Abstract
本发明涉及一种多功能遥控放线装置。包括动力机构、放线滚轮、滚轴、支架、电瓶、开关、无线接收器、无线发射器、底座;动力机构、开关、无线接收器、电瓶通过导线相连接,无线发射器通过发送信号给无线接收器用于控制开关的闭合,开关用于控制动力机构的运行,动力机构通过皮带带动放线滚轮旋转,放线滚轮通过轴承固定在滚轴上,滚轴和无线接收器分别固定于支架上,支架、电瓶和动力机构分别固定在底座上,底座下端面上安装万向轮,通过万向轮能够随时移动本装置。本发明能够增加工作效率,降低现场人工的工作量,能够同时操作多台放线设备,降低传统人工的工人数量,有效提高了工作效率,操作简单、造价低,充分利用施工现场的现有资源。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电力工程现场放线技术领域,具体是一种多功能遥控放线装置。
背景技术
目前,传统人工放线的经济效益低下,传统放线滑轮需要大量的人工配合,市场大型放线设备的移动困难需要配备发电机,现场受地域地形影响较为严重,放线时一个人操作困难、需要多人配合作业,操作起来麻烦、浪费大量的时间、费用,而且长距离施工困难,采用传统施工方法放线费用高。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,从而提供一种多功能遥控放线装置,能够增加工作效率,降低现场人工的工作量,能够同时操作多台放线设备,不受地域限制,随时能够移动,免除发电机的困扰,减少发电机的扰民,降低传统人工的工人数量,不受工人的疲劳度来影响施工数量,有效提高了工作效率,操作简单、造价低,充分利用施工现场的现有资源。
本发明解决所述问题,采用的技术方案是:
一种多功能遥控放线装置,包括动力机构、放线滚轮、滚轴、支架、电瓶、开关、无线接收器、无线发射器、底座;动力机构、开关、无线接收器、电瓶通过导线相连接,无线发射器通过发送信号给无线接收器用于控制开关的闭合,开关用于控制动力机构的运行,动力机构通过皮带带动放线滚轮旋转,放线滚轮通过轴承固定在滚轴上,滚轴和无线接收器分别固定于支架上,支架、电瓶和动力机构分别固定在底座上,底座下端面安装万向轮,通过万向轮能够随时移动本装置。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点是:
能够增加工作效率,降低现场人工的工作量,能够同时操作多台放线设备,不受地域限制,随时能够移动,免除发电机的困扰,减少发电机的扰民,降低传统人工的工人数量,不受工人的疲劳度来影响施工数量,有效提高了工作效率,操作简单、造价低,充分利用施工现场的现有资源。
作为优选,本发明更进一步的技术方案是:
底座下端面上还安装有由电瓶供电的电驱动车轮,避免人力推动,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,目的仅在于更好地理解本发明内容,因此,所举之例并不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
参见图1,一种多功能遥控放线装置,包括动力机构1、放线滚轮3、滚轴4、支架5、电瓶6、开关8、无线接收器10、无线发射器11、底座12;动力机构1、开关8、无线接收器10、电瓶6通过导线7相连接,无线发射器11通过发送信号给无线接收器10用于控制开关8的闭合,开关8用于控制动力机构1的运行,动力机构1通过皮带2带动放线滚轮3旋转,放线滚轮3通过轴承固定在滚轴4上,滚轴4和无线接收器10分别固定于支架9上,滚轴4固定安装在支架9的上端,支架9、电瓶6和动力机构1分别固定在底座12上,底座12下端面安装万向轮13,通过万向轮13能够随时移动本装置,动力机构1为驱动电机。
使用时,通过无线发射器11发送控制信号给无线接收器10,无线接收器10控制开关8的闭合,从而控制动力机构1的运行,动力机构1通过皮带2带动放线滚轮3旋转收放线。
实施例2:
参见图2,与实施例1的区别在于:底座12下端面上还安装有由电瓶6供电的电驱动车轮14,电驱动车轮14通过皮带2与动力机构1的驱动轮连接,通过动力机构1带动电驱动车轮14行走,避免人力推动,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
本发明能够增加工作效率,降低现场人工的工作量,能够同时操作多台放线设备,不受地域限制,随时能够移动,免除发电机的困扰,减少发电机的扰民,降低传统人工的工人数量,不受工人的疲劳度来影响施工数量,有效提高了工作效率,操作简单、造价低,充分利用施工现场的现有资源。

1.一种多功能遥控放线装置,包括动力机构、放线滚轮、滚轴、支架、电瓶、开关、无线接收器、无线发射器、底座;其特征在于:动力机构、开关、无线接收器、电瓶通过导线相连接,无线发射器通过发送信号给无线接收器用于控制开关的闭合,开关用于控制动力机构的运行,动力机构通过皮带带动放线滚轮旋转,放线滚轮通过轴承固定在滚轴上,滚轴和无线接收器分别固定于支架上,支架、电瓶和动力机构分别固定在底座上,底座下端面上安装万向轮,通过万向轮能够随时移动本装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能遥控放线装置,其特征在于:底座下端面上还安装有由电瓶供电的电驱动车轮。
