技术领域
本发明涉及一种酒瓶坯料,具体涉及一种红泥精细瓷酒瓶坯料及采用该坯料制作酒瓶的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,市面上的白酒酒瓶只能承装固定度数的白酒,消费者在购买时只能购买一个固定度数的白酒,这就导致在与他人喝酒时,不能满足他人对白酒度数的要求。基于上述原因,申请人设计了一种呈紫红色的酒瓶,该酒瓶(包括酒瓶瓶身和瓶头,所述瓶头盖在酒瓶的瓶口上,由具有空腔的盛酒体和一个与酒瓶的瓶口相配合的连接筒组成,所述连接筒与盛酒体的空腔相联通;在酒瓶瓶口上设有一个锁眼,在连接筒上周均匀设有三个与锁眼相扣合的开口。采用上述酒瓶后,可在酒瓶内和瓶头内分别装入不同度数的白酒,这样,同一个酒瓶就同时具有两种不同度数的白酒,也可以将瓶头内的白酒与酒瓶内的白酒按一定比例混合后得到两种度数以外的白酒度数,以满足不同消费者的需求。
另外传统陶瓷采用的长石-石英-高岭土三元配方体系,瓷坯结构组成为玻璃相50-60%、莫来石相10-20%、残余石英相8-12%、半安定方石英相6-10%。普通日用陶瓷烧结技术其配方为长石25-15%、石英17-22%、高岭土65-55%。烧成工艺普遍采用梭式窑或隧道窑,烧后为亮光瓷器,原料贵,成本高,烧成周期相对较长,产量低、没有传统陶器的质感。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何提供一种外观质感属于陶器,检测指标属于瓷器、釉面优良、无光或亚光状、原料成本低的红泥精细瓷酒瓶坯料及采用该坯料制作酒瓶的制备工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种红泥精细瓷酒瓶坯料,其特征在于,坯料含有以下重量百分比的组分:第一红泥40-55%;第二红泥60-45%。
坯料中的第一红泥和第二红泥中均含有三氧化二铁成分,使得烧制后的粗胚直接呈砖红色,进而能够有效减小釉料的配制难度,并减少了釉料中红色颜料的加入。
进一步的,所述第一红泥中各组分及所占重量百分比为:AL2O3:15-20%;Fe2O3:4-7.5%;CaO:0.01-0.4%;MgO:0.2-0.9%;K2O:1.5-2.5%;Na2O:0-1%;IL:4-7%,余量为SiO2%。原料中三氧化二铁的含量较高,采用上述红泥作为坯料的其中一种原料后,可使得烧制后的坯料呈砖红色,从而可减少红色化学颜料的加入。将上述第一红泥用于坯料中后,可增加陶瓷坯泥的可塑性;同时,红泥能够使注浆泥料具有一定的悬浮性与稳定性,并使坯料具有一定的干燥强度,有利于坯体的成型加工;第一红泥中的三氧化二铝含量决定坯体的烧结程度、烧结温度和软化温度;红泥是形成产品主体结构和莫来石晶体的主要来源,莫来石晶体能赋予瓷器良好的机械强度、介电性能、热稳定性和化学稳定性。

进一步的,所述外釉的具体配比为:长石:30-40%,方解石:20-30%,白云石:1-5%,三氧化二铝粉:0-5%,煅烧高岭土:10-20%,高岭土:5-15%,石英3-15%,硅灰石:0-10%,色基:5-25%。本申请中石英含有二氧化硅,而二氧化硅是生成玻璃的主要组分;长石在釉料中是形成玻璃相的主要成分,是碱金属氧化物的主要来源,能够提高机械强度与化学稳定性,提高瓷器的透光度;高岭土使釉料具有悬浮性与稳定性,这是陶瓷釉料所必备的性质;高岭土中的三氧化二铝以及工业用三氧化二铝决定釉料的烧成温度与软化温度;方解石、白云石、硅灰石、熔块在釉料中起熔剂作用;白云石能提高釉的热稳定性能;使用一定比例的硅灰石,确保釉面不会因析出气体而产生釉泡和针孔;煅烧高岭土提供釉料所需的二氧化硅与三氧化二铝;色基的作用是调制所需的颜色。
进一步的,S4中,对瓶身主体瓶头主体注浆成型时,注浆成型时浆料的含水率为29-36%;瓶口连接座、瓶口、连接筒安装座和连接筒滚压成型时,滚压成型时浆料的含水率为19-24%。注浆成型的水分控制大小以泥浆具有一定的流动性和稳定性,满足成型要求为前提。滚压成型泥料的含水量与产品的形状大小有关,本发明涉及的是压制小产品,泥料水分可高些。当滚压头转速快时,泥料水分不宜太高,否则易粘滚头,甚至飞泥。
进一步的,S6中,粘接料采用如下成分制备:红泥精细瓷注浆料:75-100%,内釉釉料:0-25%,粘接剂4-15%;所述注浆料为S4中的注浆料。粘接是将各自成型好的部件用粘接泥浆粘在一起。是制造不能一体成型的坯体所必须的工序。粘接时掌握好各部件的水分大体一致,并有适当的强度不易变形,粘接时注意位置正确,粘后表面光滑。注浆料由于具有可缩性,所以具有粘接效果,加入一定比例的釉料为防止注浆粘接料在收缩中易开裂问题,引入粘接剂一方面利于生产操作,一方面增强粘接料的粘性。
进一步的,在灌内釉前,需在瓶口和连接筒内插有一个防溅套筒,所述防溅套筒的外侧与瓶口上端齐平或伸出瓶口外。这样,在向瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚内灌内釉时,釉料不会喷溅到瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚外,减少了对喷溅釉料的搽除工序。
进一步的,本发明素烧、釉烧与彩烧均选用了辊道窑无匣快速烧成技术。对瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚素烧时,采用辊道窑明焰无匣烧制,素烧的温度为900-950℃,烧成周期3-4小时;对浸外釉后的瓶身釉胚和瓶头釉胚烧制时的温度为1180-1230℃,烧成周期为5-5.5小时;对浸外釉后的瓶身釉胚和瓶头釉胚彩烤时,彩烤温度为700-800℃,烧成周期3-4小时。这样,本发明采用了辊道窑无匣快速烧成技术,辊道窑属中空窑,窑截面较小,窑内阻力小,压降也小,窑内正负压都不大,没有了窑车吸热,也没有了车下漏风,加上辊棒上下能同时加热,不存在上下有温差,窑内温度均匀,适合快速烧成。机械化﹑自动化程度高,不仅降低了工人的劳动强度,还保证了产品质量的稳定。占地面积小,结构简单﹑大大提高了全公司的生产率,见效快,经济效益高。由于辊道窑优质﹑高产﹑低消耗的先进窑型,辊道窑的选用有效的避免了因红泥颗粒细、泥浆触变性大、干燥收缩大,产品易开裂以及烧后易变形的缺陷,成功实施了单一原料生产酒瓶容器瓷。
与现有技术相比,本发明得到的红泥精细瓷酒瓶坯料及采用该坯料制作酒瓶的制备工艺具有如下优点:
1、利用红泥单一原料的特殊性能,即利用红泥主要由水云母、高岭石、蒙脱石、石英及长石所组成的砂质粘土特性进行单一原料成型与烧成。
2、坯料、釉料配方合理,成本低。
3、利用快速明焰辊道窑窑内几乎无温差,传热速率与传热效率大,即保证产量与质量,又降低能耗的优点,为坯料快速烧成提供了条件。
4、本发明采用了低温素烧和高温釉烧、氧化气氛烧成,产品精度高,无渗漏,吸水率<0.5%,热稳定性好(180-20℃热交换一次不裂,满足GB/T3532-2009标准),釉面细腻柔和无针孔。
5、烧成范围宽,烧成周期短。辊道窑氧化气氛烧成:低温素烧温度900-950℃,烧成周期3-4小时,高温釉烧温度1180-1230℃,烧成周期5-5.5小时;彩烧温度700-800℃,烧成周期3-4小时。
6、采用红泥单一原料制备坯料,烧后无光状陶器质感,工艺简单易操作、产量大,能在陶瓷行业得到广泛应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例:
本实施例提供的红泥精细瓷酒瓶坯料及采用该坯料制作酒瓶的制备工艺,具体的,坯料由第一红泥和第二红泥两种组分组成。其中,上述胚料中第一红泥和第二红泥的重量百分比参见表1。

红泥精细瓷陶瓷酒瓶的制备工艺包括如下步骤:S1,按照上述坯料的重量百分比进行配料,并将原料均匀混合;S2,将S1中混合后的原料放入球磨机球磨,然后将球磨后的球磨浆放入池中与下池料混合过筛,得到过筛后的浆料;S3,将S2中过筛后的浆料压滤脱水,进行榨泥,得到含水率为19-24%的泥饼,然后将泥饼放入浆池中再次化浆,练泥;S4,根据酒瓶和瓶头的形状,将酒瓶和瓶头分别分段造型,其中酒瓶瓶身分为瓶口连接座、瓶身主体和瓶口(如图1所示),瓶头分为连接筒、连接筒安装座和瓶头主体(如图2所示),所述瓶身主体和瓶头主体采用注浆成型,瓶口连接座、瓶口、连接筒安装座和连接筒采用滚压成型;S5,将S4中制备成型的瓶口和连接筒分别放在打孔机上进行冲孔;S6,制备粘接料并将瓶口连接座和瓶身主体粘接后将瓶口粘接在瓶口连接座上,将连接筒安装座和瓶头主体粘接后再将连接筒粘接在瓶头主体上,得到瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚;S7,将瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚分别进行自然干燥、烘烤、洗坯、烘烤和素烧,素烧时,采用辊道窑明焰无匣烧制,素烧的温度为900-950℃,烧成周期3-4小时;S8,配制酒瓶的内釉,并将釉料置于喷釉机的料桶内,然后将S7中处理后的瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚分别放在喷釉机上进行灌内釉;S9,;在配釉池内配制外釉,并将S8中灌内釉后的瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚放入配釉池内浸外釉,得到瓶身釉胚和瓶头釉胚;S10,将浸外釉后的瓶身釉胚和瓶头釉胚分别放入快烧辊道窑中进行烧制,烧制时(釉烧)的温度为1180-1230℃,烧成周期5-5.5小时;然后釉上彩装饰、彩烤、拣选包装,彩烤温度为700-800℃,烧成周期3-4小时。

S4中,对瓶身主体瓶头主体注浆成型时,其浆料的含水率为29-36%;瓶口连接座、瓶口、连接筒安装座和连接筒滚压成型时,其浆料的含水率为19-24%。
S6中,粘接料采用如下成分制备:红泥精细瓷注浆料:75-100%,内釉釉料:15%,粘接剂6%;所述注浆料为S4中的注浆料。
另外,为了防止内釉喷溅到瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚外,在灌内釉前,需在瓶口和连接筒内插有一个防溅套筒,所述防溅套筒的外侧与瓶口上端齐平或伸出瓶口外。
在包装时,需将瓶身的瓶口对准瓶头的连接筒后,将瓶口处冲孔位置对准连接筒冲孔位置,使瓶口与连接筒相接。从而防止瓶身与瓶口碰撞后产生破损。
本发明充分利用红泥的优良特性(主要由水云母、高岭石、蒙脱石、石英及长石所组成的粘土),解决坯釉料配方与成型、干燥和明焰烧成工艺。第一:就近采用当地优质的两种红泥原矿,与高岭土、膨润土相比,Al2O3含量较低,SiO2、Fe2O3含量较高,可单独成瓷。第二:由于红泥溶于水,其颗粒细,注浆料触变性大,为满足生产,采用了单一强稀释剂进行化浆,解决了成型困难的问题。第三:由于注浆料颗粒间包围的水分子多,故其干燥收缩高,产品收缩状态易开裂,采用自然干燥与加盖干燥的办法解决了干燥开裂的难题。第四:红泥石英、云母含量较丰,窑温敏感,烧成温度偏低,收缩比稍大,干、湿度控制较难,利用无匣辊道窑基本无温差,气氛稳定,烧成温度在1200℃左右的状态解决了产品的生产瓶颈。
本发明属于一种陶瓷新材质及陶瓷制造新领域,利用红泥作为坯体中的原料,采用注浆与滚压成型相结合以及多次粘接工艺,在快速明焰辊道窑低温素烧、高温釉烧氧化气氛条件下烧成后釉面细腻、柔和、无光状,产品精度高、无渗漏、耐急冷急热性能好、不变形。工艺简单易操作、产量大、节能,能在陶瓷行业得到广泛应用。
最后需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制技术方案,尽管申请人参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,那些对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本技术方案的宗旨和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (10)

1.一种红泥精细瓷酒瓶坯料,其特征在于,坯料含有以下重量百分比的组分:第一红泥40-55%;第二红泥60-45%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红泥精细瓷酒瓶坯料,其特征在于,所述第一红泥中各组分及所占重量百分比为:AL2O3:15-20%;Fe2O3:4-7.5%;CaO:0.01-0.4%;MgO:0.2-0.9%;K2O:1.5-2.5%;Na2O:0-1%;IL:4-7%;余量为SiO2
3.根据权利要求1所述的红泥精细瓷酒瓶坯料,其特征在于,所述第二红泥中各组分及所占重量百分比为:AL2O3%:16.4-19%;Fe2O3:3.9-5.7%;CaO:0.02-0.28%;MgO:0.5-0.9%;K2O:1.2-2.1%;Na2O:0-1.2%;IL:4-6.5%;余量为SiO2
4.一种红泥精细瓷酒瓶坯料制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1,按照权利要求1中坯料的重量百分比进行配料,并将原料均匀混合;S2,将S1中混合后的原料放入球磨机球磨,然后将球磨后的球磨浆放入池中与下池料混合过筛,得到过筛后的浆料;S3,将S2中过筛后的浆料压滤脱水,进行榨泥,得到含水率为19-24%的泥饼,然后将泥饼放入浆池中再次化浆,练泥;S4,根据酒瓶和瓶头的形状,将酒瓶和瓶头分别分段造型,其中酒瓶瓶身分为瓶口连接座、瓶身主体和瓶口,瓶头分为连接筒、连接筒安装座和瓶头主体,所述瓶身主体和瓶头主体采用注浆成型,瓶口连接座、瓶口、连接筒安装座和连接筒采用滚压成型;S5,将S4中制备成型的瓶口和连接筒分别放在打孔机上进行冲孔;S6,制备粘接料并将瓶口连接座和瓶身主体粘接后将瓶口粘接在瓶口连接座上,将连接筒安装座和瓶头主体粘接后再将连接筒粘接在瓶头主体上,得到瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚;S7,将瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚分别进行自然干燥、烘烤、洗坯、烘烤和素烧;S8,配制酒瓶的内釉,并将釉料置于喷釉机的料桶内,然后将S7中处理后的瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚分别放在喷釉机上进行灌内釉;S9,;在配釉池内配制外釉,并将S8中灌内釉后的瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚放入配釉池内浸外釉,得到瓶身釉胚和瓶头釉胚;S10,将浸外釉后的瓶身釉胚和瓶头釉胚放入快烧辊道窑中进行烧制,然后釉上彩装饰、彩烤、拣选包装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的红泥精细瓷酒瓶的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述内釉的具体配比为:长石:20-30%;方解石:10-15%;白云石:5-10%,三氧化二铝:1-10%;高岭土:8-12%;石英:20-30%;硅灰石:5-10%;熔块:5-15%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的红泥精细瓷酒瓶的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述外釉的具体配比为:长石:30-40%,方解石:20-30%,白云石:1-5%,三氧化二铝粉:0-5%,煅烧高岭土:10-20%,高岭土:5-15%,石英3-15%,硅灰石:0-10%,色基:5-25%。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的红泥精细瓷酒瓶的制备工艺,其特征在于,S4中,对瓶身主体瓶头主体注浆成型时,注浆成型时的含水率为29-36%;瓶口连接座、瓶口、连接筒安装座和连接筒滚压成型时,滚压成型时的含水率为19-24%。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的红泥精细瓷酒瓶的制备工艺,其特征在于,S6中,粘接料采用如下成分制备:红泥精细瓷注浆料:75-100%,内釉釉料:0-25%,粘接剂4-15%;所述注浆料为S4中的注浆料。
9.根据权利要求5或6所述的红泥精细瓷酒瓶的制备工艺,其特征在于,在灌内釉前,需在瓶口和连接筒内插有一个防溅套筒,所述防溅套筒的外侧与瓶口上端齐平或伸出瓶口外。
10.根据权利要求5或6所述的红泥精细瓷酒瓶的制备工艺,其特征在于,对瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚烘烤时,采用辊道窑明焰无匣烧制;对瓶身粗胚和瓶头粗胚素烧时,素烧的温度为900-950℃,烧成周期3-4小时;对浸外釉后的瓶身釉胚和瓶头釉胚烧制时的温度为1180-1230℃,烧成周期为5-5.5小时;对浸外釉后的瓶身釉胚和瓶头釉胚彩烤时,彩烤温度为700-800℃,烧成周期3-4小时。
