Abstract

本发明涉及一种充气轮胎用钢帘线,制作工艺为先把碳钢拉拔成钢丝,在所述碳钢表面镀上黄铜,之后拉拔所述碳钢,然后捻制,钢帘线由两根钢丝捻制而成;钢丝的直径为0.15至0.40mm;捻制节距(捻距)为钢丝直径的10到70倍;制造钢帘线所用的碳钢含碳量为0.91~2.0%重量百分比,钢帘线的性能为:在0.2~1.6kgf范围的低载荷下,伸长率低于0.10%,环形弯卷试验下,弹性高于90%,并且完全专用的应力疲劳试验条件下,疲劳极限应力大于90Kgf/mm2。本发明的钢帘线的强度高于传统的钢帘线的强度,因此当其应用于轮胎上时,能够减少所需钢帘线和表层橡胶的数量,从而能够减少轮胎的重量,并且降低成本和燃料消耗率。

充气轮胎用高强度钢帘线和使用该钢帘线的充气轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及作为充气轮胎用钢带层原材料的钢帘线,特别是涉及通过保持或提高钢帘线的性能,同时减少所需钢帘线和表层橡胶的数量,从而能够减少轮胎的重量,并能够降低成本和燃料消耗率的充气轮胎用钢帘线。
背景技术
通常,充气轮胎用钢带层由数股捻制在一起的钢帘线组成,其表面覆盖以薄薄一层橡胶。一般,钢帘线的制造工艺为先拉拔含碳量0.70~0.82%重量百分比的碳钢,之后在碳钢表面镀上黄铜以粘附橡胶,然后再拉拔,最后通过各种方法将上述碳钢钢丝捻制在一起。
使用含碳量高于0.70~0.82%重量百分比的碳钢会获得高强度。但是,在生产钢帘线用盘条时产生了很多问题,这是因为,如果含碳量增加,那么当生产线材时,很难控制碳偏析及非金属夹杂的分布和尺寸等;而且,如果碳钢中碳偏析严重或者非金属夹杂的尺寸没有得到很好的控制,当生产钢帘线用盘条时,就会产生缺陷,例如拉拔生产时的断线问题,因为在生产轮胎用钢帘线时线材无法承受很大的拉伸变形,所以钢帘线的生产比较困难。
美国专利No.5,061,557公开了一种用含碳量0.70~0.90%重量百分比的碳钢制成的捻成两股的钢帘线。尽管可以通过使用含碳量为0.80~0.90%重量百分比的碳钢制造钢帘线而使其强度部分增加,但这还是不够。
如今已经能够生产和拉拔含碳量远远高于上述碳钢的盘条,这是因为金属精炼和拉拔技术已经有了长足的发展。但是远高于上述含碳量的高强度碳钢仍未用于轮胎中。因此很难减少所需钢帘线的重量,或者提高轮胎的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含碳量高的高强度钢帘线,除了保持或提高原有性能和生产更轻的钢带层以外,还可以得到更轻的轮胎,降低成本和燃料消耗率。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种由两股钢丝组成的轮胎用钢帘线,充气轮胎用钢帘线,制作工艺为先把碳钢拉拔成钢丝,在所述碳钢表面镀上黄铜,之后拉拔所述碳钢,然后捻制,钢帘线由两根钢丝捻制而成;钢丝的直径为0.15至0.40mm;捻制节距(捻距)为钢丝直径的10到70倍;制造钢帘线所用的碳钢含碳量为0.91~2.0%重量百分比,钢帘线的性能为:在0.2~1.6kgf范围的低载荷下,伸长率低于0.10%,环形弯卷试验下,弹性高于90%,并且完全专用的应力疲劳试验条件下,疲劳极限应力大于90Kgf/mm2
另一方面,本发明还提供使用上述钢帘线的充气轮胎。

实施例详述
按照本发明的高强度的1×2钢帘线1,其中所用的每一根钢丝1a的直径为0.15~0.40mm,上述钢帘线的捻距为钢丝1a直径的10到70倍,捻成钢帘线1前,钢丝的拉伸强度高于340Kgf/mm2
本发明的1×2钢帘线是指由两根钢丝沿同一方向按照相同的捻距捻制在一起而制成的钢帘线,这样制成的钢帘线,在完全专用的应力疲劳试验条件下,上述1×2钢帘线1的疲劳极限应力大于90Kgf/mm2,环形弯卷试验条件下钢帘线1的弹性大于90%,并且在低载荷(0.2~1.6Kgf)范围内钢帘线1的延伸率低于0.10%,这有利于获得橡胶表层。
当1×2钢帘线应用于轮胎的钢带层上时,为了得到合适的强化效果、轻的重量以及降低成本,生产出的钢帘线应满足下列公式,式中d(mm)表示钢帘线中每根钢丝的直径,n表示获得橡胶表层后每英寸钢帘线的根数,t(mm)表示橡胶表层的厚度:
n≥1.35/d2  t=(2d+0.2)~(2d+2)
本发明与现有技术的钢帘线的比较见附表1。表1中列出了本发明钢帘线的物理特性,其中钢帘线是用含碳量0.93%重量百分比的碳钢盘条制成的,所用钢丝1a的直径为0.30mm,并且钢丝1a的表面镀了黄铜。而且,表1的项目中,在橡胶粘着力一栏中括号中的数字代表已经做过橡胶粘着测试的样品的橡胶覆盖百分比。
因此,本发明的钢帘线能够使轮胎更轻、成本降低以及使燃料消耗率更低,因为所需上述钢帘线的数量比传统钢帘线少,但具有足够的强度。
如上所述,本发明能够降低轮胎重量,通过使用由高强度碳钢制成的钢带层能够降低成本,并且由于轮胎的滚动阻力更低,还能够降低燃料消耗率。

Claims (4)

1.充气轮胎用钢帘线,制作工艺为先把碳钢拉拔成钢丝,在所述碳钢表面镀上黄铜,之后拉拔所述碳钢,然后捻制,钢帘线(1)由两根钢丝(1a)捻制而成;钢丝(1a)的直径为0.15至0.40mm;捻制节距(捻距)为钢丝(1a)直径的10到70倍;制造钢帘线(1)所用的碳钢含碳量为0.91~2.0%重量百分比,其特征在于,钢帘线(1)的性能为:在0.2~1.6kgf范围的低载荷下,伸长率低于0.10%,环形弯卷试验下,弹性高于90%,并且完全专用的应力疲劳试验条件下,疲劳极限应力大于90Kgf/mm2
2.如权利要求1所述的钢帘线,捻制钢帘线(1)前,钢丝(1a)的拉伸强度高于340Kgf/mm2
3.如权利要求1所述的钢帘线,其特征在于,生产出的钢帘线满足下列公式,式中d(mm)表示钢帘线中每根钢丝的直径,n表示获得橡胶表层后每英寸上钢帘线的根数,t(mm)表示橡胶表层的厚度:
n≥1.35/d2    t=(2d+0.2)~(2d+2)
