本发明公开了一种环保阻尼胶片,包括石油树脂、丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯、除味剂、填充料组成的阻尼胶层,并在隔离层上设置一层隔离层;按质量百分含量计:所述石油树脂10%‑20%、丁基橡胶3%‑20%、聚异丁烯3%‑20%、除味剂2%‑10%、余量为填充料,制备过程包括:(1)称料;(2)合成;(3)压延;(4)冲裁;(5)涂隔离层,装入包装箱内。本发明中,以高阻尼性能的丁基橡胶作为基体,采用粘性树脂和填料来提高胶片的粘结性能和强度,在保证阻尼胶片高粘性的同时,还保证了整个阻尼胶片在较宽范围内的高阻尼性能。本发明选用的材料在常温时无味,但在60‑80℃时会有微弱气味,为此加入螯合型除味剂2‑5%解决产品气味问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,尤其涉及一种环保阻尼胶片。
背景技术
阻尼片是贴在车身内表面的一种粘弹性材料,紧贴着车身的钢板壁上,主要是为了起到减少噪声、减少震动的作用,也就是说起到阻尼作用。所有小轿车里都安装有阻尼片,如奔驰、宝马等品牌汽车,此外,航天飞行器、飞机等其他需要减震降噪的机械也会用到阻尼片。2013年3月央视质量报告节目曝光三大豪华车品牌使用沥青阻尼片,导致车内空气质量严重污染。为解决沥青阻尼板苯、醛及气味挥发影响车内人员健康,发明一种不含沥青的阻尼胶片,热熔型适用各种汽车车身水平位置,如前后地板、衣帽架、后备箱等位置,磁性型:用于车门,防火墙、侧围及顶棚位置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题为:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种制备公司简单,操作方便,节能环保的高性能环保阻尼胶片。本发明的产品分为热熔型环保阻尼胶片和磁性环保阻尼胶片,热熔型环保阻尼胶片适用各种汽车车身水平位置,如前后地板、衣帽架、后备箱等位置;磁环保阻尼胶片适用于车门,防火墙、侧围及顶棚位置。
本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种环保阻尼胶片,其特征在于,包括石油树脂、丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯、除味剂、填充料组成的阻尼胶层,并在隔离层上设置一层隔离层;按质量百分含量计:所述石油树脂10%-20%、丁基橡胶3%-20%、聚异丁烯3%-20%、除味剂2%-10%、余量为填充料;环保阻尼胶片的制备方法如下:
(1)称料:按配方配比适称取一定量的油树脂、丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯、除味剂、填充料;
(2)合成:将石油树脂、聚异丁烯、除味剂投入塑炼机,在140-200℃搅拌20-80min,投入填充剂,继续搅拌40-80min,得到混合料;
(3)压延:将步骤(2)得到的混合料压成片材或注塑成型;
(4)冲裁:将步骤(3)获得的片材送入冲裁机内按零件所需的模具冲压获得冲裁片;
(5)涂隔离层:在步骤(4)得到的冲裁片表面涂覆隔离剂,磁性产品表面覆PE薄膜,装入包装箱内。
优选的,上述填充料为或磁性填充料,所述热熔型填充料包括滑石、漂珠、针状粉中的一种或任意两种以上混合物,所述磁性填充料为磁性粉或/和针状粉。
环保阻尼胶片在汽车涂装线涂胶工位按所需位置铺装,随着pvc胶及油漆烘干环保阻尼板会熔化粘附在车身钢板,对汽车行驶中产生的震动波通过环保阻尼板时通过内部分子摩擦衰减达到降噪止振的作用。

(2)合成:将石油树脂、聚异丁烯、除味剂投入捏合机,在140℃搅拌20min,投入填充剂,继续搅拌40min,得到混合料;
(3)压延:将步骤(2)得到的混合料压成片材或注塑成型;
(4)冲裁:将步骤(3)获得的片材送入冲裁机内按零件所需的模具冲压获得冲裁片;

(4)冲裁:将步骤(3)获得的片材送入冲裁机内按零件所需的模具冲压获得冲裁片;
