背景技术
随着新能源汽车的兴起,越来越多的电动汽车进入到汽车市场,新能源汽车的特点是环保节能且无污染,但是由于新能源汽车完全依靠电池驱动,其耐久性是有限的,目前市场上的新能源汽车续航能力有限,为了增加新能源汽车的续航能力,一般选用油电混合动力驱动,通过油电混合动力的驱动可以解决电池耗尽时的续航,但是由于电池驱动和发动机驱动之间的动力输出需要进行转换,其转换方式也是比较困难的,因此有意设计一种混合动力的切换系统改善上述问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种混合动力的切换系统,能够克服现有技术的上述缺陷,从而提高设备的实用性。

整个装置的机械动作的顺序 :
1、工作时,向下按压所述转动盘12,带动所述控制轴14向下移动,使得所述上锥齿轮16与所述主锥齿轮45啮合,转动所述转动盘12,带动所述控制轴14转动,从而带动所述上锥齿轮16转动,从而带动所述主锥齿轮45转动,从而带动所述横轴18转动,从而带动所述位移齿轮17转动,从而带动所述齿条19移动,从而带动所述短板21移动,从而带动所述下推板22转动,从而带动所述左推板29向左移动,从而带动所述左移动齿轮27向左移动,从而使得所述左移动齿轮27不再啮合所述左齿轮35,此时所述发动机25为整个装置提供动力输出。
2、反转所述转动盘12,带动所述控制轴14转动,从而带动所述上锥齿轮16转动,从而带动所述主锥齿轮45转动,从而带动所述横轴18转动,从而带动所述位移齿轮17转动,从而带动所述齿条19向右移动,从而带动所述短板21向右移动,从而带动所述下推板22向右移动,从而带动所述右推板30向右移动,从而带动所述右轴套33向右移动,从而带动所述右移动齿轮31向右移动,从而带动所述右移动齿轮31不再啮合所述右齿轮34,此时所述左滑板55在所述左弹簧57的作用力下向右移动,带动所述左推板29向右移动,从而带动所述左轴套28向右移动,从而带动所述左移动齿轮27向右移动,从而使得所述左移动齿轮27与所述左齿轮35重新啮合,此时所述电池驱动器24为整个装置提供动力输出。
3、初始状态下,所述电池驱动器24与所述发动机25均为整个装置提供动力,当所述电池驱动器24失去动力后,启动所述内电机47,带动所述内输出轴48转动,使得所述扇形锥齿轮49与所述前锥齿轮50啮合,从而带动所述横轴18转动,从而控制所述发动机25提供动力,当所述发动机25失去动力时,反转所述内电机47,带动所述内输出轴48转动,使得所述扇形锥齿轮49与所述后锥齿轮52啮合,从而带动所述后锥齿轮52转动,从而带动所述下锥齿轮53转动,从而带动所述前锥齿轮50转动,从而带动所述横轴18转动,从而控制所述电池驱动器24为整个装置提供动力输出。

1.一种混合动力的切换系统,包括机身,其特征在于:所述机身内设有上腔,所述上腔下方设有中腔,所述中腔内左壁固定连接有电池驱动器,所述中腔右壁固定连接有发动机,所述中腔下方设有下腔,所述上腔后方设有后腔,所述后腔内固定连接有用于动力切换的内电机,所述机身上方设有可以转动的转动盘;所述上腔下壁滑动连接有齿条,所述上腔和所述中腔之间通过中孔连通,所述齿条固定连接有贯穿所述中孔的短板,所述短板下端固定连接有与所述中腔上壁滑动连接的下推板,所述中孔左侧设有至于所述中腔上壁内的左滑槽,所述中孔右侧设有至于所述中腔上壁内的右滑槽;所述电池驱动器动力连接有左输出轴,所述左输出轴花键连接有左轴套,所述左轴套固定连接有左移动齿轮,所述左移动齿轮啮合有左齿轮,所述左齿轮固定连接有与所述中腔内壁转动连接的下横轴,所述下横轴固定连接有第一锥齿轮和右齿轮;所述发动机动力连接有右输出轴,所述右输出轴花键连接有右轴套,所述右轴套固定连接有与所述右齿轮啮合的右移动齿轮;所述左滑槽内滑动连接有左滑板,所述左滑板左端固定连接有左弹簧,所述左滑板固定连接有左推板,所述左轴套与所述左推板转动连接;所述右滑槽内滑动连接有右滑板,所述右滑板右端固定连接有右弹簧,所述右滑板固定连接有右推板,所述右轴套与所述右推板转动连接;所述内电机动力连接有内输出轴,所述内输出轴固定连接有扇形锥齿轮;所述后腔内壁转动连接有后轴,所述后轴固定连接有后锥齿轮,所述后锥齿轮啮合有下锥齿轮,所述下锥齿轮固定连接有与所述后腔内壁转动连接的下轴,所述下锥齿轮啮合有前锥齿轮,所述前锥齿轮固定连接有与所述后腔前壁转动连接的横轴,所述横轴延伸到所述上腔内并且固定连接有主锥齿轮,所述横轴固定连接有与所述齿条啮合的位移齿轮;所述上腔上壁转动连接有轴套,所述轴套花键连接有与所述转动盘固定连接的控制轴,所述转动盘下端固定连接有上弹簧,所述控制轴下端固定连接有上锥齿轮;所述第一锥齿轮啮合有第二锥齿轮,所述第二锥齿轮固定连接有与所述中腔下壁转动连接的短竖轴,所述短竖轴延伸到所述下腔内并且固定连接有第三锥齿轮,所述第三锥齿轮啮合有第四锥齿轮,所述第四锥齿轮固定连接有与所述下腔内壁转动连接的转动轴,所述转动轴两端固定连接有轮。
