本发明公开一种自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,包括送料机构、上料机构和数控机床;所述送料机构设置于滑枕组件前方,所述送料机构带动原料沿数控机床的X轴和/或Y轴运动;所述上料机构固定于所述滑枕组件上;所述上料机构沿数控机床的Z轴运动,将所述原料带动至所述数控机床的摇篮组件上;本发明通过设置可自动送料的送料机构及自动上料的上料机构相互配合,实现了自动的上下料功能,提高了工作效率,同时节省了人力。

技术领域
本发明涉及机床领域,尤其涉及一种自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统。
背景技术
随着社会需求量的增加,传统的人力已经不能满足社会的供应需求,在机床的加工过程中,传统方式为通过人工将工件原料通过转台夹紧,在对工件原料进行加工,加工完成后,在通过人工将加工好的工件原料取下,在此过程中,机床的停歇时间过长,不能连续工作,导致生产效率及工件加工精度严重降低,并且人工操作可能会导致机械受损和人员伤害等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,以克服上述技术问题。
本发明包括送料机构、上料机构和数控机床;
所述送料机构设置于滑枕组件前方,所述送料机构带动原料沿数控机床的X轴和/或Y轴运动;所述上料机构固定于所述滑枕组件上;所述上料机构沿数控机床的Z轴运动,将所述原料带动至所述数控机床的摇篮组件上。
进一步地,所述上料机构包括电机、安装板、活塞缸、活塞杆和夹持装置;
所述活塞缸固定于所述安装板,所述安装板设置于所述滑枕组件上,所述电机输出端朝下并与所述活塞缸输入端相连;所述活塞杆另一端与所述夹持装置固定连接,所述夹持装置顶部与过渡板底部连接。
进一步地,还包括:直线轴承、固定板和过渡板;
所述固定板固定于所述安装板上,所述直线轴承设置于所述固定板两侧的圆形轨道内,所述直线轴承的底端与所述过渡板的顶部连接,所述活塞杆在所述固定板两侧的圆形轨道间的通孔内运动。
进一步地,所述送料机构包括底座、连接板、第一托盘组、驱动装置和联动机构;
所述底座设置有连接板,所述连接板上滑动设置有第一托盘组;所述驱动装置为气缸,气缸设置于所述底座底部,所述联动机构为导轨和滑块,所述导轨设置在所述连接板底部,所述滑块设置在所述底座上;所述导轨在所述滑块上运动;
所述气缸驱动所述联动机构,带动上方的连接板及第一托盘组沿数控机床的X轴运动,所述第一托盘组设置于所述连接板上,所述第一托盘组下方设置微型气缸,所述微型气缸驱动所述第一托盘组以沿数控机床的Y轴滑动。
进一步地,还包括:
第二托盘组;所述第二托盘组设置于所述连接板上,所述第二托盘组下方设置微型气缸,所述微型气缸驱动所述第二托盘组以沿数控机床的Y轴滑动。
本发明通过设置可自动送料的送料机构及自动上料的上料机构相互配合,实现了自动的上下料功能,提高了工作效率及零件的加工精度,同时节省了人力。

本发明所述数控机床3包括滑枕组件3-2、滑鞍组件3-3、滑台组件3-4、转台组件、摇篮组件3-5以及机床3-6,所述各组件均按现有数控机床布局进行安装。

所述活塞缸2-3固定于所述安装板2-2,所述安装板2-2设置于所述滑枕组件3-2上,所述电机2-1输出端朝下并与所述活塞缸2-3输入端相连;所述活塞杆2-6另一端与所述夹持装置2-8固定连接,所述夹持装置2-8顶部与过渡板2-7底部连接。

所述活塞缸2-3固定于所述安装板2-2,所述电机2-1输出端朝下并与所述活塞缸2-3输入端相连,所述电机2-1用于驱动所述活塞缸2-3;所述活塞杆2-6另一端与所述夹持装置2-8固定连接,所述夹持装置2-8顶部与过渡板2-7底部连接;所述固定板2-5固定于所述安装板2-2上,所述直线轴承2-4为两个,分别设置于所述固定板2-5两侧的圆形轨道内,两个所述直线轴承2-4的底端与所述过渡板2-7的顶部连接,所述活塞杆2-6在所述固定板2-5两侧的圆形轨道间的通孔内运动。所述直线轴承2-4、固定板2-5及过渡板2-7的协作有效的防止了气动手指在运动过程中晃动。

所述底座1-1设置有连接板1-2,所述连接板1-2上滑动设置有第一托盘组1-3;所述驱动装置为气缸1-14,气缸1-14设置于所述底座1-1底部,所述联动机构为导轨1-7和滑块1-6,所述导轨1-7设置在所述连接板1-2底部,所述滑块1-6设置在所述底座1-1上;所述导轨1-7在所述滑块1-6上运动;
所述气缸1-14驱动所述联动机构1-6,带动上方的连接板1-2及第一托盘组1-3沿数控机床3的X轴运动,所述第一托盘组1-3设置于所述连接板1-2上,所述第一托盘组1-3下方设置微型气缸,所述微型气缸驱动所述第一托盘组1-3以沿数控机床3的Y轴滑动。
进一步地,还包括:第二托盘组1-4;所述第二托盘组1-4设置于所述连接板1-2上,所述第二托盘组1-4下方设置微型气缸,所述微型气缸驱动所述第二托盘组1-4以沿数控机床3的Y轴滑动。
具体而言,如图6所示,本实施例中所述第一托盘组1-3中的数量不仅局限于一个,可以是多个,当为两个时,所述第一托盘1-12下方设置第一滑块1-9,所述第一滑块1-9在所述连接板1-2上设置的第一导轨1-8上滑动,所述连接板1-2下方设置滑块1-6,所述滑块1-6在所述底座上设置的导轨1-7上滑动,所述驱动装置为气缸1-14,气缸1-14设置于所述底座1-1底部,所述联动机构为导轨1-6和滑块1-7,所述气缸1-14驱动所述联动机构1-6,带动上方的连接板1-2沿数控机床3的X轴运动,
所述滑块1-6沿数控机床3的X轴运动,所述第一滑块1-9沿数控机床3的Y轴运动,所述第二托盘1-13的固定形式于所述第一托盘1-12相同,与所述第一托盘运动方向相同,所述第一托盘1-12及第二托盘1-13下方均设置有微型气缸分别对滑块进行驱动(此处参见公开文件CN207982665U中记载的微型气缸工作过程,本申请不再赘述),用于将所述第二托盘上的原料5送至数控机床的摇篮组件3-5上进行加工;所述第二托盘组1-4的结构及安装方式与所述第一托盘组相同;所述送料机构的设置实现自动上下料的功能,使得在数控机床对原料5的加工更加方便,节省了人力。
本发明的工作过程如下:如图1及图2所示,所述第1托盘组1-3及第二托盘组1-4上均放置有原料,滑台组件3-4向前移动到数控机床Y轴上极限位置,此时,上料机构2到达的位置设为A点,如图2所示,初始状态下,所述第一托盘组正对所述工作台,如图4及图5所示,每个托盘组均有微型气缸驱动,使第一托盘组的两个托盘向前移动,使托盘上的原料到达A点的下方,此时上料机构2的电机2-1工作,使得活塞缸2-3推动所述活塞杆2-6向下运动进而推动所述夹持装置2-8(图中使用的是具体结构是气动手指),向下运动夹持所述原料,气动手指抓取原料后,电机2-1再次启动,将气动手指拉到指定高度(离开托盘面即可),所述第一托盘组1-3复位,此时,滑台组件3-4向后移动到B点(工作台上方的位置),使气动手指与转台组件中的转台3-1同心,此时,电机2-1再次启动,将原料卸在数控机床转台3-1上,通过转台3-1自动定位夹紧原料,然后,上料机构2复位,此时关闭数控机床大门,所述数控机床对所述原料进行加工,加工完毕后,如图3所示,转台3-1松开加工好的成品零件,数控机床大门打开,滑台组件3-4移动到B点,上料机构2中的电机2-1启动,气动手指向下移动,将成品零件抓取,气动手指上升到指定高度,此时所述第1托盘组运动到A点,滑台组件向前移动使上料组件到达A点,上料机构2中的电机2-1启动,气动手指将成品零件放到所述托盘上,所述气动手指及所述托盘复位;接下来,安装在送料机构下方的气缸1-14启动,连接板1-2向右移动,使第二托盘组1-4正对所述工作台,然后再次重复之前的一系列动作。
如图6所示,为保证所述连接板1-2的既定行程,使其准确到达预设位置,在所述底座1-1上设置限位件1-17。

1.一种自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,其特征在于,包括送料机构(1)、上料机构(2)和数控机床(3);
所述送料机构(1)设置于滑枕组件(3-2)前方,所述送料机构(1)带动原料(5)沿数控机床(3)的X轴和/或Y轴运动;所述上料机构(2)固定于所述滑枕组件(3-2)上;所述上料机构(2)沿数控机床(3)的Z轴运动,将所述原料(5)带动至所述数控机床的摇篮组件(3-5)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,其特征在于,所述上料机构(2)包括电机(2-1)、安装板(2-2)、活塞缸(2-3)、活塞杆(2-6)和夹持装置(2-8);

3.根据权利要求1所述的自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,其特征在于,还包括:直线轴承(2-4)、固定板(2-5)和过渡板(2-7);
所述固定板(2-5)固定于所述安装板(2-2)上,所述直线轴承(2-4)设置于所述固定板(2-5)两侧的圆形轨道内,所述直线轴承(2-4)的底端与所述过渡板(2-7)的顶部连接,所述活塞杆(2-6)在所述固定板(2-5)两侧的圆形轨道间的通孔内运动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,其特征在于,所述送料机构(1)包括底座(1-1)、连接板(1-2)、第一托盘组(1-3)、驱动装置和联动机构;
所述底座(1-1)设置有连接板(1-2),所述连接板(1-2)上滑动设置有第一托盘组(1-3);所述驱动装置为气缸(1-14),气缸(1-14)设置于所述底座(1-1)底部,所述联动机构为导轨(1-7)和滑块(1-6),所述滑块(1-6)设置在所述连接板(1-2)底部,所述导轨(1-7)设置在所述底座(1-1)上;所述滑块(1-6)在所述导轨(1-7)上运动;
所述气缸(1-14)驱动所述联动机构,带动上方的连接板(1-2)及第一托盘组(1-3)沿数控机床(3)的X轴运动,所述第一托盘组(1-3)设置于所述连接板(1-2)上,所述第一托盘组(1-3)下方设置微型气缸,所述微型气缸驱动所述第一托盘组(1-3)以沿数控机床(3)的Y轴滑动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自动上下料的五轴立式加工系统,其特征在于,还包括:第二托盘组(1-4);
所述第二托盘组(1-4)设置于所述连接板(1-2)上,所述第二托盘组(1-4)下方设置微型气缸,所述微型气缸驱动所述第二托盘组(1-4)以沿数控机床(3)的Y轴滑动。
