端安装有加热盘。该熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,通过真空泵尾部抽出的空气采用集气腔、导气管和支撑管进行引流,使空气通过支撑管的底部排出,将打磨盘对PIN安装块焊接面磨削时产生的碎屑通过支撑管底部出风口排出的空气进行清理,有效减少了PIN安装块焊接面有碎屑堆积的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及焊接设备技术领域,具体为一种熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机。
背景技术
热熔机是对塑胶材质进行加热软化的装置,主要应用在塑胶材质的焊接,由于焊区即两个焊接的交界面处声阻大,因此会产生局部高温,又由于塑料导热性差,一时还不能及时散发,聚集在焊区,致使两个塑料的接触面迅速熔化,加上一定压力后,使其融合成一体,因此PIN安装块在加工和生产时也广泛应用了该技术,然后进行拼接加压,使两者凝固为一体,现有的热熔机在生产PIN安装块时无法将焊接面上磨削的碎屑清理干净,易造成焊接面出现虚焊,影响焊接的质量,此外现有的热熔机对焊接物的焊接效率较低,影响了热熔机生产PIN安装块的效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,包括底座、固定壳、支撑管、转向装置、打磨盘、顶板、真空泵、波纹管、集气腔、液压杆、吸附壳、导气管和加热盘,所述底座顶端的中部安装有固定壳,且底座顶部的两侧均安装有支撑管,两个所述支撑管底部的外侧均套装有转向装置,且一个转向装置的一端安装有打磨盘,另一个转向装置的一端安装有加热盘,两个所述支撑管的顶端均安装有顶板,且顶板底端的中部安装有真空泵,所述真空泵底端的中部设有波纹管,且真空泵顶部的外侧套装有集气腔,所述集气腔的底端安装有液压杆,且液压杆的底端安装有吸附壳,所述集气腔的两侧分别通过两个导气管与支撑管的顶部连通,所述转向装置包括弯管、固定杆、弹簧和套圈,且弯管一侧的中部套装有固定杆,所述弯管内腔的顶部和底部分别通过两个弹簧与固定杆一侧的顶端和底端传动连接,且弯管一侧的顶端和底端均安装有套圈,两个所述套圈均套装在支撑管底部的外侧。
可选的,所述支撑管底部的一侧开设有出风口,且支撑管底部的出风口均朝向固定壳。
可选的,所述波纹管为橡胶材质,且波纹管底端的中部与吸附壳顶部的外侧套接。
可选的,所述套圈的内侧通过轴承与支撑管底部的外侧套接,且支撑管底部的转向装置相互垂直。
可选的,所述真空泵顶部的外侧设有排风口,且真空泵顶部排风口与集气腔的内腔贯通。
可选的,所述固定杆的一侧为圆柱状,且固定杆的一侧与弯管的内壁接触。
本发明提供了一种熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,具备以下有益效果:
1、该熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,通过真空泵尾部抽出的空气采用集气腔、导气管和支撑管进行引流,使空气通过支撑管的底部排出,将打磨盘对PIN安装块焊接面磨削时产生的碎屑通过支撑管底部出风口排出的空气进行清理,有效减少了PIN安装块焊接面有碎屑堆积的情况。
2、该熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,通过真空泵采用液压杆和吸附壳,将PIN安装块的上部分进行吸附固定,使PIN安装块的上部分在进行固定和解锁更加便捷,且加热盘对PIN安装块的上下两部分焊接为一体后,能够通过支撑管底部出风口排出的空气加快两者的凝固速度,有效提高了热熔机生产PIN安装块的效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
请参阅图1至图4,一种熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,包括底座1、固定壳2、支撑管3、转向装置4、打磨盘5、顶板6、真空泵7、波纹管8、集气腔9、液压杆10、吸附壳11、导气管12和加热盘13,底座1顶端的中部安装有固定壳2,且底座1顶部的两侧均安装有支撑管3,两个支撑管3底部的外侧均套装有转向装置4,且一个转向装置4的一端安装有打磨盘5,另一个转向装置4的一端安装有加热盘13,两个支撑管3的顶端均安装有顶板6,且顶板6底端的中部安装有真空泵7,真空泵7底端的中部设有波纹管8,且真空泵7顶部的外侧套装有集气腔9,集气腔9的底端安装有液压杆10,且液压杆10的底端安装有吸附壳11,集气腔9的两侧分别通过两个导气管12与支撑管3的顶部连通,转向装置4包括弯管41、固定杆42、弹簧43和套圈44,且弯管41一侧的中部套装有固定杆42,弯管41内腔的顶部和底部分别通过两个弹簧43与固定杆42一侧的顶端和底端传动连接,固定杆42可进行纵向移动,以此来应对不同厚度的PIN安装块,弹簧43可对固定杆42进行复位,便于下一次使用,且弯管41一侧的顶端和底端均安装有套圈44,两个套圈44均套装在支撑管3底部的外侧,支撑管3底部的一侧开设有出风口,且支撑管3底部的出风口均朝向固定壳2,支撑管3底部的出风口可通过真空泵7尾部排出的空气对PIN安装块的焊接面进行碎屑清除和冷却,有效提高了PIN安装块的生产效率,波纹管8为橡胶材质,且波纹管8底端的中部与吸附壳11顶部的外侧套接,套圈44的内侧通过轴承与支撑管3底部的外侧套接,且支撑管3底部的转向装置4相互垂直,真空泵7顶部的外侧设有排风口,且真空泵7顶部排风口与集气腔9的内腔贯通,真空泵7可通过波纹管8和吸附壳11对PIN安装块的上部分进行真空负压吸附,使PIN安装块的上部分在固定和解锁时更加便捷,固定杆42的一侧为圆柱状,且固定杆42的一侧与弯管41的内壁接触。
该熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,使用时,首先将PIN安装块的下部分放置在固定壳2的内部,其次启动真空泵7通过波纹管8和吸附壳11将PIN安装块的上部分吸附,然后将打磨盘5旋转至PIN安装块的上部分和下部分之间并通过液压杆10进行加压,使上部分和下部分的焊接面均与打磨盘5接触,对PIN安装块两部分的焊接面均进行打磨,使真空泵7尾部排出的空气通过集气腔9、导气管12和支撑管3并从支撑管3底部的出风口排出对磨削的碎屑进行清除,然后将打磨盘5复位,将加热盘13旋转至PIN安装块上下两部分之间对其焊接面进行加热软化后,将加热盘13复位,通过波纹管8加压将PIN安装块上部分和下部分贴合并通过支撑管3底部出风口排出的空气进行冷却,即可。

1.一种熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,包括底座(1)、固定壳(2)、支撑管(3)、转向装置(4)、打磨盘(5)、顶板(6)、真空泵(7)、波纹管(8)、集气腔(9)、液压杆(10)、吸附壳(11)、导气管(12)和加热盘(13),其特征在于:所述底座(1)顶端的中部安装有固定壳(2),且底座(1)顶部的两侧均安装有支撑管(3),两个所述支撑管(3)底部的外侧均套装有转向装置(4),且一个转向装置(4)的一端安装有打磨盘(5),另一个转向装置(4)的一端安装有加热盘(13),两个所述支撑管(3)的顶端均安装有顶板(6),且顶板(6)底端的中部安装有真空泵(7),所述真空泵(7)底端的中部设有波纹管(8),且真空泵(7)顶部的外侧套装有集气腔(9),所述集气腔(9)的底端安装有液压杆(10),且液压杆(10)的底端安装有吸附壳(11),所述集气腔(9)的两侧分别通过两个导气管(12)与支撑管(3)的顶部连通,所述转向装置(4)包括弯管(41)、固定杆(42)、弹簧(43)和套圈(44),且弯管(41)一侧的中部套装有固定杆(42),所述弯管(41)内腔的顶部和底部分别通过两个弹簧(43)与固定杆(42)一侧的顶端和底端传动连接,且弯管(41)一侧的顶端和底端均安装有套圈(44),两个所述套圈(44)均套装在支撑管(3)底部的外侧,所述真空泵(7)顶部的外侧设有排风口,且真空泵(7)顶部排风口与集气腔(9)的内腔贯通,所述支撑管(3)底部的一侧开设有出风口,且支撑管(3)底部的出风口均朝向固定壳(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,其特征在于:所述波纹管(8)为橡胶材质,且波纹管(8)底端的中部与吸附壳(11)顶部的外侧套接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种熔融式PIN安装块加工用热熔机,其特征在于:所述套圈(44)的内侧通过轴承与支撑管(3)底部的外侧套接,且支撑管(3)底部的转向装置(4)相互垂直。
