Referring to fig. 4, the herbal pieces-dispensing mechanism further comprises a frame 1. The machine frame is provided with a blanking mechanism 2, an upper weighing scale 3, a different-weight decoction piece transfer mechanism 4, a lower weighing scale 5 and a decoction piece conveying box (a decoction piece conveying box without a chute is not arranged in the figure, and the medicine conveying box is positioned below a scale hopper of the lower weighing scale part) which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom.
Referring to fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the blanking mechanism 2 includes a feed hopper 25, a discharge port 26 and a screw feeder 27 for feeding the herbal pieces from the feed hopper to the discharge port. The discharge port is provided with a discharging brush 28 for brushing off the herbal pieces in the output end of the screw feeder and a brush rotating motor 29 for driving the discharging brush to rotate. The brush rotating motor 29 is a motor. The blanking brush 28 comprises a rotary disk 281 and 4 rows of blanking bristles 282 arranged on the rotary disk and distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotary disk. A turntable drive shaft 2811 is provided on one side of the turntable, and a drive rod 2812 is provided on the other side. The brush rotation motor 29 drives the turntable to rotate by being connected to the turntable drive shaft. The turntable drive shaft and the drive rod are coaxial and extend in the axial direction of the turntable. The bristles in the same row of bristles are distributed along the radial direction of the rotating disc. The bristles extend in the axial direction of the rotating disc. A discharge space S2 is formed between the turntable and the discharge end of the spiral feeder. The discharge port is positioned at the lower side of the discharge space, and a discharge channel is formed between the adjacent rows of bristles. The driving rod is positioned in the discharging space. One end of the driving rod far away from the turntable is provided with 3 material poking rods 283 which radially extend along the circumferential direction of the driving rod. The free ends 2821 of the bristles extend beyond the kick-off bar in the direction of extension of the kick-off bar. The driving rod, the turntable and the spiral feeder are coaxial.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the upper scale and the lower scale have the same structure. The upper weighing scale 3 comprises an upper weighing scale body 31 and an upper weighing scale part weighing hopper 32 for receiving the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces output by the blanking mechanism. The upper weighing part weighing hopper comprises an upper weighing part funnel 321, an upper weighing part funnel cover plate 322 for sealing the discharge end of the upper weighing part funnel, and an upper weighing part funnel cover plate opening and closing mechanism 323 for driving the upper weighing part funnel cover plate to open and close. The lower scale 5 comprises a lower scale body 51 and a lower scale part scale hopper 52 for receiving the herbal pieces falling from the upper scale part scale hopper. The lower weighing part hopper comprises a lower weighing part funnel 521, a lower weighing part funnel cover plate 522 for sealing the discharge end of the lower weighing part funnel, and a lower weighing part funnel cover plate opening and closing mechanism 523 for driving the lower weighing part funnel cover plate to open and close.
One end of the upper scale portion funnel cover plate 322 is hinged to the upper scale portion funnel 321. The upper weighing part funnel is provided with an upper weighing part connecting seat 324 which is connected with the upper weighing part body. The upper weighing scale portion funnel cover plate opening and closing mechanism 323 comprises an upper weighing scale portion first connecting rod 3231, the upper end of which is hinged with the upper weighing scale portion connecting seat through a first hinge shaft 3236, an upper weighing scale portion second connecting rod 3232, the upper end of which is hinged with the lower end of the upper weighing scale portion first connecting rod through a second hinge shaft 3237, an upper weighing scale portion funnel cover plate folding spring 3234 for driving the upper weighing scale portion first connecting rod and the upper weighing scale portion second connecting rod to be folded to enable the upper weighing scale portion funnel cover plate to cover the discharge end of the upper weighing scale portion funnel, and an upper weighing scale portion funnel cover plate opening cylinder 3235 for driving the upper weighing scale portion first connecting rod and the upper weighing scale portion second connecting rod to be separated to enable the upper weighing scale portion funnel cover plate to be opened. The lower end of the second connecting rod of the upper weighing part is hinged with the funnel cover plate of the upper weighing part. When the upper weigh scale funnel cover opening cylinder 3235 is in a retracted state, i.e., the state shown in fig. 2, the upper weigh scale funnel cover 322 is covered over the discharge end, i.e., the lower end, of the upper weigh scale funnel 321 by the weigh scale funnel cover folding spring 3234. When the upper weigher funnel cover 322 needs to be opened, the upper weigher funnel cover opening cylinder 3235 extends to drive the lower end of the first connecting rod, so that the first connecting rod rotates clockwise around the first hinge shaft 3236, the second connecting rod rotates counterclockwise around the second hinge shaft 3237, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are separated, and the upper weigher funnel cover 322 is driven to move away from the upper weigher funnel 321 to lose coverage.
Referring to fig. 5, the different-weight decoction piece transfer mechanism 4 comprises a receiving hopper 41 and a receiving hopper moving mechanism 42 for driving the receiving hopper to move to the lower part of the weighing hopper of the upper weighing part and receiving the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces falling from the weighing hopper of the upper weighing part. In this embodiment, the receiving hopper moving mechanism 42 is an air cylinder, but may be an oil cylinder or a screw rod mechanism that performs translation by matching with a threaded sleeve.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7 and fig. 8, the method for weighing the herbal pieces of the desired weight in the formula by the herbal piece dispensing mechanism in the 2 nd step is that, in the 2 nd step, coarse weighing is performed, specifically, the herbal pieces are output to a lower weighing hopper by a blanking mechanism, and the blanking is stopped by the blanking mechanism when the weight of the herbal pieces in the lower weighing hopper reaches N, where N is less than the dosage M required by the herbal pieces; step 2.2, fine weighing, namely outputting the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to an upper weighing scale hopper for weighing through a blanking mechanism, and stopping blanking through the blanking mechanism when the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces falling into the upper weighing scale hopper is more than M-N; step 2.3, removing the abnormal weight, namely when the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces falling into the upper weighing scale hopper is larger than M-N, driving the receiving hopper to move to the position below the upper weighing scale hopper by the receiving hopper moving mechanism, then opening a cover plate of the upper weighing scale hopper, so that the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the upper weighing scale hopper fall into the receiving hopper, and repeating the step 2.2; 2.4, when the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces falling onto the upper weighing scale in the step 2.2 is equal to M-N g, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the upper weighing scale hopper and the lower weighing scale hopper fall into the lower hopper; the feeding method of the feeding mechanism is that the traditional Chinese medicine is conveyed from the feed hopper to the feeding opening through the spiral feeder, and the traditional Chinese medicine reaching the outlet end of the spiral feeder falls out from the feeding opening through the brushing of the rotary feeding brush. N in the step 2.1 is more than 75% of M.
The specific blanking mode in this embodiment is: the herbal pieces are fed into the hopper 25 and moved toward the discharge space by the screw feeder 27, and the brush is rotated by the brush driving mechanism. When the decoction pieces extend out of the outlet section of the contact feeder to be contacted with the bristles of the brush, the decoction pieces are brushed down by the bristles and are transferred into the blanking channel to finally fall out of the discharge port, then the Chinese medicine decoction pieces are extruded tightly without being brushed down by the bristles, and then the Chinese medicine decoction pieces are contacted with the material stirring rod, so that the Chinese medicine decoction pieces are stirred down by the rigid material stirring rod. In order to obtain good feeding effect by the brush at a higher speed, the rotating direction of the brush is opposite to that of the spiral feeder.
In this embodiment, the herbal pieces are manually transferred to the blanking mechanism. Certainly, the receiving hopper can be designed into a structure like the upper weighing part weighing hopper shown in fig. 3, at the time of rough weighing, if the receiving hopper is internally provided with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the receiving hopper extends out and is positioned on the lower weighing part weighing hopper, then the receiving hopper is opened to enable the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the receiving hopper to be transferred to the lower weighing part weighing hopper to enable the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to meet the requirement, when the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces weighed out by the lower weighing part weighing hopper is not enough, the receiving hopper is contracted to avoid, and then the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the blanking mechanism are transferred to the lower weighing part weighing hopper to enable the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces roughly weighed to meet the requirement.
Claims (6)
1. An intelligent dispensing system for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces comprises a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing mechanism and is characterized by also comprising a cabinet body, wherein a frying pan support frame is arranged below the cabinet body, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing mechanisms are arranged in the cabinet body, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing mechanism is provided with a discharging hopper, the discharging hopper is positioned above the frying pan support frame, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing mechanism comprises a discharging mechanism, an upper weighing scale, a different-weight decoction piece transferring mechanism, a lower weighing scale and a decoction piece conveying box which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom, the upper weighing scale comprises an upper weighing scale body and an upper weighing scale portion weighing hopper which receives traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces output by the discharging mechanism, the upper weighing scale portion weighing scale hopper comprises an upper weighing scale portion hopper, an upper weighing scale portion hopper cover plate which seals the discharging end of the upper weighing scale portion hopper, and an upper weighing scale portion hopper cover plate which drives the upper weighing scale portion hopper cover plate to open and close, the lower weighing scale comprises a lower weighing scale body and a lower weighing scale part hopper for receiving the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces falling out from the upper weighing scale part hopper, the lower weighing part hopper comprises a lower weighing part hopper, a lower weighing part hopper cover plate for sealing the discharge end of the lower weighing part hopper, and a lower weighing part hopper cover plate opening and closing mechanism for driving the lower weighing part hopper cover plate to open and close, the abnormal weight decoction piece transfer mechanism comprises a receiving hopper and a receiving hopper moving mechanism which drives the receiving hopper to move to the lower part of the weighing hopper of the upper weighing part and receives the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces falling from the weighing hopper of the upper weighing part, the blanking mechanism comprises a feed hopper, a discharge port and a spiral feeder for conveying the Chinese herbal pieces from the feed hopper to the discharge port, the discharge port is provided with a discharging brush for brushing off the Chinese herbal pieces in the output end of the spiral feeder and a brush rotating motor for driving the discharging brush to rotate.
2. The intelligent herbal piece dispensing system of claim 1, wherein a frying pan supporting tray is disposed on the frying pan supporting frame.
3. The intelligent herbal piece dispensing system of claim 2, wherein the frying pan support tray is provided with a frying pan limit pin.
4. The intelligent herbal piece dispensing system of claim 1, wherein the cabinet is provided with walking support legs, the walking support legs comprise a connecting frame connected with the cabinet, walking wheels rotatably connected with the connecting frame, and supporting legs capable of lifting the walking wheels relative to the connecting frame.

The intelligent dispensing system for herbal pieces-prepared according to claim 4, wherein the walking support leg further comprises a swing lever hinged with the connecting frame at the middle part, the walking wheel is rotatably connected to one end of the swing lever to realize the rotary connection with the connecting frame, the circumferential surface of the support leg is provided with an annular groove delayed along the circumferential direction of the support frame, and the other end of the swing lever is provided with a driving block arranged in the annular groove in a penetrating manner.
