本发明的给合物对以下植物病害有协同控制作用,这些植物病害的例子包括稻瘟病(Pyricularia oryzae)、叶壳疫病(Rizoctonia solani,Helminthosporium sigmoidem,Sclerotium hydrophilum,Sclerotium fumigatum,Sclerotium oryzaesativae),Helminthosporium叶斑(Cochlibolus miyabeanus),由Sphaerulina oryzina,Magnaporthe salivini穗凋萎病等等造成的植物病害。
所述至少一种化合物的总和与式I酰胺衍生物的混合比(以重量计)为0.01∶1-1000∶1。以下说明所述至少一种化合物的总和与式I酰胺衍生物的优选混合比。
当选择化合物A作为所述至少一种化合物时,从所得组合物的杀真菌效果考虑,以1重量份的式I酰胺衍生物计,化合物A的混合比通常在0.02-100重量份之间,优选0.2-20重量份。
当选择从化合物B,C,D和E中选出的一种或多种化合物作为所述至少一种化合物时,从所得组合物的杀真菌效果考虑,以1重量份的式I酰胺衍生物计,化合物B,C,D和E的总和的混合比通常在0.01-1000重量份之间。优选0.02-10重量份。更优选,以1重量份的式I酰胺衍生物计,化合物B,C和D总和的混合比为0.5-5重量份,而且化合物C的混合比以1重量份的式I酰胺衍生物计为0.1-0.5重量份,这是从组合物的生产成本考虑。
当选择从化合物F,G,H,I和J选出的一种或多种化合物作为所述至少一种化合物时,从所得组合物的杀真菌效果考虑,以1重量份的式I酰胺衍生物计,化合物F,G,H,I和J总和的混合比通常为0.01-1000重量份,优选0.02-100重量份。
当选择从化合物K,L,M和N选出的一种或多种化合物作为所述至少一种化合物时,从所得的杀真菌效果考虑,以1重量份的式I酰胺衍生物计,化合物K,L,M和N总和的混合比通常为0.01-1000重量份,优选0.1-10重量份。更优选,从组合物的生产成本考虑,以1重量份的式I酰胺衍生物计,化合物K,L,M和N总和的混合比为0.5-10重量份。
当本发明的组合物用作农业/园艺的杀真菌剂时,活性成分与固体载体、液体载体或气体载体混合。需要的话,加入表面活性剂和其它助剂以配制成诸如油溶液、可乳化浓缩物、可湿粉末、颗粒、粉剂、溶液、悬浮液、泡沫、微胶囊、ULV、膏等等的形式。
这些配方通常含有其它活性成分,其含量为0.1-99wt.%,优选0.2-80wt.%。
通过使活性成分与拓展剂(如固体载体,液体载体等等)以及需要的话,表面活性剂、固着剂、分散剂、加溶剂、泡沫形成剂或其混合物混合来制备这些配方。固体载体的例子有粘土细粉或颗粒(如高岭土、硅藻土、合成的水化氧化硅,Fubasami粘土,膨润土,酸性粘土,等等),滑石,其它无机矿物(如,丝云母,石英,硫,活性炭,碳酸钙,水化硅,等等),等等。液体载体的例子有水,醇(如甲醇,乙醇等等),酮(如丙酮,甲乙酮,等等),芳烃(如苯,甲苯,二甲苯,乙苯,甲基萘,等等),脂肪烃(如,正己烷,环己酮,煤油,煤气油,等等),酯(如乙酸乙酯,乙酸丁酯,等等),腈(如,乙腈,异丁腈,等等),醚(如,二恶烷二异丙醚,等等),酰胺(如,二甲基甲酰胺,二甲基乙酰胺,等等),卤代烃(如,二氯乙烷,三氯乙烯,四氯化碳,等等),等等。
表面活性剂的例子有烷基硫酸盐,磺酸烷基酯的盐,烷芳基磺酸盐,芳基烷基醚,其聚氧乙烯化合物,聚氧乙二醇酯,多元醇醚,糖醇衍生物,等等。
固着剂和分散剂的例子有酪蛋白,明胶,多糖(如淀粉,阿拉伯胶,纤维素衍生物,藻酸,等等),木素衍生物,膨润土,糖,合成水溶性聚合物(如聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,聚丙烯酸,等等),等等。稳定剂的例子有PAP(酸式磷酸异丙酯),BHT(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚),BHA(2-叔丁基-4-甲氧基苯酚和3-叔丁基-4-甲氧基苯酚),植物油,矿物油,表面活性剂,脂肪酸或其酯,等等。
由此得到的组合物可原样使用或例如用水稀释后使用。具体地讲,所述组合物可喷在或撒在植物上;或以颗粒的形式喷、撒或分散在稻田的水面上或耕地的土壤表面上。这类组合物施用到耕地的土壤表面上之后,根据需要,可将土壤翻土。而且,需要的话,可将组合物掺入到表面已施用了该组合物的土壤中。
此外,本组合物也可以与其它杀真菌剂、杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂、肥料或土壤调节剂混合之后使用,或与它们同时使用。
本组合物的施用率可根据活性成分的混合比、气候条件、配方的形式、时间、地点和施用方法、病害种类、作物种类等等的不同而变化。活性成分总和的施用率通常为每公亩0.1-1000克,优选1-100克。可乳化浓缩物、可湿性粉末、悬浮液和溶液实际上通常用水稀释到0.0001-1%、优选0.001-0.1%的浓度。可按制得的形式使用颗粒和粉剂。

以下配制例、试验例等等旨在进一步详细说明本发明,而不是限制本发明的范围。在配制例中,“份数”和“百分数”均以重量计,除非另外注明。此外,待测定的式Ⅰ酰胺衍生物与表1中的化合物编号一致。
配制例1
将总共1份至少一种选自化合物1-5的化合物、88份高岭土和9份滑石充分粉碎和混合,得到含3%活性成分的粉剂。
配制例2
将总共1.5份至少一种选自化合物1-5的化合物、2.5份化合物A、87份高岭土和9份滑石充分粉碎和混合,得到含4%活性成分的粉剂。
配制例3
将总共10份至少一种选自化合物1-5的化合物、10份化合物A、3份聚氧乙烯山梨糖一油酸酯、3份CMC(羧甲基纤维素)和74份水混合,并进行湿粉碎,得到含20%活性成分的悬浮液。
配制例4
将总共10份至少一种选自化合物1-5的化合物、20份化合物A、3份木素磺酸钙、2份月桂基硫酸钠和65份合成的水化氧化硅充分粉碎和混合,得到含30%活性成分的可湿粉末。
配制例5
将总共20份至少一种选自化合物1-5的化合物、30份化合物A、3份木素磺酸钙、2份月桂基硫酸钠和45份合成的水化氧化硅充分粉碎和混合,得到含50%活性成分的可湿性粉末。
配制例6
将总共10份至少一种选自化合物1-5的化合物、20份化合物A、14份聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基苯基醚、6份十二烷基苯磺酸钙和50份二甲苯充分混合,得到含30%活性成分的可乳化浓缩物。
配制例7
将总共1份至少一种选自化合物1-5的化合物、8份化合物A、1份合成的水化氧化硅、2份木素磺酸钙、30份膨润土和57份高岭土充分粉碎和混合。
然后,将水加到由此得到的混合物中。充分捏和加了水的混合物、造粒并干燥,得到含10%活性成分的颗粒。
配制例8
将总共1.5份至少一种选自化合物1-5的化合物、5份化合物A、1.5份合成的水化氧化硅、2份木素磺酸钙、30份膨润土和60份高岭土充分粉碎和混合。然后,将水加到由此得到的混合物中。充分捏和加了水的混合物、造粒和干燥,得到含6.5%活性成分的颗粒。

10份化合物3或4、3份聚氧乙烯山梨糖一油酸酯、3份CMC和84份水混合并进行湿磨,得到含10%每种化合物的悬浮液。

20份化合物3或4、3份木素磺酸钙、2份月桂基硫酸钠和75份合成的水化氧化硅充分粉碎,得到含20%每种化合物的可湿性粉末。

其它化合物1,2,5和A-N也可按照这些参考配制例的方法配制。
以下试验例说明,本组合物与其中单独使用了式I的酰胺衍生物或化合物A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M或N的组合物相比,在农业/园艺用途方面具有令人惊奇的高的抗真菌协同作用。
试验例1:稻瘟病的预防活性试验
塑料盆中装入砂壤,在盆中种稻子(Kinki33号)并在温室培育20天。按照配制例4制备含有一种或多种试验化学品的可湿性粉末。然后,将其用水稀释到预定浓度,并将所得化学溶液喷在稻子的茎和叶上,充分附着在稻苗的叶面上。化学溶液风干后,将稻瘟病原体的孢子悬浮液喷到水稻的幼苗上用稻瘟病原体接种水稻。将接种的稻苗在24℃高湿度下维持10天。在第10天,按照以下控制指数检测控制效果。

Claims (5)

1、一种农业/园艺用的杀真菌组合物,它包括一种式Ⅰ的酰胺衍生物作为活性成分:

其中x是氢原子或氯原子,Y是氯原子或溴原子,且R是甲基或乙烯基;以及从以下化合物中选出的至少一种化合物:(E)-2-[2-[6-(2-氰基苯氧基)嘧啶-4-基氧基]苯基]-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯,(z)-2′-甲基苯乙酮4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基腙,二硫代磷酸O-乙酯S,S-二苯基酯,4,5,6,7-四氯-2-苯并[C]呋喃酮,春日霉素,α,α,α-三氟-3′-异丙氧基-o-N-对甲苯甲酰基苯胺,1-(4-氯苄基)-1-环戊基-3-苯基脲,有效霉素,3′-异丙氧基-o-N-对甲苯甲酰基苯胺,6-(3,5-二氯-4-甲基苯基)-3(2H)哒嗪酮,1,3-二硫戊环-2-亚基丙二酸二异丙酯(化合物K),5-甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]苯并噻唑,3-烯丙氧基-1,2-苯并异噻唑1,1-二氧化物和1,2,5,6-四氢-4H-吡咯并[3,2,1-ij]喹啉-4-酮。
2、按照权利要求1的组合物,其中至少一种化合物是(E)-2-[2-[6-(2-氰基苯氧基)嘧啶-4-基氧基]苯基]-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯。
3、按照权利要求1的组合物,它含有式Ⅰ的酰胺衍生物和至少一种化合物,所述化合物选自(Z)-2′-甲基苯乙酮4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基腙,二硫代磷酸-o-乙酯S,S-二苯基酯,4,5,6,7-四氯-2-苯并[C]呋喃酮和春日霉素。
4、按照权利要求1的组合物,它含有式Ⅰ的酰胺衍生物和至少一种化合物,所述化合物选自α,α,α-三氟-3′-异丙氧基-o-N-对甲苯酰基苯胺,1-(4-氯苄基)-1-环戊基-3-苯基脲,有效霉素,3′-异丙氧基-o-N-对甲苯甲酰斟苯胺和6-(3,5-二氯-4-甲基苯基)-3(2H)哒嗪酮。
5、按照权利要求1的组合物,它含有式Ⅰ的酰胺衍生物和至少一种化合物,所述化合物选自1,3-二硫戊环-2-亚基丙二酸二异丙酯,5-甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]苯并三唑,3-烯丙氧基-1,2-苯并异噻唑1,1-二氧化物和1,2,5,6-四氢-4H-吡咯并[3,2,1-ij]喹啉-4酮。
