Taking 10g of dried ginger, 10g of polygonum multiflorum, 1g of rhizoma drynariae, 1g of eclipta, 1g of mulberry, 1g of schisandra chinensis, 1g of glossy privet fruit, 1g of angelica, 1g of black sesame, 1g of gastrodia elata, 1g of safflower, 1g of ginseng and 1g of dried orange peel, baking, putting the baked ginger, the glossy privet fruit, the angelica, the black sesame, the gastrodia elata, the safflower, the ginseng and the dried orange peel into an extraction tank, adding 310ml of water, decocting; cooling the decoction to 40 deg.C, adding yeast and acetic acid, sealing the jar for 2 months to obtain 155ml fermentation liquid; adding trace amount of salt and 1% edible rice into the fermentation liquid, brewing vinegar essence and edible essence, filtering to obtain 140ml effective components, and bottling to obtain hair growth promoting liquid.
