Abstract
一种防臭鞋底及其加工方法,将EVA7350、EVA7470、聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶、滑石粉、抗菌剂、抗氧剂、防臭剂、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸各自称重后倒在一起从而组合形成第一配料;交联剂、发泡剂各自称重倒在一起从而组合形成第二配料;将第一配料倒入密炼机中进行混炼;当第一配料混炼至70℃时第一次提锤扫粉后再继续混炼至90℃,然后第二次提锤扫粉后再继续混炼至115℃,第三次提锤;将第二配料倒入混炼至115℃的第一配料中从而组合形成加工料,然后将加工料混炼至118℃,第四次提锤扫粉后再继续混炼至120℃,马上卸料。本发明具有加工工艺更科学、加工出来的鞋底不易发臭的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防臭鞋底及其加工方法。
背景技术
现有的运动鞋在使用过程中会存在容易发臭的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种超轻鞋底及其加工方法,它具有加工工艺更科学、加工出来的鞋底不易发臭的特点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下具体技术措施:一种防臭鞋底,其特征在于,
鞋底的原料包括:20kg 的EVA7350、35kg 的EVA7470、4kg的聚乙烯、5kg的三元乙丙橡胶、6kg的滑石粉、1.8 kg的抗菌剂、1.2 kg的抗氧剂、2 kg的防臭剂、1 kg的氧化锌、550g的硬脂酸锌、320g的硬脂酸、420g的交联剂、1.8 kg的发泡剂。
一种防臭鞋底的加工方法,该加工方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将EVA7350、EVA7470、聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶、滑石粉、抗菌剂、抗氧剂、防臭剂、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸各自称重后倒在一起从而组合形成第一配料;
步骤二,交联剂、发泡剂各自称重倒在一起从而组合形成第二配料;
步骤三,将第一配料倒入密炼机中进行混炼;
步骤四,当第一配料混炼至70℃时第一次提锤扫粉后再继续混炼至90℃,然后第二次提锤扫粉后再继续混炼至115℃,第三次提锤;
步骤五,将第二配料倒入混炼至115℃的第一配料中从而组合形成加工料,然后将加工料混炼至118℃,第四次提锤扫粉后再继续混炼至120℃,马上卸料;
温度若是高于120℃,交联剂就会分解并提前交联;
步骤六,将卸料后的加工料先倒入开炼机中进行开练薄通两遍,然后再将加工料倒入造粒机中进入造粒工序;
步骤七,将造粒好的粒子放入射出机台的料筒里,射出机台挤出的料的温度控制在70℃~80℃之间;
由于加入氧化锌后发泡剂合成的温度在170℃~175℃之间,温度过高的话会导致提前发泡,这样发泡出来的鞋底会卡模具;所以射出机台的加热板温度为175℃;
步骤八,通过射出机台挤出的料直接被挤进模具内的型腔直至饱满时开始计算模具的加热时间,350秒后打开模具取出鞋底并且放入恒温箱中进行热定型,定型的第一节温度为85℃,第二节温度为80℃,第三节温度为75℃,第四节温度为70℃,从而使鞋底在比较均匀的温度下自然降温,避免取出的鞋底因为自然放置的温差过大导致鞋底马上收缩而严重变形;
步骤九,将鞋底从恒温箱取出后放进木制模型里进行定型,使鞋底保持原来的形状,取出后即为成品。
本发明中所述的密炼机采用泉州宏泰机械有限公司生产的型号为75L的密炼机。本发明中所述的开炼机采用四川亚西橡塑机器有限公司生产的18英寸的开放式炼胶机。本发明中所述的造粒机采有福建省晋江市雄风塑料机械有限公司生产的造粒机。
本发明中所述的射出机台具体采用世创机械制造有限公司生产的射出成型机。
本发明的有益效果在于,它具有加工工艺更科学、加工出来的鞋底不易发臭的特点。

具体实施方式
一种防臭鞋底,其特征在于,
鞋底的原料包括:20kg 的EVA7350、35kg 的EVA7470、4kg的聚乙烯、5kg的三元乙丙橡胶、6kg的滑石粉、1.8 kg的抗菌剂、1.2 kg的抗氧剂、2 kg的防臭剂、1 kg的氧化锌、550g的硬脂酸锌、320g的硬脂酸、420g的交联剂、1.8 kg的发泡剂。
如图1所示,一种防臭鞋底的加工方法,该加工方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将EVA7350、EVA7470、聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶、滑石粉、抗菌剂、抗氧剂、防臭剂、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸各自称重后倒在一起从而组合形成第一配料;
步骤二,交联剂、发泡剂各自称重倒在一起从而组合形成第二配料;
步骤三,将第一配料倒入密炼机中进行混炼;
步骤四,当第一配料混炼至70℃时第一次提锤扫粉后再继续混炼至90℃,然后第二次提锤扫粉后再继续混炼至115℃,第三次提锤;
步骤五,将第二配料倒入混炼至115℃的第一配料中从而组合形成加工料,然后将加工料混炼至118℃,第四次提锤扫粉后再继续混炼至120℃,马上卸料;
步骤六,将卸料后的加工料先倒入开炼机中进行开练薄通两遍,然后再将加工料倒入造粒机中进入造粒工序;
步骤七,将造粒好的粒子放入射出机台的料筒里,射出机台挤出的料的温度控制在70℃~80℃之间;
射出机台的加热板温度为175℃;
步骤八,通过射出机台挤出的料直接被挤进模具内的型腔直至饱满时开始计算模具的加热时间,350秒后打开模具取出鞋底并且放入恒温箱中进行热定型,定型的第一节温度为85℃,第二节温度为80℃,第三节温度为75℃,第四节温度为70℃;
步骤九,将鞋底从恒温箱取出后放进木制模型里进行定型,使鞋底保持原来的形状,取出后即为成品。

1.一种防臭鞋底,其特征在于,鞋底的原料包括:20kg 的EVA7350、35kg 的EVA7470、4kg的聚乙烯、5kg的三元乙丙橡胶、6kg的滑石粉、1.8 kg的抗菌剂、1.2 kg的抗氧剂、2 kg的防臭剂、1 kg的氧化锌、550g的硬脂酸锌、320g的硬脂酸、420g的交联剂、1.8 kg的发泡剂。
2.一种防臭鞋底的加工方法,其特征在于,该加工方法具体包括以下步骤:
