Claims (20)
- 空気入りタイヤ用のトレッドであって、
トレッドベース層と、
前記トレッドベース層の半径方向外側の第1のトレッドキャップ層と、
前記トレッドベース層の半径方向外側に位置し、かつ前記第1のトレッドキャップ層の半径方向外側に位置するとともに前記第1のトレッドキャップ層に軸線方向に隣接して位置する第2のトレッドキャップ層と、
前記空気入りタイヤの内側トレッド縁部の所に前記トレッドベース層および前記第1のトレッドキャップ層に軸線方向に隣接して配置された第1のトレッドスカートと、
前記空気入りタイヤの外側トレッド縁部の所に前記トレッドベース層および前記第2のトレッドキャップ層に軸線方向に隣接して配置された第2のトレッドスカートと、を有することを特徴とする、トレッド。 - 前記トレッドベース層は、エラストマ100重量部当たり20重量部から150重量部のカーボンブラックを有するジエン系エラストマを含むゴム組成物を含む、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記第1のトレッドキャップ層は、エラストマ100重量部当たり20重量部から100重量部のシリカを有するジエン系エラストマを含む、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記トレッドベース層は、損失正接が0.1から0.2の範囲であり、貯蔵弾性率が4MPaから13MPaの範囲であり、ショアA硬さが45から70の範囲である、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記第1のトレッドキャップ層は、損失正接が0.05から0.20の範囲であり、貯蔵弾性率が4MPaから12MPaの範囲であり、ショアA硬さが50から75の範囲である、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記第1のトレッドキャップ層は、30phrから80phrのカーボンブラックと0phrから40phrの沈降シリカとを有する約30phrから約70phrのゴム補強充填材を有する共役ジエン系エラストマを含む、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記第1のトレッドキャップ層は50phrから80phrのカーボンブラックを含む、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記第1のトレッドキャップ層は10phrから25phrの沈降シリカを含む、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記第2のトレッドキャップ層の軸線方向外側端部は、半径方向内側に、前記トレッドベース層と前記第1のトレッドキャップ層と前記第2のトレッドスカートとの接合部まで延びている、請求項1に記載のトレッド。
- 前記第1のトレッドキャップ層は、共役ジエン系エラストマと、50phrから80phrの沈降シリカおよび10phrから40phrのカーボンブラックを有する補強充填材とを含む、請求項1に記載のトレッド。

前記トレッドは、トレッドベース層と、前記トレッドベース層の半径方向外側に位置する、接地する第1のトレッドキャップ層と、前記トレッドベース層の半径方向外側に位置し、かつ前記第1のトレッドキャップ層の半径方向外側に位置するとともに前記第1のトレッドキャップ層に軸線方向に隣接して位置する、接地する第2のトレッドキャップ層と、前記空気入りタイヤの内側トレッド縁部の所に前記トレッドベース層および前記第1のトレッドキャップ層に軸線方向に隣接して配置された第1のトレッドスカートと、前記空気入りタイヤの外側トレッド縁部の所に前記トレッドベース層および前記第2のトレッドキャップ層に軸線方向に隣接して配置された第2のトレッドスカートと、を有することを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記第1のトレッドキャップ層は、1つの押出機において単一のゴム化合物の単一の押出成形物として押出成形され、前記第2のキャップ層は他の押出機によって押出成形される、請求項11に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1のトレッドキャップ層は、30phrから80phrのカーボンブラックおよび0phrから40phrの沈降シリカを有する約30phrから約70phrのゴム補強充填材を有する共役ジエン系エラストマを含む、請求項11に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1のトレッドキャップ層は50phrから80phrのカーボンブラックを含む、請求項11に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
