Description

Traditional Chinese medicine hair growing cream for treating alopecia and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine hair growing cream, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine hair growing cream for treating alopecia and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Alopecia is a very common phenomenon in people, and serious alopecia not only affects the appearance of appearance instruments, but also suggests some problems possibly occurring in organisms. In recent years, this phenomenon has been gradually advancing toward the younger. The factors of endocrine disturbance, excessive use of hairdressing products, excessive pressure, diet, diseases and the like are the first causes of alopecia. These factors are often manifold and often difficult to predict and control, and thus hair loss is a problem that many people are always troubling.
TCM holds that "when qi and blood are excessive, mustache will cause mustache and white blood will cause failure of qi and blood, which must be treated by the theory. The hair is the excess of blood and can be deficient or excessive. Deficiency syndrome is caused by deficiency of liver and kidney, failure of blood to nourish and pathogenic wind attacking the body due to deficiency; this is an excess syndrome due to stagnation of liver qi, resulting in qi stagnation, blood stasis and malnutrition. Therefore, the local environment of the scalp, qi stagnation and blood stasis are also one of the most important reasons for alopecia.
In the invention patent with the patent application number of 201710374713.8, a novel postpartum recovery shampoo preparation is disclosed, which is prepared from the following raw materials: rhizoma ligustici wallichii, raw arisaema, raw rhizoma typhonii, fistular onion stalk, fresh ginger, angelica sinensis, schizonepeta, angelica dahurica, asarum, soapberry, frosted mulberry leaf, chinaberry fruit, catechu, nux vomica, chaulmoogra seed, cochinchina momordica seed, dampness transforming medicine, crinis carbonisatus, ligusticum, duckweed, burdock, salix chebula, chastetree fruit, equisetum, schizonepeta, divaricate saposhnikovia root, mint leaf, gardenia kernel, scutellaria baicalensis, platycodon grandiflorum and fructus forsythiae. Although the product has a certain hair growth function, the main function is to repair hair, and the hair growth effect is not good.
The invention patent with application number 201510699882.X discloses a hair growing film and a preparation method thereof, and the application date is as follows: 2015-10-26, a hair growth promoting film is introduced, which is prepared from a Usimma grass juice, an aloe gel, a polygonum multiflorum water extract, seaweed gel particles and the like according to a proportion. However, the hair growth promoting film may have problems in terms of use compliance such as pungent odor during use.
At present, hair growth liquid products are various in variety, are mainly used for shaping or setting, and are rarely developed and applied to functional products for blackening hair, preventing hair loss and the like.

(III) advantageous effects
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention is formed by taking the theory of traditional Chinese medicine as guidance and carefully composing the prescription. The bone in the formula is broken and supplemented, the taste is bitter, the property is warm, and the formula can dredge the scalp, dispel the depression, promote the blood circulation and supply nutrition for the growth of hair follicles; fructus Viticis is pungent, bitter and cold in property, and can dispel wind and head heat, so it has the actions of clearing heat, dispelling wind and stopping oxygen. The two are monarch drugs, and can dispel head qi stagnation and blood stasis caused by various reasons regardless of cold and heat. The mulberry leaves are bitter and sweet in taste, cold in nature, bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory and heat-clearing; the salt can soften hard mass and dissipate stagnation, and can diminish inflammation and clear heat; the pine needles are bitter, astringent and warm, have the functions of dispelling wind, activating blood circulation, detoxifying, killing parasites and relieving itching, and can promote blood circulation and improve the functions of capillary vessels. The three medicines are used as ministerial medicines, and the qi-tonifying and blood stasis-removing effects of the two monarch medicines are increased. The divaricate saposhnikovia root is pungent, sweet and slightly warm in property, and can expel wind, release exterior, dispel cold, relieve itching, remove dampness and relieve pain; the rhizoma cimicifugae is pungent, sweet and slightly cold in property, pungent can release exterior syndrome, slightly cold can clear heat and remove damp heat and greasiness on the surface of the scalp, further plays the roles of dispelling cold and diminishing inflammation, and promoting blood circulation and removing meridian obstruction in the whole formula, and is used as an adjuvant drug together. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of dispelling cold, clearing heat, dispelling wind, removing dampness, relieving itching and detoxifying, enables the scalp environment to achieve the healthy states of dispelling cold, removing heat, dispelling wind, removing dampness, and relieving itching, improves the living environment condition, and enables the hair in the scalp environment to naturally stop alopecia, grow more and grow healthily.
2. The invention uses the principle of oil/water phase, and uses liposome and surfactant to prepare solid lipid nanoparticles, thus enhancing the stability of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine and realizing the effects of stable release and sustained release. The particle size of the prepared nanoparticles is 160-170 nm, so that the small size of the nanoparticles greatly increases the contact surface area of the nanoparticles with hair and scalp, and the action time is correspondingly improved. By the characteristics of the liposome, the hair growth promoting liquid can form a film on the surface of the scalp and encapsulate the hair to reduce the water loss, and meanwhile, the good adhesiveness is not lost, so that the traditional Chinese medicine components of the hair growth promoting liquid are beneficial to percutaneous absorption, and the bioavailability is improved.
3. The traditional Chinese medicine hair growing cream provided by the invention can be used for maintaining scalp and hair and treating alopecia. Experiments prove that: the traditional Chinese medicine has an obvious treatment effect on alopecia and an exact curative effect, and the effective rate is 70-95%.
4. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine hair-growing cream combines the traditional Chinese medicine theory and the traditional Chinese medicine prescription with the modern scientific and technical means, overcomes the defects of complicated process, low utilization rate, inconvenient use and the like of the traditional process, replaces the high-efficiency preparation process, and ensures that the product of the invention is easier to be integrated into the life of people and can play the role of the product.
