Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的起动装置。
背景技术
从DE 198 02 418A1中已知一种用于内燃机的起动装置,其中在中空轴内设置一个安全元件,该中空轴是自由轮机构的外部零件的一部分。这具有这样的缺点:安全元件可能由于外部零件和安全元件之间的相对的转动和平动而磨损并且由此从槽中跳出。那时安全元件不再起作用。
发明内容
根据主权利要求的起动装置具有这样的优点:中空轴和小齿轮柄之间的相对运动受到限制,因此能够显著减小安全元件的磨损。
其他的优点从说明书和从属权利要求中给出。

具体实施方式
图1示意示出起动装置10的部分纵剖视图。以公知的方式设有一个可围绕转动点13摆动的叉形杆16,它与啮合传动装置19的朝向起动电动机的一端接合。啮合传动装置19通过摆动运动在图中可向左朝内燃机的未图示的齿环运动。
啮合传动装置19的零件是带有夹辊28和内环31的自由轮机构25的随动件22,内环31是中空轴34的一部分。中空轴34在它的内周上以内直齿35与小齿轮柄37和它的外直齿38构成轴毂连接结构40,该轴毂连接结构例如作为直齿啮合的花键轴连接结构实现。在啮合传动装置19前后移动时,小齿轮柄37在从动轴43上滑动。
图2示出中空轴34和小齿轮柄37的横剖面。可以清楚地看到带有内直齿35与外直齿38的轴毂连接结构40。
图3示出带有小齿轮元件43的中空轴34,小齿轮元件43具有小齿轮柄37,小齿轮柄的柄轴线46沿着在小齿轮柄的移动方向。小齿轮柄37插入中空轴34中。在凸缘49和端面52之间设置一个作为螺旋弹簧实现的弹簧55。这样小齿轮元件43和中空轴34相互弹性支撑。中空轴34的朝向小齿轮58的一个部分61突出并覆盖在弹簧55之上,由此保护弹簧55,并且在小齿轮58靠在齿环上时(齿碰齿的位置)以朝向凸缘49的末端64用作凸缘49的止挡。
在中空轴34的背离小齿轮58的末端67处,中空轴34具有背离小齿轮元件43的端面70。小齿轮柄37在端面70后面从中空轴34伸出。在小齿轮柄37的一端和端面70之间,小齿轮柄37具有一个环绕的槽73,在该槽内设置一个作为涨圈实现的间接固定的安全元件76。中空轴34在安全元件76的径向之外具有圆筒形的扩口部79,该扩口部延伸直到中空轴34的末端。间接固定以如下方式实现:作为安全元件76的固定装置,在安全元件76的径向之外设置套筒82,并且以压配合安装在中空轴34内的该套筒82防止安全元件76在离心力负荷下发生不允许的扩张。这样,由中空轴34和小齿轮柄37组成的联合体即使在高转速的情况下也能保持不变。
小齿轮柄37相对于中空轴34的轴向移动性通过安全元件76受到限制,该安全元件通过(套筒82的)压配合间接地固定在中空轴34内。
根据图4的第二实施例相对于第一实施例的本质的改变之处或者说不同之处在于,套筒82具有一个与安全元件76的后面相切的部分85。通过该后面相切部,必然产生套筒82的较大的径向材料厚度。它的直接结果是增大了中空轴34在该区域内的强度。由此作为中空轴34的一部分的内环31的对于自由轮机构25的夹紧力的承载能力更高。
通过如下方式可得到更高的承载能力:套筒82具有与小齿轮柄37正对的部分85,参见图4。
图5和6示出第三实施例。这里中空轴34也容纳小齿轮柄37。这里,小齿轮柄37以如下方式防止脱落:小齿轮柄37有一个槽88(环绕的环形槽或者切向槽),一个在此形式为销的安全元件76接合在该槽88中,这样使小齿轮柄37不能相对于中空轴34过度移动。小齿轮柄37插入中空轴34内,通过安全元件76限制了小齿轮柄37相对于中空轴34的轴向移动性,安全元件76通过压配合直接固定在中空轴34内。在中空轴34内加工出一个切向孔91,所述销以过大尺寸压入。这样所述销还位于槽88内。
这样直接固定的安全元件是至少一个销。在图5和6中各有两个孔91和两个分别接合在一个切向槽88内的销。作为替代方案,也可以使用用于两个销的一个环绕的槽88。两个销彼此平行。
槽88总是具有限定槽88的两个侧面94和95。所述至少一个销接合在带有侧面94和95的槽88内,其中所述销具有平行于侧面94、95定向的纵轴线98,参见图5和6。
侧面94、95之间的距离A大于所述销的直径D。
Claims (7)
1.用于内燃机的起动装置,具有中空轴(34),具有小齿轮元件(43),所述小齿轮元件具有小齿轮柄(37),小齿轮柄(37)的柄轴线(46)沿着小齿轮柄(37)的移动方向,其中小齿轮柄(37)插入中空轴(34)内,其特征在于,小齿轮柄(37)相对于中空轴(34)的轴向移动性通过安全元件(76)受到限制,小齿轮柄(37)具有槽(73、88),安全元件(76)设置在所述槽中并且通过压配合直接或者间接固定在中空轴(34)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的起动装置,其特征在于,直接固定的所述安全元件(76)是至少一个销。
3.根据权利要求2所述的起动装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个销接合在具有侧面(94、95)的槽(88)内,其中,所述销的纵轴线(91)平行于所述侧面(94、95)定向。
4.根据权利要求3所述的起动装置,其特征在于,所述侧面(94、95)之间的距离(A)大于所述销的直径(D)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的起动装置,其特征在于,中空轴(34)具有背离小齿轮元件(43)的端面(70),小齿轮柄(37)在所述端面(70)后从中空轴(34)中伸出,以及通过一个设置在安全元件(76)的径向之外且通过压配合安装在中空轴(34)内的套筒(82)防止间接固定的所述安全元件(76)发生不允许的扩张。
6.根据权利要求5所述的起动装置,其特征在于,所述套筒(82)具有与所述安全元件(76)相对于所述小齿轮元件(43)在后面相切的部分(85)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的起动装置,其特征在于,所述套筒(82)具有与小齿轮柄(37)正对的部分(85)。
