Abstract

本发明公开了一种新能源汽车充电枪,包括密封防尘盖、枪体、曲面显示屏和切换开关,密封防尘盖外部通过连接绳连接枪体,密封防尘盖内部设置有卡槽,枪体顶端设置有充电插头和卡板,枪体外壳上端设置有曲面显示屏、运行指示灯、报警器和切换开关,枪体后端设置有电缆端,枪体整体采用独特的设计,通过注塑成型的方式使手柄与外壳形成一体,增加美观性,本发明可一键切换充电功率,适用不同的环境,同时枪体内还附加了温感元件,过热将自动切断充电模式,增加安全性,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及能源汽车充电技术领域,具体为一种新能源汽车充电枪。
背景技术
新能源汽车是指采用非常规的车用燃料作为动力来源(或使用常规的车用燃料、采用新型车载动力装置),综合车辆的动力控制和驱动方面的先进技术,形成的技术原理先进、具有新技术、新结构的汽车,新能源汽车包括纯电动汽车、增程式电动汽车、混合动力汽车、燃料电池电动汽车、氢发动机汽车和其他新能源汽车。
但是目前市场上的充电枪在使用过程中存在一些缺陷,比如拼接连接的外壳,会增加漏电的概率,同时在充电过程中如果过热会对元件造成损坏,安全性差,为此,本实用设计了一种新能源汽车充电枪。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新能源汽车充电枪,枪体整体采用独特的设计,增加安全及美观性,同时枪体内还附加了温感元件,过热将自动切断充电模式,增加安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:包括密封防尘盖、枪体、曲面显示屏和切换开关,所述密封防尘盖外部通过连接绳连接枪体,所述密封防尘盖内部设置有卡槽,所述枪体顶端设置有充电插头和卡板,所述枪体外壳上端设置有曲面显示屏、运行指示灯、报警器和切换开关,所述枪体后端设置有电缆端,所述枪体整体采用独特的设计,通过注塑成型的方式使手柄与外壳形成一体,增加美观性。
优选的,所述枪体外壳采用注塑成型及钣金冲压工艺形成,使手柄与外壳形成一体,增加美观性及实用性。
优选的,所述曲面显示屏、运行指示灯、报警器和切换开关均电性连接枪体内部控制板。
优选的,所述枪体内部控制板电性连接温感元件及报警器,所述温感元件用于对控制板元件进行监控,过热将自动切断充电模式,增加安全性。
优选的,所述枪体内部控制板电性连接变频器及切换开关,所述通过切换开关调整变频器输出电源的频率,实现快慢充电模式。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明可一键切换充电功率,适用不同的环境,同时枪体内还附加了温感元件,过热将自动切断充电模式,增加安全性,实用性强。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:包括密封防尘盖1、枪体2、曲面显示屏4和切换开关7,所述密封防尘盖1外部通过连接绳3连接枪体2,所述密封防尘盖1与枪体2均焊接有穿孔连接件,用于配合连接绳3,所述密封防尘盖1内部设置有卡槽11,所述枪体2顶端设置有充电插头9和卡板10,卡板10与卡槽11配合契合,用于固定密封防尘盖1,所述枪体2外壳上端设置有曲面显示屏4、运行指示灯5、报警器6和切换开关7,所述枪体2后端设置有电缆端8,所述枪体2外壳采用注塑成型及钣金冲压工艺形成,使手柄与外壳形成一体,增加美观性及实用性,所述曲面显示屏4、运行指示灯5、报警器6和切换开关7均电性连接枪体2内部控制板,所述曲面显示屏4用于显示充电的时间及功率,所述枪体2内部控制板电性连接温感元件及报警器6,所述温感元件用于对控制板元件进行监控,过热将自动切断充电模式,增加安全性,所述枪体2内部控制板电性连接变频器及切换开关7,所述通过切换开关7调整变频器输出电源的频率,实现快慢充电模式。
本发明的工作原理为:
在需要使用枪体2时,首先需要轻轻用力将密封防尘盖1脱离枪体2,使充电插头9露出,手握枪体2末端手柄状外壳,将充电插头9插入新能源汽车充电口即可,在充电过程中,曲面显示屏4将自动运行,显示充电的时间及功率,如果用户有需要进行大功率快充,按动切换开关7即可调节,提高效率,方便用户使用。

1.一种新能源汽车充电枪,包括密封防尘盖(1)、枪体(2)、曲面显示屏(4)和切换开关(7),其特征在于:所述密封防尘盖(1)外部通过连接绳(3)连接枪体(2),所述密封防尘盖(1)内部设置有卡槽(11),所述枪体(2)顶端设置有充电插头(9)和卡板(10),所述枪体(2)外壳上端设置有曲面显示屏(4)、运行指示灯(5)、报警器(6)和切换开关(7),所述枪体(2)后端设置有电缆端(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述枪体(2)外壳采用注塑成型及钣金冲压工艺形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述曲面显示屏(4)、运行指示灯(5)、报警器(6)和切换开关(7)均电性连接枪体(2)内部控制板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车充电枪,其特征在于:所述枪体(2)内部控制板电性连接温感元件及报警器(6)。
