各种电子设备具有输入操作部。输入操作部是将触摸传感器布置在显示装置的前方而构成的。触摸传感器是使静电电容式触摸传感器主体与树脂制罩部件或玻璃制罩部件贴合起来而构成的。

发明内容
-发明所要解决的技术问题-
就具有玻璃板制成的罩部件的触摸传感器而言,存在当罩部件破裂时需要抑制玻璃片飞散的技术问题。
本发明正是为解决上述技术问题而完成的,其目的在于:提供一种触摸传感器,即:在具有玻璃板制成的罩部件的结构中,能够抑制当罩部件破裂时玻璃片飞散。
-用以解决技术问题的技术方案-
为了实现该目的,本发明涉及一种触摸传感器,在该触摸传感器的罩部件上安装有触摸传感器主体,罩部件包括第一部件和树脂膜,第一部件由玻璃板制成并具有第一面和与第一面相反的第二面,树脂膜布置于第二面上并由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制成。而且,树脂膜位于第一部件与触摸传感器主体之间。
这样一来,能够获得以下触摸传感器:在罩部件包括玻璃板制成的第一部件的结构中,能够抑制当第一部件破裂时玻璃片飞散。
-发明的效果-
如上所述,根据本发明所涉及的触摸传感器,能够获得下述触摸传感器,即:在罩部件包括玻璃板制成的部件的结构中,当玻璃板制成的部件破裂时能够抑制玻璃片飞散。

具体实施方式
以下,使用附图对本实施方式的触摸传感器进行说明。
(第一实施方式)
图1是本发明的第一实施方式所涉及的触摸传感器的剖视图。
如图1所示,静电电容式触摸传感器1包括触摸传感器主体11和罩部件51。触摸传感器1具有透明性。
罩部件51具有透明性,并包括弯曲的由玻璃板制成的第一部件61和树脂膜65。第一部件61具有透明性。第一部件61具有第一面61A和与第一面61A相反的第二面61B。所谓操作面是第一面61A。在第二面61B的整个面布置有具有透明性的树脂膜65。树脂膜65由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)制成。在树脂膜65的与第二面61B相反的外表面,经由透明的粘合剂31安装有触摸传感器主体11。触摸传感器主体11包括能够检测静电电容变化的传感器电极、和用于将触摸传感器主体11与罩部件51贴合起来的粘合剂31。触摸传感器主体11也可以直接安装于树脂膜65上。换言之,触摸传感器1构成为使树脂膜65位于第一部件61与触摸传感器主体11之间。而且,如图1所示,当俯视时,罩部件51的形状比触摸传感器主体11的形状大。因此,树脂膜65的从触摸传感器主体11延伸至外侧的周缘部露出。需要说明的是,若第一部件61使用厚度在0.7mm以上的玻璃板,则能够构成厚度较薄的罩部件51。就为尺寸在25英寸以上的大画面设计的触摸传感器主体11所对应的罩部件51而言,优选使用较厚的玻璃板作为第一部件61以便不会产生较大的挠曲,但为了容易获得第一部件61的弯曲形状,第一部件61的厚度优选为2.5mm以下的厚度。
第一部件61的第一面61A是操作面。这样一来,当用手指进行触摸操作时,也没有手指下沉那样的触感,并且手指在操作面上的滑动等亦变得良好,因而操作性优异。
树脂膜65具有透明性,并紧贴地布置于第二面61B上。树脂膜65以均匀的厚度布置。若树脂膜65例如具有0.1mm以上的厚度,则在第一部件61破裂时玻璃片基本上不会产生飞散,尤其是若厚度在0.3mm以上,则也容易形成树脂膜65。树脂膜65的厚度的上限并没有被特别规定,但大多期望罩部件51的厚度较薄,因而树脂膜65的厚度例如以大约0.8mm以下为标准。需要说明的是,在当应用于大画面时等使用较厚的第一部件61的情况下,树脂膜65的厚度以大约1.5mm以下为标准即可。另外,需要说明的是,树脂膜65优选与第一部件21直接紧贴在一起。此外,树脂膜65也可以经由粘合剂层叠布置在第一部件21上。
根据弯曲的第一部件61的第二面61B的形状,树脂膜65的外表面的粘附有触摸传感器主体11的部位呈球面状、隧道状弯曲。隧道状指的是这样的形状,即:第二面61B在沿第一方向201延伸的方向上以规定R值形成,并且第二面61B在与第一方向201正交的第二方向(图1中纸面的前后方向)上呈直线。当形状呈上述隧道状时,在第一方向201上规定R值例如是在50mm以上且1000mm以下的曲率。在设为该曲率时,能够将触摸传感器主体11安装于罩部件51上。球面状的情况也相同,优选R为50mm以上且1000mm以下的曲率。而且,在设为该曲率的情况下,也能够形成第一部件61,而且能够抑制在第一部件61与树脂膜65之间产生气泡。
需要说明的是,就第二面61B的曲率而言,触摸传感器主体11的安装部位与从该安装部位开始延伸至外端的部位也可以具有不同的曲率。只要能够将树脂膜65紧贴着布置在第二面61B上,则第二面61B的曲率并没有被特别加以限定。
按照上述方式来构成触摸传感器1。触摸传感器1以布置于显示装置的前方的方式安装在电子设备上。而且,若使用者对触摸传感器1的操作面进行触摸操作,则传感器电极就会产生静电电容变化,通过经由传感器电极对该变化进行检测,来确定操作位置,从而对电子设备进行规定控制。
触摸传感器1的罩部件51使用了由玻璃板制成的第一部件61,并且将树脂膜65布置成紧贴于第二面61B上的状态。树脂膜65由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制成。因此,即使第一部件61破裂,也能够抑制玻璃片飞散。
需要说明的是,布置于触摸传感器主体11上的传感器电极是由ITO等制成的所谓透明电极、或者是将不透明的导电金属制成细线并布置成网眼状的电极等即可,并没有被特别加以限定。设置有传感器电极的基体部件是树脂薄膜、玻璃、树脂的成形件等。基体部件的数量在一个以上。在具有两个基体部件的情况下,利用透明的粘合剂使基体部件彼此贴合在一起。
并且,用于将触摸传感器主体11与罩部件51贴合起来的粘合剂31也可以由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)制成。
(第二实施方式)
图2是本发明的第二实施方式所涉及的触摸传感器的剖视图。
第二实施方式所涉及的触摸传感器2具有触摸传感器主体100和罩部件151。
罩部件151具有弯曲的由玻璃板制成的第一部件61、树脂膜65以及第二部件160。第一部件61及树脂膜65与上述罩部件51的第一部件及树脂膜相同。也就是说,第一部件61的第二面61B弯曲,树脂膜65以大致均匀的厚度紧贴着布置在第二面61B上。因此,树脂膜65的与第二面61B侧相反的外表面也弯曲。第二部件160沿着树脂膜65的弯曲的外表面紧贴着布置在树脂膜65上。第二部件160具有挠性,第二部件160沿着树脂膜65的弯曲的外表面布置。
第二部件160的材质例如是由具有挠性的薄板构成的玻璃板。当从轻量化等观点来看时,使用厚度在0.01mm以上且0.55mm以下的玻璃板作为第二部件160。当构成尺寸在25英寸以上的罩部件151时,则使用厚度在0.01mm以上且1.85mm以下的玻璃板作为第二部件160。若使用上述厚度的玻璃板,则能够容易沿着树脂膜65的弯曲的外表面布置第二部件160,而且也能够抑制气泡等进入第二部件160与树脂膜65之间。需要说明的是,为了抑制罩部件151整体厚度增加,使第二部件160的厚度比第一部件61的厚度薄即可。
如上所述,罩部件151构成为:由玻璃板制成的第一部件61和由玻璃板制成的第二部件160夹持着树脂膜65。
在第二部件160的外表面安装有触摸传感器主体100。在图2中,示出了将两个基板层叠起来而构成的触摸传感器主体100。当简单地说明触摸传感器主体100时,触摸传感器主体100具有第一基板111和第二基板112。第一基板111和第二基板112具有透明性,例如由树脂薄膜或玻璃板制成。在第一基板111上布置有传感器电极的发射电极,在第二基板112上布置有传感器电极的接收电极。第一基板111与第二基板112由透明的粘合剂115贴合起来。而且,在第二基板112上设有当要粘附于罩部件151上时所使用的透明的粘合剂116。触摸传感器主体100经由粘合剂116安装于第二部件160的外表面上。
需要说明的是,如图2所示,第二部件160的外表面形成为下述形状,即:在沿第一方向201延伸的方向上以规定R值形成,并且在与第一方向201正交的第二方向(图2中纸面的前后方向)上呈直线。当形状呈上述隧道状时,与上文所述相同,若在第一方向201上规定R值为50mm以上且1000mm以下的曲率,就能够将触摸传感器主体11安装在罩部件151上。并且,也能够抑制在第二部件160与树脂膜65之间产生气泡。另外,与上文所述相同,第二部件160的外表面电可以呈曲率R在50mm以上且1000mm以下的球面状。
按照上述方式来构成触摸传感器2。
触摸传感器2的罩部件151将第一部件61的第一面61A作为操作面。而且,与上述罩部件51相比,该罩部件151能够进一步抑制当第一部件61破裂时玻璃片飞散。即,罩部件151具有沿着树脂膜65布置的第二部件160,并且由第二部件160保持住树脂膜65。因此,能够进一步谋求抑制玻璃片飞散。
需要说明的是,第二部件160并不局限于具有挠性的玻璃板。例如,第二部件160也可以为树脂薄膜。在使用树脂薄膜作为第二部件160的情况下,采用弹性模量与具有挠性的玻璃板的弹性模量相同的材质。一般而言,玻璃板的弹性模量为60GPa至150GPa左右,大多使用小于80GPa的玻璃板。作为第二部件160使用的树脂薄膜优选采用光学各向同性的材质,例如使用环烯烃聚合物(COP)、环烯烃共聚物(COC)、聚碳酸酯(PC)及三醋酸纤维素(TAC)中的一种树脂薄膜。在该情况下,弹性模量小于80GPa的树脂薄膜的厚度为0.03mm以上且1.85mm以下。此时,为了获得厚度较薄的罩部件151,优选使第二部件160的厚度比第一部件61的厚度薄。需要说明的是,在上文中以树脂薄膜为例进行了说明,不过基于相同的想法也能够使用板状的树脂件。需要说明的是,作为第二部件160,也能够使用双轴拉伸的PET薄膜等。
需要说明的是,当第二部件160由玻璃板制成时,也可以在第一部件61的第一面61A上安装触摸传感器主体100,而将第二部件160的外表面作为操作面。在该情况下,也因为当用手指进行触摸操作时是对玻璃的表面进行操作,所以操作性良好。
并且,也可以构成为在罩部件151的第二部件160上设置传感器电极等,以取代在罩部件151上安装触摸传感器主体100。若为该结构,则能够减少部件数量,实现轻薄化。
另外,触摸传感器主体100的粘合剂115及粘合剂116也可以由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)制成。
需要说明的是,在以上的说明中,对罩部件51、151均呈弯曲形状的情况进行了说明,而罩部件51、151也可以不为弯曲状。
而且,在以上的说明中,对罩部件51、151的树脂膜65由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制成的情况进行了说明。树脂膜65也可以由含有UV吸收剂的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛制成,或者由含有UV吸收剂的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制成。若为该结构,则能够由树脂膜65对从外侧朝罩部件51、151进入的UV光的一部分进行吸收。也就是说,能够利用树脂膜65减少向触摸传感器主体11、100侧透射的UV光。因此,触摸传感器主体11、100因UV光产生的劣化较少。并且,就罩部件51而言,若在树脂膜65的与第二面61B相反的面上设置装饰部,则装饰部因UV光产生的劣化较少。而且,就罩部件151而言,若在树脂膜65的与第二面61B相反的面或者第二部件160上设置装饰部,则装饰部因UV光产生的劣化较少。需要说明的是,通过对树脂膜65进行着色处理,也能够期待相同的效果。作为着色处理所使用的颜色等的示例例如有:黑色系如黑色、灰色;棕色系如茶色;以及半镜面色调(half mirror tint)等。通过进行着色处理而使从外部射入的光的总量全面减少,因而能够抑制透射光对触摸传感器主体11、100产生的影响。
-产业实用性-
根据本发明,能够获得下述触摸传感器,即:在罩部件包括由玻璃板制成的部件的结构中,当由玻璃板制成的部件破裂时能够抑制玻璃片飞散。本发明所涉及的触摸传感器对于各种电子设备都很有用。

Claims (10)

1.一种触摸传感器,在该触摸传感器的罩部件上安装有触摸传感器主体,所述触摸传感器的特征在于:
所述罩部件包括第一部件和树脂膜,
所述第一部件由玻璃板制成并具有第一面和与所述第一面相反的第二面,所述树脂膜布置于所述第二面上并由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制成,
所述树脂膜位于所述第一部件与所述触摸传感器主体之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的触摸传感器,其特征在于:
所述第一部件的厚度在0.7mm以上且2.5mm以下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的触摸传感器,其特征在于:
所述罩部件呈弯曲形状,
该罩部件还包括第二部件,该第二部件沿着所述树脂膜的弯曲的外表面布置并具有挠性。
4.根据权利要求3所述的触摸传感器,其特征在于:
所述第二部件由具有挠性的玻璃板制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的触摸传感器,其特征在于:
所述第二部件的厚度比所述第一部件的厚度薄,该第二部件的厚度在0.01mm以上且1.85mm以下。
6.根据权利要求4所述的触摸传感器,其特征在于:
所述第二部件的外表面的曲率(R)在50mm以上且1000mm以下。
7.根据权利要求4所述的触摸传感器,其特征在于:
所述第二部件由具有小于80GPa的弹性模量的树脂制成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的触摸传感器,其特征在于:
所述第二部件的材质为环烯烃聚合物(COP)、环烯烃共聚物(COC)、聚碳酸酯(PC)及三醋酸纤维素(TAC)中的任一种,并且该第二部件的厚度在0.03m以上且1.85mm以下。
9.根据权利要求4所述的触摸传感器,其特征在于:
所述触摸传感器主体是通过在所述第二部件上布置传感器电极而构成的。
10.根据权利要求1所述的触摸传感器,其特征在于:
所述树脂膜还含有紫外线吸收剂。
