Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及沐浴露领域，尤其涉及一种深海云母沐浴露。
背景技术
目前，市场销售的所有沐浴露大多数相同，沐浴露颜色单一，都是透明或者单一调色；沐浴露的颜色燃料对部分人群会有选色疑惑或者忧虑，而颜色透明给人感官上没有视觉冲击，无法在视觉上给人一种新奇特的独有效果，市场销售的大多数沐浴露无法实现产品的悬浮色和不同层次色等。
现有沐浴露存在：不能悬浮不同层次的颜色、无法实现一瓶多色调、无法焕彩极光效果、不能留香持久香气宜人清新、泡沫不够丰富等缺点。其主要原因是：对丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物的PH的把控不足，焕彩变色不能达到多层次颜色重叠呈现焕彩变色效果。
其中，沐浴露香味呈现主要取决于香基调配和具体挥发醚醛酚的不同挥发程度和复合香基搭配天然香基的比例等。
因此，本发明需要设计一种沐浴露，以解决泡沫丰富细腻清洁力度强，去除异味和沐浴露清洗完后长时间留香持久的问题。同时，实现沐浴露在不同角度下呈现不同颜色以及在不同光源下呈现不同层次颜色的效果。
发明内容
（一）发明目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题，本发明提出一种深海云母沐浴露，沐浴露能够显现出极光和幻彩变色，色彩丰富美丽，视觉感官好，具有很好的清洁效果，使用更加舒适和健康。
（二）技术方案
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种深海云母沐浴露，制作步骤包括以下步骤：
S1、将不同颜色的云母粉和钛白粉叠加，得到粉状的混合物A，其中，云母粉的粒径为600-800目；
S2：使用硼硅酸盐将混合物A包裹，得到色粉B；
S3：对色粉B进多层膜干涉处理，获取指定颜色的色粉；
S4：向丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物中加入适量水，并调节其PH值为6-7，得到悬浮液，再将色粉混合在悬浮液中，得到悬浮液C；
S5：向悬浮液C中加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、表面活性剂、芳香剂、皮肤调理剂、防腐剂和螯合剂，得到沐浴露。
优选的，S4中，PH调节剂为氢氧化钠以及柠檬酸。
优选的，S3中，色粉颜色为金色、红色、金红深绿色、深绿紫红色、深兰紫色或紫金红色中的一种或多种。
优选的，按照重量组份包括：月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠15份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8份、丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物5-7份、色粉0.02-1份、表面活性剂3-4份、芳香剂1-2份、皮肤调理剂10份、防腐剂0.04-0.1份、螯合剂0.04份和水。
优选的，表面活性剂为甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠或椰油酰胺中的一种或多种。
优选的，皮肤调理剂为苦参根提取物、胀果甘草根提取物、黄芩根提取物、积雪草叶提取物、马齿苋提取物、燕麦仁提取物、高山火绒草提取物、雪莲花提取物、光果甘草提取物或银耳提取物中的一种或多种。
本发明的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果：
本发明中，充分显现出极光和幻彩变色。色粉进多层膜干涉处理，起到散色光源的作用，使得在不同角度获得的光源所反射出来的光是不同颜色，从而使得色粉获得光学变色，以进一步选取所需要的颜色色粉。沐浴露具有很好的清洁效果，使用更加舒适和健康。
本发明中，丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物的PH为6-7，其对色粉的炫富效果达到最好；云母粉粒径在600目-800目之间，能够显现出极光和幻彩变色，色彩丰富美丽，视觉感官好；同时，沐浴露采用甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠或椰油酰胺中的一种或多种作为表面活性剂，使用效果好，增加悬浮液的稳定性，保证色彩效果达到最佳。

本发明提出的一种深海云母沐浴露，制作步骤包括以下步骤：
S1、将不同颜色的云母粉和钛白粉叠加，得到粉状的混合物A，其中，云母粉的粒径为600-800目；
S2：使用硼硅酸盐将混合物A包裹，得到色粉B；
S3：色粉进多层膜干涉处理，获取指定颜色的色粉；
S4：向丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物中加入适量水，并调节其PH值为6-7，得到悬浮液，再将色粉混合在悬浮液中，得到悬浮液C；
S5：向悬浮液C中加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、表面活性剂、芳香剂、皮肤调理剂、防腐剂和螯合剂，得到沐浴露。
在一个可选的实施例中，S4中，PH调节剂为氢氧化钠以及柠檬酸。
在一个可选的实施例中，S3中，色粉颜色为金色、红色、金红深绿色、深绿紫红色、深兰紫色或紫金红色中的一种或多种。
在一个可选的实施例中，表面活性剂为甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠或椰油酰胺中的一种或多种。
在一个可选的实施例中，皮肤调理剂为苦参根提取物、胀果甘草根提取物、黄芩根提取物、积雪草叶提取物、马齿苋提取物、燕麦仁提取物、高山火绒草提取物、雪莲花提取物、光果甘草提取物或银耳提取物中的一种或多种。
本发明中，悬浮不同层次的颜色是丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物的PH为6-7，云母粉粒径在600目-800目之间，以充分显现出极光和幻彩变色。其中，将不同颜色的云母粉和钛白粉叠加，得到粉状的混合物A，使用硼硅酸盐将混合物A包裹，得到色粉B：色粉B进多层膜干涉处理，起到散色光源的作用，使得在不同角度获得的光源所反射出来的光是不同颜色，从而使得色粉获得光学变色，以进一步选取所需要的颜色色粉。同时，沐浴露具有很好的清洁效果，使用更加舒适和健康。
需要说明的是，丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物遇碱增加PH都具有悬浮作用，当PH增加时，聚物离子化，其分子量增加，导致了羧基基团相互排斥而展开，其在三维空间的扩展增加了粘度并导致了其它的流变学特性，此机理被称作“水性增稠”，也被称为“空间填充”机理，它与结合增稠有着显著的不同；有时在个别的聚合物微凝胶与其它的配方组分分之间也会发生一些交互作用与表面活性剂的交互作用可以增强微凝胶的网网状结构，从而增加体系的稳定性；。
本发明中，丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物的PH为6-7，其对色粉的炫富效果达到最好；云母粉粒径在600目-800目之间，能够显现出极光和幻彩变色，色彩丰富美丽，视觉感官好；同时，沐浴露采用甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠或椰油酰胺中的一种或多种作为表面活性剂，使用效果好，增加悬浮液的稳定性，保证色彩效果达到最佳。
本发明中，色粉颜色为金色、红色、金红深绿色、深绿紫红色、深兰紫色或紫金红色中的一种或多种，其颜色鲜艳美丽，视觉舒适且美丽。
在一个可选的实施例中，按照重量组份包括：月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠15份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8份、丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物5-7份、色粉0.02-1份、表面活性剂3-4份、芳香剂1-2份、皮肤调理剂10份、防腐剂0.04-0.1份、螯合剂0.04份和水。

Claims (6)
1.一种深海云母沐浴露，其特征在于，制作步骤包括以下步骤：
S1、将不同颜色的云母粉和钛白粉叠加，得到粉状的混合物A，其中，云母粉的粒径为600-800目；
S2：使用硼硅酸盐将混合物A包裹，得到色粉B；
S3：对色粉B进多层膜干涉处理，获取指定颜色的色粉；
S4：向丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物中加入适量水，并调节其PH值为6-7，得到悬浮液，再将色粉混合在悬浮液中，得到悬浮液C；
S5：向悬浮液C中加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、表面活性剂、芳香剂、皮肤调理剂、防腐剂和螯合剂，得到沐浴露。
2.根据权利要求1所述的深海云母沐浴露，其特征在于，S4中，PH调节剂为氢氧化钠以及柠檬酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的深海云母沐浴露，其特征在于，S3中，色粉颜色为金色、红色、金红深绿色、深绿紫红色、深兰紫色或紫金红色中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的深海云母沐浴露，其特征在于，按照重量组份包括：月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠15份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8份、丙烯酸（酯）类共聚物5-7份、色粉0.02-1份、表面活性剂3-4份、芳香剂1-2份、皮肤调理剂10份、防腐剂0.04-0.1份、螯合剂0.04份和水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的深海云母沐浴露，其特征在于，表面活性剂为甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠或椰油酰胺中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的深海云母沐浴露，其特征在于，皮肤调理剂为苦参根提取物、胀果甘草根提取物、黄芩根提取物、积雪草叶提取物、马齿苋提取物、燕麦仁提取物、高山火绒草提取物、雪莲花提取物、光果甘草提取物或银耳提取物中的一种或多种。
