Abstract
本发明涉及裁切设备,特别涉及到一种热缩管自动切割装置,包括上料机构和切割机构,所述上料机构包括第一底座、直线滑轨和移动板,在所述移动板和直线滑轨之间通过第一螺栓固定,在所述移动板的上端设有料盘;所述切割机构包括第二底座,依次安装在所述第二底座上部的是多根限位条,呈上下装配的辊轴和切刀,第二螺栓通过固定条的槽口将所述限位条固定在所述第二底座上,所述辊轴与伺服电机相连,所述切刀通过设在所述切刀两端的气缸驱动。本发明采用料盘上料,为适应不同直径的热缩管的加工,本发明将限位条活动固定在固定条上,多根热缩管通过限位条限位后有序通过切刀位置在PLC的控制下完成切割,本发明装置结构设计合理且具有生产高效的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及裁切设备,特别涉及到一种热缩管自动切割装置。
背景技术
热缩管是一种特制的聚烯烃材质热收缩管,也可以叫做EVA材质的。外层采用优质柔软的交联聚烯烃材料及内层热熔胶复合加工而成的,外层材料有绝缘防蚀、耐磨等特点,内层有低熔点、防水密封和高粘接性等优点。
热缩管也广泛的使用在管板蒸发器产品中,用于铜铝连接焊点的保护,现有技术的热缩管切割机构设计简单,工作效率低且切割长度不能保障。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术生产效率低下的不足,本发明提出一种高效率,高精度的热缩管自动切割装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种热缩管自动切割装置,包括上料机构和切割机构,所述上料机构包括第一底座及设在所述第一底座上的直线滑轨,安装在所述直线滑轨上的是移动板,在所述移动板和直线滑轨之间通过第一螺栓固定,在所述移动板的上端设有料盘;所述切割机构包括第二底座,依次安装在所述第二底座上部的是多根限位条,呈上下装配的辊轴和切刀,第二螺栓通过固定条的槽口将所述限位条固定在所述第二底座上,所述辊轴与伺服电机相连,所述切刀通过设在所述切刀两端的气缸驱动,在所述切刀的下端的第二底座上设有V形槽口,在所述切刀的一侧设有滑板,在所述滑板的下端设有热缩管储存盒,还包括控制系统,所述控制系统包括PLC和显示屏。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种热缩管自动切割装置,采用料盘上料,料盘可以是多个且料盘位置可以通过移动板在直线滑轨移动调节,为适应不同直径的热缩管的加工,本发明将限位条活动固定在固定条上,多根热缩管通过限位条限位后有序通过切刀位置在PLC的控制下完成切割,本发明装置结构设计合理且具有生产高效的特点。

具体实施方式
参见附图1-3所示,一种热缩管自动切割装置,包括上料机构和切割机构,所述上料机构包括第一底座1及设在所述第一底座1上的直线滑轨2,安装在所述直线滑轨2上的是移动板3,在所述移动板3和直线滑轨2之间通过第一螺栓4固定,在所述移动板3的上端设有料盘5;所述切割机构包括第二底座6,依次安装在所述第二底座6上部的是多根限位条7,呈上下装配的辊轴8和切刀9,第二螺栓10通过固定条11的槽口11-1将所述限位条7固定在所述第二底座6上,所述辊轴8与伺服电机12相连,所述切刀9通过设在所述切刀9两端的气缸13驱动,在所述切刀9的下端的第二底座6上设有V形槽口14,在所述切刀9的一侧设有滑板15,在所述滑板15的下端设有热缩管储存盒16,还包括控制系统,所述控制系统包括PLC和显示屏17。
本发明一种热缩管自动切割装置,使用时,将多个热缩管安装到多个料盘5内,依据热缩管规格尺寸通过第一螺栓4调整移动板3在直线滑轨2上的位置,然后将热缩管穿到限位条7与限位条7之间位置,限位条7之间的位置间隙可以通过第二螺栓10进行调整,然后将热缩管穿过呈上下装配的辊轴8之间并到达切刀位置,打开控制系统,在PLC的控制下,伺服电机12在旋转送料的过程中会记录送料长度,气缸13带动切刀9完成热缩管在V形槽口14位置的切断,切断后的热缩管通过滑板15落入热缩管储存盒16内。

1.一种热缩管自动切割装置,包括上料机构和切割机构,其特征在于:所述上料机构包括第一底座及设在所述第一底座上的直线滑轨,安装在所述直线滑轨上的是移动板,在所述移动板和直线滑轨之间通过第一螺栓固定,在所述移动板的上端设有料盘;所述切割机构包括第二底座,依次安装在所述第二底座上部的是多根限位条,呈上下装配的辊轴和切刀,第二螺栓通过固定条的槽口将所述限位条固定在所述第二底座上,所述辊轴与伺服电机相连,所述切刀通过设在所述切刀两端的气缸驱动,在所述切刀的下端的第二底座上设有V形槽口,在所述切刀的一侧设有滑板,在所述滑板的下端设有热缩管储存盒,还包括控制系统,所述控制系统包括PLC和显示屏。
