现有技术中,用于针织面料的缎彩纱虽然颜色较为丰富,但是保暖性不够,绒感不强,而且织造的面料不够亮丽。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种使得织造的面料毛绒感强,颜色丰富且亮丽的混纺ABC纱线。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种混纺ABC纱线,由纱线A、纱线B和纱线C混纺而成,其中,纱线A为貉子绒纱线,纱线B为亮丝,以重量百分比计,纱线A由以下组分组成,
纱线C由以下组分组成,羊毛纤维9-15%,粘胶纤维5-15%,腈纶4-15%,尼龙30-60%,棉条6-25%。
以重量百分比计,纱线A由以下组分组成,
作为优选,以重量百分比计,纱线C由以下组分组成,羊毛纤维12%,粘胶纤维10%,腈纶8%,尼龙50%,棉条20%。
作为优选,亮丝为有光聚酯纤维制作而成。
本发明还提供一种混纺ABC纱线的加工方法,包括以下步骤,
a、纱线A制备,工艺流程如下,染色→和毛→送毛机→细纱机→槽筒;

c、将纱线A、纱线B和纱线C用并线机进行并线。
进一步的,将1根纱线A、1根纱线B和2根纱线C用并线机进行并线。

a、纱线A制备,工艺流程如下,染色→和毛→送毛机→细纱机→槽筒,其中,各组分单独染色后按比例混合并用和毛油和毛;
b、纱线C制备,工艺流程如下,染色→和毛→送毛机→细纱机→槽筒,其中,各组分单独染色后按比例混合并用和毛油和毛;
c、将1根纱线A、1根纱线B和2根纱线C用并线机进行并线。
本发明的混纺ABC纱线使得织造的面料毛绒感强,颜色丰富且亮丽。

1.一种混纺ABC纱线,其特征在于:由纱线A、纱线B和纱线C混纺而成,其中,纱线A为貉子绒纱线,纱线B为亮丝,以重量百分比计,纱线A由以下组分组成,
纱线C由以下组分组成,羊毛纤维9-15%,粘胶纤维5-15%,腈纶4-15%,尼龙30-60%,棉条6-25%。

c、将纱线A、纱线B和纱线C用并线机进行并线。
