Abstract

本发明先公开了一种冷涂锌涂料,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:由5‑10份改性树脂、93‑98份高纯度锌粉、1‑3份纳米碳化硅、0.5‑1.0份防沉剂和5‑10份有机溶剂组成,还公开了一种冷涂锌涂料的制备方法。本发明所得冷涂锌涂料,粘结力更强,受外界温度、湿度的影响较小,耐候性更好。该涂料对于钢铁底材不需要酸洗、水洗,可以大大降低能耗,又可以大大减少废水废酸的处理和排放,有利于环保,是代替热浸镀锌工艺的非常理想的产品。

Description

一种冷涂锌涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于防腐涂料领域,具体涉及一种冷涂锌涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于钢结构经常受到大气、化学物质等外界因素腐蚀,一般在运行几年后便出现腐蚀现象,严重影响了铁质材料的寿命。为了延长设备的使用寿命,保证设备的安全运行,需及时对铁质材料进行防腐措施,并对防腐涂料提出高效耐久,甚至要求半永久性的保护,以延长设备使用寿命。
目前全世界约超过一半以上的钢材是通过锌的防护来实现防腐的。锌仍然是最简单、有效的防腐材料。一般采用热喷锌或镀锌等方法刷涂,部分采用防腐涂料涂刷,其存在的问题是:防腐基体处理要求高,涂膜过厚易开裂,漆膜固化时受温度、湿度影响较大,固化时间长,且大都存在耐候性差,粘结力不强的缺点,因此防腐性能普遍不理想。此外,还需要对于钢铁底材进行酸洗、水洗,废水废酸的处理和排放,不利于环保,耗能大使用成本高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种冷涂锌涂料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种冷涂锌涂料,其特征在于,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:由5-10份改性树脂、93-98份高纯度锌粉、1-3份纳米碳化硅、0.5-1.0份防沉剂和5-10份有机溶剂组成。
作为优选的方案,上述的改性树脂由以下质量份数的原料组成:5-15份异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷,5-10份丙烯酸丁脂,8-15份苯乙烯,5-15份甲基丙烯酸甲酯,30-55份二甲苯,0.3-1.0份过氧化苯甲酰。
作为优选的方案,上述的防沉剂为MONORAL 3300。
作为优选的方案,上述的有机溶剂为二甲苯。
本发明还提供了上述的改性树脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将5-15份的异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷、5-10份的丙烯酸丁酯、8-15份的苯乙烯、5-15份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和30-55份二甲苯投入釜中,釜内通氮气,加热升温至80-90℃,边搅拌, 边滴加0.3-1.0份过氧化苯甲酰,滴加完后保持恒温3.5小时,然后降温,过滤备用。
本发明还提供了一种冷涂锌涂料的制备方法,将5-10份改性树脂加入釜内,搅拌下加入93-98份的高纯度锌粉和1-3份纳米碳化硅,搅拌均匀后,加入0.5-1.0份防沉剂、5-10份二甲苯,高速分散均匀,过滤包装,制成冷涂锌涂料。
本发明的有益效果:从改性树脂的制备开始,制得了含锌量高的冷镀锌涂层,提高了重防腐涂料的防腐性能,涂料的粘结力更强,受外界温度、湿度的影响较小,耐候性更好。该涂料对于钢铁底材不需要酸洗、水洗,可以大大降低能耗,又可以大大减少废水废酸的处理和排放,有利于环保,是代替热浸镀锌工艺的非常理想的产品。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
一种改性树脂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:将10份的异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷,8份的丙烯酸丁酯、10份的苯乙烯、10份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯投入釜中,釜内通氮气,加热升温,边搅拌,边滴加0.5份过氧化苯甲酰,滴加完后保持恒温3.5小时,然后降温,加入8份二甲苯,过滤包装。
一种冷涂锌涂料,其制备方法包括如下步骤:将上述的改性树脂8份加入釜内,搅拌下加入96份的高纯度锌粉、纳米碳化硅1份、搅拌均匀后,加入MONORAL 3300 1.0份、二甲苯8份,高速分散均匀,过滤包装。
实施例2
一种改性树脂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:将5份的异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷,10份的丙烯酸丁酯、8份的苯乙烯、15份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯投入釜中,釜内通氮气,加热升温,边搅拌,边滴加1份过氧化苯甲酰,滴加完后保持恒温3.5小时,然后降温,加入30份二甲苯,过滤包装。
一种冷涂锌涂料,其制备方法包括如下步骤:将上述的改性树脂5份加入釜内,搅拌下加入98份的高纯度锌粉、纳米碳化硅2份、搅拌均匀后,加入MONORAL 3300 0.5份、二甲苯5份,高速分散均匀,过滤包装。
实施例3
一种改性树脂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:将15份的异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷,5份的丙烯酸丁酯、15份的苯乙烯、5份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯投入釜中,釜内通氮气,加热升温,边搅拌,边滴加0.3份过氧化苯甲酰,滴加完后保持恒温3.5小时,然后降温,加入55份二甲苯,过滤包装。
一种冷涂锌涂料,其制备方法包括如下步骤:将上述的改性树脂10份加入釜内,搅拌下加入93份的高纯度锌粉、纳米碳化硅3份、搅拌均匀后,加入MONORAL 3300 0.5份、二甲苯10份,高速分散均匀,过滤包装。
应用本发明的实施例1-3制备的冷涂锌涂料,测试性能结果如下:

由上述的测试结果,可以看出,应用本发明制得的冷涂锌涂料的柔韧性、附着力和抗冲击强度都很好,得到的涂料的耐盐雾性更好。除此,对基体表面的预处理要求不是很高,因此施工工艺简单,不需要酸洗,没有废水、废酸产生,节能环保,是今后取代热镀锌的非常理想的产品。
以上仅以较佳实施例公开了本发明,然其并非用以限制本发明,凡采用等同替换或者等效变换方式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种冷涂锌涂料,其特征在于,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:由5-10份改性树脂、93-98份高纯度锌粉、1-3份纳米碳化硅、0.5-1.0份防沉剂和5-10份有机溶剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷涂锌涂料,其特征在于,所述的改性树脂由以下质量份数的原料组成:5-15份异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷,5-10份丙烯酸丁脂,8-15份苯乙烯,5-15份甲基丙烯酸甲酯,30-55份二甲苯,0.3-1.0份过氧化苯甲酰。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冷涂锌涂料,其特征在于,所述的防沉剂为MONORAL3300。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种冷涂锌涂料,其特征在于,所述的有机溶剂为二甲苯。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的一种冷涂锌涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的改性树脂包括以下制备步骤:将5-15份的异丁烯三乙氧基硅烷、5-10份的丙烯酸丁酯、8-15份的苯乙烯、5-15份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和30-55份二甲苯投入釜中,釜内通氮气,加热升温至80-90℃,边搅拌, 边滴加0.3-1.0份过氧化苯甲酰,滴加完后保持恒温3.5小时,然后降温,过滤备用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种冷涂锌涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,将5-10份改性树脂加入釜内,搅拌下加入93-98份的高纯度锌粉和1-3份纳米碳化硅,搅拌均匀后,加入0.5-1.0份防沉剂、5-10份二甲苯,高速分散均匀,过滤包装,制成冷涂锌涂料。
