Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of grapefruit processing, in particular to a method for processing blood sugar-reducing solid beverage or buccal tablets by using grapefruit and cyclocarya paliurus, which comprises the following steps of selecting ripe grapefruit fruits; cleaning the selected grapefruit, and carrying out skin and meat separation treatment; the citrus grandis peel and the citrus grandis pulp are treated, extracted and mixed with ingredients to form the blood sugar reducing solid beverage or buccal tablet.
Description
Technical Field
the invention relates to the technical field of grapefruit processing, in particular to a method for processing blood sugar-reducing solid beverage or lozenge from grapefruit and cyclocarya paliurus.
Background
The grapefruit peel has similar efficacy to the traditional Chinese medicine pummelo peel. Pharmacopoeia of the people's republic of China: the medicine has the functions of eliminating cold, eliminating dampness, benefiting qi and eliminating phlegm, and is used in treating cough due to wind-cold evil, itching throat, excessive phlegm, food stagnation, alcohol drinking, vomiting, etc. "
however, when the existing grapefruit is prepared into health food or beverage, in order to keep the active ingredients of the grapefruit and reduce the bitter taste of the grapefruit peel, a large amount of additives and sucrose ingredients are often required to be added to mask the bitter taste, but the grapefruit peel health food or beverage of the formula ingredients is not suitable for being eaten or quoted by diabetics and cannot generate effective health care effect for three-high patients, and meanwhile, no report is found about whether the grapefruit extract has hypoglycemic activity in vivo.
Disclosure of Invention
the invention aims to provide a method for processing a blood sugar-reducing solid beverage or buccal tablet from grapefruit and cyclocarya paliurus, which aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the utilization rate of grapefruit products is low and the sugar content of the grapefruit products is too high.
in order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a method for processing solid beverage or buccal tablet for reducing blood sugar from grapefruit and cyclocarya paliurus comprises the following steps:
(1) Selecting ripe grapefruit fruits;
(2) Cleaning the selected grapefruit, and carrying out skin and meat separation treatment;
(3) cleaning grapefruit peel, and shredding or dicing;
(4) According to the step (3), the treated grapefruit peel is put into an extraction tank, water is added, after soaking for half an hour, steam is used for heating to extract a concentrated solution;
(5) after extraction is finished, extracting an extracting solution, carrying out filter pressing on the material residues, and adding the filtrate into the extracting solution;
(6) adding the extract into a vacuum concentrator, and performing specific gravity treatment on the concentrated solution after adjusting the concentration temperature and the vacuum degree;
(7) after treatment, putting the concentrated solution into a low-temperature vacuum dryer, adjusting the concentration temperature and the vacuum degree, then performing material water graduation adjustment, and then filling, sealing and storing for later use;
(8) according to the step (2), the processed pulp is placed into a crusher to be crushed, and then a spiral extractor is used for beating into a centrifugal beater to achieve the purpose of separating the pulp from the peel and the seeds;
(9) Adding the pulp into a vacuum concentrator, and concentrating the material after adjusting the concentration temperature and the vacuum degree;
(10) putting the concentrated solution into a low-temperature vacuum dryer, adjusting the concentration temperature and the vacuum degree, performing material water graduation adjustment, and then filling, sealing and storing for later use;
(11) soaking dried cyclocarya paliurus leaves in clear water;
(12) adding the treated cyclocarya paliurus leaf soaking solution into an extraction tank, and heating by using steam to extract a concentrated solution;
(13) after extraction, extracting an extracting solution, then carrying out filter pressing on the material residues, and adding the filtrate into the extracting solution;
(14) extracting the extracted filter residue once in an extraction tank;
(15) After extraction, extracting an extracting solution, then carrying out filter pressing on the material slag, and adding the filtrate into the extracting solution. Mixing the secondary extract;
(16) adding the extracting solution into a vacuum concentrator, and concentrating the material after adjusting the concentration temperature and the vacuum degree;
(17) putting the concentrated solution into a low-temperature vacuum dryer, adjusting the concentration temperature and the vacuum degree, performing material water graduation adjustment, and then filling, sealing and storing for later use;
(18) Mixing the extracted citrus grandis peel extract, the extracted cyclocarya paliurus extract, citrus grandis fruit powder, purchased hawthorn fruit powder, resistant dextrin, maltodextrin and stevioside according to a material ratio;
(19) uniformly mixing the materials in the step (18), putting the mixture into a dry-method granulator for granulation, and adding a proper amount of water to ensure that the granulated particles are uniform and are not adhered;
(20) adding the prepared material into a dryer for drying;
(21) carrying out fine powder removal and slag screening treatment on the dried material;
(22) filling the granules into a bag made of aluminum foil composite material or a sealable plastic bottle by a filling machine;
(23) labeling and coding, and leaving the factory after the inspection is qualified.
preferably, according to the step (4), the water is added in a ratio of 1: 10, in the steam heating process, the steam pressure is less than 0.2MPa, the temperature is required to be 105-120 ℃, and the extraction time is 28-42 min.
Preferably, according to the steps (6) and (16), the concentration temperature of the vacuum concentrator is adjusted to be 55-85 ℃, the vacuum degree is 0.6-0.9MPa, and the specific gravity of the concentrated solution is 1.15-1.35.
preferably, according to the steps (7) and (17), the temperature of the low-temperature vacuum dryer is adjusted to be not higher than 85 ℃, the vacuum degree is higher than 0.75MPa, and the moisture of the material is below 6%.
preferably, according to the step (9), the concentration temperature of the vacuum concentrator is adjusted to be 55-75 ℃, the vacuum degree is more than 0.8MPa, and the solid content of the concentrated solution is more than 55%.
preferably, according to the step (10), the temperature of the low-temperature vacuum dryer is adjusted to be not higher than 75 ℃, the vacuum degree is higher than 0.75MPa, and the moisture of the material is below 6%.
preferably, according to the step (11), the soaking material-liquid ratio of the cyclocarya paliurus leaves is 1: 12, soaking for 10-15 hours;
According to the step (12), in the steam heating process, the steam pressure is less than 0.2MPa, the temperature is required to be 100-120 ℃, and the extraction time is 90-120 min;
According to the step (14), the material-liquid ratio of the filter residue to the water is 1: 10, the temperature is required to be 100-120 ℃, and the extraction time is 90-120 min.
Preferably, according to the step (21), the specific operation is to add the prepared material into a dryer for drying, adjust the temperature to 50-80 ℃, control the drying moisture of the material to be below 7%, then carry out 18-25 mesh screening on the dried material, and then pass through a 60 mesh screen to remove fine powder, and retain intermediate particles.
Preferably, according to the step (18), the specific proportions are 3.0-7.0% of the citrus grandis peel extract, 15.0-25.0% of the cyclocarya paliurus extract, 8.0-20.0% of the citrus grandis fruit powder, 8.0-15.0% of the hawthorn fruit powder, 15.0-28.0% of the resistant dextrin, 15.0-25.0% of the maltodextrin and 0.1-0.5% of the stevioside.
