Abstract
本发明公开了一种热收缩膜的边角料切割装置,包括物料箱、气缸、切刀、电机,所述物料箱的两侧分别设有支撑板、支撑杆,所述支撑板与支撑杆之间连有用于固定成卷边角料的气胀轴,所述支撑板的侧壁上设有托板,所述托板上设有位于气胀轴上方的电机,所述电机上连有往复丝杠,支撑板上连有与往复丝杠平行的导向杆,所述气胀轴的上方设有切刀,所述切刀的上端设有气缸,所述气缸的上端设有滑块,所述滑块分别与往复丝杠、导向杆配合。通过电机带动切刀往复移动,提高了切割速度,气缸为切割提供下压力,代替人力切割,切割完毕后只需要认为更换成卷边角料即可,大大节省了劳动力,降低了回收成本,提高了回收速度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及热收缩膜的回收加工装置技术领域,具体为一种热收缩膜的边角料切割装置。
背景技术
POF热收缩膜在吹塑成大卷后,会由分切机分切成两头开口的双开膜,边角较宽的大卷,由龙门式分切机进行分切。龙门式分切机可以更高速的分切大卷膜,而切下来的长条边角料会由收边机旋转缠绕在纸管成卷,成卷的边角料干净占用空间小,更稳定。收集后的成卷边角料,需要再造粒。因为造粒机口径小,成卷的边角料不能直接的进入粉料机,需要将边角料切割成一段一段,然后投入到粉料机进行熔化回收造粒。
目前的切割方式是人工手持切刀在成卷的边角料侧壁上进行切割,切割比较费力,由于成卷的边角料比较厚,需要一层一层的切割,切割速度很慢,一卷边角料切割完毕耗费时间较长,而且切割完一卷后工作人员的手部由于用力时间较长会非常疲劳,需要休息一段时间才能进行下一卷边角料的切割,效率非常低,回收速度慢。
发明内容
本发明就是针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提供一种热收缩膜的边角料切割装置,不仅对边角料能够实现牢固的固定,便于切割,保证切割过程中的安全性,而且通过电机带动切刀往复移动,提高了切割速度,气缸为切割提供下压力,代替人力切割,切割完毕后只需要认为更换成卷边角料即可,大大节省了劳动力,降低了回收成本,提高了回收速度。
为实现上述目的,发明提供如下技术方案:
一种热收缩膜的边角料切割装置,包括物料箱、气缸、切刀、电机,所述物料箱的两侧分别设有支撑板、支撑杆,所述支撑板与支撑杆之间连有用于固定成卷边角料的气胀轴,所述支撑板的侧壁上设有托板,所述托板上设有位于气胀轴上方的电机,所述电机上连有往复丝杠,支撑板上连有与往复丝杠平行的导向杆,所述气胀轴的上方设有切刀,所述切刀的上端设有气缸,所述气缸的上端设有滑块,所述滑块分别与往复丝杠、导向杆配合。
优选的,所述支撑板的侧壁上设有连接板,所述支撑杆朝向支撑板的一侧设有托块,所述托块的上方设有与支撑杆连接的锁块,所述气胀轴的一端通过转轴与连接板连接,气胀轴的另一端位于托块的上端且气胀轴与锁块配合。
优选的,所述锁块与支撑杆转动连接,锁块的一端设有与气胀轴配合的弧形套,锁块的另一端设有转把。
优选的,所述电机的外侧套有护罩,所述往复丝杠、导向杆均设于护罩内,所述护罩内设有两块限位板,所述滑块设于两块限位板之间。
优选的,所述切刀包括刀片、刀座,所述刀片的背部与刀座连接,所述刀座的上端设有与气缸连接的连接套。
优选的,所述连接套与刀座之间设有加固杆。
优选的,所述刀片的刀刃端均匀设有锯齿。
与现有技术相比,发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明不仅对边角料能够实现牢固的固定,便于切割,保证切割过程中的安全性,而且通过电机带动切刀往复移动,提高了切割速度,气缸为切割提供下压力,代替人力切割,切割完毕后只需要认为更换成卷边角料即可,大大节省了劳动力,降低了回收成本,提高了回收速度。
2、本发明的锁块结构简单,操作便利,对气胀轴的固定牢固,通过转把实现弧形套的启闭,方便对气胀轴的固定与开启,气胀轴的端部转动连接,方便安装与拆卸物料,节省时间。
3、本发明在刀刃端设置锯齿能够提高切割速度,切割后的边角料自动脱落到下方的物料箱内,收集便利。
4、本发明在连接套与刀座之间设有加固杆,保证使力的均匀性,同时加强连接套与刀座之间连接的牢固性,提高强度,

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-2所示,一种热收缩膜的边角料切割装置,包括物料箱1、气缸3、切刀4、电机7,物料箱1的两侧分别设有支撑板101、支撑杆105,支撑板101与支撑杆102设于相对的两侧,支撑板101与支撑杆105之间连有用于固定成卷边角料的气胀轴5,气胀轴5是一种特制的收卷、放卷轴,也就是经过高压充气后表面可以突起的轴,放气后表面部份迅速缩回的轴,成卷边角料10套在气胀轴5上,通过对气胀轴5充气实现对边角料的固定,使用方便,支撑板101的侧壁上设有托板103,如图3所示,托板103上设有位于气胀轴5上方的电机7,电机7上连有往复丝杠8,支撑板101上连有与往复丝杠8平行的导向杆9,气胀轴5的上方设有切刀4,切刀4的上端设有气缸3,气缸3的上端设有滑块801,滑块801分别与往复丝杠8、导向杆9配合。
如图4所示,将成卷的边角料装在气胀轴5上,对气胀轴5进行充气实现对边角料的固定,防止切割过程中边角料移动,气缸3下压切刀4,气缸3的伸长极限为切刀4刚刚与缠绕边角料的纸筒接触,保证边角料切割完毕后切刀不会割损纸筒,使切刀4压在成卷边角料的侧壁上,启动电机7,滑块801在往复丝杠8上来回往复移动,实现切刀4对边角料的切割过程,通过该装置不仅对边角料能够实现牢固的固定,便于切割,保证切割过程中的安全性,而且通过电机7带动切刀4往复移动,提高了切割速度,气缸3为切割提供下压力,代替人力切割,切割完毕后只需要认为更换成卷边角料即可,大大节省了劳动力,降低了回收成本,提高了回收速度。
如图2所示,支撑板101的侧壁上设有连接板102,支撑杆105朝向支撑板101的一侧设有托块104,托块104的上方设有与支撑杆105连接的锁块6,气胀轴5的一端通过转轴与连接板102连接,气胀轴5的另一端位于托块104的上端,托块104能够对气胀轴5的端部进行支撑,另一端通过连接板102进行支撑,气胀轴5与锁块6配合,通过锁块6能够对气胀轴5的位置进行固定。
锁块6为圆柱状且与支撑杆105转动连接,锁块6的一端设有与气胀轴5配合的弧形套602,弧形套602的弧度为30°-90°,本实施例中为45°,锁块6的另一端设有转把601。
通过转把601转动锁块6,将弧形套602旋转到气胀轴5的一侧,然后将气胀轴5从弧形套602的另一侧转出,将成卷边角料10套在气胀轴5上,转动气胀轴5,使气胀轴5的端部位于托块104的上端,然后转动转把601,使弧形套602与气胀轴5配合并位于气胀轴5的上端实现对气胀轴5锁定;锁块6结构简单,操作便利,对气胀轴5的固定牢固,通过转把601实现弧形套602的启闭,方便对气胀轴5的固定与开启,气胀轴5的端部转动连接,方便安装与拆卸物料,节省时间。
如图3所示,电机7的外侧套有护罩2,增加使用的安全性,往复丝杠8、导向杆9均设于护罩2内,护罩2内设有两块限位板201,滑块801设于两块限位板201之间,往复丝杠8的一端与电机7通过联轴器连接,往复丝杠8的另一端与护罩2的内壁转动连接,往复丝杠8表面的往复螺纹布置在两块限位板201之间,使滑块801在两块限位板201之间往复移动,导向杆9的一端与支撑板101连接,另一端与护罩2内壁连接,滑块801在导向杆9上滑动,实现对滑块801的导向,防止滑块801转动。
如图2所示,切刀4包括刀片402、刀座403,刀片402的背部与刀座403连接,刀座403的上端设有与气缸3连接的连接套405,连接套405与气缸3之间螺栓连接,连接套405与刀座403之间设有加固杆404,保证使力的均匀性,同时加强连接套405与刀座403之间连接的牢固性,提高强度,刀片402的刀刃端均匀设有锯齿401,齿距为(0.8,1mm)。
在刀刃端设置锯齿401能够提高切割速度,切割后的边角料自动脱落到下方的物料箱1内,收集便利。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1.一种热收缩膜的边角料切割装置,其特征在于:包括物料箱、气缸、切刀、电机,所述物料箱的两侧分别设有支撑板、支撑杆,所述支撑板与支撑杆之间连有用于固定成卷边角料的气胀轴,所述支撑板的侧壁上设有托板,所述托板上设有位于气胀轴上方的电机,所述电机上连有往复丝杠,支撑板上连有与往复丝杠平行的导向杆,所述气胀轴的上方设有切刀,所述切刀的上端设有气缸,所述气缸的上端设有滑块,所述滑块分别与往复丝杠、导向杆配合,所述支撑板的侧壁上设有连接板,所述支撑杆朝向支撑板的一侧设有托块,所述托块的上方设有与支撑杆连接的锁块,所述气胀轴的一端通过转轴与连接板连接,气胀轴的另一端位于托块的上端且气胀轴与锁块配合,所述锁块与支撑杆转动连接,锁块的一端设有与气胀轴配合的弧形套,锁块的另一端设有转把,所述切刀包括刀片、刀座,所述刀片的背部与刀座连接,所述刀座的上端设有与气缸连接的连接套,所述连接套与刀座之间设有加固杆,所述刀片的刀刃端均匀设有锯齿。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种热收缩膜的边角料切割装置,其特征在于:所述电机的外侧套有护罩,所述往复丝杠、导向杆均设于护罩内,所述护罩内设有两块限位板,所述滑块设于两块限位板之间。
