Abstract
本发明提供一种增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1:将聚丙烯原料、填充母料、增韧剂干燥后投入挤出机,经过模头成型挤出为薄膜,经过牵引制备出聚丙烯成品扁丝;S2在圆织机上织造出编织筒布卷,然后按照规定裁剪;S3:将热熔胶黏层原料和增韧层原料投入双层共挤吹塑薄膜机中加热、熔融后吹塑成圆筒形的两层层状膜的袋体,其中外层为热熔胶黏层,内层增韧层;S4:将圆筒形编织袋套接在内覆膜袋体上;S5:将套上内覆膜的编织袋送入加热烘箱,热熔胶黏层受热熔融,贴合在塑料编织袋内部,压合;S6:再经过裁剪、印刷、缝纫等工序,制备成成品塑料编织袋。本发明提供一种抗拉伸撕裂性能强、韧性高、内覆膜粘接牢固的塑料编织袋。

本发明涉及塑料编织袋生产工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法。
背景技术
塑料编织袋广泛应用于水泥、肥料、化工、管道、单丝、电线电缆、日用品等领域的产品包装。但是塑料编织袋在冬季低温时,容易出现发硬、发脆、脱膜、起皮、断裂等问题,在夏季高温、紫外线穿透力强时,容易出现老化、腐蚀、韧性差、强度低等问题。
因此需要生产一种抗拉伸撕裂性能强、韧性高、内覆膜粘接牢固的塑料编织袋。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗拉伸撕裂性能强、韧性高、内覆膜粘接牢固的塑料编织袋。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:制备扁丝:将聚丙烯原料、填充母料、增韧剂干燥后投入挤出机,经过模头成型挤出为薄膜,然后经过水冷却后,切割聚丙烯薄膜,对聚丙烯初生扁丝进行热牵伸和热定型,制备出聚丙烯成品扁丝;
S2:编织:聚丙烯成品扁丝为经线和纬线,在圆织机上织造出编织筒布卷,然后按照规定裁剪;
S3:制备内覆膜袋体:将热熔胶黏层原料和增韧层原料投入双层共挤吹塑薄膜机中加热、熔融后吹塑成圆筒形的两层层状膜的袋体,其中外层为热熔胶黏层,内层增韧层;
S4:套上内覆膜:将圆筒形编织袋套接在内覆膜袋体上;
S5:加热热熔:将套上内覆膜的编织袋送入加热烘箱,热熔胶黏层受热熔融,贴合在塑料编织袋内部,再经压合生产出带有内覆膜的塑料编织袋;
S6:制备成品:再经过裁剪、印刷、缝纫等工序,制备成带彩印的塑料编织袋。
作为本发明的进一步设置,填充母料为纳米碳酸钙。
作为本发明的进一步设置,增韧剂为乙酸丁氧基乙酯。
作为本发明的进一步设置,按重量份数计,所述步骤S3中热熔胶黏层原料包括以下组分和配比:EVA树脂50-60份,丙烯酸丁酯10-15份、丙烯酸羟丙酯5-10份、交联剂1-5份。

本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用增韧剂乙酸丁氧基乙酯,弹性体作为应力集中中心源,导致银纹和剪切带的生成,改变材料的断裂、破坏形式,在银纹生成、支化过程中会吸收大量能量,从而增强了抵御外部受力的能力,提高塑料编织袋的韧性。
2.本发明采用甲基丙烯酸乙基己酯作为胶黏活性剂,甲基丙烯酸乙基己酯分子交联点增多,与-COOCH3发生交联反应的几率变大,使得-COOCH3比率降低,亲水性下降,分散作用减弱,也使大分子易缠结在一起,形成致密的网状结构,交联网状结构缠绕在一起,提高了内覆膜的剥离强度,提高了内覆膜黏附在塑料编织袋的稳定性。
3.本发明采用添加剂四丁基苯酚羟基苯甲酸酯,可将酚羟基引入聚乙烯树脂中,增加内覆膜的柔性链段的比例,从而提高内覆膜的挠度,提高内覆膜的成膜从能,同时提高内覆膜的韧性,防止内覆膜盛装尖锐物件时刮伤内覆膜。

S3:制备内覆膜袋体:将热熔胶黏层原料EVA树脂500g,丙烯酸丁酯100g、丙烯酸羟丙酯50g、甲基丙烯酸乙基己酯30g、交联剂甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯10g和增韧层原料聚乙烯500g,添加剂四丁基苯酚羟基苯甲酸酯30g,填充料高岭土10g投入双层共挤吹塑薄膜机中加热、熔融后吹塑成圆筒形的两层层状膜的袋体,其中外层为热熔胶黏层,内层增韧层;
S4:套上内覆膜:将圆筒形编织袋套接在内覆膜袋体上;
S5:加热热熔:将套上内覆膜的编织袋送入加热烘箱,热熔胶黏层受热熔融,贴合在塑料编织袋内部,再经压合生产出带有内覆膜的塑料编织袋;

S3:制备内覆膜袋体:将热熔胶黏层原料EVA树脂550g,丙烯酸丁酯120g、丙烯酸羟丙酯80g、交联剂甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯20g和增韧层原料聚乙烯550g,填充料高岭土30g投入双层共挤吹塑薄膜机中加热、熔融后吹塑成圆筒形的两层层状膜的袋体,其中外层为热熔胶黏层,内层增韧层;
S4:套上内覆膜:将圆筒形编织袋套接在内覆膜袋体上;
S5:加热热熔:将套上内覆膜的编织袋送入加热烘箱,热熔胶黏层受热熔融,贴合在塑料编织袋内部,再经压合生产出带有内覆膜的塑料编织袋;
S6:制备成品:再经过裁剪、印刷、缝纫等工序,制备成带彩印的塑料编织袋。
将实施例1-7按照制备工艺制备试样,根据《GB8808-1988软质复合塑料材料剥离试验方法标准方法》、薄膜拉伸性能测试采用《GB/T-1040.3-2006塑料-拉伸性能的测定》测试,结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,最佳实施例是实施例2,采用本发明方案制备的塑料编织袋的拉伸强度明显提高,横向拉伸强度较实施例7最高增加47.38%,纵向拉伸强度较实施例7最高增加39.48%,断裂伸长率最高增加129.94%,因此,本发明明显提高了塑料编织袋的机械性能,具备良好的市场前景。
Claims (8)
1.一种增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:制备扁丝:将聚丙烯原料、填充母料、增韧剂干燥后投入挤出机,经过模头成型挤出为薄膜,然后经过水冷却后,切割聚丙烯薄膜,对聚丙烯初生扁丝进行热牵伸和热定型,制备出聚丙烯成品扁丝;
S2:编织:聚丙烯成品扁丝为经线和纬线,在圆织机上织造出编织筒布卷,然后按照规定裁剪;
S3:制备内覆膜袋体:将热熔胶黏层原料和增韧层原料投入双层共挤吹塑薄膜机中加热、熔融后吹塑成圆筒形的两层层状膜的袋体,其中外层为热熔胶黏层,内层增韧层;
S4:套上内覆膜:将圆筒形编织袋套接在内覆膜袋体上;
S5:加热热熔:将套上内覆膜的编织袋送入加热烘箱,热熔胶黏层受热熔融,贴合在塑料编织袋内部,再经压合生产出带有内覆膜的塑料编织袋;
S6:制备成品:再经过裁剪、印刷、缝纫等工序,制备成带彩印的塑料编织袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述填充母料为纳米碳酸钙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述增韧剂为乙酸丁氧基乙酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量份数计,步骤S3中热熔胶黏层原料包括以下组分和配比:EVA树脂50-60份,丙烯酸丁酯10-15份、丙烯酸羟丙酯5-10份、交联剂1-5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括甲基丙烯酸乙基己酯3-8份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述交联剂为甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量份数计,步骤S3中增韧层原料包括以下组分和配比:聚乙烯50-60份,添加剂3-8份,填充料1-5份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的增韧塑料编织袋的制备方法,其特征在于,添加剂为四丁基苯酚羟基苯甲酸酯。
