本发明的目的是提供一种超耐磨实心轮胎,通过天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶SBR1502、炭黑、芳烃油、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺、促进剂,天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶的配合加上一系列助剂,该配方耐磨性能优异,阿克隆磨耗小于0.2cm3,满足客户使用需求,并且还添加有短纤维,微晶蜡进行补强,防老剂4020防老,抗硫化返原剂抗硫化,进一步提升实心轮胎性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及实心轮胎领域,尤其涉及一种超耐磨实心轮胎。
背景技术
实心轮胎是与充气轮胎(空心轮胎)对应的一种轮胎,其胎体是实心的,不用帘线作骨架,不必充气,故不需内胎或气密层。最早的轮胎就是实心轮胎。实心轮胎目前仅用于低速行驶的高负荷车辆或机械,也用于固定位置的机械。因此实心轮胎需要具有优异的耐磨性能,以适应高负荷的场合。因此解决这一问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种超耐磨实心轮胎,通过天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶SBR1502、炭黑、芳烃油、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺、促进剂,天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶的配合加上一系列助剂,该配方耐磨性能优异,阿克隆磨耗小于0.2cm3,满足客户使用需求,并且还添加有短纤维,微晶蜡进行补强,防老剂4020 防老,抗硫化返原剂抗硫化,进一步提升实心轮胎性能,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种超耐磨实心轮胎,包括有以下质量份数的组分料:
天然橡胶60-90份,丁苯橡胶SBR1502 20-50份,炭黑 40-55份,芳烃油 3-8份,氧化锌5-10份,硬脂酸1-5份,硫磺1-4份,促进剂 3-8份,短纤维2-5份,微晶蜡1-3份,防老剂40202-4份,抗硫化返原剂1-3份。
进一步改进在于:所述天然橡胶70份,丁苯橡胶SBR1502 30份,炭黑 50份,芳烃油7份,氧化锌7份,硬脂酸5份,硫磺2.5份,促进剂 4.5份,短纤维3份,微晶蜡2份,防老剂40203份,抗硫化返原剂2份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶SBR1502、炭黑、芳烃油、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺、促进剂,天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶的配合加上一系列助剂,该配方耐磨性能优异,阿克隆磨耗小于0.2cm3,满足客户使用需求,并且还添加有短纤维,微晶蜡进行补强,防老剂4020 防老,抗硫化返原剂抗硫化,进一步提升实心轮胎性能。

天然橡胶60份,丁苯橡胶SBR1502 20份,炭黑 40份,芳烃油 3份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸1份,硫磺1份,促进剂 3份。还包括有:短纤维2份,微晶蜡1份,防老剂4020 2份,抗硫化返原剂1份。
实施例二
一种超耐磨实心轮胎,包括有以下质量份数的组分料:
天然橡胶70份,丁苯橡胶SBR1502 30份,炭黑 50份,芳烃油 7份,氧化锌7份,硬脂酸5份,硫磺2.5份,促进剂 4.5份。还包括有:短纤维3份,微晶蜡2份,防老剂4020 3份,抗硫化返原剂2份。
实施例三
一种超耐磨实心轮胎,包括有以下质量份数的组分料:
天然橡胶90份,丁苯橡胶SBR1502 50份,炭黑 55份,芳烃油8份,氧化锌10份,硬脂酸5份,硫磺4份,促进剂8份。还包括有:短纤维5份,微晶蜡3份,防老剂4020 4份,抗硫化返原剂3份。
以上实施例通过天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶SBR1502、炭黑、芳烃油、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺、促进剂,天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶的配合加上一系列助剂,该配方耐磨性能优异,阿克隆磨耗小于0.2cm3,满足客户使用需求,并且还添加有短纤维,微晶蜡进行补强,防老剂4020 防老,抗硫化返原剂抗硫化,进一步提升实心轮胎性能。

天然橡胶60-90份,丁苯橡胶SBR1502 20-50份,炭黑 40-55份,芳烃油 3-8份,氧化锌5-10份,硬脂酸1-5份,硫磺1-4份,促进剂 3-8份,短纤维2-5份,微晶蜡1-3份,防老剂40202-4份,抗硫化返原剂1-3份。
