Abstract

本发明提供一种热裁切装置,其输送一薄膜基材并包含一机台、至少一预热单元及至少一裁切单元,机台包含一机座及一控制单元,控制单元设于机座,预热单元及裁切单元设于机台,预热单元包含两预热件,每一预热件包含一推动器、一预热座、一加热块及一感温棒,推动器设于机座,预热座受控并设于推动器,加热块设于预热座,感温棒设于预热座,裁切单元邻近预热单元,本发明的热裁切装置通过预热单元,让薄膜基材得到更精确的加热温度加热软化再经裁切单元切割,使薄膜基材被切割的边缘减少产生破碎毛边与粉尘,有利于薄膜基材的后续作业。

热裁切装置
技术领域
本发明提供一种热裁切装置,尤指一种预热薄膜基材,使切割时减少产生破碎毛边的热裁切装置。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,人类对于电子产品的需求越来越大,电子产品趋向轻薄短小且功能强大,其中,电路板是常见的电子产品的制成所需的零件,电路板本身是多层结构,需将不同材料以及电子属性不同的材料叠合加工而成,其中一层材料是以玻璃纤维制造的薄膜基材所构成的结构,该薄膜基材是以具有挠性的材质所制成的构件,使用者需以切割工具将该薄膜基材切割成所需的尺寸,在切割的过程中,玻璃纤维断裂破碎会产生大量粉尘及破碎毛边,大量粉尘会影响使用者的身体健康,破碎毛边会影响该薄膜基材的边缘平整度,且不利该薄膜基材于后续加工作业。
为了克服上述大量粉尘及破碎毛边问题,有人以一热风机吹热该薄膜基材,受热软化的薄膜基材进行切割作业,该薄膜基材被切割的边缘不易产生破碎毛边与粉尘,进而有利于后续加工作业以及避免危害用户的身体,然而,该热风机通过热对流的方式加热,该薄膜基材的加热温度无法精准提升,且容易受到环境温度的影响,产生加热软化程度不足的情形,于切割作业时造成产生破碎毛边的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种热裁切装置,以改善现有以热风机提供的热对流加热方式,无法准确控温而造成薄膜基材软化程度不足的问题。
为达成上述目的,本发明的热裁切装置用以输送一薄膜基材并升温预热以进行裁切作业,该热裁切装置包含:
一机台,该机台包含一机座、一控制单元及多个输送滚轮,该控制单元设于该机座上,这些输送滚轮可转动地跨设于该机座上并电性连接该控制单元;
至少一预热单元,所述预热单元设于该机台并电性连接该控制单元,所述预热单元包含两相对的预热件,每一预热件包含一推动器、一预热座、一加热块及一感温棒,该推动器设于该机座上并电性连接该控制单元,该预热座受控并设置于该推动器上,该加热块设于该预热座上,该感温棒设于该预热座并接触该加热块;
至少一裁切单元,所述裁切单元设于该机台并电性连接该控制单元,所述裁切单元邻近所述预热单元;
其中,该薄膜基材设于这些输送滚轮,该两预热件位于该薄膜基材的两面,该控制单元控制这些输送滚轮转动,该输送滚轮转动并带动该薄膜基材移动,该控制单元控制这些输送滚轮停止并控制所述预热单元的该两推动器推动,使该两预热座相向夹住并加热该薄膜基材,并以所述裁切单元裁切该薄膜基材。
其中,所述预热单元纵向设置并位于该机台上,所述输送滚轮中的两个输送滚轮分别位于所述纵向设置的预热单元的上方及下方,所述裁切单元可旋转地设于该机座上,所述裁切单元位于所述预热单元的所述加热块夹压于该薄膜基材的位置的上方。
其中,所述预热单元横向设置并位于该机台上,所述输送滚轮中的两个输送滚轮邻近所述横向设置的预热单元,所述裁切单元包含一刀座、一下压器及一刀具,该刀座设于该机座,该下压器设于该机座并电性连接该控制单元,该下压器设于该刀座的上方,该刀具受控并设置于该下压器。
其中,该热裁切装置包含多个预热单元及多个裁切单元,这些预热单元设于该机台,部分的这些预热单元纵向设置,其余的这些预热单元横向设置,所述输送滚轮中的两个输送滚轮分别位于所述纵向设置的预热单元的上方及下方,邻近所述纵向设置的预热单元的所述裁切单元可旋转地设于该机座上,可旋转的裁切单元位于所述纵向设置的预热单元的所述加热块夹压于该薄膜基材的位置的上方,所述输送滚轮中的其余两个输送滚轮邻近所述横向设置的预热单元,邻近所述横向设置的预热单元的所述裁切单元包含一刀座、一下压器及一刀具,该刀座设于该机座,该下压器设于该机座并电性连接该控制单元,该下压器设于该刀座的上方,该刀具受控并设置于该下压器。
其中,每一预热件包含一收卷轴、一放卷轴及一隔离层,该收卷轴设于该预热座,该放卷轴设于该预热座,该隔离层能够收卷于该收卷轴及该放卷轴之间并包覆该加热块。
其中,该机台包含一粘尘单元,该粘尘单元设于该机座。
本发明的热裁切装置通过该控制单元控制所述预热单元,让该薄膜基材在这些输送滚轮上移动至定位停止时,每一预热单元的两预热件以夹持的方式接触并加热该薄膜基材,由该两感温棒得知加热温度,让该薄膜基材可以达到更精确的加热温度,并且能有效的加热软化,受热的薄膜基材再经由这些输送滚轮输送给所述裁切单元切割,因为该薄膜基材受热软化,使该薄膜基材在被所述裁切单元切割的时候,该薄膜基材被切割的边缘不易产生破碎毛边与粉尘,有利于该薄膜基材的后续作业。

如图1及图2所示,是公开本发明的热裁切装置的一较佳实施例,本发明的热裁切装置用以输送一以玻璃纤维制造的薄膜基材50并升温预热以进行裁切作业,由图式可知,本发明的热裁切装置包含一机台10、至少一预热单元20a、20b及至少一裁切单元30a、30b。
该机台10包含一机座11、一控制单元(图未示)及多个输送滚轮12,该控制单元设于该机座11上,这些输送滚轮12可转动地跨设于该机座11上并电性连接该控制单元,其中,该热裁切装置包含一粘尘单元40,该粘尘单元40邻接于该机台10。
如图1、图3及图5所示,所述预热单元20a、20b设于该机台10并电性连接该控制单元,所述预热单元20a、20b包含两相对的预热件21,每一预热件21包含一推动器22、一预热座23、一加热块24及一感温棒25,该推动器22设于该机座11上并电性连接该控制单元,该预热座23受控并设置于该推动器22上,该加热块24设于该预热座23上,该感温棒25设于该预热座23并接触该加热块24,其中,每一预热件21包含一收卷轴26、一放卷轴27及一隔离层28,该收卷轴26设于该预热座23,该放卷轴27设于该预热座23,该隔离层28可收卷于该收卷轴26及该放卷轴27之间并包覆该加热块24。
所述裁切单元30a、30b设于该机台10并电性连接该控制单元,所述裁切单元30a、30b邻近所述预热单元20a、20b。

如图5及图6所示,是公开本发明的热裁切装置的一较佳实施例的单一横向设置的预热单元20b,由图式可知所述横向设置的预热单元20b及所述裁切单元30b,所述预热单元20b横向设置并位于该机台10上,所述输送滚轮12中的两个输送滚轮12邻近所述横向设置的预热单元20b,所述裁切单元30b包含一刀座31、一下压器32及一刀具33,该刀座31设于该机座11,该下压器32设于该机座11并电性连接该控制单元,该下压器32设于该刀座31的上方,该刀具33受控并设置于该下压器32。

上述中,受到所述可旋转的裁切单元30a切割后的薄膜基材50继续被这些输送滚轮12输送,如图5及图6所示,当该薄膜基材50来到所述横向设置的预热单元20b时,该控制单元会控制这些输送滚轮12停止转动,该控制单元控制所述横向设置的预热单元20b的该两预热件21作动并加热该薄膜基材50,该薄膜基材50受该热后,该控制单元控制该两预热件21分开并使这些输送滚轮12转动,受热的该薄膜基材50继续移动并受邻近所述横向设置的预热单元20b的裁切单元30b,该控制单元控制这些输送滚轮12停止转动并控制所述裁切单元30b的下压器32下压,该下压器32将该刀具33向下移动直到抵住并切割在该刀座31上的该薄膜基材50,则完成将该薄膜基材50切割成片状,如图1所示,被切割成片状的该薄膜基材50进入邻接于该机台10的粘尘单元40,该粘尘单元40可将该薄膜基材50上的灰尘粘附。
综上所述,本发明的热裁切装置通过所述预热单元20a、20b,每一预热单元20a、20b的两预热件21以夹持的方式接触该薄膜基材50,以玻璃纤维制造的薄膜基材50在受到该两预热件21接触加热时,透由该两感温棒25能得知该两加热块24的温度,使该薄膜基材50达到更精准的加热温度,并且能有效的加热软化,所述裁切单元30a、30b切割时能顺利切割加热过的薄膜基材50,使该薄膜基材50被切割的边缘不易产生破碎毛边与粉尘,有利于该薄膜基材50的后续作业。

Claims (7)

1.一种热裁切装置,其用以输送一薄膜基材并升温预热以进行裁切作业,该热裁切装置包含:
一机台,该机台包含一机座、一控制单元及多个输送滚轮,该控制单元设于该机座上,这些输送滚轮可转动地跨设于该机座上并电性连接该控制单元;
至少一预热单元,所述预热单元设于该机台并电性连接该控制单元,所述预热单元包含两相对的预热件,每一预热件包含一推动器、一预热座、一加热块及一感温棒,该推动器设于该机座上并电性连接该控制单元,该预热座受控并设置于该推动器上,该加热块设于该预热座上,该感温棒设于该预热座并接触该加热块;
至少一裁切单元,所述裁切单元设于该机台并电性连接该控制单元,所述裁切单元邻近所述预热单元;
其中,该薄膜基材设于这些输送滚轮,该两预热件位于该薄膜基材的两面,该控制单元控制这些输送滚轮转动,该输送滚轮转动并带动该薄膜基材移动,该控制单元控制这些输送滚轮停止并控制所述预热单元的该两推动器推动,使该两预热座相向夹住并加热该薄膜基材,并以所述裁切单元裁切该薄膜基材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热裁切装置,其中,所述预热单元纵向设置并位于该机台上,所述输送滚轮中的两个输送滚轮分别位于所述纵向设置的预热单元的上方及下方,所述裁切单元可旋转地设于该机座上,所述裁切单元位于所述预热单元的所述加热块夹压于该薄膜基材的位置的上方。
