现有的新能源汽车充电桩结构部件主要有充电盒、充电枪及电源插头,通常为充电盒的一端连接充电枪,另一端连接电源插头。现有的汽车充电桩无论是柜式、挂壁式还是便携式,均存在着结构复杂、成本高、体积大、使用便利性不足的缺点。

针对上述不足,本实用新型提供一种一体式充电枪桩,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种一体式充电枪桩,其包括枪体、枪头及插头,所述枪体包括一体注塑成型的整体式外壳以及安装在外壳内的PCBA组合模块;所述枪头安装在枪体的前端内,所述枪头内的电极通过连接电缆与PCBA组合模块电联;所述插头为漏电保护插头,所述插头通过电源电缆与PCBA组合模块电联;所述PCBA组合模块包括用于充电的强电板以及用于控制和通信的通信控制板,所述通信控制板通过排针与强电板电联和固定。
进一步地,所述外壳内一体注塑成型有用于分隔PCBA组合模块与枪头的隔板,所述隔板上设有用于电极贯串的电极通孔。
进一步地,所述枪头的电极通过连接电缆与强电板电联,所述插头通过电源电缆与强电板电联。
进一步地,所述外壳上还设有手持把。
进一步地,所述外壳的尾盖内设有密封圈。

如图1-3所示,一种一体式充电枪桩,其包括枪体1、枪头2及插头3,所述枪体1包括一体注塑成型的整体式外壳10以及安装在外壳10内的PCBA组合模块4;所述枪头2安装在枪体1的前端内,所述枪头2内的电极20通过连接电缆与PCBA组合模块4电联;所述插头3为漏电保护插头,所述插头3通过电源电缆5与PCBA组合模块4电联;所述PCBA组合模块4包括用于充电的强电板40以及用于控制和通信的通信控制板41,所述通信控制板41通过排针42与强电板40电联和固定。
进一步地,所述外壳10内一体注塑成型有用于分隔PCBA组合模块4与枪头2的隔板11,所述隔板11上设有用于电极20贯串的电极通孔。
进一步地,所述枪头2的电极20通过连接电缆与强电板40电联,所述插头3通过电源电缆5与强电板40电联。
进一步地,所述外壳10上还设有手持把12。
进一步地,所述外壳10的尾盖13内设有密封圈。

1.一种一体式充电枪桩,其特征在于:包括枪体、枪头及插头,所述枪体包括一体注塑成型的整体式外壳以及安装在外壳内的PCBA组合模块;所述枪头安装在枪体的前端内,所述枪头内的电极通过连接电缆与PCBA组合模块电联;所述插头为漏电保护插头,所述插头通过电源电缆与PCBA组合模块电联;所述PCBA组合模块包括用于充电的强电板以及用于控制和通信的通信控制板,所述通信控制板通过排针与强电板电联和固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式充电枪桩,其特征在于:所述外壳内一体注塑成型有用于分隔PCBA组合模块与枪头的隔板,所述隔板上设有用于电极贯串的电极通孔。
