Abstract
本发明涉及滚子挺杆,特别是用于高压燃料泵的滚子挺杆,该滚子挺杆在壳体容纳部中沿其纵轴线的方向导引并且通过凸轮轴的凸轮以能朝着纵向方向移动的方式被驱动,该滚子挺杆带有挺杆主体,挺杆主体具有挺杆裙部、泵活塞靠置部(9)和以能转动的方式支承的滚子(4),滚子挺杆通过该滚子支撑在凸轮轴上,其中,滚子本体具有支承在壳体容纳部中的导向柱(1),滚子(4)支撑在该导向柱上,并且挺杆主体具备带有泵活塞靠置部(9)的杯形的套筒(7),该套筒借助径向环(8)布置在导向柱(1)内,以及在导向柱(1)中在径向环支撑区域内加工有柱形的缩颈部(5)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于高压燃料泵的多件式的滚子挺杆,其在壳体容纳部中沿其纵轴线的方向导引并且通过凸轮轴的凸轮以能沿纵向方向移动的方式被驱动,该滚子挺杆带有挺杆主体,挺杆主体具有挺杆裙部、泵活塞靠置部和以能转动的方式支承的滚子,滚子挺杆通过该滚子支撑在凸轮轴上。
背景技术
由DE 10 2012 223 413已知这种滚子挺杆。该滚子挺杆构造成一体式的单元,其对应于特定的高压燃料泵地设计。若在凸轮轴和泵单元之间的间距变化,那么必须制造有其它尺寸的挺杆。这也适用于挺杆裙部的延长部。但这种修改方案是成本高昂的。
此外由文献DE 25 40 061 A1、AT 515 737 A1、US 9 556 754 B2、EP 0 767 291A1、US 3 108 580 A和DE 41 28 813 A1已知多件式的滚子挺杆,多件式的滚子挺杆都具有尽可能空心圆柱形的导向柱,该导向柱在轴向端侧具有用于在驱动轴上运转的滚子以及紧固在导向柱中的杯形的套筒,套筒在远离滚子处具有用于泵活塞的靠置面。这些已知的导向柱中的一些导向柱在其径向外周侧面上具有柱形的缩颈部,使得为了避免这个缩颈区域的变形,将杯形的套筒在导向套筒中的紧固要么在所述缩颈部的轴向外部进行,要么使导向套筒的壁厚足够大,从而例如杯形的套筒的压入不会导致各自的导向柱的外周侧面的尺寸或几何形状发生改变。但相对较大的壁厚会导致滚子挺杆的有待运动的质量变大,这被判断为是不利的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提出一种多件式的滚子挺杆,该滚子挺杆被构造为使得在将杯形的套筒紧固在其导向柱中时不会出现导向柱的外部几何形状和外部尺寸的不利的改变。此外,滚子挺杆应当能与不同的结构长度和在凸轮轴与泵元件之间的间距相匹配。此外,滚子挺杆还应当能与热变形和构件引起的变形无关地配合精确地在壳体容纳部中导引。
在上述滚子挺杆中,该技术问题由以下方式解决,即,滚子本体具有支承在壳体容纳部中的导向柱,滚子支撑在该导向柱上;挺杆主体具备带有泵活塞靠置部的杯形的套筒,该套筒布置在导向柱内;套筒在其轴向的端部之间具有径向向外取向的径向环;导向柱具有柱形的缩颈部;在导向柱的缩颈部内压制有缩颈槽;以及杯形的套筒的径向环紧固在缩颈槽的内周侧面上。
通过这种结构设计在柱形的缩颈部内设有缩颈槽,缩颈槽还进一步朝着杯形的套筒的方向向内伸并且也向内压制。这种缩颈槽的优点在于,仅须在导向柱的内部精细地加工一个狭窄的周侧面区域,因此径向环具有正确的配合。缩颈部不仅在长度从滚子仅延伸至径向环的边缘的导向柱中是重要的,而且在导向柱具有另一个背对滚子的缸部时也是重要的。
因此杯形的套筒能毫无问题地紧固在导向柱的内周侧面上,而不会存在如下的风险,即,导向柱的柱形的缩颈部由于紧固过程而在其几何形状和其尺寸方面受到影响。这通过在导向柱的柱形的缩颈部的区域内的所提及的缩颈槽的构造实现,在该缩颈部的内周侧面上紧固有杯形的套筒。倘若在此出现了塑性变形,那么这种塑性变形仅出现在缩颈槽的区域内,但不会出现在导向柱的柱形的缩颈部中或甚至其其余的周侧面中。
因此在导向柱中圆柱形的缩颈部具有如下的优点,即,导向柱在这个区域内的膨胀基于径向环在导向柱内的支撑、特别是基于压紧连接而保持在导向柱的外部程度内,因而在壳体容纳部中不会有提高的摩擦并且也不会夹紧导向柱。通过缩颈部使得膨胀是可能的,但不会超过周侧面。缩颈部因此应当具有如下的深度和如下样的轴向延伸长度,即,使得扩张处在导向柱的其余的(多个)侧表面内。在此也可以考虑到相应的构件刚性和压紧配合的所需的重合套准。缩颈部可以有利地借助滚压来制造。
滚子挺杆通过其两件式的设计方案在挺杆长度方面是可变的并且在导向柱方面也是可变的,导向柱于是也可以与相应的挺杆长度相匹配。

具体实施方式
在图1至3中用附图标记1标注导向柱,销2铰接在该导向柱上,销支撑支承套筒3并且这个支承套筒又支撑滚子4。导向柱1在其周侧面区域内具有缩颈部5,该缩颈部优选被滚花。在缩颈部中还加工有缩颈槽6,该缩颈槽被压制或同样被滚花并且因此也向内伸展。在导向柱1中装入有杯形的套筒7,该套筒除了在滚子4的区域内纵向支撑在导向柱1上外还具有径向环8,该径向环用其外面配合精确地与缩颈槽6的精加工的内周侧面配合。杯形的套筒7还在其背对滚子4的端部上具有泵活塞靠置部9,这样来设计该泵活塞靠置部的造型和强度,使得该泵活塞靠置部与用于泵活塞的力相匹配。径向环8可以压入、焊接、粘接或以其它方式紧固在缩颈槽6的内周侧面中。通过缩颈部5并且结合径向环8在缩颈槽6上的支撑来这样吸收构件变形,使得缩颈部5保留在导向柱1的周侧面内。

Claims (3)
1.用于高压燃料泵的多件式的滚子挺杆,所述滚子挺杆在壳体容纳部中沿滚子挺杆的纵轴线的方向被导引并且通过凸轮轴的凸轮以能沿着纵向方向移动的方式被驱动,所述滚子挺杆带有挺杆主体,所述挺杆主体具有挺杆裙部、泵活塞靠置部(9)和以能转动的方式支承的滚子(4),滚子挺杆通过所述滚子支撑在凸轮轴上,其特征在于,
所述挺杆主体具有支承在壳体容纳部中的导向柱(1),滚子(4)支撑在所述导向柱上,
挺杆主体具备带有泵活塞靠置部(9)的杯形的套筒(7),所述套筒布置在导向柱(1)内,
所述套筒(7)在其轴向的端部之间具有径向向外取向的径向环(8),
所述导向柱(1)具有柱形的缩颈部(5),
在所述导向柱(1)的缩颈部(5)内压制有缩颈槽(6),
以及杯形的套筒(7)的径向环(8)紧固在缩颈槽(6)的内周侧面上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的滚子挺杆,其特征在于,所述缩颈部(5)具有如下的深度和如下的轴向延伸长度,即,使得基于所述径向环(8)在所述导向柱(1)上的支撑、特别是基于压紧连接和/或基于热影响而发生的该区域的扩张保持布置在所述导向柱(1)的其余的周侧面内。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的滚子挺杆,其特征在于,在所述缩颈部(5)内压制有缩颈槽(6)。
