Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide a cosmetic composition rich in collagen tripeptide, which is easy to be absorbed by human skin, can deeply repair the skin, plays a role in moisturizing and resisting oxidation, improves the defense function of the skin and effectively delays aging.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide the cosmetic composition applied to the anti-aging skin care cosmetics.
The third object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above cosmetic composition.
The fourth purpose of the invention is to provide a skin care cosmetic which can delay cell aging and has high-efficiency anti-aging effect.
The fifth purpose of the invention is to provide the preparation method of the skin care cosmetic, which has simple preparation, does not need special equipment and has low preparation cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose of the present invention, the following technical solutions are adopted:
a cosmetic composition rich in collagen tripeptide comprises, by weight, 5-10 parts of collagen tripeptide, 1-3 parts of grape seed extract, 1-2 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 1-2 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.5-1 part of chlorella extract.
Further, the cosmetic composition comprises 7-10 parts by weight of collagen tripeptide, 2-3 parts by weight of grape seed extract, 1.5-2 parts by weight of hydrolyzed protein, 1.5-2 parts by weight of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.5-1 part by weight of chlorella extract.
Further, the cosmetic composition also comprises cosmetic auxiliary materials.
Further, the cosmetic adjuvant comprises at least one of water, a humectant, a pH adjuster, a neutralizer, a skin conditioner, a pH buffer, an emulsifier, a thickener, a solubilizer, a preservative synergist, or a fragrance.
The cosmetic composition is applied to anti-aging skin care cosmetics;
preferably, the anti-aging includes moisturizing and anti-oxidation.
A cosmetic composition is prepared by mixing collagen tripeptide, grape seed extract, hydrolyzed protein, hydrolyzed rice extract and chlorella extract at a certain ratio to obtain skin care cosmetic.

A skin care cosmetic is prepared by mixing collagen tripeptide, grape seed extract, hydrolyzed protein, hydrolyzed rice extract, chlorella extract, and optional cosmetic adjuvants at a certain proportion.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a cosmetic composition rich in collagen tripeptide, wherein the collagen tripeptide has the effects of moisturizing, repairing and delaying senility; the grape seed extract has skin whitening, moisturizing and speckle removing effects; the hydrolyzed protein has the effects of easy absorption, skin elasticity maintaining, antiaging and wrinkle resisting; the hydrolyzed rice extract has the effects of high-efficiency moisture retention, bacteriostasis and cuticle protection; chlorella extract can repair cells. The active substances are complementary in a synergistic manner, and the cosmetic composition formed by a specific proportion can provide nutrition and repair for human skin in an all-round manner, has the effects of moisturizing and resisting oxidation, and has an obvious effect. The skin care cosmetic prepared by the method can obviously delay cell aging and is a high-efficiency anti-aging skin care product.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer.
Unless otherwise defined, technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as is familiar to those skilled in the art. In addition, any methods or materials similar or equivalent to those described herein can also be used in the present invention.
A cosmetic composition rich in collagen tripeptide comprises, by weight, 5-10 parts of collagen tripeptide, 1-3 parts of grape seed extract, 1-2 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 1-2 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.5-1 part of chlorella extract.
The invention provides a cosmetic composition rich in collagen tripeptide, wherein the collagen tripeptide has the effects of moisturizing, repairing and delaying senility; the grape seed extract can protect collagen in the skin, improve the elasticity and luster of the skin, has the effects of whitening, moisturizing and removing freckles, effectively reduces wrinkles, and protects the skin to be soft, smooth and smooth; the hydrolyzed protein can be rapidly absorbed by skin and hair, can increase collagen content of cortex, maintain skin texture integrity, maintain skin elasticity, and has antiaging and wrinkle resisting effects; the hydrolyzed rice extract can exert high-efficiency moisturizing effect, simultaneously strengthen the defense function of skin, keep normal keratinization of keratinocytes and inhibit bacterial reproduction; chlorella extract can repair human body cells and resist aging. The active substances are complementary in a synergistic manner, and the cosmetic composition formed by a specific proportion can provide nutrition and repair for human skin in an all-round manner, has the effects of moisturizing and resisting oxidation, and has an obvious effect.
It is understood that the collagen tripeptide is typically, but not limited to, 5 parts, 6 parts, 7 parts, 8 parts, 9 parts, or 10 parts by weight; grape seed extract is typically, but not limited to, 1 part, 2 parts, or 3 parts; the hydrolyzed protein is typically, but not limited to, 1 part, 1.2 parts, 1.5 parts, 1.7 parts, or 2 parts; the hydrolyzed rice extract is typically, but not limited to, 1 part, 1.2 parts, 1.5 parts, 1.7 parts, or 2 parts; typically but not by way of limitation, the chlorella extract is 0.5 parts, 0.6 parts, 0.7 parts, 0.8 parts, 0.9 parts or 1 part.
In a preferred embodiment, the cosmetic composition comprises, by weight, 7-10 parts of collagen tripeptide, 2-3 parts of grape seed extract, 1.5-2 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 1.5-2 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract, and 0.5-1 part of chlorella extract. Further optimization of the component ratios of the cosmetic composition can further improve the anti-aging effect.
In a preferred embodiment, the cosmetic composition further comprises a cosmetic adjuvant, preferably comprising at least one of water, a humectant, a pH adjuster, a neutralizing agent, a skin conditioning agent, a pH buffering agent, an emulsifier, a thickener, a solubilizer, a preservative synergist or a fragrance. It is understood that collagen tripeptide, grape seed extract, hydrolyzed protein, hydrolyzed rice extract and chlorella extract are all used as active functional components of cosmetics to achieve the effects of resisting aging and resisting wrinkles, and different cosmetic auxiliary material combinations are required for preparing the core active substances into different product forms; water, humectants, skin conditioners, emulsifiers, thickeners, and preservatives; or, water, solubilizing agents, preservatives, perfumes, and the like.
The cosmetic composition provided by the invention is applied to anti-aging skin care cosmetics, and preferably has anti-aging effects of moisture retention and oxidation resistance.
A cosmetic composition is prepared by mixing collagen tripeptide, grape seed extract, hydrolyzed protein, hydrolyzed rice extract and chlorella extract at a certain ratio to obtain skin care cosmetic.
A skin care cosmetic comprises the cosmetic composition provided by the invention. The skin care cosmetic prepared by the method can obviously delay cell aging and is a high-efficiency anti-aging skin care product.
In a preferred embodiment, the skin care cosmetic further comprises a cosmetic adjuvant. According to the application, common cosmetic auxiliary materials can be added according to conventional operation to prepare common water-based cosmetics, emulsion-based cosmetics, gel-based cosmetics or face-patch-type cosmetics, so that the application scene of the cosmetic composition disclosed by the invention can be expanded, and the product requirements of different forms can be met.
The invention provides a preparation method of a skin care cosmetic, which is prepared by uniformly mixing collagen tripeptide, a grape seed extract, hydrolyzed protein, a hydrolyzed rice extract and a chlorella extract according to a proportion.
In a preferred embodiment, the skin care cosmetic comprises, by weight, 5-10 parts of collagen tripeptide, 1-3 parts of grape seed extract, 1-2 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 1-2 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.5-1 part of chlorella extract, and cosmetic adjuvants, wherein the cosmetic adjuvants comprise: 40-60 parts of water, 0.1-0.5 part of carbomer, 5-15 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of propylene glycol, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05-0.2 part of xanthan gum, 0.1-0.5 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 1-5 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 1-2 parts of cocoglucoside, 1-5 parts of glyceryl stearate, 1-5 parts of PEG100 stearate, 0.5-2 parts of sucrose polystearate, 0.5-2 parts of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 1-5 parts of oleyl erucate, 1-5 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 1-5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-5 parts of vitamin E, 0.05-0.25 part of aminomethyl propanol and 0.2-1 part of phenoxyethanol.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the skin care cosmetic, which is divided into the following four types according to different properties of raw materials and process requirements:
phase A: 40-60 parts of water, 0.1-0.5 part of carbomer, 5-15 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of propylene glycol, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05-0.2 part of xanthan gum and 0.1-0.5 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate;
phase B: 1-5 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 1-2 parts of coco glucoside, 1-5 parts of glyceryl stearate, 1-5 parts of PEG100 stearate, 0.5-2 parts of sucrose polystearate, 0.5-2 parts of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 1-5 parts of oleyl erucate, 1-5 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 1-5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane and 1-5 parts of vitamin E;
and C phase: 0.05-0.25 parts of aminomethyl propanol;
phase D: 5-10 parts of collagen tripeptide, 1-3 parts of grape seed extract, 1-2 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 1-2 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract, 0.5-1 part of chlorella extract and 0.2-1 part of phenoxyethanol.
S1, stirring and heating the phase A to 80-90 ℃, uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature for 15-20 min;
s2 heating phase B to 80-85 deg.C, stirring, and maintaining the temperature for 10-15 min;
s3, mixing the water phase A and the oil phase B, homogenizing, vacuumizing, and preserving heat;
s4, cooling to about 60-70 ℃, adding the phase C, vacuumizing, and stirring;
s5 cooling to about 40-45 deg.C, adding phase D, vacuumizing, and stirring to obtain skin care cosmetic.
The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which, however, are to be construed as merely illustrative, and not limitative of the remainder of the disclosure in any way whatsoever.
Example 1
A cosmetic composition rich in collagen tripeptide comprises 5 parts of collagen tripeptide, 3 parts of grape seed extract, 1 part of hydrolyzed protein, 2 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.5 part of chlorella extract.
Example 2
A cosmetic composition rich in collagen tripeptide comprises 10 parts of collagen tripeptide, 1 part of grape seed extract, 2 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 1 part of hydrolyzed rice extract and 1 part of chlorella extract.
Example 3
A cosmetic composition rich in collagen tripeptide comprises 7 parts of collagen tripeptide, 3 parts of grape seed extract, 1.5 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 2 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.5 part of chlorella extract.
Example 4
A cosmetic composition rich in collagen tripeptide comprises 10 parts of collagen tripeptide, 2 parts of grape seed extract, 2 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 1.5 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 1 part of chlorella extract.
Example 5
A cosmetic composition rich in collagen tripeptide comprises 9 parts of collagen tripeptide, 2.5 parts of grape seed extract, 1.8 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 1.7 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.8 part of chlorella extract.

A set of cosmetic adjuvants: 30 parts of water, 1 part of carbomer, 3 parts of glycerol, 13 parts of propylene glycol, 0.05 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of xanthan gum, 0.05 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 8 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.5 part of coco glucoside, 8 parts of glyceryl stearate, 0.05 part of PEG100 stearate, 5 parts of sucrose polystearate, 0.1 part of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 8 parts of oleyl erucate, 0.5 part of isononyl isononanoate, 7 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5 part of vitamin E, 0.5 part of aminomethyl propanol and 0.05 part of phenoxyethanol.
Example 7
A set of cosmetic adjuvants: 70 parts of water, 0.05 part of carbomer, 2 parts of glycerol, 13 parts of propylene glycol, 0.05 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of xanthan gum, 0.05 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 7 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.5 part of coco glucoside, 9 parts of glyceryl stearate, 0.01 part of PEG100 stearate, 5 parts of sucrose polystearate, 0.01 part of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 8 parts of oleyl erucate, 0.5 part of isononyl isononanoate, 9 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5 part of vitamin E, 1 part of aminomethyl propanol and 0.1 part of phenoxyethanol.
Example 8
A set of cosmetic adjuvants: 40 parts of water, 0.5 part of carbomer, 5 parts of glycerol, 10 parts of propylene glycol, 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of xanthan gum, 0.1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 5 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 1 part of coco glucoside, 5 parts of glyceryl stearate, 1 part of PEG100 stearate, 2 parts of sucrose polystearate, 0.5 part of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 5 parts of oleyl erucate, 1 part of isononyl isononanoate, 5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 part of vitamin E, 0.25 part of aminomethylpropanol and 0.2 part of phenoxyethanol.
Example 9
A set of cosmetic adjuvants: 60 parts of water, 0.1 part of carbomer, 15 parts of glycerol, 5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05 part of xanthan gum, 0.5 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 1 part of cetostearyl alcohol, 2 parts of coco glucoside, 1 part of glyceryl stearate, 5 parts of PEG100 stearate, 0.5 part of sucrose polystearate, 2 parts of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 1 part of oleyl erucate, 5 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 1 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 5 parts of vitamin E, 0.05 part of aminomethylpropanol and 1 part of phenoxyethanol.
Example 10
A set of cosmetic adjuvants: 50 parts of water, 0.3 part of carbomer, 10 parts of glycerol, 8 parts of propylene glycol, 0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 part of xanthan gum, 0.3 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 3 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 1.5 parts of coco glucoside, 3 parts of glyceryl stearate, 3 parts of PEG100 stearate, 1 part of sucrose polystearate, 1 part of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 3 parts of oleyl erucate, 3 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 3 parts of vitamin E, 0.15 part of aminomethylpropanol and 0.6 part of phenoxyethanol.
Example 11
The preparation method of the skin care cosmetic comprises the following steps:
phase A: water, carbomer, glycerol, propylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate;
phase B: cetostearyl alcohol, coco glucoside, glyceryl stearate, PEG100 stearate, sucrose polystearate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, oleyl erucate, isononyl isononanoate, polydimethylsiloxane, tretinoin;
and C phase: aminomethyl propanol;
phase D: collagen tripeptide, grape seed extract, hydrolyzed protein, hydrolyzed rice extract, chlorella extract and phenoxyethanol.
S1, stirring and heating the phase A to 80-90 ℃, uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature for 15-20 min;
s2 heating phase B to 80-85 deg.C, stirring, and keeping the temperature for 10-15 min;
s3 mixing the water phase A and the oil phase B, homogenizing, vacuumizing, and keeping the temperature;
s4, cooling to about 60-70 ℃, adding the phase C, vacuumizing, and stirring;
s5 cooling to about 40-45 deg.C, adding phase D, vacuumizing, and stirring to obtain skin care cosmetic.
Comparative example 1
A cosmetic composition comprises 3 parts of collagen tripeptide, 5 parts of grape seed extract, 0.1 part of hydrolyzed protein, 5 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.1 part of chlorella extract.
Comparative example 2
A cosmetic composition comprises 14 parts of collagen tripeptide, 0.1 part of grape seed extract, 5 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 0.1 part of hydrolyzed rice extract and 5 parts of chlorella extract.
Comparative example 3
A cosmetic composition comprises 2.5 parts of grape seed extract, 1.8 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 1.7 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.8 part of chlorella extract.
Comparative example 4
A cosmetic composition comprises 9 parts of collagen tripeptide, 1.8 parts of hydrolyzed protein, 1.7 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.8 part of chlorella extract.

A cosmetic composition comprises 9 parts of collagen tripeptide, 2.5 parts of grape seed extract, 1.7 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract and 0.8 part of chlorella extract.

A cosmetic composition comprises 9 parts of collagen tripeptide, 2.5 parts of grape seed extract, 1.8 parts of hydrolyzed protein and 0.8 part of chlorella extract.

A cosmetic composition comprises 9 parts of collagen tripeptide, 2.5 parts of grape seed extract, 1.8 parts of hydrolyzed protein and 1.7 parts of hydrolyzed rice extract.
40 female volunteers (age 35-55 years, average age 42 years) were selected, tested 30min after facial skin cleansing, and subjects adhered to the skin care cosmetics prepared according to the preparation method of example 11 using the cosmetic compositions of examples 1-5 and the cosmetic compositions of comparative examples 1-7, respectively, in combination with the cosmetic adjuvants of examples 6-10 every morning and evening, were tested for facial skin moisture content when not used (blank test), after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks of use, and photographed by VISIA when 8 weeks of use, respectively.

The moisture content of facial skin (stratum corneum moisture content (C.U)) was tested using a german CK CM825 probe test, each person testing a set of data, which were statistically analyzed, with the test results shown in table 1 (significance analysis P <0.05 for all data).

Test example 2 anti-aging test
The test pieces were continuously used for 8 weeks and then examined by a VISIA instrument, and the reduction degree of the area of facial wrinkles, the number of wrinkles and the depth of wrinkles was evaluated in comparison with the results at 0 week, and the test results are shown in table 2.
